Twin Filipino Food Store

I came at 7pm so that may affect my review. The store was pretty small and there was a lot of empty shelves. There wasn’t a lot of options and also no prices on the items so a bit hard to select from. The employee also wasn’t that helpful, I wanted recommendation for snacks-perhaps there was a language barrier. Below was the three items I bought. Personally, I liked only Chicharron ni Mang Juan. However, it was quite pricey for the quantity. The bag could’ve been 1/4 the size, there was barely anything in it. Cheesier corn snacks wasn’t that bad but I probably wouldn’t try again. For me, I didn’t really like the fish cracker. I bought it because I was curious but I couldn’t manage to finish it. It was pretty bland. I heard from my friend this is Philippines’ largest export (don’t quote me on this), so do visit if you are interested in a Filipino supermarket

The food is very delicious and flavorful. I wish there were some labels but 🤷🏾‍♀️. I make an effort to try something new/different everytime I go. It's a very quiet store.

Very friendly staff and have lots more than you would think for a small store. We found everything we needed.

Used to go here when I lived in Astoria. They’re so nice here and have the essentials! 💖
