Went for our anniversary dinner, we made a reservation for outside because we wanted to enjoy the fresh weather. After a while it started pouring rain and our server was amazing and moved us inside. The ambiance inside was phenomenal, low music and low lighting. We ordered a drinks, which were delicious. He ordered the mojito and I ordered the banana daiquiri. Had great taste and just the right amount of alcohol in it. Once our food arrived, we went ahead and took the first bites and were mesmerized by the taste! It was delicious to say the least. Our server was very attentive and kept checking up on us. Our dessert was delicious as well. They added an extra touch in order to help us celebrate our special day. Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

Saturday night and very busy with Prom. We waited for our table and Alex at the bar took care of us. He shook the coldest Martini ever and took time to make sure we were comfortable. When our table was ready,Jonathan started us out with the potato croquettes as an appetizer. Then began the main event: Tender filet mignon and Bison Ribeye. Asparagus, mushrooms, and pasta sides with a Malbac. Toni served the wine then assisted with a tasting of Hardy cognac to finish with Nana's chocolate cake. Beautiful, restful evening and we were waited on perfectly.👌 Can't wait for our next special event.

We had breakfast here recently arriving at our reserved time of 9 AM with a party of five. We were seated immediately at a lovely table in a beautiful restaurant. Ambiance here is first rate, nicely decorated seating area with at a well set table. Water and menus were served right away as well as a chance to order beverages. We asked for a few minutes to make our choices from the menu and I was surprised to find the prices higher at the restaurant then on their web page the same morning. I ordered the steak and eggs breakfast reasoning that a steak house should have decent steaks as this was a personal favorite of mine. I ordered fried eggs over easy and a medium rare steak. After a longish wait, ~20 minute our food was served and my eggs were fried but cooked completely through. Solid yolks and tough whites, far from the requested over easy. The steak was also over cooked with no hint of pink color of juiciness. A tablemate also received over cooked fired eggs after requesting hers over medium. We brought the over cooked eggs to our servers attention and she set off to get better eggs for us. The eggs arrived after just a few minutes and were truly over easy and well prepared. I did not complain about the steak but ate it anyway. The steak was tough, chewy and full of gristle. In summary a bad breakfast meal in a beautiful place with wonderful service.

Had the most amazing experience here! I came for my birthday and they made me feel so special. The atmosphere is beautiful and the wait staff is amazing. Will definitely be back. The tres leches was so yummy! I got the steak flight and the sides were really great. I did not enjoy the pumpkin soup nor the pasta side, but everything else was SO good.

I sat outside not far from the delightful River Walk waterfall and absorbed the early evening vibe. Though I had just eaten dinner somewhere else, I just had to at least try the calamari appetizer....I love calamari. Capers! The chef used just a few capers in the calamari sauce and the aioli that accompanied the squid was just right. I'll be back, just wait and see. EDIT: I'm back after two days to sample a proper dinner at 21Steak. All I can say is OMG and IYKYK: it was one of the best dinners I've enjoyed at any restaurant in the southwest. I had the 16oz Filet, yes, that's correct, 16 flavorful ounces of perfectly cooked, medium-rare Filet, and not bacon-wrapped like the 8oz Filet. On the side I ordered mashed potatoes, another favorite of mine since childhood, and possibly the very best I've ever had as well. To pair perfectly I had two glasses of Argentinian Malbec, from two different wineries, and if you love wine you'll recognize the sweetheart combo it made with the meat. Again I sat outside and felt a strong deja vu.....hahaha. This will be my go to restaurant any time I'm going north or south on I-25. The owner, Toni Orozco-Joyce guided me to my table and thanked me for the review I had made two days earlier. Later she stopped by my table during my dinner and we chatted briefly again, along with my two new friends at the outdoor table next to mine. What a nice, friendly and down-to-earth proprietor! I have to remind her and her chef to contact Lee at High Country Meats in Raton, NM, and explore the common ground they will easily discover. It's always nice to have new possibilities shared by a happy patron.

I’ve been a regular at 21 Steak for a while now, and it’s hands down one of my favorite spots. The food is consistently amazing—every dish is packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. One standout for me is their Gray Ghost, which has become my all-time favorite drink; it’s smooth, unique, and something I look forward to every visit. We went there yesterday for my mom’s birthday dinner, and they went above and beyond to make it special. Our server, Dimitri, is usually the one taking care of us, and he always does an incredible job—attentive, friendly, and making sure every detail is just right. The staff was fantastic as always, the atmosphere was warm, and the whole experience felt tailored just for us. This place is absolutely amazing, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for top-notch food and a memorable time.

Phenomenal bacon wrapped Filet, asparagus with garlic, bleu cheese dressing or Oscar, the wine list is great and I love their bread and butter!

We are from Denver and have came down here to play golf and eat at least 5-7 times in the past couple years. I ordered the Ribeye steak and had to send it back twice for being overcooked. I ordered medium rare and there was not pink at all. It was definitely medium well if not well done FOR A STEAK. Cooks are blind or don’t know how to cook a steak. Ridiculous when you’re paying $72 for a steak. I was so fed up I just didn’t eat and had the appetizer. They compt us 2 beers. I paid my bill and left and NEVER GOING BACK. To top it off the steak wasn’t good looking either for $72.

Yelp
Stopped in Pueblo on 7/11/25 for the night, on our way to Breckenridge. Pueblo has revitalized their downtown area with a river walk, and that's where you'll find this gem. Our dinner at Twenty One Steak amazing! The filet was seasoned and cooked medium-rare to perfection: sear on the outside, fork-tender, pink middle but not bloody. Our server, Jared, steered us through excellent sides, and given that I'm Celiac, his knowledge and attentiveness was greatly appreciated. Alec served up fabulous martinis at the bar before our Resy. We liked the extensive wine list, with something good at every price point. And delicious crème brûlée topped off the night. Our experience at Twenty One Steak far exceeded every dinner we had at the best hot-spots in Breck this past week! We will be back every time we come through Pueblo.

Yelp
I was surprised that a steak house serves breakfast but not really lunch. But it was Sunday in Pueblo and your dining options are always a bit limited. This was the fancy meal for a birthday celebration. The prices were really quite reasonable for this kind of restaurant. We did not have reservations. The restaurant was about half full and the hostess seemed rather distressed that we didn't have reservations. They made us stand around a bit just to let us know, I suppose. They managed to seat us between two large parties. So loud we couldn't have a conversation. We ordered 2 Bloody Maries. Not good. They're using some kind of seasoned salt on the rim, but they also dump it into the bottom of the glass so you're just drinking straight salt through your straw. I ordered steak and eggs, my partner had the biscuits and gravy (so she could try the Klobase gravy). My steak was, like the Bloody Mary, SO salty as to be nearly inedible. The toast was entirely black on one side and only half burnt on the other. Who let that go out of the kitchen. The person who brought it might have noticed. My waitress DID notice and offered to bring butter, but she really should have brought me new toast. I watched other people receiving their orders and all of the toast was coming out burnt. The potatoes with cheese and bacon were the standout. That was actually a wow. The biscuits and gravy suffered what many do. They were lukewarm at best. They're keeping their gravy at a lower temp so they don't have to watch it. It kind of makes it a food poisoning soup. It was okay, but not a wow.

Yelp
Came here tonight after visiting for like 4-5 times. I came down here for golf at Walking Stick. I don't know what happened but the rib eye steak which is $72 dollars I sent back twice for over cooking it. I ordered it medium rare both times it was medium well if not well done. No pink what so ever. Very disappointed and told the waiter the cook needs training. Sad sad day

Yelp
The bar staff was great -- friendly, efficient, and made some solid drinks to kick things off. From there, the service throughout the evening stayed consistently excellent. Our server was incredibly attentive; drinks were refilled before they ever got close to empty, and we never had to ask for anything twice. The complimentary bread and dipping oil were a highlight -- warm, fresh, and flavorful enough to feel like a thoughtful start to the meal. I ordered the 12 oz fillet rare, and while the flavor was excellent, it did come out noticeably overcooked. I decided not to send it back because it still tasted good, but it wasn't what I ordered, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still very positive. With great service and solid food (even if a little off the mark), I'd definitely come back -- just maybe with a little more emphasis on how I want my steak cooked.

Yelp
Visiting Pueblo turns out local restaurants close early (what!) but this one stays open later Has a nice bar Great views Interesting menu Service is awesome (small room) Definitely a go to for Pueblo Food is good quality Priced according to accommodations

Yelp
Firstly, let me preface that I have eaten at this restaurant twice within the past two years. Each visit was a magical experience. The service was excellent. All your food was delivered in a timely manner. The ambience was excellent, and the food was even better than that. I only get to come to this restaurant when I travel through, and I look forward to visiting it. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. I placed my order within five minutes of sitting down. In the past visits, we've ordered the same house specialty steak. Within 5 to 10 minutes, we would have our appetizers and drinks, and within 20 minutes our main course. At the 40 minute mark in this visit I'm talking to the chef because unfortunately, I no longer have time to wait. He proceeds to tell me 30 minutes is a reasonable time to wait for a steak. Yet if we're being reasonable we are at the 35 minute mark from ordering, and the only thing I ordered is still not in front of me. I don't like leaving negative reviews, however, if an issue isn't brought up, how can it be fixed. Our prior visits were even busier than this visit.

Yelp
Lovely location. Nice intimate atmosphere inside. Little pricy for dinner but the quality of service, food, and ambiance are good. Very good cocktails that switch up regularly. Looking forward to trying the newish breakfast menu.

Yelp
I would like to first state that I took a risk coming here. I am in town for business and I'm a long-time steak aficionado and can grill a very mean steak at home. My rule of thumb is that it has to taste as good as or better than mine. The problem lies that you have to try before you know. My 14 oz. Wagyu ribeye was better than I could do. It was cooked and seasoned absolutely to perfection. My hat is off to the chef. Thank you and a job very well done, unlike my steak. I should also mention that the restaurant manager, Toni, has vast amounts of experience in wine selection. I indicated to her my taste preference and she brought out 2 selections that nailed my preferred profile. So even if you're looking for a good place to have a few glasses of wine, you won't be disappointed here.

Yelp
Great breakfast along the riverwalk. Great food and cocktails. Amazing service. Worth checking out.

Tausha S.

Yelp
My husband ordered a medium rare steak and I ordered the snapper... after about 45 minutes of waiting, the waiter brought out a well done ribeye and fish that tasted like it had been heated up in the microwave. I didn't say anything about my fish because I was more concerned with his steak issue but the manager comes over to the table and takes the first steak back and agrees that it looks well done.. about 5 minutes later, the manager comes back over and drops off a new steak and says "I'm gonna stand here as you cut it open". Shockingly enough, my husband cuts into the steak to find another medium well/well done steak. The manager saw the steak and said "that's how it cooks with the temp"... I was honestly shocked he said that because it looked exactly like the first one.. We drive to Pueblo from Denver a few times a year just to eat dinner and the steak and service from the manager was just sad... We will not be returning.

Yelp
Delicious breakfast! Ordered the quinoa power bowl. Great prices and wide selection to choose from. We also got the special which was also delicious(pork schnitzel). Our server Will was the sweetest and such friendly staff. Makes you feel right at home. They make a great espresso martini!

Yelp
We found this place based on a local recommendation. It's right in the heart of the downtown Riverwalk restaurant area and stands out as a fancier steakhouse compared to its neighbors. The interior blends modern decor with classic steakhouse charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They offer an extensive cocktail list, and our waitress was very knowledgeable about. the options. To start, I ordered the calamari, artichoke dip, and shishito peppers. All were excellent, with the shishito peppers being my favorite. For the main course, I had the ribeye, and it was cooked exactly to my liking. Overall, the ambiance and service were top-notch. I can see why this place is a go-to for locals celebrating special occasions.

Yelp
So the place itself was clean and fancy. To enter it was a little sketchy with the door locks but wasn't a deterrent. The service was good and very professional. And the food was very tasty. I went for breakfast and got the chicken and waffles and a glass of pineapple juice. Came with the side of butter and syrup as well. The reason I gave it 4 stars was cause it was pricier than what it should've been. $18 bucks for the meal and $4 for maybe 6oz of pineapple juice. That's ridiculous.

Yelp
Be sure to ask if the air conditioning is working when you make your reservation. People in our party got up to go outside during the middle of our meal just to get some air because it was so warm in the dining room. This is our favorite restaurant, and always had a great experience until tonite. I feel sorry for the staff working in the kitchen without a decent cooling system. Food and service were excellent as always. The temperature in the restaurant was just too unbearable to enjoy the meal. We spent a few hundred dollars for a dinner to eat while cooling ourselves with their placemats. We won't be back until they fix their cooling unit.

Yelp
Ok, so I made it a point to be there early cause seats fill fast without a reservation. Seemed like I was first or second in queue. Grabbed a beer and water and placed my order(btw that kinda rhymes lol) As I enjoyed my beer, I happened to notice that other people who arrived after me started getting their food. I happened to look at my watch and it was close to 45 minutes after I placed my order. Then I noticed that the cook came out and was talking to the bartender. Under my breath I said where's my fucking steak. Maybe they heard me maybe they did not. But the bartender came up to me and started a discussion about what may have happened. An IT issue. I said ok, it's been 45 minutes make it right. So about 5-10 minutes later the steak along with potato coquettes arrived. Somehow part of the steak was medium rare, I had ordered it medium. Now I am starting to get upset at the cost and the quality. Potato coquettes were perfect. I made it point to let the bartender know that it wasn't cooked to my preference after the long wait. He understood and stated that the manager shall speak to me. I spoke with the manager kindly and did not cause a scene. I stated that for the amount of time I had to wait, being one of the first customers there and then receiving a mediocre steak for this price I was upset. Well they handled all of the issues correctly to make me satisfied. However, I probably won't go here again. Just to let everyone know they fry the steaks and do not grill them over an open flame.

Yelp
Date night! We had a mid-winter slump date night. Hubby made a 7:00 reservation and on a Friday night. We stopped for a cocktail at The Clink beforehand and strolled over. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our server, Dillon, came and asked about cocktails. He suggested we settle in and enjoy without rushing. I had the black martini and my husband did the bartender's choice, which was a yummy tequila old fashioned. Being encouraged to take our time was just what we needed. We slowly perused the menu and settled on the calamari appetizer. I ordered the Pueblo Clam Chowder (oh my absolute goodness!!!!), and the halibut. Husband ordered the wedge salad (can you say candied bacon?), 18 oz ribeye, and we shared sweet potato gratin. Dillon asked if I wanted another cocktail and I mentioned I wanted wine with dinner. He sent Toni over for suggestions. She was amazing and suggested both a white and a red. We got a bottle of red to share. The food came and was all delicious. I didn't have high hopes for the potatoes, and was very pleasantly surprised. The fish was good but the accompaniments were great! My husband's steak was cooked perfectly. We were too full for dessert but the menu looked great! There was live music by Christian (??) and he did great. He was entertaining and had good musical ability! We requested a song that was our first song at our wedding and he was stoked to play it. It was a truly memorable date.

Yelp
First, our dinner arrangements were made as part of our Newmar RV rally, attended by over 600 people, so the review may not be applicable. Despite this .... We were very disappointed! First off, we were late in being seated & ended up in some random room! The tables were barely set up! They were severely lacking servers & the only ONE we had was very flustered & inefficient! It wasn't as if they didn't know we were coming!! The drinks were late & the dinner later! We were served our wilted salads, then main course, a steak on a plate, followed a little later by the sides! We were served a plate of about 8 asparagus, for 8 people!? Really? Yes, the food was good however the overall service, presentation & atmosphere was very disappointing! Especially since each meal came with an $85 price tag! No, we will NOT recommend dining there nor will come back! Sorry!

Colleen B.

Yelp
After looking forward to trying this place, finally went there last night and what a let down! Johnny, our waiter, was good but the steak was dry, tough and burnt; the fries and crispy Brussels sprouts were inedible and the salmon and mashed potatoes were so so. The shrimp and kimchi appetizer was good though the shrimp a bit over cooked. I was not only disappointed for the waste of time and money but was so hoping it to be great for the sake of Pueblo and the riverwalk. I hope it was a very bad night for them but I won't go back to find out. Don't waste your money. Texas Roadhouse and the Clamshell are much better and half the price.

Yelp
By far, my best piece of steak and house salad. I will make this a priority every time I visit the area. See you in 3 months...

Yelp
Not a real Steak House. I never had a steak order fried before and it was so tough I could not eat it. Manager said she was sorry that I didn't like it.

Yelp
3.5 stars. The ambience is a mix of casual/business. The tables are a little closer than I would like. I think we had more expectations from them than what we got. The one thing that was good, was the drinks. We started with the Ranch Water and the Lychee Collins which were both well-created drinks. Not too boozy. I would've liked some more. For the appetizers, we wanted the hummus but they said they'd stopped making that. So we got the calamari instead. The calamari surprised me because it didn't come in the little rings that I'm normally used to. Instead, they were thick, slightly unappetizing slices. The sauce of the calamari was creamy, slightly eggy and pretty good. The bread that came with it was simply delicious. The salsa on the side had a lot of flavor and some spicy which we enjoyed. I just wish the calamari had been smaller and more fried...the thick slices became soggy with the sauce. For the entree, I got the lobster Tortelli and my friend got the Flight of Fillet. The lobster was not good. I'd expected a slightly thicker sauce with soft tortellini stuffed with lobster. Instead, I got a thin watery soup (that they labelled as bisque on the take home cup) with half-cooked tortellini. There was some lobster in the pasta but the watery soup kind of took over all the taste. The lobster by itself was just ok. There were a few pieces of prosciutto which was fine. I was just very disappointed by this dish. The flight of Fillet was a batch of 3 tiny fillets with a different sauce on each - green coulis, blue cheese and a 21 steak sauce. The green coulis was the best and the blue cheese wasn't that great. The in-house sauce was pretty decent. The fillet itself was cooked the way my friend wanted. The side of veggies was delicious, especially the potatoes. It came with the creamed corn, which was sweet. This came as a surprise because the server specifically told us there is a spicy kick in there and we say, the spicier the better. So when I got corn dumped in sweet creamy sauce with a few pieces of Pueblo chilies, I was disappointed. I still finished the corn because sweet or spicy, I'm going to eat it because it's corn. We wanted a dessert that they said they did not have. So we got the tres leches. It was a decent sized piece but quite firm. I like my tres leches to melt in my mouth and I had to bite this one. Decently sweet and nice to look at but not as good as the ones I've had. And that ended the dinner - more of a could've-been. We spent $60-70 per person and I can say that the food was definitely not worth that price. Also, if you don't have something on the menu any more, take it off the menu!

Yelp
Easily on of Pueblo's top two or three places. Warm and affable servers -- but sophisticated & knowledgeable. Top tier food. As a psychologist and mgmt consultant, I gotta tell you, they must have excellent, engaged management. Hats off!

Yelp
The whole night was so much fun, the waitress & staff were so good & professional made it that way. Plus they were super friendly, which made it a relaxing atmosphere. The food was scrumptious & always there, so there was never a wait. Altogether it was a perfect night, for a family get together, & everyone had so much fun, it was a success!!!

Yelp
Went here with my family while in town for a wedding. Had the lamb and it was amazing. It had this mint garlic sauce with it that blew my mind. My favorite sides we ordered were definitely the mashed potatoes and mushrooms. Great drinks and an ambiance for good conversation.

Yelp
Amazing always! Toni the hostess is fantastic. Our favorite bartenders are Demetri and Alec. They are mixologists!

Yelp
Trying to be a high end steak house by charging high end prices they are just a little short. Steaks were good albeit kind of expensive ($90 for a tomahawk ribeye, even if it is for 2). The sides are where they fall short. Brussel sprouts were shredded and barley cooked, creamed corn was "crunchy" and not seasoned very much. Service was awesome. Our waitress was friendly and had a smile on her face the entire evening. Other team members helped out to keep drinks full. They had a singer in house who was fair at best. Loud for a small space, could have done without that. Just made it difficult to talk to our party. I would give them another chance but only once.

Yelp
Great food and great service. The 7 0z filet was amazing. Cooked to perfection. The Bison was great. All that was left was the bone. If you want a great appetizers, order the calamari. It was served exactly like it is served in Spain. Highly recommended.

Yelp
We had a lovely brunch this Sunday morning. The food was delicious and flavorful. I had Tres Leches Crepes, very flavorful, but some fruit would be a welcome addition. The service was very good and I always enjoy the ambiance in this restaurant.

Yelp
My husband and I split an 18 ounce ribeye with three sides. Potatoes and asparagus were good. The noodle dish was bland. Ambiance and service were wonderful. Husband had their old fashioned, he said it was one of the best he has had. I had a specialty drink that was very good, but don't remember what it was!

Yelp
The food was awesome service was excellent. The steak was cooked to order perfect. Been there a couple times this summer and had the best service . Can't go wrong with the crème brulea .

Yelp
The food is delicious, the ambiance is lovely in this brick building with windows overlooking the riverwalk. The service is exceptional for both dinner and brunch. We were visiting in town and were so excited to find such a delicious and friendly place to celebrate a special occasion.

Yelp
Took my wife to celebrate 25th anniversary. Service was excellent. The staff was there taking care of our needs before we asked, but not hovering. There was live music and it was set the perfect ambience.

Yelp
Came down here to try their breakfast which they recently started serving. I was greeted & seated promptly & very nice young lady. I ordered the steak & eggs which was very good the French Press Coffee was Excellent. The only advice I leave to their management team/ owners. My server wasn't that friendly. I don't understand Server's who aren't very hospitable or process that they are happy to serve tables; it's a factor on my tipping one way or another. This actually drives my likeliness on whether I return to most restaurants also.

Yelp
What a great find when traveling and you dine in a local gem! Great menu and so many unique options for steaks and seafood. The 12 oz filet mignon with bernaise was wonderful as was the Tahitian crème brûlée if you're staying in Pueblo this is a great dining option

Yelp
Best mussels I have ever eaten. Great service. Good wine list, greart pours. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Good menu.....wine list could be a bit more extensive, but drinks were expertly constructed and food was delicious. Atmosphere was cozy and up scale. GPS was hard to find but I called and they guided me in! Great spot. I will return. Dimitri was top notch at the bar!

Yelp
The location is exceptional!!!!! This is a upscale hidden gem in downtown Pueblo . You will find a friendly atmosphere along with professional dining staff! Steak 21 is a place to truly enjoy a glass of wine without being rushed to drink, eat and leave. The general manager Toni is amazing, she is hands on with her staff and the public. She knows her wine and is a delight to talk with. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and most of all welcoming. If you want a great steak, roasted chicken, seafood or just a glass of wine, try steak 21, you won't be disappointed!!! **Most importantly this restaurant is very clean, the staff is constantly cleaning and it shows!** Thank you Steak 21 for taking pride in your restaurant! We are and will be a regular at this restaurant! Please check them out!!!! **You will need to make a reservation their hours are 5pm-10pm later if needed **

Yelp
We finally went for the first time last night. We have heard good things and I have to say it lived up to the hype! I'm so glad we have such a nice restaurant in Pueblo. Our server was very attentive and helpful, answering questions to help us order. Others served us, too, refilling water and bringing bread. A manager also stopped by to check on us. I ordered the special, a Piedmont steak with Yukon potatoes. It was very good. My husband enjoyed Doc's filet with three 3-oz filets with three different sauces. I was a bit disappointed with the Caesar salad. It tasted fine but Macaroni Grill's is the best. The bread is amazing and served warm. If you want to go on a Saturday night, be sure to make reservations! We will definitely return.

Yelp
We went without reservations & opted for the bar (no wait / full food service). The drinks were definitely worth the price...the Irish Flower crept into my top ten! The potato croquettes (w/cheese inside!!), Mac & Cheese, Asparagus, Salad (House), and Burrata were delicious...every bite. There is a free parking garage adjacent to the restaurant & its location (by the riverwalk) makes it perfect for an after-meal stroll. It is on the pricey side, but I equate that to the quality of the meal and dining experience. The wait staff all had great attitudes and did great at making us feel welcomed. Great spot !

Yelp
We arrived in Pueblo for a friends anniversary party and decided to go to dinner afterwards. We found Twenty One Steak and to our delight we were able to be seated right away without a reservation. We had high hopes that this was a nice place in Pueblo. It was great! We ordered cocktails and an appetizer. We didn't understand why it took so long for our waiter to come to take our order. After the order was taken we waited 45 minutes for our food to come out. My husband was getting a little impatient towards the food finally coming out and that's when our waiter informed us that they had two twelve tops and they were getting the food out with them first. Our food would be out soon. Our issue was that we should have been informed as soon as we sat down that there was two twelve tops - whether we had a reservation or not. We would have understood the situation. We are still a paying customer and still expect the same service. Give us a free drink or dessert or discount on our bill or something for having to wait that long. We were not the only ones having to wait for our food. A forced apology is not enough. And having the hostess chase us outside to tell us we were unreasonable for being upset because we didn't even have a reservation. Wrong. We are still a paying customer! Have to still say...The food was great- the waiters and staff were great! They just handled this all wrong!

Yelp
More than just a Steak House, Twenty-One Steak has variety and exceptional quality! Beginning with the wine sommelier and manager, Toni, your experience will be enhanced. Toni is bubbly, enthusiastic, super knowledgeable about wine pairing, adult beverages and the queen of her tribe. The staff love and respect her and it shows. All reasons to come back, even if the food was just good, but it is Superior. This place is always working on tweaking the menu to ensure you have a special meal. There is a Seasonal Menu, plus Weekly Specials that are worth dropping in just to try. (Note, these weekly items are so good, they can sell out quickly) An example, we had the most amazingly tender, flavorful Buffalo steak a few weeks ago. The main menu contains a wide variety of not only steak, but lamb chops, seafood, chicken, gluten free or vegan options, fantastic appetizers, and desserts If you need to bring children, no problem, the list of Kiddo options is all under $9. Or consider a few $10 sides to share. Why not order three at $25. So, let's talk steak, they offer superior quality 1855 Black Angus meats that are not sold locally. When we go, we gravitate to the two-person 40-ounce Tomahawk steak or a wonderfully marbled Ribeye, but don't skip a flight of Filet Mignon. The entrees are served with one complement which really kicks up the flavor of their dishes. There are optional enhancements, like a lobster tail or Oscar style topping. Be sure to check out the Sides, especially the wild mushroom risotto, potato croquette, creamed corn, roasted brussels or truffle fries. The staff at Twenty-One Steak are seasoned and on point, they have worked together for years and are truly a working "family" that understands and knows the menu and customer service. If you chose to sit at the bar, you will usually be greeted by Dimitra or Alex and will be well taken care of. Cocktails are also their specialty, and they pride themselves on concocting unique tastes, so be sure to try a few. All and all, this is a special place for a memorable meal, drinks to satisfy, end of the evening dessert and a night cap. Oh, I forgot to mention, A special treat, they also have a wine pairing dinner the last Wednesday of every month, reservations are necessary. Don't miss Twenty One Steak! Yelp
In town for a coupla days, had dinner at 21 Steak on a Thursday night. Decor and atmosphere were top notch. Waiter seemed on the inexperienced side, but did a fine job. Inexperience showed as he described specials and the dishes we ordered--nothing bad, he just needs to refine/edit his patter. Pan fried chicken over gnocci was delicious. Less hungry person had clam chowder (still thinking about it--very flavorful with pleasant textures, a bit of spice, and a refreshing brightness) and a lovely wedge salad. They offer New Belgium 1554, which is about my favorite beer, so yay. Other great local libation choices as well.

Yelp
Great steak spot along the Riverwalk! I ordered one of the specials which was a Wagyu Ribeye. It was one of the best steaks I've ever had! The service was on par with what you would expect from a restaurant like this, and the ambiance is worthy of any special occasion you might be celebrating! I loved the fact that many local foods are incorporated into the menu. This is a must try! I can't wait to return!

Yelp
Oh my goodness... one of the best steaks I've ever had in my life; hands down. If you're in Pueblo, absolutely give this place a shot! Toni was absolutely wonderful to talk to. Probably the best steak I've ever had! We had the Wagyu, dry-aged and the butter rib eye. Amazing!
