Twin Peaks

This was our first visit to Twin Peaks. We were seated immediately and didn't have to wait long before our waitress came over to get us started. Between the six of us (Wife, 4 Grandsons, & ofcourse myself 😉), we ordered 3 orders of Chicken Fajita Nachos, Fish & Chips, Buffalo Wings, Quesabarria Tacos, Beverages, and a couple Lemondrop Cocktails. I must say that the food was pretty good. My grandsons "really" enjoyed their nachos. They said it was the best they've had. My wife enjoyed the fish and chips. I tried a piece of her fish and must say it was delicious. I can almost say it was the best fish I've had since I've been in Texas. The Quesabarria Tacos were ok. They would have liked for them to be a little more juicy. I enjoyed the wings but I would have liked for them to be cooked a little longer. My wife was completely satisfied with her Lemondrop and confirmed that the way it was made turned out to be the best Lemondrop she's ever had. Overall, although it took a while for the food to come out, everything was pretty good. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us frequently to ensure we were doing alright and to give us updates.

The appetizer platter was great! The steak was more fat than anything and tough to eat. Took awhile to get our food

I am the first time here in the US/ Texas. I heard about the Twin Peaks chain from a friend and wanted to try it out. Went last week on Tuesday to Austin. I was surprised at the entrance that you get led to your table. After sitting down the waitress Mia came to take my order. Because I wanted to try the house draft beer she brought me a small glas for tasting. It was good and I ordered it with the bacon burger, french fries and a taco. The food was delicious! And it came really fast! It’s also awesome Twin Peaks gives all who serve some discount! Thanks to Mia for the recommendations about the beer and taking care about all! Hope I can come again before my journey ends!

I have been to Twin Peaks in other locations but this one didn't stand out. The pizza we tried was good and the fries were just okay. The house beer was not up to the mark.

Twin Peaks is one of my go to destinations for an always excellent lunch. Today was the Chicken Ranch. I had them do it as a wrap. Great option. Jasmine W. Took care of me. Attentive, friendly, and a big smile, she absolutely nailed it. Ask for her when you stop by.

This was my second time visiting this Twin Peaks location, and once again, the service was excellent! I had Jasmine W. as my server, and she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Jasmine W. is definitely an asset to Twin Peaks! If you're planning to visit, ask for Jasmine W.—you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be back!

Julia was great with her service, she was very attentive and socially interactive. I have been at this establishment 2 years ago and I remember why I enjoyed coming in for a beer and some wings. Not only is the food amazing but the service is great. I did get distracted by a corona longhorn neon sign blinking constantly and wondered if I can convince the owner somehow if I can buy it off him but figured it was a long shot. If your ever at this establishment ask for Julia she will take care of you and have an interesting conversation .

We had the privilege to be seated with Julia, and it was an amazing experience. She was so kind and very attentive, she made sure that we were well taken care of. I believe that other servers could learn good customer service from her.

Bella was amazing! Super fast and great service and food tasted amazing! Definitely recommend the Hendricks drink they have on the cocktail list

Horrible experience. The service was awful. Completely understaffed from the bar to the dining area. Ordered a beer at the table, 30-40 minutes went by ,no beer. Asked the waitress 3 times-no beer. I ended up going to the bar to grab a beer. At the bar I waited 10-15 minutes to even be acknowledged. All this for 1 beer. The food came to the table wrong, had to be sent back. Separate checks were given to the wrong people(just 3 checks). This was a complete crap show. Bottom line I won't be returning. This was my second time to visit Twin Peaks. I had a great experience at Twin Peaks in Florida. This location is a mess in so many ways. Won't be returning-if I was you-STAY AWAY.

Still recommend if you're in the area and looking to eat a fresh handmade burger! Minimal wait, but this is a lively place so expect it to be packed and loud. Service is always good and the parking is well lit and spacious.

It is always a fun place to socialize with friends. The beer is cold, and the servers are friendly. The food is decent as well. This time, I had a steak salad and a cup of chili. I enjoyed both. The chili was a little salty but still delicious. It wasn't spicy and came with onions and cheese. The steak salad was filling, and the meat was tender. Sorry, I'm trying to watch my carbs, so I can have my beer too. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It is a little noisy, but the atmosphere distracts from it.

Tried my favorite dish here again (chicken fried steak) and it still has issues. Crust is not right and it is ashame cause this place can make an excellent CFS when it wants to. Taste was fine. Miller lite was fresh and cold. Service is way too slow and it wasn't that busy. Restaurant about 60% full. Management needs to step up and make this place run like it should.

Mr.Bagg and I chose to be wild tonight. We chose twin peaks, we'd heard about the quality peaks and it didn't disappoint... that much. The beer was cold, the wings were steamy and the service was good and while Mr.Bagg would give this place 5 stars, I didn't enjoy the view as much (if you know what I mean).... Overall I can't complain, I got to take the Bagg home and enjoyed the rest of my night, whatever does the trick I guess ;) No food picture, yet again... technology is hard for old people. P.s. Mr. Bagg preferred the view of Mrs. Bagg more than anything (she's always the best view).. don't let her fool you. ;D

So I was a little hesitant about how I would rate my experience and 2 stars is what I decided. The reason I was in a predicament is because our food was pretty good and the drinks were cold but our service was on the lower side. We were since 5pm and ordered our food at 5:30. I am currently writing this review at 7:55pm and one of our plates never came out so we decided to cancel it. With that being said Lauren S. was very generous, attentive, and funny so I would give her 5 stars for her affability. In conclusion, our group of 6 was very let down. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Good eats, good food, even better scenery. Can't go wrong with this place. The vibe here is everything.

Bella was my server tonight, she absolutely kicked ass! Friendly, drinks and food were brought out timely and orders were correct.

Nessa was fun and on top of her game. Thank you for great service, food, & drink. The vibe is chill def a sausage party, but you know what you're getting into. Edgar was great as well.

My server was Serria I couldn't ask for a better server, she was very attentive. I had a slight mixup with my order, and She made sure my food came out correctly in a timely manner. Always made sure my glass was full. 20/10 service. Next time you go to twin peaks roundrock ask for Serria !

Service was great. I was constantly asked if I needed anything. Alma and Colby were fantastic servers.

What excellent customer service this fine establishment has! If you're looking for perfection, then order The MOZZARELLA CHEESE BITES! (hand cut mozzarella · panko breaded to order · marinara · ranch) $7.99 ! These little squares of heaven have a crunchy exterior and mild, cheesy interior. All this deliciousness is paired with your two favorite sides for dipping. Wash all this down with a Tall Dirty Blond - Ahem.... (unfiltered American Wheat Ale features a citrus aroma and flavor spiced with Indian coriander and orange peel) and a friendly smile and hug from your local talent. I prefer the North location vs. the South spot, purely based on the cheese flavor...... Enjoy.

My husband and I came here on, one I am sure one of the busiest days of the college football year, Texas vs Alabama-Saturday! I am shocked when looking on Yelp, there is not a lot of just "Sports Bars". There is this and Third Base (across the street). We got there about 30 min before game time, and even that was not enough..should have got there earlier. Place was packed! But, want to compliment the lady who was the hostess around 5:30 pm that night. She was smiling and very nice to all of us trying to come in for the game. I knew when I put my name in...that we might not get spot, as I knew most were staying for the game. I sat outside and waited...but, as usual in Texas at 5:30...heat was HOT.. and drink was not helping much! LOL! Luckily, my phone number was still on the list, as I got a text my table was ready. We were able to go inside and just had to share a 4-person table. it was not bad, and the two older gentlemen were nice and we talked up the game! We were just glad to sit in A/C and enjoy the game on the multiple T.V.s and the sound was everywhere for the "play by play" action! Our waitress who we had outside followed us inside and stayed our waitress. Her name was "Destiny" and glad she did, as he was great! Again, this was a very busy and LOUD crowd this night, but she kept checking on us. We did not order that much in way of food...we had some wings (they were just ok, sorry to say i think they might have been frozen before hand), and then some chips, queso and guacamole (again, just ok..not much flavor to it). We are not much of beer drinkers, so we stuck to a couple of shots. My husband had "Peanut Butter Cup", it had peanut butter whiskey and butterscotch schnapps (oohhh soo good)! I had the "Royal F**K" , it had Crown Royal, peach schnapps and cranberry juice (very good as well). Too bad both of these were not FULL drinks! We had two sets of those, then I switch to their Woodford Sour (basically a whiskey sour), while my husband switched to Diet Coke, since he was driving. All in all, it was a fun time, good game, and great service by the hostess (sorry, I did not catch her name) and out waitress, Destiny!

I haven't been to this Twin Peaks in years, not since when I was living overseas. My Dad took me here when I was back in Texas on home leave. It's been over 10 years, I think. Brings back memories, since moving back to Texas I become a Fat Brands stockholder because I enjoy Twin Peaks. My server Becca was very helpful considering it was busy Saturday night, she served me very well and suggest spicy Thai ribs, which I enjoyed very much. Keep up the good work ladies!

The service was amazing, the girls are beautiful, and the food was delicious. I ordered nachos, wings, and a margarita everything was perfect . This is a much better establishment than Bombshells which is dirty and the customer service is rude.

i'm gone a few times and I just love having Alycia wait on us. it makes the dining experience so much more pleasurable. everything she recommends is always so good. This time was the brisket tacos. They were delicious..

Great local bar setup with ice cold beer. The service is slow but it's always busy. The food is great bar food and the dessert are excellent.

LOVED. Great for the price , great food, cheap drinks. They have daily specials and also have happy hour. The nachos are amazing !! The hot wings are def worth trying. I apologize for the pics that were taken after a couple bites were taken, shawty was HUNGRY

Everything was great with the exception of seeing everyone's favorite familiar bartender, shila, behind the bar. Shila is always engaging when I'm there. Sadly the girls behind the bar tonight lacked any sort of personality. They were too busy talking about the money they made elsewhere and were wholly uninterested in guest interaction. #freeshila

Went into Twin Peaks today. Kerstin was my waitress. She did an excellent job. She took my food order and it came out perfect. I ended up getting dessert and she brought me a great brownie and ice cream. Kerstin always does a great job and provides great customer service. Be sure to ask for her when you come in.

Casual atmosphere makes this place welcoming. The food and customer service keeps us coming back. We have tried: Triple Play - Served with guacamole, queso and salsa. All three was great. The queso super creamy, the guacamole perfectly seasoned and the salsa was warm and not too spicy Steak Salad - A large amount of steak lay on top of a freshly made salad - soo yummy Beer Battered Fish & Chips - perfectly fried fish along side some seasoned French fries, cannot go wrong with this dish Turkey Avocado Smash sandwich - Amazing sandwich and a must try Blacked Fish tacos - There was pineapple in it which threw me off but otherwise, good tacos. The fish was plentiful and you are served 3 large tacos with this dish along side some chips and that delicious salsa.

Our food order was completely messed up but the manager tried their best to immediately fix it. We appreciated the effort and quick turnaround to accommodate. It really was a busy football night and they did their best. We will def be back!

I don't EVER post reviews so my stars is for the way the female manager runs a slow paced day. I've been here a few times with my bf and we've had a good time between friends and bartenders/servers every time. But, this last time we came and I talked with a girl on the floor which thought I knew from back home and the female manager stuck her hand in my face! It wasn't busy whatsoever, but she wanted to interrupt a 30 second conversation making the girl feel like she doing something wrong!! This place, or any restaurant for that matter, is for servers to make you feel like you are welcome, which servers did, but this manager in particular made everyone feel uncomfortable so we decided to head out with our friends and head to a new place.

Food was very mediocre. My steak was flavorless my wife's meatball sub was cold. Was not a great experience.

Most of our food was ok at best. Moms pot roast was very fatty and the potatoes were cold. Server was friendly but slow. It took us 35 mins to receive our 2 beers. Then another 45 to receive our cold food. Don't waste your money or time. So disappointed in our experience. I had high hopes for this place.

Deja was absolutely amazing! Her beautiful smile is so warm and welcoming every time we visit! She informs us on any current or weekly specials. The food is always amazing! We always have a wonderful time dimming with her!

I've been coming to this location for a while and always a decent time but I came today and my service was the best I've ever had. I sat at the bar and had Kerry and Tiara as my bartenders. They are THE dynamic duo. They helped me with picking the chicken friend chicken off the menu and it was delicious! Both very knowledgeable about the menu and quick with my Ice cold beers. I can't wait to come back on Monday and see the two of them! They made such a fun atmosphere for me and I will be coming back again!

Our waitress Parris saved tonight's dinner! We were originally sat in the inclosed outside area corner for 15 minutes with no service until I asked to for my family to move inside to a different table. We were immediately met by Parris and I mentioned we had just come from my 10 year olds football practice and were just grabbing a quick dinner on a school night. She took care of everything! The food was promptly at our table, hot and right off the grill, drink refills without having to ask. Definitely a great service industry teammate I would highly recommend.

So what's the appropriate amount of time to wait after a hostess sits you for your waitress to come take a drink order or let you know she'll be right with you? It's over 10 minutes here apparently. Find a clock and look at the second hand, now count the seconds up to 600. The wait's longer than that. What I assume was our waitress walked up to the table next to us, bypassed us and went to the guy behind us. (This was around five minutes in) All I wanted was some chips, fish tacos and several Dirty Blondes like I always get. Then again, I've never come here so early before so I assume that's my fault cause day crews are usually the B-team. For anyone still reading it was the waitress that was a little chunky and shaped like an iPhone.

Since the June 27th re-opening from the tornado that hit Round Rock Texas this Twin Peaks location has added some pretty amazing new features. Beautiful new floors. Sturdy, colorful, and comfy bar seats. An amazing new Bear metal die-cut silhouette light feature. There is only one feature that surpasses the icy cold craft beer Dirty Blonde and that's an amazing bartender named Alieana. Not only is her smile contagious but her service is superb. Alieana is always in good spirits and never allows my pallet to run dry. She is knowledgeable about TP's scratch menu and has one of the best draft pours I've ever had. Luv ya Alieana!

I've been coming here for a couple years now and every time has been a great time. I'm kindly greeted by the bartenders, they know what I order and they're quick to help me out. They're extremely friendly, always energetic and having a good time, and I enjoy seeing them behind the bar together. Christlyne and Alieana always provide the best service and they keep me coming back! Love this place! Even if they call me Eggs Benny!

I've been going to many breast-araunts, and especially Twin Peaks, for a few years now. I have to say that the ladies over at Twin Peaks Round Rock are beautiful and have great personalities. The cooks always know how to make their food taste excellent. Definitely going to make this a regular place to grab some cheap screw ball shots and cheese bites more often.

I just seat at my table for 35 minutes, twice they brought me the wrong beer, I ordered a Dos Equis they brought me coors light.. 35 minutes for a beer is an Unacceptable..

Good service. Like the lodge vibe. Lots of TV's around with various sports playing. The nachos are enormous - good enough for 4 people and pretty tasty too! They have a lot of specials during the weekdays, not too much during the weekend when we went though. Clientele is varied...ranging from dudes by themselves to buddies watching the game to confederate flag t-shirt/jacket wearing fellas. All in all, not as trashy as I was expecting and it was an interesting experience. The food was actually pretty decent so I may take out in the future but I don't think I'll be back to eat-in anytime soon.

Service was good. I've had better. Not my best Twin Peaks experience. The beer is cold as usual. No complaints about that that. But the Service was just as cold. I enjoy this location, but Just depends on who is working the bar. Maggie was working it tonight. I'm glad Shila was here tonight too.

My husband and I visited for a late lunch yesterday. I didn't even know service that bad was possible! The food was pretty good when we finally got it so I wish I could validate a return visit. Also, the music ic awful.

So I'm leaving a second review after coming here fairly regularly over a year or so period. Im also upgrading my review to 5 stars. This location provides consistently high quality from the food to the service, and now the environment has been upgraded! I really enjoy the new look. The restaurant is more open and some of the tables are cafeteria style which promotes a social atmosphere. There are still individual tables though. Hell I usually sit alone. I just like seeing people having a good time. There are some stunning as well as super nice servers here but it has pretty much always been that way since I've been coming here. They offer a variety of food on the menu including healthy choices and a veggie burger that is just fantastic. Best of all it won't break the bank...unless you go stupid on the tip. P10 is down the street haha. But the servers do seem to build rapport with repeat customers. Overall if you haven't been here in awhile, it's worth another visit. I suggest Friday during happy hour. You're welcome!

Food excellent , service good too !! after a long day working we love to have a drink late night. I love mexican martinis and this one was good not excellent but i like it , i just have to ask for more olives but thats fine Our waitress excellent service just i forgot her name ‍.

horrible experience. if i could give this place zero stars i would. my order of 12 wings was completely raw, all they did was toss them in sauce and bring them to me. 0/10 would not recommend.

Paid $60 for wings just for them to throw them away after I boxed them...what in the actual f@@@ and have the audacity to laugh when asked about it. Yea will not EVER go back again. Round Rock Texas thank you for the worst 1st experience...

I've been out of town for business since last summer and stopped by, I don't know what happened, but this location is terrible now, everybody was rude and angry. My girlfriend and I both felt so disrespected by management that we will never return because of the zero customer courtesy or professionalism and way over the top hazing of a new employee, I'm surprised she didn't leave crying. No job is worth that kind of treatment. To the nice girl in training, if you read this, QUIT, don't stay in a toxic situation like that. The customers should never be yelled at or talked to like that either. Management needs to attend quality team building and leadership seminars and revisit basic customer service training.

Best service!!! I lost my phone the night before. Which one of the servers found it in the toilet. She was kind enough to pull it out of the toilet! where I accidentally dropped it!

This was my first time ever eating here my server Emily was great she had a big smile beautiful nalgas and positive attitude im definitely coming back and when i do i want emily to be my server again she awesome
