Twisted Sugar

Never heard of this place, but noticed it next to my chiropractor office so I had to give it a try. I love that they are open early, they weren’t crowded and the lady was friendly. I decided to get half a dozen cookies. I’m not a huge fan of another popular cookie place so I had high hopes this would be better. Tried, banana cream, sugar cookie, chocolate chip oatmeal, snickerdoodle, chocolate chip cookie butter, lemon. And happy to say that they are NOT overly sweet and all equally good. Will be back for a whole dozen and maybe a drink 🤗. Must try!!! Let’s get this place noticed. Underrated.

First time here but we had a good experience:) So happy they had a couple of delicious gluten free options! They also have great customer service.

Went in for 4 cookies left with a dozen and 4 drinks. Very sweet, helpful and patient staff. Every single thing my family loved.

I raved about this place the cookies are so good, I was dreaming about the lemon Raspberry,So last night I had to surpress my fetish for the cookie,So I decided to order a box of six ,I placed my order online for pick up,Low and behold you couldn't imagine how excited I was to receive my cookie with new ones to try ,With disappointed issue they got my order wrong ,well that wasn't the low blow Respectfully the staff is amazing in rereguards to charter, Ok, so this morning I decided to have one for breakfast lol ,I felt something funny in my mouth,I mean I did question why are these cookies so good!!?? Right, Well as I'm tasting the salt from the salted caramel one again I felt something strange from the corner of my mouth again so I kept chewing away and I'll be damned:,to my surprise a long black piece string of hair comes from inside my cookie ,I new I didn't come from me this was the texture of white hair not weave ,Which reminds that I've never seen them with hair nets on, and thee entire staff is white decent,I will never order from here again until they practice safety and regulations of OSHA law!!

Been meaning to write this for weeks. When it comes to deserts I’m 100% a cookie guy. Nothing else does it for me. Twisted Sugar has a couple cookies that sit on my shelf of all time best. The original, Twisted And the Banana Cream. My wife loves the Nutella and I’m sure everything is next level, but those two will always have my heart.

Cute shop with friendly staff and delicious cookies. The only downside is that it's in the same shopping center as my pilates studio and it's very tempting to go too often. :)

Food: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 I had the GF Salted Caramel Sugar cookie & it was Everything! The reason for the 4/5 review is because it was under cooked in the middle but I still enjoyed every bite.

My girlfriend and I's favorite dessert place by far! Super underrated! I have gone a few times since my first time in December 2023 and have loved every visit. Delicious cookies; I prefer them to any other place, including Crumbl. The service is also always quick and very friendly! I recommend stopping by if you ever have a chance!

This was my first time my family and I ate cookies from Twisted Sugar, and I can't say enough about them! We got them as a gift, and now we will be returning customers. The gourmet cookies not only looked beautiful, but tasted even better than they looked. Each dessert-inspired creation was spot on with the synonymous flavor profile, without being too sweet - just right. The cookie portion had a perfect combination of crunchy with a slight softness to it. My dad especially said that these were the best cookies he's had other than homemade. We would all highly recommend Twisted Sugar to anyone wanting an outstanding dessert!

Why are these some of the next cookies in Las Vegas?! I always get the chocolate chip because why not. It's a staple. Recently tried the peanut butter- new favorite. O don't go often but when I of I will try one of the cookies of the month. Service is prompt and the ambiance is a quaint no seating in and out establishment. A must try.

I was kinda excited about trying this place being always having a sweet tooth. Usually I wouldn't waste my time leaving a bad review but it's not to diminish the place just make them aware of a perspective from a customer standpoint. Wasn't greeted or helped with the process or ordering. Had to ask and they weren't busy. Just started at me like my business wasn't appreciated. Now on to the cookies. Ehhhh. Felt like they were under cooked or needed a little more crunch. Visually they looked nice. I had high hopes for this place but just wasn't an overall experience not that I was expecting anything to wow me. Just a perspective is all. Could be someone's enjoyment tho. Good luck with business. Also price for what it was could have been a better bargain. $3 a cookie seems a little high.

Best Tasting Cookies and Customer Service in North Las Vegas. I have tried all 4 cookie companies in North Las Vegas: 1) Cookie Plug; 2) Crave, 3) Crumbl; and 4) Twisted Sugar. VARIETY: Twisted Sugar has a bigger variety of cookie flavors than Crave. Cookie Plug was out of everything about 3 pm COST: Twister Sugar had the least expensive cookies in comparison to the others HAPPY HOUR: Twisted Sugar has a Happy Hour for flavored drinks in the evening. The only minus I have about Twisted Sugar is that they have a terrible serving board. I got a single cooking in a tray that is usually used for french fries or a hot dog . . . . it would have been better to get the cookie in a sleeve or box. Definitely enjoyed and recommend Twisted Sugar - I will be bake.

Twisted sugar has cookies and sodas/juice/twisters (ice cream based shakes) and energy drinks. The sugar cookies come chilled. They offer different cookies each month but have certain cookies available all the time. My favorite cookie is the banana cream cookie. I'm still trying to find a favorite drink. They have an app that you can download to earn rewards. They also have the option to order online & pick up curbside. This is a great place to stop in with the kids for a drink and a cookie after school or during the hot summer!

This is a must for anyone who wants a treat or drink. The cookies are awesome and drinks are amazing. Staff are friendly and the prices are perfect. This is our go to on a regular basis. My kids love it as well.

Wow I love how clean this place looks. Went here almost 2 weeks ago to try the cookies and came back the next day to buy a huge batch of cookies n cream for my nephew's bday. The kids loved it. It was moist and decadent. The cashier was a bit awkward (probably shy) but the blonde one in the back who prepped the cookies was super patient and helpful (sorry I didn't get the names). Will definitely try their sodas next.

Way better than crumbl. Lots of variety with new flavors every month. Clean atmosphere, good customer service. Try the oat cookie butter cookie.

I love this place!!! Every time I go in, I'm greeted with no line, great employees who answer your questions and fast excecution. The cookies are a great treat to add on, but honestly I go for the drinks! I have been taking advantage of the happy hour which is from 11am-2pm. $2.50 for a large drink with add ins is a great deal. I have been ordering the Stop Staring with Sprite. The lovely gal with red hair recommended the drink called "Da Bomb" and it was indeed da bomb!! I don't think I've had a bad drink here. I take my boyfriend and mom here whenever possible and their drinks have always been great as well with whatever base they get. The ambiance is bright and open with straightforward ordering counter when you walk in. Their menu is big and they have ones on the counter for those who are indecisive like me--HA! I need to get better with names because everyone there has been exceptional! Thank you all--have a sweet day

Not usually a soda drinker but I've been addicted to this place recently. Originally came for the cookies but have returned multiple times for both their cookies and drinks. Super affordable options and there's such a variety! The shop is small but very clean and simple, I would highly recommend this place to anyone that likes soda or sweets. I really hope this business does well and sticks around for some time!

Better cookies than Crumbl and Cookie Plug, in my opinion. This is my cookie spot from now on.
