Twin Peaks

We came to this place around 9:30 pm for dinner, as it was one rare restaurants that remained open late hours. The inside of the place was really nice, high ceiling, wooden frames, lots of sitting space and a huge bar. Lots of TVs all around, great for watching sports. They also have a special cigar bar/room, where a lot of the diners were chilling smoking their cigars. The menu had a variety of dishes including burgers, cheesesteaks, nachos, tacos, flatbreads, sandwiches and salads. We got the double stacked nachos with chicken. It was actually a really good dish. I got the Philly cheesesteak for entree. It was pretty good, had lots of steak in it with melted cheese. Other than the cheese, rest of the ingredients like onions and peppers were hard to see in the sandwich. It requested to replace the French fries with coleslaw on the side, but it wasn’t tasty at all. My friends like their chicken club sandwich and the salad bowl. Our server was friendly. Those on multiple occasions we had to look for her, first to put the order cause we were waiting for about 10 minutes, then again to ask about our dishes since it took them more than 20 minutes to bring them to the table.

Atasia was our waitress, she was very attentive, always kept our drinks full, and checked in on us regularly but not too much! Our steaks were cooked to perfection as ordered medium rare, the appetizer was great! As always the beer was ice cold ❄️! We have been to multiple locations but this one is by far our favorite!! The cigar lounge is a plus for my husband. 10 out of 10 in our book!

This place was a pleasant surprise, I usually don’t expect much from restaurants that stay open really late or sports bars. But everything I had here was excellent. The manager, Eric, was great and put me in a place with good views of a TV that they put the Cubs game on for me, and the server, Amber was really attentive. She gave me excellent recommendations and everything that she recommended was extremely good. Most of the parking is around back so look for the big parking lot behind the restaurant, and there was seating at tables, at the bar, and in sort of a semi outdoor space as well

First time at Twin Peaks and got their lobster roll BLT. First bite in you get a mouthful of the lemon mayo with a hint of spiciness, then comes the crunch of the celery and onions. After that you can feel the soft buttery bread, but…it's really hard to tell where the lobster comes in. There were a few visible chunks on top but I couldn't taste or feel anything outside of the mayo. Fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, which was the saving grace of this dish. Personally I feel a lobster roll is wasted if using heavy sauces because you can't taste the lobster. Still wanted to give it a try though since it looked good on paper.

I walked in to get a to go order and was met with kind of a shock as normally people stay but they welcomed me nonetheless and asked where I would like to sit while I sat. The food was very good, staff were very friendly(Especially Olivia the bartender and the hostess). I would definitely like to return at some point. Update: I went again and actually sat down today(6/12/2025). Sierra was my server, Sierra is a wonderful server! I asked what was the best thing to get and she gave me a ton of recommendations but ultimately I chose the chicken fried steak. Far as dessert, I let her choose what I got and it was delicious 😋. The staff are all extremely nice!

Lexi was amazing, I went to the cigar bar and had an ice cold beer and a fat bottom Betty. The cigar was smooth and tasty and the beer was fantastic. Decided to try one of the baked potatoes, that were new on the menus. It was delicious, definitely recommend. I’ll definitely be back and can’t believe this wasn’t the girl who won miss addison at the miss twin peaks competition

My Veteran’s Day meal and service was excellent!! First time eating here and my experience was very pleasant! I’ll be eating here again!

Overall the visit was good. There were a few mishaps with put order but it worked out Sierra was great and happy we stopped in before the Nascar race. I said I would post a couple pics for her. If anyone is wondering about the race pics. Will be back if in the area. Give a kudos for me!

I had the privilege of sitting with Daphne on 2-16. Flatbread was good but the hospitality from Daphne was excellent. Service to me and the others around me was spot on. Her head was on swivel as she entertained us with great conversation. I will definitely be back and spend money. Thanks

Came to Dallas on a short trip and decided to watch the NFL playoffs and UFC fights here and it did what it needed to. TV's everywhere so never a view I could not use to watch whatever I needed to see. Once football was over then all of the TVs catered to the UFC fights and it seems that they also promote UFC as well being that the restaurant and waitresses all have some type of UFC branding on them. The service was not bad either but it seems like my waitress became a little overwhelmed after a while due to the annoying drunk guys that were making her life difficult so I won't hold that against her. Otherwise, we were taken care of properly and the food was actually pretty good too for bar food. I have been to this business in FL as well so the place seems to be consistent in their business model. It can definitely get packed if there are major sporting events but we had no issues getting a table even at the last minute. This location also has a cigar smoking section for anyone interested.

This venue has an outstanding staff. A great menu always scratch made. Tons of tv's for sports. I really enjoy the cigar room. Daphne was my Cigar bar girl today and it is so nice to get exceptional customer service. Come in for a stick. You will not be disappointed!!

This is not a family environment. Absolutely do not recommend! I would be embarrassed to come here much less with my family. This is a Christian family community! I'm shocked that they opened this place in a conservative Christian family neighborhood. Our neighbors are shocked and disappointed that they were allowed to open in our community.

The avocado turkey smash and sweet potato fries is usually my go to at lunch! The service was pretty decent to say that it was lunch. Staff should be trained a little more because out server wasn't knowledgeable about a breathing. Other than that, the atmosphere is usually always chill.

Elena and Malyiiaeh Were Great service and so polite and professional very busy but still managed to attend pretty quick definitely

Our server Elena was super attentive! Me and my friend both got a Caesar salad and we couldn't stop talking about how good the food was.

The guys did not lie. The place actually does have good food It's very affordable and it's always a good vibe for watching sports.

When I first arrived the girls behind the bar seem distracted in conversation. One walked past me 4 times without acknowledging that I was there. Compared to the N Irving and Plano Twin Peaks locations the bar service at Addison is less than expected.

There are some good things here (not the food and not the warm beer), but don't come if you expect to talk to your friends. The music is overbearing and uncomfortably loud. The manager refused to turn it down. There is a purpose to this, I believe. Drink your drinks, eat your food and get out. Don't occupy our tables talking because we want to turn over the tables.

We entered and no hostess so we went to the bar and the bartender barley acknowledged that we were there. She was not working just standing talking to people and took her time to ask if we wanted anything. I ordered a beer and it came very late. This was Saturday the 15th at 4:30 pm. We finally got our food and had to ask There is a cigar smoking section off this location.

Don't go on Game day. Went and got a table.no one came to take our order. Left after 20 minutes and went to a competitor down the street where we got great service.

This is a great spot to watch ALL sporting events and it's open late! My friend (from Houston) and I came on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. I've come to this spot before but only to visit the Cigar Bar area, which is great. This time, since my friend was hungry we decided to dine in the main restaurant dining area. We enjoyed watching the various football games but it took quite awhile for us to receive my drink from the bar and when we received our entrees, we had to walk to the bar to ask for silverware because it was extremely busy and the waitresses were trying their hardest to accommodate EVERYONE. Once I cut into my steak, it was evident that there was a misunderstanding/miscommunication about the Sirloin that I ordered. The cook thought the order was to be medium instead of medium well. The waitress, Celeste, immediately found the manager, Bobbie, and brought him to the table to view the steak. The manager was very apologetic, came back to our table with a "free chips & queso" card and a "$5 off next visit" card and asked if he could please have the entree prepared again for me. Even though there was a mistake; it was quickly corrected and handled properly. I appreciate both the waitress and the manager AND my friend LEFT NO FOOD on the plate (HAPPY PLATE mode); therefore, we know the Chicken Fried Steak was delicious! My entree that was prepared, again, came out quickly and was correct (and very tender), the second time around. I was satisfied and of course I'll be going back (not just to the Cigar Bar) but to dine in the restaurant area,again

The food was actually gross and undercooked. I ordered wings extra crispy absolutely disgusting. HUGE wings barely cooked. I placed my order for pick up at 11:59am I did not receive my order until 12:30 or later missed my entire lunch break... the hostess up front was really nice she apologized and continued to check on my order.. I placed the order online at 11:30 my first and LAST time "eating" here.. I didn't get to eat I tossed it bc they where so disappointing

Great seat at the bar, with full view of the whole Lodge. Bartenders Sydnie, Angel and Shannon (Training) Were very pleasant and attentive. Redemption Rye Manhattan was good even after subbing Luxardo Cherry Juice for Sweet Vermouth. Billionaire Bacon was spicy, chewy and delicious. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was a great surprise with the perfect amount of heat, sweet and crunch. Nice touch adding the Slaw. Crispy Sweet Potato Fries were on point with my Tabasco Ketchup. My only negative was the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the Sit-2-P after multiple TP Girl's would exit.

Above average bar food. Reason for review is multiple times we come to get Twin Peaks Light for $2.99 for 22oz and they are out. When asked to substitute another light beer they won't do it. Seems like bait and switch.

It would have w been 5 stars for the food but the service was just awful. The waitress got our order wrong & then tried to say I didn't order it. Had to watch someone eat their entire meal and then mine finally came. When the bill came, I thought she comped the meal that we had to wait on but then when she ran my credit card, it was for a different amount. When I pointed out it was for the wrong amount, she said the first one was wrong and brought me a new itemized receipt with the meal at the wrong price and an additional drink. When I pointed out the error, she said it was because I ordered incorrectly. I had to ask her to fix it but then she just brought a new credit card slip that she ran for a different amount, but still higher than it should have been. At this point I was over it

Service was ridiculously slow and the young lady was new. It was late night and she mixed up my drinks. The manager got it right, my food was undercooked and had to be sent back! Was given free sweet potato fries and wings came out burned but delicious flavor on one side a win is a win I guess! I loved that they offered a cigar lounge I loved the smell. The restaurant was very clean.

The service is pretty terrible. Our server seemed like she went out of her way to ignore us and then slow with her service after that. We came in 15 minutes before late night happy hour ended and she waited to take our order until 2 mins before it ended and then left two items off our order. The saver on my rating is the food because it is still delicious. Maybe go to the bar for better service.

At shift change we got "Valerie", she was not attentive at all, we had to stop her to ask for drinks, she never came over to the table to ask if we needed anything! Nor did she introduce herself to us!....she only went to tables that spoke Spanish...however we had a Spanish speaking friend with us...she was distant and rude, and annoyed when we asked for drinks

The food could be better but the staff is friendly and I really like the décor. My friends loved to go to this place on sports night

I am happy to say that I've been coming to this location here in addison,tx for quite a while. The service all around is outstanding. The bartenders, Sammy and amaya are always attentive and great with customers. Also, one of the mgrs names Bobby is a team player and makes sure all patrons are enjoying their sports and time here. We'll done!

Had a great time at twin peaks with Amaya, Shy and Alo. The service was on point and the food was spectacular. Will highly recommend sitting at the bar with them. They are professional engaging and will make sure you are taken care of.

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. The server was a small Asian woman who brought me one beer and never came back to ask if we wanted anything else. A bar patron asked her for an Old Fashioned, and she pulled up the recipe on her phone...then mixed the drink INCORRECTLY. Anyway, I asked for my receipt, and she handed it to me WHILE ROLLING HER EYES. WHY??? I still tipped her 25% which she DID NOT DESERVE (and my daughter said should have been ZERO). I tip just as much as men do, but I won't stare down your flat chest while doing it. Will NOT be back! The ladies who work at the MacArthur location are much, much prettier, look less tired and entitled, but still treat every customer with care and respect.

Broad selection of food and drink. The beers come nice and cold and I would recommend. The food was just ok, over salted and nothing too memorable but typical bar food. There are plenty of TVs so you can get a great view from anywhere. I was able to catch a UT game here and the vibe is good. Main downside is they never seem to have enough workers when it's busy so good luck getting something. I also tried out the cigar lounge and that was fine. Great with a scotch.

You know why you go here .... For the cold beer, wings and sports on TV. Good beer selection, lots of TVs, servers very nice. Good place to catch the game

So gross! Can't escape the smoke anywhere thanks to the cigar bar with insufficient (or missing?) ventilation, allowing the smoke to pour out and affect the entire restaurant. Only stayed a few minutes but my clothes still reeked of smoke. Can't imagine eating there in the smoke.

Try the blackened salmon! The best salmon I ever had along with the rice, beans and sauce..wow

Came to the cigar bar in Addison and had a wonderful experience. Olivia was a doll. She kept the drinks coming and all her recommendations were spot on. Her little (not so little) manager Jared came in and introduced himself with a great handshake. It was refreshing to see a manager that was so helpful with the bartender and so respectful of her. Olivia was worth coming back for but the fact the whole team was great makes this our new go-to spot.

Good food, good service, good beer, what more could you ask for? This is our go to spot for any sports or just a good bar food night. The food is always great, fresh and fast to our table! The ice cold beers have us spoiled, can't find them like that anywhere else!

Best cold beer, the blonde(beer) is great. I want to someday get married here and i want my kid to be born here. Love this place! Jadira was has the best personality and was attentive to our needs.

Normally I try to give as much wiggle room for good service, even mediocre. As a person that travels a lot and eats out a lot when home, I probably have meals from restaurants over 150 nights a year. This is the worst, and it's just a sports bar. Maybe that's the only good thing is I don't think there is a seat that doesn't have a decent view of a couple tvs. Once seated I asked to move since I was right outside the cigar bar and they must not have decent ventilation- no problem moving, but then waited over 10 minutes for a server to show up (she did apologize). Then 30 minutes for ribs. Finally done and waited another 15 minutes to get the check... then 10 more for the credit card to get picked up. Would never recommend this venue to anyone.

Last night was my 2nd time at this location ! The 1st was back in May and had a Beautiful Hostess by the name of ( MALYIEAH ) who on my 1st visit went above and beyond to get me accommodated since it was only me ! She had a VERY outgoing personality , awesome smile , not too mention Beautiful and a very positive vibe that said ( I enjoy what I do and I am here to take care of the customers ) 5- BABE all the way and D'BEST HOSTESS I've ever met or come across ! Now last night didn't exactly start off like the 1st visit but after speaking to the MGR Mr BEN , he made sure that I was gonna get taken care of and he had Miss RUBY takeover as my waitress ! RUBY assured me that she'd take care of me and that by the end of the night I'd go home happy and with a smile ! Well guess what ??? Miss RUBY did exactly as she said and this young lady has an outgoing vibe , awesome customer service skills and she's an amazing young lady who also takes pride in her job as a waitress and she does all that she can to make sure you feel welcomed and wanted ! She's a SUPER- LATINA and she's one HELLAH of a KUTIE ! Then you have Miss SAMANTHA aka SAM who wasn't my waitress but she did bring my food out and she did with a smile and with a look that clearly says that she also enjoys her job and is willing and wanting to do what it takes to make sure you are comfortable and that you are well taken care of and that you have all that you need to enjoy the day , evening or night in this location ! She's got a VERY positive attitude and her Customer Service is definitely on point and she's got that Smile that'll make you feel more than welcomed and she's a DOLL on top of that ! HAPPY B-LATED BIRTHDAY SAMANTHA ( SAM ) ! With that being said , if you want to go watch any kind of sports and you want feel welcomed and be in an awesome atmosphere surrounded by Beautiful Young Lady's, then this is definitely the place to be without a doubt ! They will take care of you and make sure you come back again ! MALYIEAH is D'FKN BEST HOSTESS and she's a HOTTIE and RUBY & SAMANTHA aka ( SAM ) are D'BEST waitress's in town and @ TwinPeaks and these BABE's will make you feel @ home and make sure that you go home with a smile and happy ! Mr BEN is definitely a TRU MANAGER and he knows what it takes to take care of customers as well and he'll get any issue you have taken care ASAP with ZERO excuses ! These 3 Young Lady's are D'BEST TPG's in the business and going forward this is and will be my go to spot as long as these 3 BEAUTIFUL , AMAZING , AWESOME , UNIQUE , PRETTY & HELLAH KUTIES are here ........

When I moved back here from the Denver area, I started coming here a lot as it wasn't far from the neighborhood I was living in at the time and so far I've never been let down during any of my visits. The staff here is very friendly and works hard. Sometimes they're so busy, you wonder why they don't hire more staff, but the staff itself is always courteous nonetheless. Their happy hour menu they brought back recently is pretty good if you're looking for good value. Tons of different beer on tap to choose from as well as a smoking lounge if you're into cigars. For food, I usually get the spicy meatball Parmesan sub or chicken quesadilla off the happy hour menu. Overall, I'd definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Dallas area. Even more so if you're a sports fan as there are plenty of TV's to pick from depending on the sport you're interested in.

Came here by myself and i wanted to drink a nice cold beer. Lana my serve was super helpful and friendly. She was very attentive and loved to talk. My beer was super cold every time she brought it out and my food was hot and delicious. I would recommend having Lana for a server every time!! 10/10!!

Cigar lounge is a winner!!!! Food and drinks can't be beat. Small but perfect atmosphere if you want to relax with a nice stick, theirs or bring your own.

Always love Twin Peaks! No matter which location I've gone too, the service has been great! I never had once bad service at Twin Peaks whether I was at bar or table. -Great Atmosphere -Good food and options of vegetarians -Nice happy hour - Yummy dessert -Awesome service -Drinks are made with love! I walked in at 10:30 when they opened the doors for the Texas/ou game today and I was automatically greeted with a dirty look from mandy at the bar. Brianna took my drink order then ignored while they were attending to the other 3 groups at the bar who *surprise surprise* has a penis attached to their bodies. Everyone else has gotten to order food and drinks while I've been patiently waiting to order food. The dirty looks and intentional ignoring by mandy is still happening. 20 minutes later I'm finally acknowledged to order some food. I am now trying to order a drink after another 20-30 minutes and still being ignored. And now I went to the front to ask someone to add a drink to my tab and make it, the bartenders are both complaining saying that I never asked for anything and that they where making eye contact with everyone at the the bar which is complete fucking bullshit because mandy would look away anytime I tried making eye contact with her so I wasn't going to bother her with asking for a drink. She wants to say that she's a bubbly person? So am I but I'm not gonna sit here and accept being ignored. If I had a dick it would be a completely different story. And she wants to comment on the 3 or 4 beers I've had? Ma'am I'm am still sober as shit because the service is so fucking slow plus food I've had so there's no over serving right here thank you.

Came in for a cold beer and tacos and was met immediately Jeffery the manager who welcomed me in. We to the bar and from that point I was treated like I had been regular. If you get a chance come by and check it out for yourself and see Shy and Steffany.

Can't make this shit up - Sat at bar and ordered a beer - went to the bathroom, came back and they gave my seat away and charged my card. Was planning to eat with two buddies but left for the taco place across the street. Been to 10 or 15 Twin Peaks for work travel but will never go back!

It's pretty bad.... Hard to describe We had four tables of 3, the drinks took 45 minutes, most just went to the bar and got themselves. If the food came out, it was an assortment of appetizers and entrees. Our tale never got food after 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Asked the sever repeatedly about the food, all I heard was kitchen is busy". Meanwhile tables came and went getting food. When I confronted the server to repeat back our order, she admitted it was never put in. She finally put the order in and the food came out all wrong. Walked out. People were upset all over. Incompetent manager came to the table and did nothing. Do not go here, it's really a joke I have never done a yelp review before, but felt compelled.

As if the whole experience wasn't a a terrible way to engage your customers in any business, the waitress not only decided to keep 13 bucks and some change which was left from the To go order I placed DESPITE the fact the order came with the very same bacon which she explicitly affirmed it did not contain when I asked her before ordering! DESPITE the fact she did her worse effort to earn a tip. Yet here I am down 40 dollars for food AND service I never received. You cannot make this stuff up. It's like I went their to have my night ruined instead of getting the service they are literally being payed to give. Like this 304 felt entitled enough to take my change from the counter after giving her worst performance and me food I cannot eat. ARE YOU SERIOUS

We always have good food great service and the ambiance is nice! A great place to have lunch and dinner with eye candy

We went on a busy Saturday night and Felicia was an amazing waitress. She went above and beyond to make sure we got drinks we actually liked and took time to point out some great dishes, since we had never been there. Great atmosphere! Absolutely loved the windows being open and being able to enjoy the wonderful weather while getting a yummy meal! We will be back for sure!

Food and service was excellent. Nice ambience. Relaxing time had by all. We definitely come back to this location again if in the area.

Service was so slow and the food was not good. It had plenty of seating but did not enjoy the place at all probably won't return.

This place has gone down hill...the servers are horrible we has Aillayah tonight and had she couldn't get our orders right or the bill, our drinks sat at the well for several minutes b4 asking about them. She was too busy talking to all the younger men that came in and totally ignored her other tables!

LOVE their food, but why does this location still have smoking inside the restaurant!!? We were craving some delicious pulled pork nachos and were in the area. As soon as we walked inside we were hit in the face with cigarette smoke. We have a baby and don't want to bring him around the smoke and none the less, leave smelling like disgusting cigarette smoke. Very disappointed.

Comes here a few time for football games . Pretty decent services and the waitresses are very nice . Food was decent and surprisingly good. Nice atmosphere with separate smoking room enclosure . Very good price for a good steak.
