Wonderful Italian place up in green valley/anthem area. A tranquil and relaxed atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff to go along with an excellent menu. The food was incredible and good size portions. Pricing was right in range for an upscale Restaraunt. If you’re in the area and looking for a great Italian dinner definitely a place to visit.

First time here and the food was excellent. It was well seasoned, cooked to perfection and very flavorful. The portions were adequate and priced accordingly. The Chicken Marsala was phenomenal and I highly recommend it. Our server was very friendly, personable and took a genuine interest in our satisfaction. I will definitely Suggest to my family and friends that they visit this restaurant. My only recommendation would be to update the interior decor. It does look a bit dated.

Such an Amazing Italian restaurant! A little gem in Henderson Nevada! The food is Always Amazing!!!!! Every time I go and try something new, I think it’s my new favorite dish at Tuscany! Even the bread and butter are delicious! The iced tea is excellent too! I’m kinda picky when it comes to iced tea, and Tuscany’s is Perfection!!! All of the employees are So kind, caring, thoughtful and have Exceptional customer service! Water and drinks are never empty. They will bring more bread without hesitation! All of the employees work together for an amazing dining experience and if you do happen to need something, any of the employees will offer to help. They all cover each other seamlessly! Every time we are in Henderson, we eat at Tuscany Grill several times a week! I’d like to say how extra kind that Lou & Mike are to us, our family & friends! 10 stars!!

This review is two tiers. The first part is service. Part two is the food. This was also our first time eating here. You know what they say about first impressions. We arrived at 6:20pm for a 6:30pm reservation. We were seated promptly, and then the night went downhill. It took 10 minutes before we gave our drink order. The lady apologized for the delay. They were really busy. We also gave her our full order at this time. Our drink came out 5 minutes later. It took another 10 minutes to get some bread. Our appetizers came out 15 minutes after they ordered. Our soups came out 10 minutes after the appetizers. Then we waited. It took a full 15 to 20 minutes to get our entrees. At this point, I was ready to take them to go. When we got the check, the waitress explained she was helping in a private party and thought someone else would have grabbed our table. This wasn't her fault. This was bad management. If you know you having a large, private party coming in during the busiest time, you put more people on the clock. The waitress did deduct the cost of the appetizers from the check . I only left a $10 tip on a $76 bill. The reason was the very slow service, and being told our main course would be up in a few minutes by two different people. From the time the first person said a few minutes, I clocked it to be almost 15 minutes. Now for part two, We just moved here to Henderson from New Jersey. Finding good Italian food that measures up to NJ italian is not easy. The food here is amazing. It had great flavor, and the portions were nice sized. My wife had the Shrimp Fra-Diavolo. She enjoyed it. She didn't think it was spicy enough. In all honesty, she was ready to leave by the time we got the food, and she never asked for red pepper seed. I had the Shrimp Parmigian. It was very good. I was shocked the shrimp weren't breaded. Other than that, oh, so good. So we will try this establishment one more time to see how it really is. Being a big baseball fan, I'll give a place up to three strikes. After that, they are out. So far, the count is 1-1. One ball for the qualify of the food. One strike for the poor service.

It has been over 8 years since I was at Tuscany Grill. I always had fond memories of this place. Food was amazing. When we arrived we sat immediately. We were served a soft loaf of bread with pads of butter. Bread is so fresh and a bit dense so you know it’s made in house. It should be illegal to be that delicious. Salads were great and chopped perfectly bite size. The ranch was one of the best salads ever tasted. Bruschetta was perfect! Garlicky, juicy tomatoes and basil….they could go a bit heavier on the basil imo. Pasta meals were spectacular and great size portions! Now let me tell you about the staff who work here. Kyle was tending our table and gave us recommendations on casinos to go to to get outa the rat race in town. Eve was a ninja. You drink any of your water…she’ll vamp on you and fill it. You won’t even see her until your glass is in her hand. We saw her clean a table after people left and you’d think she was cleaning her own table at home. She was so thorough and cleans around the sides and edges of the table. They know many of the customers who come in. You can compare this place to a well oiled machine. They all work and flow together perfectly and it’s a beautiful thing to see. I wish I had this restaurant near my home. I’d be here all the time. I will always recommend this establishment if I know of anyone going to Vegas and wanna get off the strip. I give 12 stars out of 10!!

The food can use some work. Looking at the rest of the reviews I am astonished with how many people do not have taste. Other than that. The service is really good. They talk to everyone as if they’ve known them for a while. And some people have gone there so much that the waiters actually do know them. I really like the atmosphere. The music is nice. I love frank sinatra so much and they played lots of his songs. I also like the gloominess. 7 out of ten. I would go again. But only right after my paycheck since it is 50 per person. It’s a place to go to for an occasion.

My first time here. The service was prompt and very welcoming. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. The food was freakin awesome. I had the Shrimp Dijon and my wife had the baked penne. It had true Italian flavor that was absolutely delicious. I went home stuffed and happy.

This restaurant has been around a long time, so we thought we'd give it a try. First the positives; food was OK, prices were reasonable. Had the veal parm which was OK, but no "wow. Main thing with Italian is the sauce. Their sauce was ok, no wow in it. Now the negatives; lots of retirees here and the atmosphere was dark and dingy. Looked like they've never updated the place since it was built. Not sure how this place gets 5 stars, it isn't that real Italian. Very old and basic items on the menu.

I haven't been to this restaurant in over 15 years, and the question is why. This is such a wonderful little treasure and hidden gem. You feel like you're inside someone's house. Having a meal. The ambience is super comfortable. And the service is great. I felt like I was being taken care of buy an Italian auntie. We had a wonderful chicken and fish dish, which For made to perfection of full of flavor. Didn't picture the cannoli that we had as I didn't wanna add evidence. I will definitely be back

Terrible. The food was very subpar along with service. Calamari was too salty. Good amount, though. Bread was not bad. Chicken piccata was terrible. Chicken could not be cut with a fork, it was very spongy. No taste of lemon or capers (despite them being present). Presentation was not great. Looked like a pile of goop. Chicken marsala had the same presentation. Chicken could not be cut. Not much flavor either. We were disgusted with the taste and presentation and asked to have them taken away. We only had the three dishes for 5-10 minutes and hardly touched it. It was not removed from our check. The servers did not ask if there were any issues with our meal despite us hardly touching it and brought us our check immediately. They avoided us beforehand, walking past despite us trying to flag them down. Paid $113 for nothing. The blonde female server we had gave very passive-agressive energy. Did not feel welcoming at all. Will not be returning.

Another Great experience. Ok so they had some children at a booth screaming (It was their b-day and they were extra extra happy I guess) and I do think you should have a special place for them, a special closed off part of the restaurant because when I go to a nice restaurant like yours, I want to relax... i want to have a glass of wine and wind down from my hard day and this was not relaxing. But the food and service is always top Notch. We had Eve and Kyle and it was great. I ordered my usual Bean soup (a bowl) but should have ordered a cup as the portion size was HUGE--I got my Bruschetta, delicious as always... I stepped way out of the box as I have previously explained, I have been Plant Based for the last 6 years (raised as such but added eggs and honey later) but I am tired of going out and having 1 options so I have decided to branch out and try things like seafood--The Salmon which is not exactly on the menu, I asked for a Lemon Butter sauce w/capers and Mashed Potatoes. I was so nervous... BUT WOWWWWWWWW.... THE MASHED POTATOES WERE CREAMY AND DELICIOUS, The salmon was tender, flaky, Juicy and amazing--I think I have been missing out all of these years. I am 100% going to order salmon in the future, They had a Halibut special but I don't really know what that is--like I said, Plant Based.... I might branch out and try other fishies later... we shall see. The decor and ambience are spot on. The die brought this location up again so we shall see when that happens again.

Despite driving past this restaurant for seven years, I had dinner here for the first time this week. It won't be the last! Once again the Yelp reviews are accurate. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant that is authentic, look no further. The menu is broad in its offerings, the service top notch and friendly, the owners on the premises, the plates bountiful, and prices reasonable. So, the decor of the restaurant is a bit dated. Still a solid five stars. Special thanks to Lou, Kyle, and Eve for making our evening most enjoyable.

We're sitting in the bar . The tall bald bartender is behind the bar. My glass has been empty for about ten minutes and he has walked by twice not asking if I would like a second glass. Wtf! He finally walked up to ask- the bar is not full! He seems quite friendly to the locals. We just moved here and we have only been here 8 times! It's a Wednesday night and the bar is not busy! 9 empty seats! The moral of the story is you need to treat everyone with a friendly smile and good service!

Hey guys, it's me again! I have enjoyed the Tuscany Grill with every fiber of my being!! Upon arrival, I was greeted by one of the three owners who was so kind and welcoming. I had no choice but to stay. I was having dinner alone, but it didn't feel like it because my server Kyle was so attentive and, Laura, Aly and Bella were so sweet and happy that I felt like I was having dinner with my entire family! The sweetest crew to say the least! I will definitely be returning with my family in the near future! Now for the food 10 out of 10 ! The bread was soft and warm. The butter was soft. It wasn't hard like it came out the freezer. It went on the bread, smooth, and I was able to eat it lol. IYKYK nobody wants a hard stick of butter for some soft bread. So yall winning there The calamari was hot and crispy. The marinara sauce came out warm 10 out of 10. Keep it up guys! I had a Caesar salad that had the perfect amount of dressing on it. The salad was good. The lettuce was good. It was good. For my main course, I ordered the Bolognese, which had a really good flavor to it and I can't complain. I ordered a champagne that got me tipsy enough to write this long review and a delicious espresso martini . Hang in there guys I'm almost done now the cherry on top was my Mother's Day cheesecake that my server KYLE gifted me at the end THANK YOUUUU

Monday's prime rib special! Great deal and delicious comes with small app, soup or salad , prime rib, veggie or baked potato and small desert all for $32. Looked like prime rib was 10 oz. What a great deal and great food! Thanks for the great service and food! Thanks Mike for all you do I had a great birthday dinner!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting cozy lighting, great music, and the smell of fresh garlic and herbs filling the air. The food was incredible the pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the tiramisu was the best I've ever had. The service was top-notch as well. Everyone was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I especially want to mention the tall blonde busser he was so respectful and polite, always making sure our table stayed spotless and checking in with a genuine smile. It's those little touches that make the experience feel truly special. I'll definitely be coming back soon and recommending this place to all my friends. A true gem of Italian dining!

I had dinner here on December 17. We were a party of four but there was "an oops" and we were charged for eight entrees rather than four. My husband failed to review the check before slapping down his credit card. I didn't find the error until just recently. As soon as I did, I called the restaurant and left a voice message. Lew, the Owner, returned my call within hours. He had already reviewed the check and knew that we were charged not only for our meals but also for the meals ordered and enjoyed by four strangers at a different table. Lew was very professional and polite. He apologized. He had already calculated the over-charge, including tip and tax. He offered to give us the refund in cash if we didn't mind stopping by the restaurant. We did so the next day. Lew came out to our car, shook hands, gave us $150 in cash and once again apologized for the inconvenience. He had already explained how the mistake happened. Things go wrong. People (in the case, it was the waiter Paul) make mistakes. The question is "how will the business respond?" In this case, Lew handled the situation in the best possible way. By the way, if you were in the party of four who, on December 17, 2024, thought you got lucky and had dinner for free: There is no such thing as a free lunch. Your Waiter Paul got stuck paying for your meals. If you feel good about that, then there is nothing more to say. Lew is the person whose business I want to support. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

Dad loves Tuscany Grill - Mom too. They always seem to order the baked penne. Dad loves the shrimp scampi and the fried shrimp. The salads are off the hook. The staff is friendly and it has an old Vegas feel with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great sports on the TVs at the bar to enjoy. Best cheesecake in the city.

This place is terrible. The restaurant obviously has never gone through any update to the furniture or restaurant overall. It felt like stepping back in time into a Chinese restaurant. The booths are small and not comfy at all. The food - we started with the soup - stracciatella came in this tiny bowl and had zero seasoning, very little egg or anything else. We added pepper and that helped. The entrees - the garlic and oil shrimp - the pasta wasn't fresh and had zero taste or seasoning. The shrimps were definitely frozen fresh then breaded with no taste. The chicken francaise was bland and tasteless. No effort put in. The breasts weren't pounded, the breading was falling off which means you used old chicken or pre breaded fresh frozen. The butter sauce was very disgusting and the pasta was bland and rubbery. Service was slow. Not good. Never coming back. If you like sub par bland fresh frozen meals that are super expensive then you can come here and waste your time and money.

Food is awesome and ginormous delicious servings! They do EVERYTHING Right from Grilled Meats to Fabulous Italian Foods! Never leave unhappy!

This is my local go to spot when I'm craving prime rib. It's not cheap but it's always tender and delicious.

My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our 24th anniversary. We were greeted and sat right away on a Saturday night around 7pm. Our busses got waters right away and the server was right behind with getting our drink order to start. Overall, the service was attentive and always kept my ice tea full without ever having to ask for more. The food was equally excellent. We started with the escargot mushrooms which were delish. We also had the bruschetta. The Caesar salad was crisp, and fresh and the split pea soup was almost as good as my mother's. I had the lamb chops for dinner which was outstanding and cooked perfectly to temp. My wife had the lobster linguine. The sauce was creamy and had a nice buttery hint and the lobster melted in your mouth. Finally, they brought us a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary which was to die for. It was the best cheesecake I've ever had. So creamy. So good. Thank you Tuscany Grill, you are my favorite restaurant up on the hill. We will be back soon.

First time there Tuesday night to celebrate my bday. I was so impressed by everything. I am a lasagna snob and can honestly say this was the best I've ever had. Huge serving with choice of soup or salad and amazing bread for $25.! Enough for two meals if you can stop eating after half! Topped it all off with a piece of off the charts cheesecake!

For starters, I took my mother here for her belated Christmas dinner. It was nice and dimly lit, with a very romantic feel to it; I loved it. We arrived at around 1800 hours. We were seated immediately, and serviced immediately. Got our waters and appetizers which was a small loaf of bread, butter and signature oil dipping sauce. The bread was good and the condiments were also good. Our server introduced himself as Eddy (Eddie, SP?) and was amazing. Kept our water filled constantly as well as a taller younger gentleman who was constantly looking out for us. All in all, the service was excellent. The food portions were amazing for the price and was very hot and fresh tasting. The gentleman who was giving us our food even warned us about the temperature of the hot pan which is a plus. (For myself, no, I actually do NOT care about the temperature because my hands are so calloused from gymnastics I don't feel anything, but it's the small details I notice. Others do care about that stuff though. HUGE plus in attention to detail!) My ONLY gripe was the cheese layered on top of my penne was hard as a rock and overcooked which made getting to the actual penne pasta a chore, but it tasted great! I had a great talk with our waiter Eddy (Eddie) about gymnastics, physical fitness, diet, etc and he was very cool. The other servers were extremely polite as well. I am coming back here again for sure. Service, food, atmosphere for me was an easy 5/5. -温帯さん。

Always great food,service and a atmosphere that invites you to fine dining experience. We have enjoyed every visit to the restaurant and tried a different entree each time. I personally enjoy the veal dishes, you can't go wrong with the chicken parmigiana. The wife enjoys the Lasagna. We bring all our out of town family and friends to the Grill when they visit. Thanks for all the good times.

Tuscany Grill is our standard eatery every Saturday night after mass. We love their food and excellent service! Our current fave is the shrimp Bianco - generous portions in a superb wine/butter/garlic sauce! But when they have their fresh sea bass, we defect! It's unbelievable to me how they can serve top-tier fish - and in such generous portions - for such an incredibly low price! A salad & other accouterments are included in the cost of the entree! A fine sea bass dinner elsewhere costs twice as much, without the sides! TG's spumoni and other desserts are divine, and the service is a pleasant, well-oiled machine. I can't understand why anyone would give Tuscany Grill a low rating because of the 'decor.' Excellent food, service, and surreal value for your dining dollar - it's the best deal in town!!!

This is what comes to mind when you think neighborhood Italian restaurant and all of the dishes that implies. Servers are knowledgeable and attentive, food is exactly what you want, and the location is good. The ambience is "neighborhood Italian".

Tuscany used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Notice I said USED TO BE. Nine of us were there for dinner last night to celebrate 2 birthdays. As soon as we were seated, our waiter came to the table and we told him we wanted to order because we were very hungry. 40minutes later, we were brought our salads! Another 25 minutes after that, we finally got our main course. Nothing was really hot but we ate it anyway. 20 minutes after our plates were cleared, we finally got our check. The prices have gone up quite a bit, but we don't mind paying as long as our food and service are good. Upon leaving, we all said our farewells as we knew it was the last time we'd ever go there!

Great warm ambiance. I think they're short on servers because it took a bit for someone to come to our table. I began to consider leaving. Once the server came to our table, it was great service. There is only a certain amount of parking in front of the business but more parking around the corner. We will definitely be returning.

We came here for a birthday dinner and it was delicious! We love to try new places and I found this place on Yelp. They said they've been open for 21 years so they're obviously doing something right. We had the calamari appetizer, the house salad and tomato onion salad before dinner. The calamari was so soft and flavorful, not chewy or overcooked like some places serve it. The house salad was ok, nothing spectacular, but I was surprised at how flavorful the tomato onion salad was. It was served with a fresh feta cheese and a delicious red sauce. For dinner we ordered the Lobster tails which came with a baked potato and the Lobster over pasta and cream sauce. The lobster tails weren't as big as I was hoping for, being that they cost $65. But the Lobster with pasta was really good. I'm not a dessert person but anytime I see spumoni it reminds me of my Mom so I had to order it. And it was perfect. No extras like unnecessary whipped cream and cherries, just the simple flavors of cherry, pistachio and chocolate which is a perfect combination. And the best part was that it wasn't too sweet, it was just right. The service was good and they were very attentive. What a fun find!

The owners are fabulous, Lou and Mike have been in the hospitality business for years and know how to serve and please their customers. Everything on the menu is excellent. Can't forget Donna one of the finest sever in the valley.

Second time here, great experience both times. The wait staff was awesome and the food was excellent (it's an Italian joint in a strip mall - set your expectations). My wife and I went there many times during the restaurant's early years - It was consistently great. 3-4 years ago we were there twice, and it wasn't nearly as good, so we stopped having dinner there. We were celebrating our 61st anniversary earlier this month, and I suggested we try it again for memory's sake. We were really pleased that it was indeed great again! Tuscany Grill is back in our go to list!

It pains me to write this review. The food and service was good. The waitress was this adorable petite lady with dark hair. She was delightful. The old white bald bartender, as we gambled at the bar, only comped 1 of our 3 drinks. This was the first place in Henderson that didn't comp all of my drinks EVER. I even asked him about it and he gave me some BS answer #Mr Krabs. I tipped the waitress well but I'll never return to this restaurant. Good day to you sir.

Great food, price, and service! It's a quiet restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. The staff is quick and courteous. They are very attentive and friendly. What more can you ask for?

Bread was amazing and Staff was extremely attentive. The location is nicely situated and easy to get to. Inside is open and not cramped. The flavor was 3.5 and I'd try it again to see it that changes.

A friend of ours recently dined here and was impressed so we decided to give it a try on our date night. The service, food, and ambiance was very good. We sat in the bar area so we could watch the UNLV UNR football game. Donna our server was sweet and her supporting staff was on the ball with everything. The Calamari was the best we've ever had! Chicken parm and Angel Hair Pomodoro were our choices but honestly everything on their extensive menu looked great. We definitely plan on going back.

I went here to celebrate my birthday. Everyone was so attentive. The food was great and the ambiance was perfect. I will definitely be returning. The chicken Parmesan, shrimp francese, chicken francese, appetizers...everything was great!

This place has amazing service. The waitresses are always extremely nice and the bus boys are very attentive as well. Their signature drinks are always very tasty and delicious. The food is pretty good. Some dishes are better than others. The bread is fresh and delicious and the garlic bread is even better. I would say it would be nice to have some music in the background like some Italian music maybe some Frank Sinatra or Andrea Bocelli give it a little more ambience because the decor can be a little dry. It would just be more authentic with some music in the background.

We had my boyfriend's mom and uncle's 75th surprise birthday party and it was AMAZING!! We were able to book the private room by the bar. We had a choice of 5 DIFFERENT MENUS and Lou was so easy to work with when scheduling and we were only charged for the people who came. We were able to get in early to decorate and the staff was attentive without hovering. Our serving staff during the meal was great. We opted for a cash bar so everybody paid for their own drinks (which with 30 people (which can be overwhelming I'm sure). Nobody's glass was ever empty, water or otherwise. If you have any kind of party and are looking for a venue, I can't recommend this place enough!!

Fantastic experience. We are staying in Lake Las Vegas so this was a bit of a drive. But it was worth it. My husband heard of it on a Sopranos podcast. The host said it's his favorite Italian food in Las Vegas. We now know why he spoke so highly of it. The service was incredible, the food super tasty, and it felt like being in an east coast family Italian restaurant. As an appetizer, I ordered the mushrooms stuff with escargot (super buttery, garlicky and amazing). My husband and I split the veal parmigiana as our entree. It appeared to be pan fried and was excellent It came with a Caesar salad and soup (since we did the "split" fee). It also came with a side of penne (probably the only thing that wasn't a wow), and my husband ordered a side of meatballs, which he loved. They brought me a piece of homemade cheesecake for my birthday dessert, and it was creamy and delicious. Very happy we came here for dinner.

We ate here tonight at the last minute and were delighted. The food was good, the service was great (especially our water and bread girl - Bella), the ambiance was a bit dated. Overall I'd have to say that we'll be back. Good job Tuscany team.

Everything from the food to service is beyond anything I've seen in some time. The inside was warm and comfortable. Everything that we ate was truly delicious. The food came out perfect and quickly. Deeply impressed from the this restaurant.

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't expect to find a restaurant worthy of a 5 Star rating so far down Eastern Avenue, but I did! Serving that "old world Italian" décor in an unassuming shopping center, this place was a treat! Great service from John, who provided just enough attention and humor throughout our meal without being overbearing. The calamari was fried to perfection and had a healthy mix of both rings and tentacles. The prime rib was to die for: Been looking for a cheap prime rib, but realized that "cheap" doesn't always equal "good". Therefore, this prime rib is worth spending the extra money. Thick cut, not over seasoned, and a healthy portion for you to take home for leftovers! And they serve it with horseradish cream! (You won't believe how hard it is to find a decent cream sauce here in the Valley).
