Food is just awful. Chicken cutlet was horrendous quality (only thing you could taste was cornstarch and there were gray parts inside…), the baked goods and breads are also awful! Seating and getting your food are chaotic. Don’t waste a meal here.

Soooo delicious. I got the sunrise handheld (picture). Employees are very quick and efficient. I come here very often and won’t stop anytime soon 😊

A friend recommended Twist Cafe, so I decided to stop by while I was in the area. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. While the atmosphere is pleasant, that’s where the positives ended for me. The pastries looked dry (maybe because they’re gluten-free), and the coffee had a noticeably acidic bean flavor that left my latte with a sour aftertaste. On top of that, the prices were quite high. Sadly, I would not go back....

Five stars all the way for Twist Bakery & Cafe at 62 second Ave in Burlington, MA!!!! I love going to a place where I can order anything off the menu and not worry!!!! GREAT food! Super nice workers. So clean, new and enviting with an awesome menu! Tons of pastry and delights! Very nice and bright indoor seating and lovely outdoor patio seating as well. If you are a healthy eater or GF like me, you’ll appreciate Twist Bakery & Cafe as much as I do! I had the Cuban sandwich, yum!

It's rare to bring my dairy free sister somewhere where she's able to eat almost anything on the menu. We scanned the bakery display and wondered what items were "safe" for her to eat and were pleasantly surprised when the helpful woman behind the counter excitedly explained that almost everything aside from 2-3 items contained no dairy! We went wild and ordered practically one of everything to bring home and sample, then got some breakfast to eat there too! I got breakfast tacos and my sister got a breakfast sandwich. Everything was great, though the homemade ketchup threw us a little. Not bad, just different. Everything is also gluten free too, and they have a great labeling system that helps narrow down which allergens are present in each item. I'm a self proclaimed bakery snob and even I was impressed by the variety and even the texture of the gluten free cake slices!

I would move to Massachusetts just to eat here. Twist Bakery is absolutely incredible! This was a life saver for me on our family vacation last week. I did a lot of research ahead of time before our trip to I could ensure I had safe places to eat. I've been gluten free for almost 12 years. In addition to that, I have many other food intolerances. I emailed Twist Bakery directly, ahead of my trip, to inquire about ingredients used in various products. They got back to me right away and answered all of my questions which put my mind at ease. My family doesn't have any food restrictions, and they were blown away with the food too. We ate here multiple times during our trip, and everyone loved their meals. Best gf pancakes I've ever had. We also got bakery items to go each day - apple crumble cupcakes, carrot cake, tiramisu cup and pumpkin bread. I also bought a tray of cinnamon rolls on our last day so I could bring them back home with me on our flight. I can't recommend this place enough!

Google
This is so disappointing to write. It was the staff behavior, and the food- it was not great. I cannot recommend them. I ate everything but the pound cake, but only because it was my only meal I was having today, and I came over an hour to try them out. It was way hyped-up and didn't deliver. You order up front and get a number for your table. I was #22. I get to the counter and two of the people two young women say something to each other and laugh about how someone who has a candida yeast infection should not come eat there. Whatever. Weird convo for the front, and I didn't even process they had said this until like 3 minutes after the fact when I was at my table. I asked about what is good, asked if I can get a box to go if I don't finish everything. Pay via tap, and go sit so I can sort of see into the kitchen where they are expediting orders, because I love seeing the process. Unfortunately, I could only see their heads, not the work. I ordered: Southwest Turkey Sandwich: whoever made it left the bum on the griddle too long and one side was charred, and not in a good way. It was also missing the avocado. It came with a side salad or chips and the side salad had a rotten berry in it. The bread which was a roll was good, but nothing to write home about. Nice and fluffy. The chipotle aoli was not present and they put something else on there instead. It was fine, but nothing to remember. Small potion size, so be warned. NO. SKIP. The Roman Bowl: This salad was good. It tasted a little like their was butter in it. Was this because of the olives? Don't know, but this I would recommend. Again, small portion size. RECOMMEND. Lemon Pound Bundt Cake: It was horrible. I threw it away. Bland cake, that was dry, way too sweet icing, that had no lemon flavor, then a lemon syrup on the bottom it was dipped in that tasted like a cough drop. Large portion size. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! Chocolate Chunk Cookie: Perfect and not too sweet. Large portion size. RECOMMEND. Here is the problem, not only was some of the food not great but I literally heard 2 male staff in the kitchen talk about messing with someone's food! Like what?! Not okay, and the other 4 young women workers laughing about it. Then get this when they saw me see them say that. Then I see this woman, a customer come up to them as they were discussing how to cover for each other, (I guess she is a regular?) she said she would lie for them, to 2 of the girls and how they shouldn't suffer because of one mistake. WILD behavior on so many fronts. Mini soap opera. So there is a ton more to try in this cafe, and they have a drink bar for coffee etc., but I will NOT return. Too risky. My tongue itched when I left, like 5 minutes later, but it subsided after like 10 minutes. I took my dessert with me, and ate it after the itching went away. It made me wonder, did they just mess with my food or everyone's? Did they mess with my food or are their food safety issues happening here as well? Go here and roll the dice with your money if you want to, but I won't. Massachusetts has been the wildest experience in terms of people messing with food, and behaving inappropriately openly. Good luck with eating here.

Google
Everything is gluten free, which got us in the door. We ended up choosing their carrot cake as our wedding cake and it's so nice to be able to go back and have it again during our anniversaries. Also, you can order the cakes frozen from the back room, which is very nice on hot days or to take home.

Yelp
This was my first time here and overall it was great experience. They have the full trust of my friend who has celiac disease who has been here many times and can vouch for the fact that it is entirely gluten-free. Vibe: Good sized café with lots of seating, very clean, water station, self bussing. Service: Very friendly, very fast Food/Drink: I got probably the best peppermint mocha I've ever had. It was creamy and flavorful and had crushed candy cane and chocolate chips on top. 10 out of 10, would recommend. The French toast was good, the bread consistency was not as light and fluffy as gluten-full bread. But the flavor was good and I really enjoyed the apple crumble added on. I also had to bite of my friend's pancakes which were melt-in-your-mouth fluffy. I also appreciate that they automatically give real maple syrup. Value: Prices on point for quality and quantity of food. Accessibility: There's an ample parking lot behind the building. No steps at the entryway, doors are not automatic, handlebars within the bathroom, although on the smaller side, there's a changing station in the other bathroom. Overall this was a nice meal, fast service, and a very good drink I will definitely return to sample more of their menu.

Yelp
This bakery is conveniently located in the same plaza as Archer Hotel and Wegmans. They have a good variety of gluten free baked goods. The bakery is very bright and open with seating inside and outside. The service was ok. Not the most friendly service but can't complain too much. The scone itself was very underwhelming. I felt like it was too dense and not very flavorful.

Yelp
2.5 stars .Its ok. Pricey as all these allergen free places tend to be sadly . It's gluten free all the time and most goods are also nut and dairy free. I tried carrot cake , key lime bar, chocolate chip cook and mini bundt lemon cake. Everything overly sweet and under baked oddly with a slightly aftertaste . Best was carrot cake and bundt cake . I didn't try breads although they looked very good. I am a home gluten dairy free baker all the time so I was so excited to find this place. I think the flour or oil that they use may be affecting final product. Or perhaps just a bad bake day. I wouldn't buy desserts again here as I can make better at home but might sample breads . They also have frozen to go options which is convenient . But if you haven't mastered the art of gluten dairy free baking yet it's an acceptable option to satisfy a sweet craving .

Yelp
The quality of the gluten-free food here is exceptional. The service is quick. The ambiance is that of a quick breakfast/lunch spot where you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Have come here multiple times and the food never disappoints. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
The snicker doodle latte was delicious!! And the staff were really helpful when I asked for it a bit less sweet! I love supporting local coffee spots!!!

Yelp
I'm so happy I found an 100% GF bakery/cafe in this area! I have been several times now, and it's always been fantastic. I've been for lunch and it is good but pricey considering the sandwiches don't come with a side (have to pay extra for it). So I prefer stopping in for baked goods and coffee. I always end up buying more than I intend to, as everything looks so tempting! They have plenty of seating as well. It's less chaotic and a lot quieter than Pressed Cafe down the street.

Yelp
Do you love deliciousness? Do you live to eat? Do you want something amazing? Oh, if you have any food allergies, this is the safest restaurant I've found. This is a breakfast and lunch place for meals and a decadent bakery. My birthday cake is in the photo. We also got an iced chai tea latte-yum! My family includes those with celiac, so we are especially careful around gluten. Everything at Twist is gluten-free. Pretty much everything can be dairy free upon request-and they know exactly what is in everything if you need to avoid nuts, eggs, etc. Many items are vegan as well. However, if you have an allergy to good treats, sandwiches, coffees; etc., do not come here. They don't serve boring items regularly (although they probably could on request). They have dining areas inside and outside and the location is next to Wegman's in a cute outdoor mall. This is a go-to place for people with food allergies-and those of us who just love good food! Now if you want a full cake, please call ahead as they do run out of them regularly. I learned this one the hard way on my daughter's birthday. Also, there comes a point at which trying to put too many candles on a cake is a fire hazard and I'm apparently way past that age so I just had the two candles per the local fire department request. LOL!

Yelp
I love that everything is gluten free & vegan (perfect for those more health-conscious) but the quality of drinks and desserts are hit or miss. The carrot cake slice was so frozen and tasted as if it'd been sitting in that display case for days. The brownie & cheesecake tasted better, but still not phenomenal. Cold brew is cold brew, nothing out of the ordinary in terms of coffee quality. Service was quick. Main downside (besides the okay desserts) was that every single table was dirty since nobody cleans them. It's a cute cafe with lots of potential but some attention to details aren't there.

Yelp
We have been coming here since they opened. The pastries and cakes are consistently excellent. No one can tell that they are dairy and gluten free. Currently they only offer chocolate and vanilla as birthday cakes. I wish they had more options, even if it was chocolate and vanilla cake with other fillings like raspberry or lemon curd. The sandwiches and other savories are delicious too. Love the BLT with avocado.

Yelp
The latte was decent but I couldnt get myself to finish it. It was very milky and creamy. I tried 3 of their desserts - took one bite of each and threw it away. The sweets tasted like they had been left out for a while and I got here at 1 pm. Nothing too special - I like that it is open late.

Yelp
The best food and people!!! And it's all gluten free, spacious sunlit restaurant , great place

Yelp
Under new (and terrible) management sadly. This place used to be amazing but I have been here twice now, tried to order something that was fully on display and seemingly available, only to be told that it was not available. (Then...maybe move it from the display so it's not just hanging out there seemingly available for purchase?) I asked why they didn't simply take the items out of the case and was told by the manager who had just popped up that they are "too busy" to do it. (Although it also seemed to take the cashier 5 minutes to check if it was available through their not-great system, so really using time and resources well. A+ management all around). I asked what I *could* actually order, manager then spoke to me condescendingly telling me he was trying to help me and this is just how their system is, and that "everything else" on display was available, but how was I to know if this was the case since they clearly don't update anything? He also then backtracked and said "No wait, the rustic apple tarts are sold out too." In case you were wondering, yes, there were 4 of them in the display case. I really miss previous ownership - they never had issues like this and everything ran so much more smoothly. I don't like playing guessing games of what may and may not actually be on sale when it's openly displayed and no of no other business that would to this. Again this has now happened twice so this is not just a one-time bad experience - it's how they operate, confirmed by the manager telling me this is how their system "works." Fun fact - they are also too busy to clean bathrooms, which were gross enough I decided not to even use it.

Yelp
Delicious food and a wide variety of choices on the menu. A must try! All the baked goods are beautiful and yummy. And the savory options are stellar too. Loved the breakfast tacos and the homemade sausage! I want to try everything

Yelp
The single best all gluten free bakery in the US. Great bakery options but they also serve full breakfast and lunch. Everything on the menu is gluten free and tastes amazing. Service was also great. Kind people and fast.

Rick D.

Yelp
First time visiting and very pleased with our choice. Very friendly service as soon as you walk in. Ordering was quick and easy and food came out in a reasonable time. Bright, clean and with plenty of space. Breakfast was very good. Location was in a great spot. We'll be back!
google avatar

David C.

Yelp
Neat cafe spot. Clean inside. Plenty of parking. After grabbing pokebowl next door, we stopped by for a drink and dessert. Strawberry lemonade was refreshing and just the right sweetness. The carrot cake slice was also great. Not too sweet. Just the right moisture. Presents well. Overall, experience is great so far. I will come back when the opportunity presents itself. It also looks like a good comfortable spot to bring your laptop and do some work while you snack.
google avatar

Abra F.

Yelp
If you have a gluten allergy, you MUST go here!! Everything on the menu is gluten free, and they list other allergens on their menu. Many items are also dairy and egg free. There is something magical about eating a meal and not worrying about whether the food is actually gluten free. I was overwhelmed by having so many options of what to eat, so I asked the cashier what his favorite thing on the menu is. I followed his advice and got the Caesar's Quesadilla. It was delicious, and the first time I've had something with fried chicken in so long!! I will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Yelp
Fall 2023 seasonal Baked goods review--- - pumpkin scone:an absolute delight! Probably the biggest scone I've ever had! The ginger icing paired beautifully with the pumpkin flavor! It's dense, as scones are, but not overly so. Still felt light and didn't weigh me down.. - pumpkin bundt w choco chips: probably my favorite pumpkin dessert they offered for the autumn season! The cake was soft, moist and bursting with pumpkin flavor! The choco chow were large and while not a ton it all evened out nicely... the icings on top gave a nice crunch...perfection! - apple cider donut muffin: a ton of apple flavor and sprinkled with a delightful amount of cinnamon sugar! Inside was moist with a layer of apple "juices" sunken in. (Not seasonal haha but I thought I'd add it in)- fudge brownie: definitely more fridge than brownie.. silky smooth, slightly thick texture! So creamy with a light flakey crust on top. - pumpkin cheesecake: a creamy delight! Delicious and addicting.. it's like eating a light cloud that lightly coats your mouth with pumpkin joy! - pumpkin maple whoopie pie: the cream is a sweet maple hit that pairs amazingly with the soft pumpkin cakes that holds it in. I love the sprinkles which add texture and cuteness to this dessert! Delicious place for fresh, yummy breakfast, brunch and lunch items! Simple but beautiful and well made, simply put, delish!

Yelp
I went here for the first time in a party of six. Unfortunately, the gluten-free flour used here has a very, very unpleasant flavor that dominated everything that contained it (eg toast, pancakes, and breaded chicken). Three of us could taste it and three couldn't. On the other hand, my omelet was excellent, and because my 8-year-old Celiac son either couldn't taste the odd flavor of the flour or didn't mind it, we might return.
google avatar

Marilee C.

Yelp
I love this bakery and cafe so much. I really wish it was closer. The cafe food is consistently good. Members of our party who are not gluten free, didn't even know until I told them. A non-exclusive list of bakery items I have enjoyed: twistie cupcakes, whoopie pies, cinnamon roll snacking cake, carrot cake, frosted brownies, apple cider muffins, and maple bacon scones. The only miss for me has been the cookie dough cake pop. This is truly celiac heaven!
google avatar

Tana R.

Yelp
Great service, excellent food (I tried the avocado toast) and a nice dirty chai latte. They have a lovely seating area outside!
google avatar

Danielle D.

Yelp
This little bakery and Café is extremely cute. It's very elegant and classy looking. They have alot of delicious looking bakery items. The coffee is really good. The outside area is very peaceful and quiet, especially in the morning.
google avatar

Helena Q.

Yelp
Maybe we picked really bad items, but the only reason I can think that people would come here is because they have celiac and lack options. The pulled pork Cuban (15$) was super mushy and very poorly balanced, overly salty and sweet with no flavor. Also very little pulled pork. The breakfast tacos (13$) were bland and poorly assembled, with all the toppings other than the chunk of undersalted eggs falling off when picked up. I have to think that their other dishes are better, but two of two total misses is not encouraging.

Helen E.

Yelp
The food was awful. The drink was bad. The service was ok. The building is new and clean.
google avatar

Erica L.

Yelp
I feel really lucky for this place. Everything is delicious, entirely dedicated gluten free, staff and service are fast, efficient and friendly and the atmosphere itself is light, bright, and very clean. I go all the time and I hope you do too!

Nancy N.

Yelp
I ordered an 8 inch birthday cake. The price was $75, steep but I had heard good reviews about Twist. I had asked to have some thing written on the cake and was told that they need a week in advance for that to be done. I picked up the cake a day early and it was frozen, and obviously not big to order. The cake overall was disappointing. The frosting was very good but the cake itself was tasteless and dry I would not recommend.
google avatar

Bruce R.

Yelp
Great cafe but the food is lacking taste especially when you're selling an Avocado toast for $14. Let the picture speak for itself. Glad I tried it but I'll be trying other options in the area.

J C.

Yelp
The people working there were great, very friendly. We stopped in for lunch and had sandwiches which were less than stellar. The sandwiches were supposed to be on bulky rolls but looked more like hamburger rolls and were very dry and fell apart. They just weren't very good. I can't speak on the quality of breakfasts, coffee, or baked goods/sweets... but they did look good.
google avatar

David K.

Yelp
More vegan choices than before, about 1/3 of all bakery items are vegan, and others are dairy free or egg free. Everything is beautiful, and fairly affordable. Coffee is delicious, cake is fabulous! People are super nice, and the bathrooms are clean. My only complaint is I don't like the traffic in the mall area
google avatar

Seth D.

Yelp
After many years of seeing several cafe places open up and close out in this location (right next to Wegmans), Twist is the latest iteration. Unfortunately this place is just bad. I ordered a very simple Iced Latte and asked for a tiny amount of sweetener. What I got was essential iced coffee that was way too sweet. I'm not even sure they use actual espresso in their Lattes here ! The clientele largely appears to be families whose children are drawn in by the various baked sweets. Anyway they have no idea how to make coffee here, even Starbucks does a better job. Never setting foot here again.
google avatar

Sam K.

Yelp
My friends and I drive 30 m+ Saturday mornings from Boston just to come to Twist! All of their baked goods are GF, making an enjoyable experience for all! Their breakfast is very good (2 Stack Plus pictured below), but the sausage was the highlight- highly recommend substituting the bacon for it. Their coffee selection is generous and their syrups are homemade and unique! Customer service has never been an issue and will continue to make my trek Saturday mornings.

Juan G.

Yelp
Food was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and clean. Would highly recommend. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Marcelo M.

Yelp
I am giving 1 stars for the service due to the fact it is outrageous that the management sets camp every day in the counter where is designed for clients looking extremely unprofessional and sloppy with laptops paperwork and all kinds of stuff...as a business standpoint looks extremely unappealing...hope higher management can address that !

Maggie S.

Yelp
Was really excited to try their GF items but was disappointed. others raved about the pancakes and they were fine, but I've had many other better GF pancakes. Also tried a muffin that was similarly disappointing. Can't speak to the other baked goods but they did not look great (coming from someone who has done a lot of GF baking and tried a lot of gf baked goods). everything was ridiculously overpriced; not worth it. only giving two stars because it's cool that they have so many GF items

Laura B.

Yelp
Convenient location (across from Wegman's). Has both indoor and outdoor seating options which my family loves. Some of our favorites include the ham and cheese pinwheels, molasses cookies and gluten free French toast. You can order ahead and just drop in to pick up as well!
google avatar

Michel M.

Yelp
Really delighted to see al many vegan items from sandwich to French toast, cup cakes , muffins, Whoopi pie and more. Coffee is great as well.

Mikayla M.

Yelp
Twist is my favorite cafe, so many allergen friendly options and they never disappoint! my reason for 4 stars is that the front of house needs some work: 1. the staff are incredible friendly and very good, but unless items are being heated up, staff taking customer orders should just get the pastry after completing the order. In my cafe experience this cuts down on the bottle neck of people waiting. 2. The line also needs some work, customers do not know where to form a line and there should be some "line forms here" signs or some way to signify where to go. 3. The electronic signs with menus are not visually accessible to customers with an impairment. It's a black background with white and green writing that is very challenging to read. The prior display of black writing on white background, with a little larger font would go a long way. All in all Twist is an excellent place for people with dietary restrictions to go without fear of having a reaction.
google avatar

Alyssa F.

Yelp
Update: I'm not ashamed to admit it, but we've been here three weekends in a row. Ok, maybe a tiny little bit ashamed. We've now tried breakfast- The Handheld is delish. Real egg (you know, the kind that looks like it was made in an actual pan instead of a microwave), actual crispy bacon (again, I think a real stove top was involved here), and the most delicious slightly sweet bulkie roll. I want to start every day with one of these sandwiches. We've also had lunch- both the Italian and Sweet & Spicy Chicken sandwich are great. They come on nice soft sandwich bread and there are plenty of ways to customize your sandwich should you so choose. Plus they have a nice assortment of sides to choose from to accompany your sandwiches. We've started ordering ahead so that your food is ready to go when you arrive- how easy is that?!

Yelp
Lovely bakery in Burlington! I ordered two Whoopie pies (cookies and cream and chocolate chips) and a dark chocolate cranberry scone. All of the baked goods were amazing! And the employee who helped explain to me what some of the baked goods were, was super helpful and kind. It's awesome to see that some of their baked goods are vegan, gluten free, and can be enjoyed by other dietary restrictions and actually taste like the real deal.

Joseph K.

Yelp
Tremendous food and super-allergy friendly!! Great addition to the Burlington food scene.

Risa K.

Yelp
4.5 If you or your friend can't have gluten for any reason, this place is a must! I found this place for my friend but I enjoyed it as much as she did. There are many tables outside and they are doing an amazing job with covid precautions. You can order inside and they'll text you when the order is ready. Everything is well packaged and the service is impeccable! I was being super indecisive and they were super patient with me. Food - The Handheld with added roasted tomatoes ($6+1): over easy egg, bacon, and cheddar on their famous bulkie roll. This bread was so cool and good! The texture reminded me a little bit of cornbread. It's not bouncy but soft, slightly sweet, and a little gritty but in a good way. I absolutely loved it! The tomatoes unfortunately didn't add as much flavor as I wanted but it added a little bit of tang. - Lemon Blossom Cup ($3.50): all of their pastries are so pretty and I finally decided on this one because I didn't want something super indulgent. I loved the cake itself! It was moist and the lemon flavor came through beautifully. However, the lemon glaze was a little too sweet for me so I took off the glaze. - Americano ($2.50): the coffee was great! It wasn't too strong nor watered down. There was no harsh bitterness in terms of aftertaste. Perfect pairing for the sandwich and pastries! My friend totally approved the place as well!

Yelp
Great bakery, very allergy-friendly. I am able to order a wide variety of options for my son that has a severe milk allergy and the food always tastes great.
google avatar

Dil S.

Yelp
Great breakfast! Tacos, omelette, and breakfast sandwich were all delicious. Not too crowded and quick service.
google avatar

Josh K.

Yelp
Menu is lacking in vegetarian/vegan options. The one option I could see is the quesadilla. All that was in it was chopped tomatoes, corn, that fake guacamole paste, and some greens. The quesadilla itself was dripping grease and flaked apart, as it is barely full of ingredients. It did not fill me up for $15. It should have actual veggies inside or meat substitutes available. I was hoping to get a vegetarian sandwich like a caprese here at least.
google avatar

Momo R.

Yelp
I like this place a lot. Quick and friendly service. There's no shortage of variety for vegan, dairy free, gluten free, etc diets. This place is clean, food is delicious, and plenty of seats indoor as well as outdoor.

Irene R.

Yelp
Visited the Burlington location; ordered online and picked up. Ordering online was easy; only issue was there was no place to make any notes to the chef/servers if needed. Pick up was quick and easy; the actual location was very clean, brightly lit and well kept. Plenty of parking in a large lot. The order was accurate and packed very well. The food was very tasty; chicken quesadilla was seasoned well with pico de gallo that didn't burn going down (was worried about that); also had cottage fries that were delicious -- came with homemade ketchup which was too sweet for me (but that's just me); my kiddo had pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon -- cleaned her dish! We also tried a ginger cookie and birthday cookie -- both excellent! My kiddo wanted one more treat: a vanilla cake pop. So, we purchased it separately when we went to pick up the food. She said it was exceedingly sweet, but liked it anyway. She did note that an "older person" with "older taste buds" probably wouldn't get through it.

Yelp
This is the best place for people with allergies like gluten or nuts. Twist provides pastries without allergy causing materials yet taste very good. I do not have food allergy but go there! Highly recommended.

We were in Burlington for a quick stop on the way from visiting family. Twist provided us with a great breakfast and nice, quiet environment!

Yelp
Stopped by yesterday to grab breakfast to go and some English muffins. I ordered a plain omelette with cheese and was super clear that I didn't want any sides, sauces or extras, egg and cheese- that's it. I have some food allergies which is why I went to Twist in the first place. I thought that as a GF spot they would be extra cautious of food requests. I went to the car and checked the order and saw that there was gac, pico, bacon, onions and peppers in the omelette. Quite different than the "plain egg and cheese" I requested. It was so obviously wrong I thought it was a mistake. My receipt even noted it was supposed to be egg and cheese only. I went back in and waited 20 minutes for it to be remade. After waiting, the manger came back to me and said it had been made wrong again with an unapologetic shrug. She asked if I was willing to wait for them to remake it AGAIN or if a refund would be better. I got a refund, no breakfast, and lost about an hour of my day. In the least, I would have expected an apology and an offer of a free baked good for my time. When I got home, I opened the English muffins and they were RAW. Legit raw. They aren't edible and are a hazard. This place is a disaster through the food, baked goods and management- go elsewhere.
