Two Docs Brewing Co. — where the beer is crisp, the pours are generous, and even the brewing tanks are keeping an eye on quality (literally). I came for a pint and stayed for the googly-eyed charm. 10/10 — would drink here again, mostly because I’m afraid the tanks will judge me if I don’t.

Just got back from Two Docs “Bark & Brew”. What a blast! And I got my pup’s nails clipped - what a hoot! Great job Lions Club, Thank you! And thank you Two Docs!

Google
A perfect place for an afterwork cup of beer. People are amazing here. They frequently checked our table just for kindness.

Google
The times I’ve been here it’s never been busy so the more support the better. They have local beers which is great…just wished the beers were colder other than that it’s a nice place to hang out and talk without a lot of loud music. No food is served here but they seem to have a food truck outside which is cool.

Great place! Lived in Lubbock for school 2008-2011 & 2014-2016. As an avid craft beer fan, I love seeing the craft beer growth! Beertenders were great! They have an industry discount for fellow brewery workers. The Hayes E Baby and Rightside Up Pineapple Gose were great! Hayes E Baby was very smooth, a little sweeter than a typical hazy, but good none the less! Buddy Hoppy IPA was good but also a little sweet. Rightside Up Pineapple Gose wasn't as tart or salty as a typical gose which made it very smooth. The Nuclear Fusion was pretty decent. I'm not typically a fan of New Zealand hops, but they did a great job with this beer!

Google
It was a very chill atmosphere when we went by which was perfect for us. I hear it brings in a great crowd during First Friday. Beer overall is comparable to other good breweries, and at a great price (expert beer drinkers told me). I had the sour beer mixed with lemonade which from a non beer drinker was quite lovely.

Google
Really cool atmosphere near the heart of downtown Lubbock. Family and dog friendly. Have some games to play and plenty of outdoor seating. Live music and a food truck. The beer is excellent. The story behind the name is also pretty cool. Great spot to hang out with friends and family, and you can bring your own wine if beer isn't your thing. Certainly worth a visit!

Google
Solid beer choice, a bit heavy handed on the pils, stark herb notes mushed with fruit. A bit more balance would be appreciated where less is more. The Oktoberfest beer doesn’t represent a good märzen but it’s an incredibly drinkable beer. This is one of those beers where you will lose a few afternoons and forget you did. Great environment and good people.

Yelp
The absolute worst place on earth. Staff is rude. Beer isn't cold. Did I also mention the staff sucks and will accuse you of things you did not do! Any other brewery is literally better than this piece of crap. Don't waste your money. Don't waste your time.
google avatar

Greg Z.

Yelp
Solid beer , not a tonnnnn of choices but enough to please most everyone. The place appeared to be going through some type of renovation as the outside was being painted and had a lot of scaffolding set up, nice outside awning keeps the shade out , nice space outside my kids got to use the chalk and color on the walls lol. I had the German wit beer and my wife had the sour , no complaints ! Cold tasty beer. Try the craft root beer mmmmmm it was good ! Our service was quick and friendly as we arrived on a Wednesday around 130 in the afternoon so it wasn't busy as expected , We'd stop here again if we were ever up this direction

Yelp
Talk about an all-around great business. This brewery is like Lubbock's Grand Central. It's the secondary epicenter of the First Friday art crawl with the bold proclamation outside their door that "Beer is Art". People gather here nightly for fantastic beer and social relaxation. As the saying goes "if you build it, they will come", so too do the food trucks show up to help reduce your ABV with something scrumptious. My favorite night to visit is Wednesday, as they host RUN LBK's group runs. There's a free post-run beer awaiting your return. If that's not convincing enough, I don't know what else is. They host events every night, actually. This includes lotería, trivia, and vinyl night to name a few. They play host often to local and farther flung bands. The outdoor area gets packed out in warmer weather. Staff is friendly and beer is reasonably priced. There's merch for sale if you really love Two Docs and want to show it off. As the best brewery in Lubbock, it's a must visit and ranks up there with many others countrywide.

Yelp
Excellent atmosphere and friendly service. This place has such a relaxed vibe with live music and indoor and outdoor seating. All the beers we tried were excellent!

Yelp
Two Docs has a fun outdoor space to listen to live music and enjoy a beer. The service and beer could improve. While it's not my favorite brewery, it's still a fun place to hang out with friends.
google avatar

Yelp
The beer and the environment are amazing, but what really stands out is the staff. They really make sure to take care of you and that everyone has a good time.

Yelp
I enjoyed their nice, cold, light blonde on a warm Saturday August afternoon. Lots of outdoor seating and fortunately it was shaded with a decent breeze so not too bad. There were a few indoor tables and couches that were air conditioned, but most of the seating was outdoors on picnic tables. There was an art fair in the parking area and live music so pretty chill vibe. No food trucks. And most importantly, the beer was pretty decent.

Yelp
Hidden little gem near Buddy Holly Center. Beer selection is good...could be colder sometimes, but it is hot now. They don't serve food, but there's always a local food truck on the property. So far those have all been good. Atmosphere is very laid back, and since moving back, I've noticed everyone seems nice. Dogs are welcome inside and out, and they do have water bowls for them. Ice for the doggo is also abundant. Being a single guy, I don't leave my dog at home much, so they are pretty much my go-to. Servers are always friendly and make their customers feel welcome.

Yelp
Great Brewery!! Lots of choices... Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a really great crowd.

Yelp
Was nearby and decided to stop by and I am glad I did. They have been in business for three years and was formed by two amigos (two docs figure it out). I had some great tastings of their beers. They rotate the beer selection seasonally. They have about 10-12 at a time. Really liked the Doktoberfest and Love Pilsner. You can get "to go" canned beer also. They have food trucks daily. I did not get to try though as I needed to move on. For locals, they do have "loyalty program" with multiple benefits. Ian and Jade served me and made sure I had all I needed. If you are nearby, give it a try. Enjoy!

Yelp
This place has a great atmosphere and the beer was really good. Tried the Buddy Hoppy IPA and the Two Docs Bock. Bock was refreshing and not too heavy. I'm normally not an IPA person but I would get the one here again. Was a little sad they brew seasonally, so I couldn't try the porter. There's also beer to go if you find something you enjoy. They have some snacks for sale (bag pretzels and paletas) and there's normally food trucks, though not when we came by.

Yelp
Super fun Trivia night!! Staff was very friendly. We tried a flight of four beers because we aren't huge beer drinkers, unfortunately they were not for us and we would love to see some ciders or seltzers offered in the future! Our beer drinking friends did like them all just fine though. Food truck outside was really cool "Farm to Fork" and we loved the concept and environment.
google avatar

Todd I.

Yelp
Very cool place to hang and grab a beer. Happy hour starts from open to 5pm. And that's when it ends, but the food trucks arrive. They don't serve food so if your hungry either come after 5pm or eat before. Very friendly bartender. Good service and ambiance is laid back; Chill y'all. I recommend the Weller Weiss.

Yelp
Fantastic bar scene in downtown Lubbock! Two docs is family friendly, pet friendly, & a great place to spend an evening!

Yelp
Stopped by for a cold beer on a hot day and a comfortable place to sit and read. This place did not disappoint. Great vibes, friendly staff, and excellent beer.

Yelp
Great space. Friendly bartenders. Excellent beers. Family friend. And apparently you can get pizza delivered. I like this place.

Yelp
Beer and staff were amazing! We got to sample quite a few different beers. Staff were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. Well worth the visit, even tho Apple Maps took us around the block five time...

Heather S.

Yelp
We arrived on our way to New Mexico. The vibe is super chill, and friendly. Our beer tender was super chill, helpful and again FRIENDLY! Alex was awesome. The beer is amazing. Lots of variety, stouts, hazy, ipa, sours!!! We did a flight. I would come back here a million times over!

Yelp
Two docs is honestly such a great addition to Lubbock. I love how they support our local musicians and have great beer options. Me, my boyfriend and my boy Mischief(see him eyeing my beer in the photo) love coming to two docs to support local. Their staff is friendly, attentive, and will always have great recommendations if you give them an idea of what you like. Highly recommend!

Russell H.

Yelp
We had a blast at the Harry Potter Trivia! Truly a great family friendly place to hang out on a Monday night. They were extremely busy and still made the evening enjoyable.

Yelp
As you all know I'm a lover of tacos and craft beer. After graduating from Texas Tech with a major in drinking, I was elated to hear that Lubbock has been developing into a craft beer scene. This was a comfy, trendy establishment with a pretty decent beer selection. All the beer was tasty, and I have to say their Cherry Gose is up there on my favorite Gose's I've tried. (Unfortunately this was an experimental seasonal.. but still!) It was very clean (including the bathrooms) had space for some outdoor games and food trucks... all the components you need of a brewery. Also shout out to the bartender, Amy. She was attentive, friendly, had helpful tips on what beers to try, and helped me and my best friend settle a debate we were having. She was awesome! I definitely recommend checking this out if you're in Lubbock, and I'm already demanding to my friends that we come back to this place the next time I'm in town.

Yelp
Great beer, great atmosphere and always a lot of fun. The food trucks are always good. At Two Docs they frequently have viewing parties for various sports events as well as promote Lubbock's very own Lubbock Matadors soccer team! You will never go wrong with time spent here!

Yelp
This brewery is super legit!! Stopped on our way through town and the brews were delicious, the staff was uber friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic! Highly recommend the stop, it's worth it!!

Yelp
This place is exactly what Lubbock has been needing for way too long! Two Docs offers a WONDERFUL selection of beers and an even better atmosphere. Two Docs will for sure be changing the beer scene in Lubbock, and it is long overdue! I'm so impressed with what they've created here. The outdoor area is perfect to gather with friends, and they have food trucks on hand as well. I can't wait for them to start utilizing their outdoor stage once they weather improves! This will for sure be a regular spot for my friends, family, and I. I cannot say enough good things for this place, but if you're in the area, it is a MUST!
google avatar

Yelp
Recently opened in the warehouse district, this is the place to go for craft beer! Casual ambiance indoor and lots of nice outdoor seating as well. They even have a cornhole game setup outside! They also have food trucks outside to sate your appetite. Highly recommend especially for the beer lovers!
google avatar

Theresa A.

Yelp
I always enjoy a good night cap or live music show here at Two Docs. It's a relaxing, friendly, open-minded environment. I meet someone new here every time I visit! The manager and the brew master are super friendly. Whether you need a drink in solitude, drink with a friend or spouse, or a simple night out and want to bring your children, this is a cool place to be!

Yelp
We were in Lubbock over the weekend for the football game. On Sunday we were looking for a place to have a beer, some food and watch some NFL. This place came up on Yelp. It is in an industrial park and looked sketchy. Looks are deceiving. Great place. Beer was excellent, food truck out side had great brisket tacos and the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the beers. Several large TVs to watch the games. As we were leaving live music was starting outside, sounded pretty good. Great place, worth the hunt to find it.

David B.

Yelp
One of Lubbock's best hidden gems. Maybe not so hidden anymore. Great craft beers and even better atmosphere. Two Doc's is a must

Ana Lee E.

Yelp
Loved the aesthetics, ambiance, service and Eddie/Eddy! Would recommend and definitely will be coming back! Didn't get food bit I'm a happy camper/ drinker!

Alan G.

Yelp
Nice beer selection! Thanks for hosting the World Cup Finals match! I will definitely check this place out again.

Yelp
Awesome brewery in Lubbock. Nestled in a little corner of downtown, there's a great patio with some food trucks and yard games. Family friendly.

Yelp
Did a quick stop while on a drive to Colorado. Beer was ok, place is big and there are a lot of tables. They have some crayons so you can draw on the tables. Sat outside and there were so many flies! I know I was outside and flies are to be expected, but these were a lot. Dog friendly so that was a plus even though I wasn't traveling with my dogs, I love pet friendly places so I can pet all the dogs. All in all it was ok for me, nothing out of the ordinary but a nice place to hang out with friends.
google avatar

Yelp
Great beers and atmosphere. This is exactly what Lubbock needs and I'm so glad to have it here. Really enjoyed the brews! All I really want to do is drink good beer on a nice patio - enjoy some porch drinking - and this place delivers just that. Lovely. We went Saturday early evening and the patio was filled with family friendly crowds of dogs and chalk artist toddlers. Right by the train tracks - so basically the best place for train loving kids.
google avatar

Jeff T.

Yelp
Great beers in a cool location. Great for kids - mine were entertained! Attentive and friendly service!
google avatar

Michael J.

Yelp
Very nice brewery. To start they are kid friendly which is a plus for those still looking to get out for a new experience and still want tobring kiddos. The brewery does not serve foodnunder its name however does a have a great food truck outside called E & J Smokehouse and Grill which pairs food very well with the beers on tap. For beer I ordered the Buddy Hoppy IPA (7.1 ABV, 70 IBU) which was excellent. I paired that with The Porky a pulled pork sandwhich with a fair portioned choice of side I personally went with the potato salad. Food was very good and will be discussed more on there yelp page. Atmosohere is nice, modern, and on Saturday at 6pm there where seats available and noise was average, capable of hearing your entire party your with.

Yelp
Always a good time at Two Docs. Really helpful and friendly staff. If I live in Lubbock I would be here all of the time. Great beer. I also like how clean it is around here. Other places struggle with keeping their brewery clean months/years after opening. Thank you for what you do.

Sam S.

Yelp
I stopped in while visiting Lubbock for the day (I visit about once a month) and loved the environment. Staff was super nice! However, I'm intolerant to gluten and (very sadly) cannot drink beer, but normally get ciders when I go to a brewery. They had nothing besides beer so I ended up leaving. Luckily I was by myself, but if I was with a group of friends I would have had to sip water. I'd suggest getting some ciders or a other gluten free alcohol to keep stocked in the fridge for people that don't have the choice to drink beer as gluten intolerance and celiac is a very common thing these days.

Yelp
On a road trip from Denver to Austin we stopped off in Lubbock for the night and decided to check out Two Docs Brewing before heading to dinner. They had a great beer selection, and the beer itself was quite tasty--I was pleasantly surprised to try two delicious IPAs and also really enjoyed their red ale. The staff, particularly JC, could not have been more welcoming and were happy to give recommendations for a great dinner afterwards. The atmosphere of Two Docs is laid back, family oriented, and friendly, with plenty of seating for all. It's so exciting to see great breweries like this popping up in Texas, and if you happen to find yourself in Lubbock, definitely do yourself a favor and check Two Docs out!

Yelp
Gorgeous place to spend the afternoon, solid beers, tons of puppies... Definitely recommend

Yelp
a joy to have a brewery brew a tongue smacking Bock;well done from a Colorado traveler
google avatar

Jody S.

Yelp
Great beer, better people! Can't wait to enjoy their awesome patio before (and after) a show at the Buddy Holly Hall.
google avatar

Sara S.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and courtyard. Bock and Stout were great, but not a fan of their Sour. Will come back and enjoy the friendly relaxed vibe.
google avatar

Steve S.

Yelp
I really enjoy this brewery! They've made a great atmosphere downtown with a fun outdoor space. Beer snobs will appreciate the beer. They always have great options on draft and continually brew great seasonal beers.
google avatar

Zachary V.

Yelp
Good beer selection and great staff. Nice open feel in the taproom with plenty of room outside. First time in Lubbock, and the first place I stopped by. Will definitely be back. Most importantly, beer was fantastic!
google avatar

Patrick F.

Yelp
Their beer was absolutely awesome! We enjoyed how they had such low abv beers at 4% as well so we could have a little more! We are only here for graduation weekend but if we ever came back to Lubbock we would definitely come here again!
google avatar

Peter E.

Yelp
Two docs is a good craft brewery. As a northwest visitor to Lubbock (for work) it was nice to find some local craft beer. I had the Bock which was as traditional as German bocks can get! Easy drinking on an 85 degree night! The staff was great and talked with my friend and me about our home-brewing setup which was a great way to cap off our time their. Also, their music selection was on point!

Tom T.

Yelp
If you like going to a bar where parents take their kids and let them run amok, then Two Docs is for you! The beers are drinkable, but its definitely not a place to go if you don't like toddlers ruining the vibe! I find it weird that they even have coloring pages with pictures of beer mugs and video games for kids, so that parents can drink and not watch their children. Stars are only for the beers.

Joe F.

Yelp
I stopped in today and tried some of the customized beers brewed on location. The bar has been set high for other establishments selling any type of beer. The beer was served at a perfect temperature and my server was kind enough to describe the different elements that I should taste in each different brew. I have had many different beers from around the world. This is by far the best beer I have ever had. The establishment is extremely clean with all machinery highly polished. The staff was friendly and courteous. 2 Docs has beer and atmosphere for the beer novice to the beer aficionado. This place is the future of Lubbock for casual get togethers.
