Tuscan Cove Bar & Patio

Incredible atmosphere, fun and inviting, delicious food! I’ve had the pizza, fish and chips, blue cheese wedge salad and shrimp cocktail. Can’t wait to go again, looking forward to my next visit!!! And the team is top notch even though they are just starting out getting things all in order, super friendly!!!

Tuscan Cove is a great local spot to hang out and watch sports. Amber, Nicki, Matt, and the rest of the staff are awesome, friendly and welcoming every time. The food is good and overall, it’s a fun bar with a laid-back vibe that deserves more attention.

Great neighborhood place. You get the feeling everyone knows everyone here. The bartenders and seevers treat you as if you were their best friend. The other craud is great. The food? It's totally delicious. I git the grilled jumbo shrimp scewers.

Great hidden spot in quiet apartment community. Plenty of TV’s, lots of indoor and patio seating and excellent staff. Matt and Nicki are wonderful! They go above and beyond to provide amazing service. I had the Chicken Parm sandwich and it was excellent. They also own Roma Italian restaurant so I figured it would be great and they nailed it. Going back on the 31st for the Grand Opening night.

We were a little concerned because its in a housing complex, but we were pleasantly surprised. Great food, great atmosphere, beautiful location. Highly recommended. Beautiful outdoor area.

Plan on giving them a second chance. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were nice. It took a very long time for food. Do not go if you have somewhere to be. (I assumed I could eat in an hour). It took 45 mins to get food from when we walked in. I will go back, but just give myself more time. They only had two cooks making food for the entire restaurant.

The ladies who helped us were very nice although it took a while for them to take our (2people) order. I asked for beer in a cold glass and was offered a beer in a can which is unacceptable for a place like that charging what they are charging. I ordered a wedge salad and it was good for the most part but it had no dressing and so I had to ask for that … that should not have happened. Once it arrived it was very watered down and just not good. I explained this to the waitress. Other than that the salad was pretty good. I also had chicken tenders which were very average … the coating was nice but some of the chicken was tough … it’s way better at Chick FilA or chicken Shack. Also I really like the decor but noticed some people in gym attire which is inappropriate. And there were several large screen TVs and an area with couches? I didn’t understand that. Maybe they should just stick to being a bar and serve alcohol. It comes down to realizing people have choices and there’s a lot of competition out there for what’s available for them to spend their money on. So either meet the competition at that level … or do something else. Because in the end, people will vote with their $. I suggest you go out and see what’s out there. Maybe take some surveys of guests at your food establishment … also ask yourself what are you trying to offer and achieve? How do your prices and quality compare? In the end I feel this place is over priced … I can get the same if not better food (without the alcohol of course) at Chick FilA for one third the price. Or maybe Red Robin, a family restaurant that offers alcohol.

Tuscan Cove is a hidden gem in Southern Highlands. Really good bar food and the vibe is super cool! My kids had the chicken parm sandwich and chicken finders. I had the Carne Asada, and everything tasted AMAZING!

Tuscan Cove has all the things you could ask for...cheap drinks, great service from people who love being here, and a ton of TV's to catch a MNF game and the ALCS at the same time! Our Bartender / server was Nikkii, and she was spectacular! Such a great vibe here and this place is in the middle of an apartment complex. Very weird, but very cool! We got chicken tenders to go and after a bite, they were on point! Would recommend coming here and totally trying something off the beaten path.

Being a Huge Beagle & Lox fan and critic I have to say these were absolutely amazing. Trina service was awesome and she was fun to chat with at the Bar while I ate. Beautiful location with plenty of Tvs for Football or Hockey. I will 100% be back for their Saturday and Sunday Brunch.

Food: I love the crispy chicken wings, so great. Just the right amount of salt & pepper. My husband loves the shrimp skewers. Good quality food. Smash burger is a hit too. The service is always on point. Everyone is always friendly and outgoing. The ambiance depends on the crowd size. But always hip & happening place. A little bias because we live here but great place to live and eat!!

Great food, great drinks, better vibes! Come by for some happy hour pizza and beers! Everything was amazing with ownership also.

It's a neighborhood vibe. The Parmesan eggplant is delicious. Service is on point, we love the convenience! I pray the restaurant remains & thrives.

I'm a resident at Tuscan Highlands and I'm super impressed with the new restaurant. The food at Tuscan Cove is phenomenal and so is the bartender, Trina. Great food, great service, great vibes.

Trina, Nikki and Faith are amazing bartenders. Matt is a good manager excited to have them In the area. Love the wings and pizza, happy hour specials are good!

Just what Southern Highlands needed......Food is fantastic, atmosphere is so relaxing and fun! The service is awesome! Steve, Matt, Nikki and Trina are amazing!! Happy hour is 4-6pm every day!

Tuscan Cove is already a beautiful, relaxing place to grab a drink, but Trina took it to another level. She's not just a bartender--she's the vibe curator. Friendly, quick with the pour, and somehow knew exactly what I needed before I even ordered. Her energy lit up the space, and she made everyone feel welcome without ever being over the top. If you're lucky enough to get a seat at her bar, stay awhile--you'll leave in a better mood than you came in. Cheers to Trina and the whole Tuscan Cove crew!

Place is great! Trixie and Nicki are the best!! Food is amazing also. The ownership is always present and making sure everything is great.

Visited Tuscan Cove tonight...Carne Asada was amazing...with the Cadillac margarita...yummy! I'll definitely be back! Happy Hour spirit was in the air tonight! Service was great...Nikkii...Trina...Faith for drinks....and Matt for hand delivering my meal! So glad to have Tuscan Cove near to me!

The cove is the place to go for great food & people. The staff is amazing & the main reason we go as often as we do. The food is extremely reasonably priced & worth every bite. They also will customize a lot of their menu for anything you need. This is their breakfast menu, I added sautéed vegetables to my breakfast bowl.

Just finished the brunch here at Tuscan Cove Bar. The food was outstanding. The All American Breakfast and Blueberry pancakes were awesome. 5 stars out of 5. The bartender, Trina even went above and beyond making fresh squeezed OJ. My compliments to the chef and the waitress. Top notch food and service.

This restaurant rocks. The staff is prompt and the food is wonderful. My favorite is not on the menu.... the Cadillac Margarita is impeccable. We love some faith, Maria, Trina, nikkii, jose, matt, and of course Steve.​​

Finally our bar and restaurant is back!! Amazing food and atmosphere. Bar staff is the best. Definitely a hidden gem!

After coming here with the third ownership for this restaurant we decided to try it out. They had a couple of tables but nothing too crazy walking in, it's self seating but it took about 10 minutes to get acknowledged. Menu consists of bar/pool food items (pizzas, sandwiches, wings, etc.). The food was bland (blue cheese dressing was so watery??) fries were definitely not fresh. We didn't get any silverware with our food until 10 minutes in after asking for the second time. Grand openings can be hectic but when it's slow and there's not much going on, then it's a training problem. I hope service gets improved especially because first impressions mean so much and the business is brand new.

Plenty of tvs playing sports, quick service, bar and table seating, and the bartenders are fun. And hot. Really chill vibe. I recommend it
