Absolutely amazing!! We were here on a Friday night and thought it was couples only, however, there weren’t a lot of single men and they were very polite and respectful. The play area is amazing, unlike anything we’ve ever seen. After midnight the dance club area went empty and everyone was in the back. Amazing night. The staff was incredible, clean. I wish we lived closer.

My husband and I love Twist. We have been to lifestyle clubs in other parts of the country and we feel blessed to have Twist so close because it is our favorite! The owners and manager, Jeff, are awesome! They are constantly making improvements to the club to keep it fun and interesting. Steven, the security guy, is amazing! He is super fun to talk to but still gets the job done to make sure everyone is having fun and being respectful!

What started as a good evening out with my wife, ended with a poor experience due to a very power tripping bartender lady. She seemed to be very comfortable being rude to guest. I decided to end our experience and let management know.

Nah this is not it. Go if you want and maybe you will be luckier than I was but the atmosphere is clicky and the random pseudo bouncer that likes to wear quirky shorts was overstepping. Couldn’t even enjoy anything happening around me. Just moved to the area so I’m sure I’ll find a better community but this place is dying/dead.

Twist SF is a great spot for newbies looking to ease into the lifestyle! The club has a sexy, low-pressure vibe, a diverse crowd, and a mix of dancing, lounging, and play. Saturdays (couples-only) are the best nights, while Fridays allow a handful of respectful singles but is slower. The playrooms are mandatory lingerie or less, and the BYOB setup is solid—but be prepared, it is on the pricey side. $180 per couple is way too much. The service is horrible. The staff always seems in a bad mood except with certain people. It appears they want to keep this small group of people happy, and everyone else is a burden there. There's no fault in that, but why let more people in when they have everything set up to cater to these people? They should have a private party. The atmosphere unwelcoming. There were just maybe ten people there who gave the right vibes for the lifestyle. The rest (maybe 75 people) were hanging as couples and looking at the rest of us like we were not supposed to be there. I walked to the bartender and asked how the alcohol situation worked, and she rejected my question and said, “NOPE, NOPE, NOPE, DID YOU BRING YOUR ALCOHOL? THIS IS NOT BAR,” which was extremely rude, in my opinion. Considering that we were all there to have a good time, I suppose. Then I saw her catering to a couple, even to their spot in one of the rooms. Rather odd. I am new to the lifestyle, but I have been to other clubs and parties, and this one was the worst by far.

Wife and I have been here more times the I can count. We love that most people dance and it’s super fun. Play rooms in the back are open so you can’t hide, but quite frankly we play on the dance floor anyway. If you’re lucky enough to see us on a Saturday night, you’ll get to see my little Asian spinner entertaining everyone on the sofa! lol.

It was our first time and it was a great night. We were super nervous, but the music was great and staff and other guest were very kind. I was a bit disappointed with the Hyatt as there reommendation for hotel. It was clean and comfortable but eh. Look into other hotels. Hopefully we get to go at least 1 more time before we move this summer now that the training wheels are off!
