Two Boots Park Slope

A reminder to vegans or vegetarians or vegetable lovers, who also eat meat: this is a place for you. I usually only get vegetarian or vegan here, and the slices deliver on flavor: red peppers, mushrooms, cheese, sauces; these slices are packed with deliciousness and so crispy! love the cornmeal crust. Beats the regular slice any day of the week.

While this is not the most classic NYC style pizza, they have really creative ingredients (Cajun style anyone?) and high quality as well. I’m a meat eater but there are also great vegetarian/vegan options as well. Definitely something unusual and different as compared to most pizzerias in the city.

Visited here via Too Good To Go since I was Brooklyn, and got the "Dinner" option. Service was quick. I received 4 large pizza slices of different varieties: margherita, cheese, buffalo chicken and an "everything" slice (buffalo chicken missing from the pic because I ate it 😂). All tasted great and the atmosphere was amazing. I wish this had locations in the Bronx.

It's an very nice restaurant, that Host puppet shows, sing-a-longs, and field trips. You can also get vegan and vegetarian slices, big calzones, and refillable soda cups. Also, everything is very cheap. You can also sit outside, or watch sports. It's a very nice kid friendly restaurant.

Visiting family, and this was our first day here. The pizza is so beautiful! They also have gluten-free pizza and it is really good. My son in law has celiac and this is a go to place for them. Portions are really big. And they have good beer on tap. Grazie

An excellent vibe, wonderful music, friendly team, and delicious 🍕 pizza. I finally had a chance to stop in to have two slices. I enjoyed the taste of "The Buckminter" slices. O yes, check out the bathroom it's clean. I always check out the bathroom for cleanliness. That will tell you much about a restaurant. Two Boots past the test. I recommended this pizza spot when you are in Park Slope.

So we ordered a pizza for my nephew who's this young child and a small pizza and it was burnt. It was inedible the pepperoni were black so I called up and they offered to make another Pizza which I thought was the appropriate thing to do and I sent my babysitter to pick it up and I'm waiting and I'm waiting and I'm waiting and I finally go there and I say how long is it going to be? It's been more than 25 minutes and the counter person said I don't know where it is. I don't know how long it's going to be. We put the order at the end of all the orders and I said what do you mean you put it at the end of all the orders you had burnt the pizza he said well it's Friday night. We're busy. That's the way we do it and when I told him I was going to make a complaint he said oh spell my name correctly then this is not a place. I'm recommending that my niece and my nephew use again. I've been coming to two boots since they opened in South slope 30 years ago and I will no longer use two boots in Brooklyn, Manhattan or anywhere else. I work too hard for my money to be treated so badly. I don't treat people that I work with that way and I don't expect to be treated that way

I contacted two boots a couple of months ago to see if they can accommodate about 20 people (kids and adult) for a casual pizza lunch. Zack was friendly, prompt, accommodating and helpful! It was super casual and easy and today, when we have the party, it was perfect! The pizza was delicious ! Thank you so much!

The white pizza was delicious. It had large pieces of garlic on it. I've had other pizzas from here that I've liked.

The staffs I've encounter are friendly. The service is quick and the pizzas are delicious. I really enjoy one with garlic. There are plenty of pizzas to choose from. The interior is dimmer and most of the light is coming from outside. There are usually plenty of seats available.

My local friends highly recommended Two Boots for their vegan pizzas - citing the stretchy cheese that didn't taste as artificial (even though it's still Daiya cheese), but I knew I had to try for myself. We placed an online order which was easy-peasy. We went with a large Vegan Night Tripper ($31), which was a pesto based pizza with onions and sun-dried tomatoes. We also ordered a small House Salad ($7) with balsamic being the only vegan friendly dressing. Pizza was fantastic! Loved the crust (even though it wasn't the classic thin New York crust) and the combination of vegan cheese and pesto was junky perfection. Note: the large here is seriously a large. My partner and I wish we had just gotten a Medium but we ended up having half the pizza the next day on our way to JFK. We also ordered Garlic Knots (3 for $3) but sadly these weren't vegan. To be fair, they weren't marked as such online, but I was really hoping they'd be given they usually are at other pizza joints. Oh well!

I'll forever love two boots as I've been coming for years, getting the bayou beast every time. The combination of flavors is great and it's not often you find a shrimp and/or Cajun pizza. This is both and it's great. However, over the years they've started skimping on the toppings. They are also heavier on the sauce leading to most slices having their toppings slide off if you're not careful. Flavor hasn't changed though so I still come back. All locations are really well decorated and the theming is great. Employees are normally helpful and the park slope location is really family friendly. The pictures I've attached are between 2024-2018(in photo order) with the 2024 one being the most sparse... clear difference in toppings. At least it tastes good!

Do not order from here! They burnt my friend's son's pizza and then put it on the end of the line to make again saying It's Friday night and we are busy" after they burnt the first one!

I'm training for a marathon and whenever I'm in training mode, my carbo-load fuel of choice is pizza (and potato chips, but that's another story). I just moved to NYC and never thought much about New York-style pizza. =X But now that I'm here, I am obsessed! On average, I buy a large pizza every week and pretty much ravage my way through it. I'm eating my way through Two Boots vegan menu. I'm currently stuck on the Super Vegan. I'm a creature of habit. When I find something I like, I tend to go back to it at the expense of others. But that shiitake mushroom with broccoli and red onions on basil pesto is *chef's kiss*. I promise I'll eventually get to the other options. I love that there are so many vegan pies to choose from! I absolutely loved the pizza here. I had two vegan slices . They were delicious . And the crust is beautiful . I gave it 3 stars however because the people didn't even clean the tables once people left . And it's not like they were doing something because they just were standing around . If they do better with the cleanliness I would be back !

I have tried vegan pizza in many cities and various restaurants. Two boots pizza is hands down one of my favorite new vegan pizza places. The fun eclectic mix of vinyl records and photos throughout the store adds to the amazing pizza. The crust the consistency of the texture and toppings are addictive. The other cool thing to note is the late-night hours for those returning from a night out on the town. Or some of the local spots in the area. The staff was amazing who took our order super friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the business was great and the bathroom was fresh and had a cool retro vibe.

Ordered takeout from Two Boots on Thursday evening. Not what I expected from the pizza, but I really enjoyed the flavor. Quality: I walk past Two Boots frequently, and I have been intrigued yet skeptical of their pizza. I finally tried it and I was impressed. I would skip over the Garlic Knots and Meatball Slider, neither were exciting, but I truly enjoyed the pizza. It is not your standard crust, it is much doughier and fluffy, yet still managed a little crisp on the edges. The Cheese pizza was solid, while the Emily Litella was excellent. With breaded eggplant, sweet red pepper pesto, ricotta, and mozzarella, it was a rich, savory treat. Quantity: Unexpectedly heavy pizza, even a small slice can fill you up. Value: $3 for Garlic Knots. $2.50 for a Meatball Slider. $12 for a Small Cheese. $14 for a Small Emily Litella. Ambiance: Two Boots has multiple locations across NYC, but I visited the one in Park Slope. It has a typical pizza spot layout, with some slices on display up front, along with some seating that stretches to the ovens in the back. They were playing 90s music, and even though it is set-up for takeout, a few families were dining-in Crowd: Busy with lots of young children. Service: Fast, they had my fairly large order ready in less than 20minutes. Parking: Limited street parking.

Pretty Good Pizza, I Believe The Pepperoni Was Good, I Can't Wait To Have The Calzone And The Heroes!

So I was craving a calzone and decided to order from this place. First thing that caught my attention was that they have vegan calzones, which was the first time for me to find, so yay for that! The calzone was quite massive and the filling was delicious you couldn't differentiate that it was vegan. It was the dough that didn't do it for me. A bit on the drier side that even with the marinara, tasted too dry for me.

Updating my review. Still my go-to pizza spot for both a quick slice or full pies. The Tony Clifton is a masterwork.

Best pizza in the Park Slope area, even their 'to go' pies are amazing, although you should always try it right out of their oven, deliciously hot. It's sloppy, cheesy, and your taste buds will thank you from the first bite until the last bite of the crust. What makes this better than all the other contenders? Stop by and see for yourself.

Great vegan pizza! Service is what you would expect at a pizza shop. But they are a staple of the neighborhood. And they have a bathroom!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was literally the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. It arrived literally burnt to a crisp, as well as stone cold. This cold, "blackened" pizza was inedible and I had to throw it out. Who sends a pizza like that out to a customer? It's a shame because this place used to be good. It's like they just don't care anymore. They gave up. Well, I give up too. I'll never order from Two Boots again.

We went back to Brooklyn for a visit since we hadn't been back since we moved away. Two Boots had been one of our go to places with our child and wanted to go back for the fun vibe, the cool staff, the fun and the food. It was disappointing to see it just has turned into a pizza joint. No real vibe, no atmosphere, just a pizza joint. To be fair the pizza was good. I had a shrimp po boy which was disappointing. Very small and very few shrimp. Mostly bread. Just a suggestion to the new owners. They had it going on in the previous way it ran. May want to re-visit the old way of doing business, but again, good pizza, no doubt.

After taking our order, charging us, and making us wait, they called and told us the food was ready but the driver said we were 5 minutes out of their delivery range, so they were not going to send it. Wasted time, wasted food, wasted money. Poor customer service. Also this location doesnt do spicy-knots.

Just ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and there was no barbecue sauce over it!! Just a few chicken piece per slice with a little marinaded bbq sauce. Maybe it's my fault for not asking. The garlic bread is disappointing. Would not order from here again.

I think this Two Boots is better than the original in The City, but I haven't been there in many, many years. The "regular" slice is too spicy for myself and the kids so we order the mild slice. I think it was better the last we came but it was still edible today. There was very little sauce and a little bit of cheese, but the crust had a nice crunch. I remember liking the garlic knots better last time also. Food was okay today

Ordered pick up and it took twice as long as they said on the phone. And this was the mess handed off. When I got home and called it was acknowledged that he rushed it out and handed to me this way even having to clean cheese off the outside of box. Knowing you were passing off a mistake why not acknowledge it then.

Absolutely Amazing ! My first time trying the food from this restaurant and it won't be the last. First off the delivery was handled well, on time, neatly packed. However, the thin crust, tasty pizza - small medium with provolone, ricotta, parmigiano, roasted garlic and eggplant sliders. Hopefully one day I dine in at this great restaurant!

Two Boots Park Slope could get my vote as the worst Pizza ever. I needed a place to eat that had outdoor seating and this was it. I'm sorry that I didn't keep looking. I ordered what I thought were two slices of fresh tomato pizza, but instead got something that I can only describe as mystery meat. I finished the first slice and tossed the second. My bill for two slices and a bottle of soda was $11.75. The "Progressives" living in this neighborhood must not know what good Pizza tastes like, or have too much money in their wallets.

Before heading to NY this past weekend, my sister was raving about this new pizza place she had discovered. She insisted we go when I arrived, and so we did! Two Boots is a funny name for a pizza place. As I read the menu, I couldn't help but notice how "New Orleans" some of the pizzas were. Then I realized this was a Cajun style pizza place in Brooklyn. Whaaaaaaat?? What an interesting combination! The Bayou Beast (Crawfish, shrimp, andouille, jalapeno and mozzarella) pizza was very tempting, but I felt I should pick something more tame for my first visit. I decided to go with a small Mr. Pink (Creole chicken, plum tomatoes, garlic and mozzarella) pizza. My sis got four slices of cheese for my nieces, and she got a small vegan pizza. Meanwhile, we claimed a table, and I got to look around the place. They had several pizzas (if they didn't run out) on display, and there were several sheets of paper with crayons so kids could color. There was some art on the walls, and a creepy Donnie Darko poster near the back... very creepy. The individual slices came out first, as expected... but only three were brought out. When asked about it, they asked as if the order had never been placed. But I watched the cashier put the entire order in on the screen, so it was definitely there. Not a deal breaker, but hopefully that is not a regular thing. On top of that messing slice, the other pizzas took quite a while... but it was a Friday night, so I am not all that surprised. When they came out, they were PIPING HOT!!! And the taste?... BRUH! That is some bomb pizza! I absolutely loved the crust and the flavors. I couldn't even finish the small pizza in one sitting, so that was perfect. It doesn't beat the $1 slices at corner shops, but it has made its mark on the streets of New York. It breaks my heart that one almost opened in DC, but plans have been postponed or canceled. Hopefully they pick that back up soon.

Order for delivery. The pizza tasted like it was from yesterday, not fresh dough. The sauce had a slice of pepperoni, and there was not supposed to be a pepperoni pizza. Horrible. It ended up in the garbage. Don't waste your money there.

Was it late? Yes. Was I drunk? Possibly. Was this one of the best vegan pies I've ever had? Abso-freakin-lutely. We decided we should order pizza after a moderate night out on the town and realizing we needed some food if we wanted to avoid a rough morning. This location was walking distance from our last stop so we ordered for pick up halfway through our last drink. Can you say "ideal situation"? We ended up with a V for Vegan pizza featuring artichokes, shiitake mushrooms, red onions, Daiya cheese and a criss-cross of their homemade pestos (sweet red pepper and basil). After the first bite, I was in pizza heaven, you guys. All of the flavors melded together beautifully, combining fresh vegetables, tangy sauce, crisp crust and just a hint of that creamy cheesiness you need to complete a classic pizza bite. I am seriously impressed by Two Boots' ability and willingness to go above and beyond for their vegan customers, as most pizza shops either offer a cheese substitute or no cheese at all to make their 'zas vegan. The V for Vegan clearly had plenty of thought and work put into making a delicious and complex pie for herbivores that can stand up to the crazy combinations and innovations you see for meat and dairy lovers today. I can't speak highly enough of this dang pizza and I can't wait to come back to New York and try more of their vegan offerings!

Really enjoyed my slices of pizzas. The open area of the back kitchen allows customers to view other pizzas in the works. Each slice of pizzas has their special names and toppings. My slices were packed with flavor yet the crust was crispy and thin enough to hold all the toppings. The guys at the counter were pretty nice to incoming customers; this place developed a very local fan base. With its clever names on individual slices of tasty pizza, it got me hooked. Will be back soon for more

Was really trying to get delivery but it seems like ubereats didnt have any available carrier near me. So i opted for yelp order and went to pick up. Pizza is alittle bit on the more expensive side but its good! They have vegan cheese (daiya) available which is nice. My bro is a vegan so this worked out great. I ordered the vegan night tripper, vegan larry tate and regular buckminster (came w regular cheese but can add vegan cheese for additional price, but it is vegetarian). My son and i really liked the buckminster, we thought it was super tasty. I thought the vegan pies were good, but maybe cos i love cheese so daiya cheese just isnt my thing. But definitely a great option for vegans who dont eat dairy also. Pick up was okay. We did run into someone who was annoyed that we went to the staff at the counter to tell them we are here for an online order pick up. He thought we were trying to skip or something. Smh Other than that, great pizzas! Would definitely like to dine in next time.

Will never order from them again. Overpriced pizza arrived cold and an hour late. Other side orders missing. Glad we got our money back from Uber Eats.

So many options for pizza in the neighborhood, but I can't recommend Two Boots. We ordered delivery, it was delivered way too fast for an individually prepared pizza. Really clear that the pizza was premade and they tossed some cheese on it and heated it up a little... meh. The crust is mediocre, very little sauce and cheese. Maybe it's better in house but delivery should hold up to the same standards.

Ok...to all the pizza lovers ,this is it !!! Best pizza hands down ! I use to go to the two boots on bleeker street years ago and I thought it was the best pizza then. I haven't had in awhile and when we went to the one in park slope it took me down memory lane ! The crust is exactly how I remembered and that is my favorite part of the entire pizza. There's a variety you can chose from but whatever topping I guarantee you'll be going back for more ! I'm happy they're still around and hope they'll be for many years to come. Good service and great pizza !

Vegan pizza is good. My issue is I think Two Boots is profiting off Cajun culture and themes...seems a bit like cultural appropriation.

Ugh, the gluten free pizza is the standard frozen pizza dough. But when you're out with your friends, and everyone is getting pizza, you cave and gotta order what you can. So I did, but felt completely ripped off by what I got. The medium pizza with vegan cheese and ONE topping came out to $24. I literally could have bought my own crust fro Trader Joe's and all the toppings I wanted and could have made 4 pizzas for that price. The worst part is the one topping is ordered was skimped on. Crust was thin, tasted okay but not the best. If you're gluten free, I would recommend going elsewhere if you can! Not worth the money.

The Pizza here is delicious! If you must have something besides the pizza , go for the Meatball parm sliders!! The staff is friendly AF! Oh and they have beer on tap!

I did a pizza making party for my three year old and Justin who led us through the party was awesome. Friendly, funny, accommodating and laid back. Pizza making was fun and the ingredients made it truly good! I'd say it's one of the best and most affordable bday party ideas in Bklyn

Great pizza!! They have such a large selection. Definitely give Two Boots a try if you haven't. I'm surprised they don't have five stars. Awesome restaurant and very kid friendly. I think I'll order a couple of pizzas now.

What a great neighborhood pizza joint. If you want to grab a slice or two (or three), Two Boots offers quality, variety, and uniqueness. We love the cornmeal crust, and there are too many good flavor combos to list. The corner spot and the open windows in warm weather also make for fun people watching. Love, love.

Had the most disturbing experience from their delivery person. He called when he was in front of the house and expected me to walk to the street to meet him. It's almost 12 degrees outside and I was not dressed nor had a coat on. He gave me dirty looks as he made his way to the sidewalk with his bike and I refused to meet him there. He then slammed my gate open and dropped the pizza in my hand. I will not use the grubhub service with the place again. Delivery is door to door not door to street. Very dissapointed.

The Bayou Beast was complimented by the Merlot on tap (trendy). I tasted the Purple Haze and ended up ordering that as well. I thought it odd that they served chocolate chip cookies, but was presently surprised that my $1 investment in the sweet treat was worth it! Thanks for the awesome Tuesday happy hour experience Tina (our fantastic server)! Ask for her, she'll take care of ya! Only downside, no option for alligator meat on the pizzas.

I used to really love Two Boots and this used to be my favorite location. This place was unkept and dirty. It looks like no one had swept in a while. The bar was dirty and needed a wipe down. The bartender/server/cashier was contentious. I got 2 of my favorite slices and the crust was WAY overdone and the pie had zero flavor. I ordered a beer, one that I knew quite well, and it was FLAT. Honestly, for as much as one pays per slice at Two Boots, you'd get more bang for your buck at Domino's...and, sadly, it'll probably taste better.

Best vegan pizza I have ever had, period. I wish prices were a bit lower, but what do I know, they may not be able to reduce the prices and survive. I'm a happy customer.

Eating Two Boots pizza brings back lots of good memories of college! I used to grab slices at the Noho location with friends and frequented the Rockefeller Center location when I interned at NBC. I've only been to the Park Slope location 2x but the pizza is always consistent...crispy crust and topnotch toppings. It's on the pricey side but definitely worth the extra $$$. Just ordered delivery tonight and nothing has changed taste wise. Easily one of the best pizza's in NYC.

The V for Vegan pizza was really good! Just be mindful that you'll be spending a pretty penny for pizza but it's definitely worth it in the end!

I ordered a ceaser salad with shrimp. The shrimp was rotten and smelled like ammonia. The salad was brown. The Parmesan cheese was hardened. This was so disgusting. I complained on Uber eats and did not get a refund for the salad. I won't be ordering again.

YOU HAVE TO GET THE HOGWOLLAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! the cornmeal crust was to die for. I am a person that loves a very crunchy crust and this place hits the marker. I have never thought to fuse Italian and Cajun/Creole(NOLA - New Orleans Louisiana for those who don't understand influences )... the pricey is more that what you would pay for a regular NY slice but worth it
