100% the best water ice experience I've had in Philly so far! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mark & Yasmin served our team of 25 people on a busy night with smiles on their faces and got our order right!!! I highly recommend them and their desserts! Prices are also incredibly competitive!

Just tried the Double Chocolate at Twistee Treat and wow it was amazing! 🍫🍦 The rich, creamy chocolate on-chocolate combo was everything I hoped for and more. Hands down some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly, the place had a fun, nostalgic vibe, and I had an all-around great time. If you’re a chocolate lover, this flavor is a must. Definitely coming back soon!

Stopped by this ice cream shop and was not disappointed! The mint chocolate chip was super creamy with the perfect balance of mint and chocolate. I also got a chocolate-dipped cone—crunchy shell, smooth ice cream, total win. Friendly staff, quick service, and a cozy vibe. Definitely coming back!

Amazing! Coming from out of town looking for a mid day treat and we were lucky enough to stumble upon this gem. We ordered a gelati with mango and lemon, and a signature soft serve cone. You can never go wrong with the basics. Thanks Moe for your amazing customer service, if ever in Philly again, we will be back.

Best ice cream place in the area , new owners awesome service and attitude, always friendly and welcoming… I live in Mayfair for 25 plus years and I can honestly say Twistee treat has always been my family favorite…. Thank to Moe, Mike, Noah and staff for the hospitality….

This was our first time visiting and if I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would. The soft serve was so delicious it was like Coney Island Custard. We will be making this our regular spot.

The owner is very humble and just trying to add to the neighborhood not to mention his creations are delicious! They even have a life size connect 4 and pretty lights give thyou m a try it’s worth it! We got fruity pebbles and a Oreo milkshake

Absolutely loved this place! The ice cream was delicious with so many great flavors to choose from. The shop was super clean and had a really cozy vibe. What made it even better were the employees — they were so kind, patient, and helpful, especially when I couldn’t decide what to get. They even have games for kids to play while you wait, which was such a nice touch and kept everyone happy. You can tell they really care about giving customers a great experience. Definitely coming back!

best Ice cream in philly, great service worker named Adam hooked it up, felt at home while ordering, great seating area, manager took the time out of his day to give me napkins.

Stopped by tonight to get some soft serve. This place is now under new management. The new owner was super nice and welcoming. Such a cozy spot. I had their sugar free watermelon froyo. It was soooo tasty. Will definitely be back!!

So happy I got to make it here because it's honestly stuck out to me since I got to Philly ! Super cute ice cream shop w/ the cutest worker by the name of Linda. It's like she perfectly fit the whole experience =) Stopped by on the way back to the house on one of the last hot days, happy we made it too because she let us know this was the last week. It her know this was my first time there and she really made the experience memorable. In a sweets mood, I was stuck between the funnel cake and ice cream as well as the apple pie sundae, so she made me feel very special when she combined the two =) I got the nice hot and fresh funnel cake that was cooked even toastier and crispy than I ever had before, she topped it off with pumpkins pie ice cream, whip cream and yes nice hot apples this was honestly hands down so delicious. The pumpkin pie ice cream was the highlight especially with cake pieces inside of the ice cream. Thank you for the wonderful experience and can't wait to go back when it gets hot out again !

Don't have nothing. Went there and one of the workers say funnel cake is seasonal, in the BEGINNING of the summer. It's literally June, she said they won't have it until august. My kid got school august 29. Do the math. Summer over lol. Never again.

WILL NOT BE BACK! Visited Twistee Treat on Frankford Ave for their Season Opening on Saturday April 1st. The young woman who greeted me/took my order was more than happy to be able to provide a small cup of whipped cream for my pup to enjoy, alongside with my ice cream! :) Fast forward two days later, we go back and I was denied a cup of whipped cream for him this time - by the owner! I was more than willing to pay but she made it known that they wont do it again and that she "doesn't normally do this". I will definitely be walking the extra few blocks to Rita's this summer :)

Just visited again with my girl friends and our kids so cute they have games and shake tattoos. Such a great place the workers were amazing as always some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Twister Treat is a very cool place to bring the family. The building is shaped like an icecream cone. The parking lot is clean and attended to. The ice cream is delicious and inexpensive. They Al'so have Sundaes and other treats as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking and the lines are rarely long. We come here all the time as it is in our neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It's an old school classic that should never go away. It has the classic soft serve ice cream cone/bowl look to it, something you can't miss from the street. The parking is iffy, but work able. I guess parking maybe my only issue. The soft serve is your classic flavors and the hard ice cream is also your normals, choc, vanilla, strawberry and usually one special. The birthday cake was my last special ice cream I tried and it was close to perfect. They surely use heavy cream and quality cake ingredients, a decadent treat. I need to try a pseudo blizzard before the season ends.

Coolest little ice cream cone place ever it's so good and fun for the kids as they wait for their cones at the same time. Parents can sit with us and enjoy their drinks together with ice cream and chat. Prices are always reasonable and the service is always friendly and helpful and selection is great

I've lived in the area for over a decade and today was my first trip to the twistee treats. I honestly dont know what took me so long to give them a try. But I must say, this will be my go to stop for ice cream. my husband had the banana split, which was delicious, my daughter had a chocolate/vanilla shake and I had the pumpkin pie ice cream. All treats were superb, I would highly recommend.

I moved to the northeast not to long ago, I noticed there are not a lot of places to get water ice. Finally found Twistee Treat, this place is awesome! I will most definitely be coming here often when it gets warm.

My sister and I, the illustrious Miss Gina M., have been referring to Twistee Treat as the isolated ice cream cone forever, since it is quite literally an ice cream cone in the middle of a parking lot. But from that cone comes the best ice cream in the neighborhood. For those like me that prefer hand dipped ice cream to soft serve, this is the only place of its kind to get it. They also have a wide selection of water ice and soft serve as well, if that's your thing. For around the same price as a gelati from Rita's, one can get a legit ice cream sundae; my favorite being made with green mint chocolate chip. The prices are very reasonable, there is plenty of parking, and the high school kids working here are sweet. Best ice cream around!

First and last time going, I've passed this place so many times and finally decided to stop in. Ice cream was good but nothing spectacular, definitely over priced for just ordinary ice cream. The young man who served us look completely miserable and definitely made our experience less enjoyable. Was better off driving either way on Frankford Ave towards a Rita's.

This place is amazing I will never go to ritas agian. Twisty treat has friendly staff and great prices. They have so many options to choose from. There water ice and ice cream taste homemade and delicious. This is a staple in this neighborhood.

This is your typical neighborhood ice cream shop. The girls do an excellent job serving the customers. ......they cater to the neighborhood with soft serve ice cream and sundaes for all ages. Good stop no matter your age.

Neighborhood friendly ice cream stop for all your ice cream needs. I used to come here when I was a kid and now today years later I'm still coming here. The fact that its a neighborhood hit with anyone who lives in the area, makes it a great place to enjoy some soft serve. There are many items to choose from, different varieties of flavors of ice cream, to different cones, to different toppings; price wise I think it might be just a little too pricy. Other then that I would definitely recommend Twistee Treat to anyone looking for some good soft serve.

Nice, good, and friendly place for the kids but a bit pricey. Either way I enjoyed it so I will return.
