Gabriela is amazing! She served me at the patio bar and deserves all the best life has to offer—beautiful soul, inside & out. I always get treated well here, but tonight was exceptional. Gabriela & Kendra are a great bartending team.

Jordan aka Jordy was an awesome server! This was our first time here and will be back! Also thank you to Mark the manager for coming over and making us feel welcome!

Becki Mae was a wonderful bartender. She created a pleasant atmosphere and was very helpful with recommendations for both food and drinks. The Texas Philly Cheese Steak was delicious.

I arrived at 10:20 PM and waited a few minutes at the hostess stand before being informed that the hostess had already gone home for the night. Fortunately, once seated, the service was excellent throughout the visit. The food itself was decent. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but the mashed potatoes were underwhelming-nearly half the bowl was taken up by one large, unmashed chunk of potato. However, the menu offered a nice variety of options, and the strawberry lemonade was especially good. Our server was attentive and made the experience much smoother. The establishment also has plenty of TVs, creating a good atmosphere for dining or watching a game. Overall, the visit had a few hiccups, but the service and certain items definitely stood out.

Sooo good that we had to go back twice. Ask for sisters they are super cool. The queso dip is amazing.

Very disappointed. Servers were not friendly. Definitely not what I expected. The food was just dropped off at the table and didn't ask if everything was correct. I waited over 30 minutes for the server to ask me about my food and she never did so I found the manager to help me. I then just told him that I didn't want my food now and he removed it from the bill. I still paid for my beer. What makes this really bad is that I was sitting at the bar. The 2 bartender, Servers just talked to 1 guy at the bar the entire time and didn't really pay any attention to the other customers at the bar. This could be a really fun restaurant. The host at the front was very friendly and helpful when I asked for the manager. All I want is what I pay for and good customer service. Not to much to expect. Oh well. I have been here before and had a great experience. Good food and service.

We usually go to Carolina Ale House when sports are on and simply because they have a pool table. However I wanted something different food-wise today so we walked over to Twin Peaks to try them out. The bar tops were full so we asked for a table. If I'm between 2 or 3 items I get the servers opinion so I went with the trout vs the street tacos and I'm glad I did because it was amazing. Great flavor and plenty of food. The service was a bit slow but that didn't bother us too much as we were in no hurry and the game was on almost all TVS. However after the food came, we were missing the dressing and side items. By the time we got them, our food had gotten cold. That is the only real issue to slow service. Also, being sat so close to the outside where smoke travels to where we are eating is a turnoff. Fans should be used to push it away from the restaurant.

The food was great, the waitress Jahnari was the absolute best! She was prompt, courteous and accurate! She had a wonderful and down to earth personality that made me feel so welcomed and made me feel like she was a friend and I known her forever! The food was delicious and Jahnari recommended the blackened nachos and they were amazing. I will be definitely visiting this place again! My experience was incredible! Thanks Jahnari, you are a great worker with a bright personality!

Good food every time... Each time I go my service is 2nd to none. The girls are always extra nice & they always have a smile. I always have an A-1 experience when I'm there.

I've been here before when the service and food was actually good. This experience on 9/25/25 was sub-par and that's putting it lightly. First of all they were out of their house "Dirty Blonde" beer. How does that happen? Next my son's and wife's food came out about 10 minutes before mine did. The wife ordered chicken ranch sandwich and my son ordered 6 boneless wings. I had ordered a Chipotle Chicken with a Caesar side salad. We had also ordered a fried pickle appetizer that we NEVER received. Pretty piss poor service for a Thursday night. Our waitress Angelina spent more time at a table on the edge of the patio talking with her friends than she did serving her other patrons. BTW... they got their food before I did and were seated well after we were. Oh yeah. If you want your kid and wife to get a contact high sit out at the patio bar area.

Fire everyone. Start over. Go out into the parking lot of the mall next door and just grab some random people. It can't be any worse than what they have currently. Barely anyone at the restaurant, service was almost non existent. Kitchen is slower than molasses. Went there for my hour lunch break and was at the restaurant for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Like I said. Start over.

Terrible, went for a work lunch, food took forever. Alot of empty seats too. This location is going down hill.......

Mariah & Kia took great care of dad & I on 5/25/25. The chicken fried steak was amazing (as always). Food was fresh & the drinks were cold. I appreciate that the tv in front of us was on the channel we wanted, and it really helped to have the overhead music on, with the Indy 500 audio up. Thank you Twin Peaks team, especially Mariah & Kia.

Popped in here to grab a bite to eat before going to AMC. When we walked in the manager and lovely ladies were at the front podium but the greeting was dull. Once seated it took forever for a waitress to come over. The lackluster waitress came over and took our order. Her hair and makeup was tea, but her personality was not. The food came out relatively fast and it was delicious. The bartender helped to create a memorable experience because the drink was strong and flavorful. The waitress that bought the food to the table was bubbly and attentive- her badge read Asheville. I asked if most of the waitresses were training to gain clarity before writing this review. Our waitress's name tag read Greensboro. We were never offered refills or even a drink to go. Without regret our tip was parallel with the service that was provided. If we go here again we will sit at the bar!

The food has gone way down hill at this location. Past 2 visits were disappointing. Not only did it take almost 45 min to get our food (both times, and it's just me and my hubby), the food was 'eh at best. I had the Philly cheesesteak from the 'newly marketed' scratch menu which boasts 'thinly sliced ribeye grilled and stacked high', but what came was some processed 'steak um' looking concoction. My hubby ordered the Italian flatbread which was suppose to have meatballs on it, but it was more like ground beef sprinkled on it. Won't be going back for food anytime soon.

3.5ish stars Our first time to our new Local Twin Peaks. This place has a great space lots of seating inside outside space is awesome love that over what we had in the one in Fort Myers FL. but the service isn't what I'm used to to my old Twin Peaks. For a Friday night was expecting better service. The bartenders seemed more concerned for their regulars which is all fine. But I'm here for ice cold beers. Getting our appetizer was really fast! Thank goodness we ordered that. Yes it's Friday and it packed but just give us a heads up if the kitchen is backed up on our burgers. And just keep the beers coming... I won't be mad at that. We had burgers, they forgot the bacon on my fiancé's burger. The burgers were good. My sweet potato fries were okay and a little cold if you're into that. I mean we'll be back. With all the TV screens for football season. Can't miss this spot.

Terrible service, took 2 hours to get food. Waitress did not bring ranch or refilled our drink once. Food was cold. Hair in the food and she didn't even ask if everything was good. Never again. If there was an option for 0 stars that would be my pick.

The food and drinks were wonderful and Haleigh was great. She made sure I got everything I needed!!

Two of us went to eat about 7 on a Sunday. Sat at the back bar that is open to the outside. Had a sampler which was fine and came out quick but def not worth nearly $18. Ordered main food and wait was a long time. The ticket that was on the bar said 7:50 when it was put in, we got it after 830. I had the billionaire bacon burger which is the only reason for the 2 stars. It was good. Sub the fries for something else if you get a burger bc they might be the worst I've ever had at a restaurant. I left most of them, might've ate a few more if I had gotten the honey mustard I ask for but it never came. Got charged for it though which I had to ask be removed. Neither bartender acknowledged how long our food was taking or seemed to notice when it was finally brought out nor did they ever ask how it was or if we needed anything else

It's definitely a great place for sports and cheap drinks. It reminds me of Hooters with the baddie waitresses and log cabin aesthetic. The food was pretty good as well I had the Hangover burger and my friend had the wings. I noticed an indoor fire pit situation as I was leaving. I'll have to be sure to utilize that my next visit.

UPDATE: 4/19/25-Management reached out and was more than willing to rectify my bad visit (unlike other establishments who just comment and don't follow up) Stephanie was more than willing to get us scheduled in for a reservation on a Saturday at 5pm. Manager Doug came out and made sure our visit was nothing but smooth and good phenomenal! This time, we had no issues with them running out of Prosecco, and my husband enjoyed their house rum. Ordered the NY steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Let me TELL YOU, it was DELICIOUS! ordered medium rare, and it was the most delicious steak we have tasted. It felt like we had dined at a Ruth's chris. It was that good. Very juicy and tender. Definitely exceeded our expectations. I ordered their 6 piece bone in grilled and smoked wings. They were delicious! Had a great char grilled taste to them. Ordered their Buffalo and Thai chili sauce on the sauce it paired perfectly with the wings. Overall, I'm so thankful I was able to give them another chance. Food was phenomenal. Our waitress, "Bekah" (hopefully I spelled that right from what I saw), was friendly, efficient, and very attentive to our needs. We came on a Saturday at 5 pm, so a little before the dinner crowd, so we were not so busy. We will definitely be back to enjoy their laid-back atmosphere.

Kara is one of the best servers I've ever had in any restaurant. Never had to wait for a refill and she was so helpful with the decision on what to order. The food was delicious, best wing sauce.

food was great, service was great! I was in town visiting my in-laws and we decided to go there. My father in-law is very picky (great guy but difficult at times at restaurants...lol). Your server handled it great. I would have taken a pic of the receipt, but I forgot. My wife said her name was Tori. Thanks!

I visited Twin Peaks in Concord, NC with friends and unfortunately it was a letdown from start to finish. The restaurant was noticeably understaffed, which really set the tone for the night. Service was very slow -- it took a long time just to get drinks and even longer for food to arrive. When the food finally came out, it was disappointing in both quality and taste. For a place that promotes itself as a fun, sports-bar style restaurant, the experience fell flat. The staff that was working did their best, but it was clear they were stretched way too thin. Management should really step up and provide enough help to handle the volume, because it left customers waiting and frustrated. With so many other options in the area, it's hard to justify spending time and money here again unless things improve.

Jahnari met us with the most impressive smile and happiness. My drink was never empty and I thought she was speed running to get our items. We will ask for jahnari everytime!

Kara was great and served the beers at the perfect icy temperature. Food is always great here as well

Was pleasantly surprised with this one! Stopped in for a quick bite and didn't expect too much. The atmosphere was upbeat and friendly. Tons of seating with two bars to serve you. Destiny was our server and she did a great job with food and drink recommendations. We stared with the Spicy Korean Ribs for appetizer. These were fried and coated with a deliciously spicy Korean sauce. Had us licking our fingers. They have daily drink specials along with some All Day Every Day specials as well. For cocktails we tried their $5 Margaritas. They were actually pretty good and after two you will fill it. For entrees we went with Destiny's suggestion of the Trout and Chipotle Chicken (slight spice) meals. Both were delicious and full of flavor! Overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend stopping in for a good bite, good drink, and fun time.

First and possibly the last time I'll go to this location. I got home and found that a portion of the order was missing and called to let them know. I also explained that the food would be cold by the time I returned to get the missing food and asked if they could resolve this. I spoke with the manager on duty, Panji, and he advised that I could return to get the foos and he would have the manager on duty the next day adjust the bill but not reprepare the food. I initially arrived at 5:30 PM. I waited at the bar for 5 minutes to get the food. After calling, it was 6:00 P.M. when I returned to retrieve the missing food. It was 6:10 P.M. when Panji brought me the food, while the other food remained at home getting colder. When I got home, I had to heat the subs and fries from the original order and needless to say the bread was soggy and the fries were not tasty. I also asked for the number to corporate and was told by the hostess that they didn't have it. I'm very disappointed, especially as they were highly recommended.

Now that they have my sautéed green beans back on the menu, I'll be a regular again. Ask for Tigi when you visit the Concord location. She's excellent!

This is the best trip so far. Food was hot and fast and tasty. No complaints. Had some challenges with previous trips, but we'll say things are looking up.

My son flew in from Arizona to visit my favorite sports pub. HE LOVED IT:-) He'll be back in February.

Ok... I was shocked by both the service and the food here! You don't think of Twin Peaks when you think of a good family meal but we went on a whim! It's casual and laid back but the food was awesome! I had the Street Corn Salad & we started with their Queso. Both were great. My son had chicken tenders and fries and says those were the best fries he has ever eaten! Our server was so kind and we never waited for anything very long!

I'm a regular here and sometimes I order the rice pilaf to go and the container is usually full but tonight I ordered it to go and it was barely half full . You people are charging more money and giving less food out so I don't think I'll be ordering this anymore .

Came on Thursday and sat us right when we walked in around 6pm. Got bud light draft (out of michelob) ordered the mozzarella cheese bites and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. All the food was good and service was excellent. Beer was cold

I've been a longtime fan of this spot, but after COVID, I felt the service had declined. However, my recent visit completely changed that--thanks to Dija, who went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. The fantastic food, drinks, and atmosphere I've always loved are just as great as ever, and now the stellar service is back! So happy to see this place thriving again!

I had a great experience during my visit at the Concord location. Gabriela is a wonderful server. She's very nice. She ensured my needs were met and I gladly appreciate her. The food also is very delicious. This restaurant has a great sports atmosphere. I recommend eating here. Kyndall is also outstanding. Request either of these ladies if you want a super dining experience.

Very average dining experience. I had been before to just drink and it was okay. My cheeseburger and fries were very average. Service was uninspired and bare minimum.

1st visit to this restaurant. Lunchtime. Music was 20 dB too loud. Not a fan of QR code menus either. Waitress acted like a model to be adored, but since they're dressed like some Western Hooters spinoff that's no surprise. Neither was the lack of service. The food was decent, their only salvation. There will not be a 2nd visit.

I'll be honest and say my first time here was enjoyable but I've been back at least 5 times since then and it's all been subpar. Since this last one is the one that matters, I sat at the bar and wasn't attended to until like 10 minutes after and wasn't talked to my whole time there. My last few times were just as poor but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Kyndall was on her phone the entire time and didn't even bother checking up on me. Twin peaks is about service and the lack of service has been evident the past few times. The only reason it's getting a two star is because my first visit was pleasant and it'll be dishonest on my part to say all my visits sucked. I doubt I'll be back but who knows. Maybe they'll clean up their act

I found seating at the bar, and the service was okay. I opted for the hottie flatbread and fried pickles. The pickles were decent, but the flatbread missed the mark. The chicken was dry. Unfortunately, nothing particularly stood out, and the overall dining experience was average.

Mariah was our waitress at the bar for my buddy and I ! We drove 5 hours from Virginia to try Twin Peaks and will definitely be back because of her !

Great rustic atmosphere! Tons of screens and two bars! We had three appetizers and all were delicious. The thai ribs were by far the best one!

Food was good . Ambiance was good and service was excellent . Mariah and Nia at the bar were outstanding! The menu has lots to pick from and everything I order always taste really good.

Did was great! Nice rustic atmosphere and it girl Ary was sweet and attentive. Or first time at twin peaks but not our last.

Large place with a decent indoor and outdoor bar. The restaurant is like Hooters. There is plenty of parking and the place is clean. Staff were friendly and mainly female staff and most patrons males. Sat at the bar enjoyed the liquid marijuana. The tacos were okay. Chips were fresh but salsa was limited and not fresh and bland. Nothing recommended and a basic experience. I think it's a place for people to look at servers not based on food or experience. Nothing special. Hope you get what you want here.

Kat is fantastic, very helpful and has a wonderful personality. I really enjoyed it. I've been to plenty of Twin Peaks and it was nice to visit the one in Concord again.

I work next door and stop in often for a beer and dinner . The food is very good always .Beer is always cold ! But I would most like to recognize the service and servers .. Kendra Takoda and especially Mariah are always incredible. They are always so kind and friendly ! Their service is always the best . They are a credit to your company ! I wish I could find employees like them for my company ! Thanks all for your great work and making dining experiences so special! Paul

found bugs in the food! Not very sanitary!!!! Yuck!!!! Tacos were good! But be careful!

Posted some time ago and my biggest complaint was the spotty service. Went back today for lunch and it was like night and day. My server was excellent and not only that, all of the servers acted together as a team. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was excellent and the fries that came with it were outstanding. Congratulation to the Twin Peaks Team

I've visited a couple Twin Peaks previously, but I stopped going because the service seem to had declined. This place was a welcome surprise! Our waitress was polite and quickly put in our drink order. We generally like to sit at the bar but on this particular day it was packed. Our drink came pretty quickly and I will mention their are televisions all throughout the place, and the space is pretty large. Without a doubt, I would go back to have a meal and a few beverages while watching a game on TV.
