Super friendly staff, nice location, clean and beautifully decorated place. Menu has very interesting options. Prices are awesome. Got Small Jasmine Green Tea with Rose&Aloe for $4 (I would call the size of the cup Medium)

It was DELICIOUS!! Loved my green tea passion fruit, peach and strawberry flavored tea with honey boba, 1/4 sugar and less ice!!!!! It was just perfect and their service is incredibly fast!! The staff are also super friendly and accommodating and it was just a very nice place to get some boba tea and relax with my friends!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by if you’d like some tea or boba.

One of my friends I was traveling to LA with is a bubble tea fiend. She found Twinkle Brown Sugar so we decided to stop by since we were in Little Tokyo. I had the rose milk tea with herbal jelly. It sounds like a weird combination, but it actually worked. Plus, I'm not a huge fan of tapioca. My only gripe was that the jelly pieces were too big, so it made it difficult to pass through the straw. You can order the drinks to the sweetness level you desire. I ended up liking the drink a lot more than I expected. So much more, that I found the rose syrup on Amazon and ordered a bottle of it! Would def recommend this spot if you like me bubble tea (or even if you don't).

We ordered Cosmic Dream (with Mango) and Sweet Pink (with strawberries? and ice cream). Very pretty-looking beverages with solid tastes in giant long cups. Though a lot of ice which is a bummer because you don't expect the drink to finish so quickly. Mango drink was very sweet, so do not consider it a thirst-cruncher. Overall, positive experience. Fun bit: broke the straw on the bottom trying to poke the plastic wrapper of the drink and had to ask for a new straw

Exceptionally clean shop that serves authentic tea. They have a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks including fruit juices. Their drinks are made of brown sugar, so if you're a health nut, you're in luck.

My order: roasted oolong milk tea with boba, half sweet, half ice. Can't go wrong with that; if you like your tea more sweet, go with perhaps less sweet. The brown sugar adds a nice touch.

I'm so mad I can't remember the exact name of this drink but it's some kind of special strawberry drink they have going on right now ( it's mid July) and it's phenomenal! It sounds like a lot but it's a really nice combo of strawberry puree with (I think) some kind of milk tea, strawberry boba (although a suggestion for me would be to replace the boba with popping strawberry boba for more flavor), whip cream, strawberry slices, and a scoop of strawberry ice cream. It's so damn good and if it wasn't so far from me I would get it everyday.

1-1-18. Ordered a regular milk tea and a green tea. Unlike the boba drinks this location served in past years, this time, both me and my friend thought the drinks were not sugary enough at all, bland in taste, and boring boba. Couldn't finish either. Not talking about different taste either - not even as good in taste as a Westernized Tapioca Express boba. In terms of sugar levels, the basis is the sweeteness you'd have in Taiwan, the origin of boba drinks. The two we had weren't even 50% less sugary than 'norm', more like 25-30%, but we didn't order it with less sugar. Missing any sense of real tea flavor ala Tea Station bobas. Save your money and energy - go to Gong Cha around the corner. The fact that you have Tea Station > Gong Cha > Tapioca Express > most other boba places > Twinkle shows how far down the rank I'd put today's drinks.
