A year ago, I placed an order for cookies to be delivered to my boyfriend who was visiting his uncle and got sick while there. I asked them if they could do a small note (because that is always better than a text) saying some cute stuff on my part. Omg, they did an amazing job and the staff was super sweet about it! Also, not knowing anything about this place when I ordered! We just thought about them recently because we wanted to order cookies here in NJ and Twisted Sugar cookies were super tasty!! So I give them 5 stars for sure.

So cute and so yummy. I personally liked them better than crumble. Less sweet and good flavor.

Wish I could rate the drinks, but never got one. I stood waiting for 20 minutes at the counter while the 1 girl there meandered around to make 1 order of 4 drinks. She came and answered the phone right in front of me and didn't even give me an acknowledgement. It seemed the more I waited, the slower she moved until I finally gave up and left. Was really looking forward to trying the drinks too smh these are literally children left on the shift by their self who have no mind for the business or work ethic.

Huge guilty pleasure. Their cookies are Soft on the inside but firm so as not to fall apart. Favorite are the ones with lime. Who knew that a little fresh squeezed lime on a cookie would be incredible.

Did curbside pickup in Skye Canyon - had to go into the store twice after they dropped off my order! Got the cookies wrong, went in and fixed it, only to realize drinks were wrong too. Unfortunate. Everything was delicious after it was fixed!

Anytime I can find an excuse I am here. Then working it off later. The twisted sugar (the cookie) is what got me started here. The cookies are amazing and my go to place when friends or family are in town!

Quick, friendly service. They have a gluten free cookie base option and frostings are gluten free. They also have two vegan options.

This is one of my favorite spots to come get cookies for my family. Angel gave me great customer service and recommend me the banana cream cookie and it’s now my all time favorite cookie !

Wasn't a huge fan of the cookies here. When we got them, you could tell they were pre-made & came to us cold. It's inside a smiths grocery store, so I wouldn't see why why they couldn't make them fresh. Maybe it was the specific ones we got, but if they were served warm or just made & even served cold, it could've been better.

Twisted sugar is a great cookie place and also has fun sodas to chose from. You can make your own soda or chose from ones from the menu they have so many flavors. They also have a ton of cookie flavors about 10 and they stay the same every week so if there's one you like you can get it again and not have to wait for them to put it back on the menu. They also have two new flavors each month. The cookies are thick and soft! Perfect texture. I got the coconut cream pie, pink sprinkle and raspberry lemon and they are all so good.

Twisted sugar is a sweets shop located inside the Smith's Supermarket in Northwest Las Vegas. You can get to it by taking 95-N/Skye Canyon exit. There is spacious amount of parking available. Twisted sugar offers a wide variety of desserts such as -Cookies -Sodas -Ice-Creams -Twisters Their cookies are baked fresh daily inside their store. The twisted sugar offers over twenty different types of flavors. Their menu also rotates monthly. You can also choose to make a ice-cream cookie sandwiches, by selecting two of their deliciously baked cookies and then choosing a ice-cream flavor. Twisted sugar also offer's soda creations. You can create your own soda flavor at twisted sugar. You can combine a wide variety of flavors or pick one off of their soda menu. Twisted Sugar's "Twisters" are a unique spin of frozen drinks. Their flavors range from Dole Whip to Frozen Hot Chocolate! We ended up picking a half dozen cookies. [2] Chocolate Chip [1] Snickerdoodle [1] Oatmeal/Raisin [1] Caramel [1] Peanut butter All of the cookies were super scrumptious! They were gooey and soft. My favorite was the Chocolate Chip cookie. In the middle of the cookie, there was a lot of cookie dough, while the outer layer was thin. It was relatively inexpensive as well! Next time, I'll have to try their sodas out!

Yummy! These cookies are delicious and the perfect size. Not too big & not too small. For three individual cookies & another box of a dozen cookies, the total came to roughly $41.00. This is a grab-and-go cookie place, as there isn't any available seating. It also looks really clean and the cashier was courteous and helpful.

This is a great location for unique flavors added to classic cookies. Lots to pick from and get something for everyone. Cookies are large enough to half or quarter so everyone can try the different flavors.

I've never been a big sugar cookie fan. They are pretty far down on my list of favorite cookies. At least until I tried Twisted Sugar. These are by far the best sugar cookies I have ever had. They are perfectly crisp yet chewy. The flavor combinations are mouthwatering. We picked banana cream pie, key lime pie, birthday and oreo. Each one was crazy good. I've been converted to a sugar cookie fan. They also have a really fun drink menu with tons of combinations. I got some kind of twist on vanilla coke and it was a perfect pick me up on a hot day. They offer curbside pickup when you order through their app

I'd driven out to Henderson a few times to hit up the Twisted Sugar there before hearing that there was one open on the NW side- still not SUPER convenient, but much closer at 6 miles away rather than 16. The menu here is larger than the small footprint might suggest, with several drink combos (pick your base and then your add-ins) and a ton of cookies- the display shows what is currently in stock. I tried the Neon Lights (Mt Dew with Mango puree and vanilla cream) and two cookies (banana cream pie and an Oreo one). Order was up fast, cookies were packed on a tray wrapped in a bag, to travel safely. We opted to eat on-site in the nearby table area (they also have outdoor seating). I prefer cookies to soda in general, and this held true here too. BF and I each favored different cookies, so we didn't have to share. Trying the Samoa one next! We don't regularly drive this far for groceries, but if we did, it would be hard to resist stopping by for a treat each time! NOTE: This location is a counter inside of the Smith's Marketplace! It's to the far left as you enter, by the bakery counter.

My Mom recently had surgery and I wanted to get her something less traditional than flowers to let her know I was thinking of her--enter Twisted Sugar cookies! While carbs are my love language, I had to get myself one as well, and even though there aren't too many options, I settled on a good 'ole chocolate chip. The sucker was the size of a baseball and ooey, gooey, chewy! For my Mom, I asked for a six-pack variety of the lady's choice, just nothing with nuts because my sister has allergies and I knew she'd be enjoying them alongside my Mom. She boxed me some wonderful choices like banana cream, snickerdoodle and their signature twisted sugar! The price was great too at $13.95! My Mom was thrilled with the package and I look forward to gifting these to someone else very soon!

"We're not gonna take it," sang Twisted Sister.  "Oh no, we ain't gonna take it!" And neither am I, so I headed to Twisted Sugar because I'm done with crummy Chips Ahoy, crappy Keebler, and cruddy Nabisco.  Yes, crummy, crappy, and cruddy is what they are.  But Twisted Sugar has a cookie that's actually edible and isn't preserved to have a quarter century shelf life. It's inside a Smith's grocery store so you can push your shopping cart right past the cookie aisle without making eye contact with Archway or Private Selection, knowing you'll be stopping at Twisted Sugar on the way out for a far superior cookie. I tried the Reese's and the chocolate chip that day and the workers were nice enough to spread a layer of Nutella on one of them when asked. Mmmmm, slap one of those big fresh cookies on a scoop of ice cream and there's your gourmet dessert! "We're not gonna take those sub-standard, grocery store cookies home....any more!"

I wish I would have never found out about this place. It's addicting! It's a must every single time my husband and I walk into SMP. We're always curious to try the new flavor of the month and we're never disappointed ADOPT US LOL. They offer a rewards punch card after every 8 or ten I believe you get a free cookie and we are always up for the challenge LOL. Girls are always super sweet they're patient when I can't decide and super detailed about the flavors. I've never been disappointed here.

I purchased as a gift and preordered the holiday box for myself. They are smaller and not as good as Crumbl.

Love their cookies. Much better than Crumbl and I like that they're smaller so you can try more variety. They also have unique sugary drinks. All 6 flavors we tried were yummy and I can't wait to try more.

Bad batch of chocolate chip cookies. And very pricey. Literally 2 chocolate morsels in each cookie. Did someone forget to turn on the mixer? Never again.

As the name states this place is sugary sweet! it is located inside the Smiths in Northwest Vegas which seemed odd but definitely was a fun adventure that I enjoyed much more than driving to Henderson but that is where their main location is. I still live a decent bit away from Skye Canyon thank goodness or else I would be drinking their sodas daily as that was my favorite part but the cookies are delicious compared to my experience at the next closest cookie location to me. Upon arrive their was a bit of a wait and I know I saw someone upset about social distancing but cmon have you seen anyone in the smiths doing it? You can socially distance yourself very easily and I happily did so while waiting. Once it was our turn Nicole was super helpful! since I am ADHD to the max she advised on how the whole process works . I went with their box that is around 9.75 but don't quote me lol that comes with the cookie of the month which was a pumpkin chocolate chip and their cookie of the week which was a peanut butter nutella I believe but again I could've gotten it wrong and than the lemon tart or twisted sugar I can't remember which but it's citrus lol and the chocolate chip. I also added on additional cookies which I could list one by one but I won't because it's honestly personal preferences. Personally my main reason for going here would be to get cookies I don't want to bake at home and frankly I am weird about anything with chocolate chips so I probably won't go with those again but man oh man was the sugar doodle, Twisted Sugar, Lemon Tart & the Banana cream sooooo good! yes.. was it super sweet and way too much to eat ? also yes but thankfully my Mom & kids helped out. We also got sodas which I went with a diet mt dew love shack which was refreshing and my daughter got the Redrock's with come which is like a shirley temple type & we got my son a tigers blood coke. Overall I got three sodas two which were large and ten speciality cookies for $30some dolllars which was a great deal and fun experience. I can't wait till I can go check out more items but I have to wait till my blood sugar can handle it lol.. either way set proper expectations that this is a little extension of the bakery in a grocery store if you want to try them while having space and more distance head to hendertucky but otherwise for those of us North I feel it's worth stopping in. This is a small business located inside of a large business (Smith's). They offer several unique flavors of cookies along with the classics. All of them are delicious. The flavored soda is a nice bonus.

Outstanding customer service and delicious cookies! I contacted the owners (Nichole and Tori) of the Twisted Sugar Skye Canyon location asking for their help in surprising my vet's office with an assortment of cookies. Because the cookies were going to a medical office, I needed them to be individually wrapped. Nichole and Tori were very responsive and helpful, even asking if I wanted the flavors written on the individual boxes for each cookie (great idea!). I dropped the cookies off at my vet's office today, and they were so excited for the gift! Thank you to Nichole and Tori (and the staff at Twisted Sugar) for helping me make someone's day!

My husband and I were shopping inside Smith's when we saw Twisted Sugar. Previously, I read reviews of how yummy their cookies and drinks are so naturally my interest was piqued. Upon previewing my their baked delights, we chose five cookies including a gluten-free salted Carmel for my adult daughter who can't have gluten. The four cookies were cinnamon and icing on a sugar cookie, a filled cookie topped with raspberries, a chocolate chip cookie and a salted caramel (not gluten-free). The young lady behind the counter gave us a stamp card to bring back every time we make a purchase. The customer service was both helpful and friendly. We tried our baked delights upon returning home. They were moist, soft, sweet and delicious. I've tried a lot of cookies in my lifetime, but I must say-these are some of the best! We will return to try more of their baked delights and maybe a drink-as they have a nice variety of flavored sodas with add ins.

Eh...the cookies aren't bad, but we didn't love them. Perhaps, we didn't order the best flavors. They are smaller than Crumble cookies but just as pricey.

With all of the cookie bakeries popping up everywhere, this is easily became my favorite. I think I was here at least once a week for the past month. It's so convenient to have this location in the grocery shop I always go to! I tried a lot of their flavors but my top two have to be the Banana Cream and Sugardoodle. The cookies are fresh and super soft! Staff is always friendly and really helpful if you have any questions.

I loved my raspberry lemonade cookie! My husband had the chocolate chip and he wanted a softer cookie, it was just cold and a little hard. We are taking it home to microwave it.

Love this place! The owner is always so warm & welcoming. Also super helpful when trying to decide what to get. The Cookies are delicious! Yesterday we got 6 cookies, all perfectly baked. And for Earth Day she gave a us a free earth day cookie which was AMAZING! Highly recommend Twisted Sugar!

We were so excited when Twisted Sugar opened at the Smiths Marketplace. We finally have something up here in the NW that isnt ice cream. The cookies are big, soft, and sweet but not overdone. My boys love cookies. We tried Crumbl, and were very disappointed by the flavor.Twisted Sugar is just right for my family...we often buy a couple and cut in 1/4, so we can try different flavors. My faves are Lemon Rasp and Swizzle Sugar. Our favorite time to to is on Wednesdays, so we could try the cookie of the day.

No socially distanced line, employees with masks below noses = no business from me. I happily turned around and bought some Pillsbury cookie mix.

The staff is very nice but their curbside never works. I used to come twice weekly and now im so frustrated i wont be back. Ill go to another place or make my own. Not worth the hassle.

I love chocolate chip cookies. This place has the best I've ever had. Sometimes Crumbl cookies is undercooked and doughy. But this cookie was soft, crisp and warm. So very good.

O.M.G. These cookies are to die for!!! I'm so glad you moved in to this location because we are here all the time. I've been wanting to try a gourmet cookie place for a while, but couldn't find any where that had gluten free options. Look no further! They have plenty of gf options here! I have no pictures to share because they don't last long enough!

I prefer these gourmet cookies to crumbl. Although they are pricey, they are very tasty, a hearty size and baked perfectly. I am not a big soda drinker but the drinks pair well with the cookies for a refreshing treat year round!

So much yum and so many varieties! Try them all. Not too big but not too small. Perfect size.

I love this place. I love their ice!! Today their systems were down but guess what! The lady on the phone worked with me so that I was still able to get my goodies. Will always come back. Love this place. It's hard to find solid customer service but they absolutely have great customer service.

Twisted sugar is my favorite! They have the most delicious cookies, fun drinks, and the best staff. They are so friendly and always willing to help. Their curbside service is so convenient for a mom who always has littles with her. They also have the cutest DIY cookie boxes for holidays that my daughter always looks forward to. Try all the cookies, you won't regret it!

I love their diet Evil Knievel and their cookies are honestly the very best in town. Swizzle and banana cream pie are my favorites. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they are overpriced.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was so looking forward to a good cookie to top off my dinner especially from all the hype. Horrible waste of money. Neither me nor my husband could finish a single cookie and we got a bakers dozen to try a bunch. We picked at all of the types. Such a waste. So much better to just get Costco or Sam's cookies...cheaper and taste better if you don't want to make homemade.

I normally shop at the Smith's this location is at. I never knew that this place existed until I was just passing through the deli meats. I was craving something sweet and thought I would give them a try. I love how they how all their options on display. I asked the lady at the register if she could suggest anything since it was my first time in and she said all them was good and kind of rolled her eyes at me. So I ended up ordering four cookies for my daughters. The cookies were rock hard but I'm sure it was because it stored frozen. Some of them were too dry but a couple were good once they were thawed out. We loved the banana cream pie one but wasn't too impressed by the others. They were pricey for how small they were, compared to other bakeries around town. I'm honestly disappointed about my experience and am not too sure if I'm gonna run back anytime soon.

I want to share how much I love this place: I found it yesterday and loved it and was upset to see that they were closed on Sunday. But as if they felt my pain, they posted on insta that they were open from 1-5 today! I planned my whole day around being able to go before they closed. The workers are super nice and patient. They let you preorder on insta. Every cookie I ordered (about 8) was amazing. All the drinks we've tried have been fresh and bubbly. I really love this place. The mobster, da bom, and the jukebox were my favs!!!! The twisted cookie was amazing. I squeezed the fresh lime all over my cookie. I hope you check them out and love them as much as me!

The BEST sugar cookies I've ever had. Better than Swig, Crumbl, etc. The sodas and lemonades are good, and my kids love to get drinks here. But the gluten free sugar cookies is the real gem for me. Twisted sugar, sugardoodle, key lime pie... most varieties are available as a gluten free cookie. So happy to have a Twisted Sugar location on my side of town! And curbside pickup is the cherry on top!

I was so excited to try this place after seeing the reviews. Unfortunately it left me disappointed. The cookies tasted old/dry and were just not very good. Even if they had tasted fresh they were all sickeningly sweet. We got 3 different flavors to try and couldn't finish any of them. :(

This place is pretty good, especially now that they do curbside. Two slept on items that are so good: the blush drink with lemonade and the sugar doodle cookie

We love grabbing a drink at Twisted Sugar before we start shopping at Smith's. There are so many great options and the cookies are insanely delicious. During these crazy Covid times I've seen them take great precautions to keep their customers safe including the convenience of curbside pickup. Highly recommend them!!!!

This is my favorite place for cookies and fun flavored sodas! They are the only ones in town that can make my drink the right way! Also their cookies are to die for! So yummy and just the right size! The service so great and everyone that works there is super sweet and so helpful! 100% recommend twisted sugar if your looking for a fun treat spot for your family or just for yourself for a mid day pick me up!

I can't say enough good things about Twisted Sugar, specifically the Skye Canyon location. The cookies and sodas are delicious and they are always coming out with new flavors, combinations, and speciality cookies. It makes for new adventures and taste testing! The customer service is excellent as well -- they are patient as you decide your order and offer suggestions, if needed. It's clear that the owners and their employees care about their store and the customer experience. They have my business for desserts, catering, and "just because" treats!

The cookies were really good but the kid didn't wear gloves and was frosting everyone's cookies after he took money and touched the computer screen. Grossed me out. There was 1 person in front of me who ordered a specialty drink and 1 cookie and I waited 15 minutes to get my order. There were several people in the back and they never came to help even though a line was forming.

Drinks are amazing. Cookies are amazing. Employees are friendly and helpful. I love this place. So happy it's here. I think I've gone every single day I can. I'm obsessed

Love their cookies - the chocolate chip & the tart lemon are my favorites! they are always closed now though... I'm not sure what is going on. I hope they open again soon.
