All the hype online did not disappoint. Well worth the drive downtown for this amazing Smash burger. The flavors and sauce are divine. We both had the smash burger and fries and that sauce is amazing. If we are back in Denver we will come again.

This place is the real deal a high-class burger operation running out of a trailer next to a bar, where every bite tastes like it was made with heart and serious skill. The smashburgers are pure perfection: crispy caramelized edges, melty cheese, soft buns, and that flavor you start dreaming about the minute you leave. The chef? Absolute legend. Super cool, always down for a chat when he’s not in full burger making mode, and clearly passionate about what he’s doing. I used to come here back when it was just burgers and chips now there are fries, and they’re incredible. Golden, crunchy, seasoned just right, and paired with that house-made sauce that ties it all together. The vibe at Twans is easygoing and genuine. Outdoor seating, colorful walls, good music, and people who actually care. I love that everything’s compostable and recyclable, it’s those small, sincere details that make you feel good about supporting a local gem like this. And yes, those photos of a tower of takeout boxes? That was us…. only three people, and we regret nothing. Every single visit hits the same. delicious food, great energy, and a little reminder of why simple things done well can feel so special. 💛 Twans forever. Burger Club Babe approved.

It's not the most beautiful burger but it's really delicious! The fries are so tasty and they've got a garlic dipping sauce that tied it all together beautifully! It's definitely the best burger I've had in Denver!

Now, I’m not typically a food truck guy, due to the mediocre food and typically high prices, but this was not that! While it was a little pricey, the burger was simplicity at its best with killer thick fries and a garlic aïoli on the side! Also the vibe of being in Finn’s Manor is a new touch.

If you made a list of everything that makes an excellent smashburger, Twans checks all the boxes. The patties cooked to perfection, the soft bun with a hint of chewiness, and the sauce and toppings all combine to form one of the best burgers you’ll ever eat. The fries are ok. The service is friendly but it takes time to create a culinary masterpiece so be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. The vibe is cool and the patio area is pretty standard.

Best Smashburger I've had anywhere in the US so far. Bun was fresh and delicious. Burger was perfectly crispy and melted in my mouth. Toppings were fresh and the pickles were nicely balanced. Fries complemented the burger perfectly and the sauce was excellent. I'd give it an 9.3 out of 10

Incredible! First of all, I love smash-burgers! Twansburger totally killed it! Their fries are great too! They are a food truck located in Fins Manor. I asked many where the best burger in Denver was, I can see why I was directed to Twansburger. Their smash-burger was simple and delicious a must try for sure!

Best burger I have had in Denver thus far. The double smash burger was incredibly flavorful. Juicy yet crispy patty, delicious lemony garlicky aioli, soft flavorful bun, and capped off with pickles and shrettuce. Staff was friendly and cranked the burger out quickly. In a great setting at Finn’s which has awesome craft beer list and cocktails. Will be coming back soon and I’m telling all my friends to come!

My favorite burger and chicken thigh spot in Denver! So good, I could eat this almost everyday. Ambiance is decent located in Finn's manor but you are going here for the food. I always do take out and I hear they are on DoorDash. If you can find a better burger in Denver please dm me. Love the fresno chilies paired with the chicken thighs. Sometimes not having optionality is a blessing.

The skinny: No frills just damn good smash burgers and fries. Overview: Who would have thought some of Denvers best food would be tucked inside finns - and yet here we are. Drunk and even sober - this is hands down some of the best smash burgers I've had in Denver. Not to mention crispy fries and the most garlic of garlic aolis. I was skeptical coming here when my friend suggested it but man was I blown away. The patty is thin and crispy - just like it should be. With no frills ingredients that just work under the melted cheese. I'm not even a burger fan and a dream of this place. The plus are the fries and sauce are just as good. A small menu but what they offer they do amazingly well - and service is quick! Would I come back: yes and yes and so should you.

Recommended by a friend, this is the best smash burger in Denver! It's a little pricey but quality is there. Double patties, grilled onions, American cheese and that sauce hit the spot! This isn't a long review but let me tell you, that Patty was perfect. The crust was crispy yet juicy. The maillard reaction from that hot skillet hitting that beef was delightful. If you appreciate a good burger, then this is the spot!

This was by far the beat smashburger I've ever had. This is a must visit, the attached bar has great drinks and friendly service. Next time I visit Denver I look forward to eating here again

10/10!!! This is our first time in Colorado and I googled the best burger spot and this gem popped up! 4.9 on Google and that's rare. We came straight here from the airport. The gentleman was super nice and kind. The smash burger was amazing!! Never had something so deliciously crispy and juicy at the same time. The fries were crispy and they came with house made aioli. The aioli is very nice and tasty. Not overly thick like others. The food truck was extremely clean. Highly recommend!

Tried twansburger for the first time and it was probably one of the best burgers I've had ever. The double patty was cooked to perfection with a crispy edge and full of flavor. The American cheese, white onions, and house pickles were the perfect complement to it PLUS their homemade burger sauce was 10/10. It is located Inside Finn's manor and it was weird that I was asked for an ID to buy a burger but whatever - it's worth it. The person working the truck was extremely nice and the bar itself seems chill. Anyways, check them out!

Salty is an understatement! The burger and fries are salty! Be careful here "Twans High Blood Pressure Burgers" I see why it's in a bar, maybe the people are drunk so they don't notice how salty the food is, or maybe the cooks are drunk too and over doing the salt? $38 wasted... At least give us some good salt this that 69 cents salt.

In my personal opinion this is by far the best burger in Denver. I like to bring my friends here without them knowing anything and 100% of them are so impressed. Yes this is a food truck in the middle of a bar patio but it's incredible!! The people who are working the truck are so nice and you can tell they also love their product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Twans Burger is the best smash burger you will ever have. Twan uses all local ingredients sourced every morning. My daughter lives in Denver and the first stop we make when I visit is to Finn's Manor for a cold drink and a Twans Burger! Trust me, when you try one... you will totally understand.

Unless you have allergies or special restrictions, just order it exactly the way they make it and you will not regret it. The burger blew me away. Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned beef that honestly might be the best smash burger I have ever had in my life. The two patties are the way to go because this is the real smash burger experience. And the fries are absolutely necessary. Everything hit the spot and lived up to the hype. It is worth every single penny.

This is artistry. Crispy crusted patties perfectly cooked. Incredible sauce that add a savory zest and character. The bun... ohhhhh the bun. This burger is my new reference as to what greatness under $30 should taste like. Fries are incredible too. Aioli sauce is just showing off. While Twans isn't suspiciously fast delivery on its order like most places, it arrived in a timely manner (6-8 minutes, don't recall exactly) and for outdoor seating I can't complain as the bar has got a great colorful hangout. Overall this is a bucket list Burger. Congrats to anyone who's had one. Your life is closer to complete.

Hands down the best burger in town, all of the flavors came together to make my taste buds jump with joy. Tonight was my 1st night trying Twan's Burger, Chef Johnny executed the mission very well. Great Chef all around, from being very welcoming & inviting to preparing one of the most delicious meals I've tried in Denver! 10/10 recommend go check out Twans Burger on 29th & Larimer!

ordered delivery 1st time trying and my burger is red raw undercooked , so needless to say very disappointed, fry's were good, but $35 of delivery disappointment

i'm from CA so the food in CO often disappoints, but twans makes some of THEE best smash burgers i've ever had, even compared to those in the bay and LA. literally 10/10. fries and sauce are bomb too. despite the long ass line (waited ~30min to put in my order) the workers were super friendly. food took about 15min. the truck/trailer is parked in a little lot at finns manor, it was super loud but it was nice to be able to get a cocktail with my burger.

Normally smash burgers are greasy and messy, but this was everything but. Very great taste and easy to eat. Definitely coming back to this bar just for the burger.
