⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had breakfast at Two Friends this morning and it was fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want to start the day right. The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend for a great breakfast experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We love this place and visit at least once every time we go to Key West. The food, service, and atmosphere are what you’d come to expect of a Key West gem. We love to come here for breakfast and get the seafood omelette. It is full of shrimp, scallops, and even a little lobster. I did not give the food 5 stars this time because the omelette lacked cheese and some of its usual flavor. I am not alarmed and will be back.

We had fairly standard, almost affordable breakfast here and other than the waitress constantly doing an annoying wink and nod while pushing alcoholic beverages for breakfast, nothing was especially notable. Our daughter had the best meal of our table, with a nice spinach and mushroom omelette and the "potato bites" (cubed deep fried potatoes) were crisp and nice. The soft, commercial "wheat" toast was mushy and underwhelming. **recommend you DO NOT opt to pay extra for their "special" hashbrown potato option. It was NOT the crispy delight you might imagine, but a soft, greasy potato cheese patty. The regular potato bites are MUCH better... and the coffee was mediocre. The tables were grimy and barely cleaned between customer changes and they need better fan coverage for air movement in the heat of the crowded outdoor seating. There are better options for breakfast in Old Town, like Sunny's and the Breakfast Club Too, but you will pay for that quality upgrade. Happy Travels!

This was a highly recommended spot in all the research I did before our week in Key West. We stopped in for Brunch on a Friday morning and they were busy but we had a just a short wait. It's an old place that's been expanded a few times. The tables are small and tight but that adds to the atmosphere of the small town family diner. There's a bar in one room and we had live music to go with our meal. There was some nice AC in that room as the patio was pretty muggy. The food was good, the key lime french toast served as a nice sweet treat. A little on the expensive side, but not out of line compared to other Key West prices. If we went back and wouldn't feel like I had to go there again, but we had a great meal and I'm glad we stopped in on this trip.

Glad they have parking available. Parking is a booger in KW. Service was AMAZING. Food was good. Place was clean. Bathroom was clean. Great corner location. Too much bread crumbs on the Oysters but they were delicious. Everything was fresh out the grease hot. I actually loved the cups. Genius. Great price point. Would recommend.

The better breakfast place. Everything we had was hot fresh and we could tell cooked to order. Definitely more expensive than the other breakfast spots. Expect about $20/per person with beverages for breakfast.

Perfect place to stop and eat and still enjoy the fresh air. Our waiter was friendly and even sang happy birthday to my husband for his birthday. Drinks and food were delicious.

Two friends has been around for a long long time.Based on the condition of the building and the lady's restroom, however, we had the sixteen ounce bone in ribeye with a side salad and it was delicious! It was one of their specials for only eighteen dollars. We're a stopping in.

Best breakfast in Key West. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, huge portions. Chef is so confident that he is willing to fight you for his bacon recipe. Michael is a great waiter.

In Key West and picked Two Friends Patio for dinner based on reviews. Sorry, poor. One bartender and took 25 minutes for our 2 drinks. The soup had little flavor and was very thin. My linguine with clams was, hands down, the worse I have ever had. Please see the picture of an heavily over oil plate of flavorless pasta with the smallest and flavorless clams. Key lime pie was tasty. In town tomorrow and will know to avoid this restaurant.

we came here for dinner & ended up leaving after the appetizers. the vibes at the restaurant are classic key west (open air patio, live music, chickens running around, etc) we order drinks, calamari, & conch fritters. the drinks were delicious our server gave great recommendations. for the food the calamari was super chewy & conch fritters were mostly fry batter & served w/ tarter sauce the had a layer of air exposed film on top. we had planned to eat dinner there but after receiving our apps we grabbed the bill & went somewhere else overall really disappointing experience.

We were a party of 4 and we had a 45 minute wait but were told to walk across the street and hang out there at the bar. It was a nice environment and the 45 minutes went quickly. We all ordered something different so we could taste a variety of foods. We ordered biscuits & gravy, sliced beef gravy on toast, blueberry nut pancakes shrimp & grits. Everything was delicious! We did a vote amongst ourselves for the #1 dish and pancakes won out, however I would not hesitate to order anything from their menu. Service was good in spite of how busy they were. Ambiance is nothing overwhelming but comfortable.

Really good, not great breakfast food. Great service in this typical "is this place clean?" vibe spot in Key West. On our visit place was packed with power-boaters which is always fun overhearing talk of props and gears.

Ever wonder where you can get the perfectly cooked peel and eat shrimps every time you order them?? TWO FRIENDS! Wow, I was blown away at how perfect the shrimps were. I could've eaten them all day! And they are a great price when you go during happy hour! The wings too - excellent!!! We sat at the bar the first time we went and the bartender was nice. We always had drinks and our food came out pretty quickly! We also came back one morning for breakfast - and it also did not disappoint. We sat outside and it was very comfortable. First of all, you can get Large Mimosas - Thank you!! One little champagne flute isn't going to cut it! I ordered the Egg & Ham Croissant, and it was good! Loved the home fries. Would absolutely come back next time we are in town!

Amazing breakfast. I had a waffle and an omelette. Cooked to perfection. My honey had a seafood omelette and he loved it. Service was excellent, food was excellent. Loved all of it.

If the ladies bathroom is the first indication of the cleanliness of this restaurant, then pay attention. I have traveled all over the world for the last 40 years and I've NEVER seen a more DISGUSTING, FILTHY bathroom in my entire life. DIRTY, DISGUSTING AND FILTHY! My husband had linguine with white clam sauce and it was lacking in clams but overloaded in oil. Virtually inedible. I had a small bowl of crab and shrimp bisque as an appetizer for $13.95 that had no crab or shrimp in it. We had a lovely young server who was efficient, thankfully. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

I echo the other reviews: plenty of seating so not a long wait time, food is delicious and huge portions and fun atmosphere with roosters and pigeons walking around. I just thought $7 for a glass of orange juice was a lot.

This was the first restaurant I tried on my trip to the Keys. The atmosphere was pretty nice. Since the entire restaurant is outdoors. Upon entry, to the right is a stage. There was a woman performing her music and doing covers. Which was a nice touch. We were seated and the waitress took our order. She was nice and greeted us with a beautiful smile and goood energy. There were pigeons that would fly in and o see how it's a possible nuisance to the staff. One woman came out with a squirter to get the birds to leave. Although this may be the best way for them, some of the guests were also getting sprayed. Aside from that the food was great. I was married to a Bahamian and learned to make conch fritters. I gave this location a try and it was more breaded the conchy. The drinks were delicious and the waitress brought out a piece of key lime pie for my son who had turned 15 that day. The pie was amazing. The outdoor seating was great too because of the cool breeze that consistently flowed through. Definitely will be coming back to try other dishes.

Highly recommend this Key West staple! I was in town for a Bachelorette trip with 11 other girls...yes 11 other women...that's 12 in all, but it was amazing and Two Friends was able to accommodate us well and ensure we had a great time! I was working with the Maid of Honor to help pick a few restaurants for dinners out and we came across Two Friends and I'm so glad we did. The bride is a huge fan of Bloody Mary's and I saw that this place has the best voted Bloody Mary's in Key West so we knew this was a place we needed to visit. We had a group dinner here on the Saturday night of our trip. The Maid of Honor was able to call and make reservations for our table of 12. Upon arrival we checked in and were seated fairly quickly. The restaurant is mostly a patio and also has a full bar. We were sat towards the back of the restaurant and the owner stopped by our table to say "Hello" a little after we ordered a round of drinks. He was so sweet and friendly and eager to make sure we had a great time. He congratulated the bride, informed us that karaoke was starting soon, insisted the bride and a few of us sing karaoke with him, and even brought us a round of drinks. He was so sweet and fun and had the most amazing charismatic personality. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. You could tell that this place is a place you come and immediately feel at home. For my meal I ordered the Linguine and Clams and it was good, but nothing amazing. For dessert we had to order the Key Lime Pie and of course it was delicious! We sang karaoke and had a blast! When we were leaving I caught a glance at the breakfast menu and since we had later afternoon flights home the next day we were able to go back for breakfast Sunday morning. I ordered the shrimp and crab quiche and oh my goodness it was so great! Perfect portion and delicious! Next time I'm in town I will be back!

This was our first breakfast and on vacation and we went here after our top choice had an hour long wait. Two Friends Patio was also busy, but we got one of the last few tables. Our server was polite, but a bit stretched during the breakfast rush -- it took 20 minutes to get my first coffee, which was mediocre after all. In her defense, she was friendly and attentive when she made it by our table. The food was good, but not amazing. My daughter's chocolate chip pancakes were wildly good. My son had a breakfast plate with hard boiled eggs, potatoes, bacon, and sausage links, which was typical. My wife had crab cake benedict and loved it. My omelette was fine, but the eggs were way overcooked. I wish they buttered the toast, but they came out dry and lightly toasted. Overall, this was a good breakfast but lacking the pizazz of a five star meal.

Came by to try their seafood. Very busy on a Sunday night. Service was prompt and it was crowded and loud. Got the 1/2 lbs of stone crabs: 4 stars. Tasted fresh. Sweet meat. Surprised the shell were pretty thick. However, I like it warm but it was served cold. Came with 3 sauces for dipping but they taste good on their own. Mahi mahi tacos: 3.5 stars. with side salad and broccoli. These were pretty big. Good amt of fish. I didn't care for the cheese on top. The tacos could use a sauce for some flavor though. Fried mahi mahi: (to go) I didn't get to taste this but my little one ate the big piece of fried fish for 2 days. Side of broccoli:3.5 stars. Tasted good flavor wise. Just over cooked. It kinda melts in your mouth, so if you like that then you should order this inside of a side salad since it wilts in the heat. We had a coupon for a free pina colada with dinner so we got one. This marina-adjacent cafe provided the last hit of Stone Crab we were seeking. As with all the Keys restaurants we tried the Key Lime pie and Key Lime Martini too. Stone crab was terrific although not offered on lunch menu, we had to ask for it. Owners: consider advertising it's availability at both lunch and dinner? It was excellent. Fries tasty. Key lime pie and martini not as tart as we'd like. Detected cinnamon in the crust for those who like that addition. Overall high quality food, average service (we had to ask for things multiple times) and perhaps not the pucker we love with the Key Lime products but still tasty. Nice outdoor patio seating.

Staff were great. They had a one man band playing and I took the opportunity to dance with my wife. My fish was amazing.

Delightful place to grab a bite to eat. They have a bar area and an outdoor seating area. Close to the port where cruises dock. They have seating for small and larger parties. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food was served quickly. Everything that we had was terrific. The drinks were good, as well as the food. The conch fritters had a great flavor. The mahi mahi tacos were great. Even the chicken tenders were good and not heavily breaded. The key lime pie was tasty as well.

We dined here today 7/9 at 10:30am. Selena/Celina (they do not have name tags so I apologize on the spelling) was our server and she is amazing! We tried the Lychee Mimosa which was tasty. I made my own meal and asked for a croissant & side of salmon with cream cheese and capers on the side. Breakfast was quick, service was amazing and we will definitely be back! There's nothing better than friendly and welstaff!

Extremely friendly staff -hot coffee -special avocado toast with arugula and feta -blueberry pancakes were delicious -the breakfast burrito my son said was the best he had. Outside with roof was nice They had a performer play music in another room which added to the feeling of being on vacation .

We stopped for lunch. I was excited to eat here based on the reviews but it was so-so. Plenty of covered seating. The service lacked and wasn't very friendly. We only had an app and didn't want to pull the trigger on lunch. We had the calamari, which was tender but very salty.

We decided to enjoy our last vacation weekend and spend two days in Ley West. Thanks to Yelpers I decided to get some local appetizers and was craving coconut shrimps. The weather this weekend was in the 60's. It was perfect. We arrive at 3 pm and they had some early dinner specials in a few dishes. We decided to order Conch fritters and the Shrimp trio (it was half the price-$15 from $27. The conch fritters were delicious and the shrimp trio of Coconut, Peel Off and scampi were right on point. It was so good that we order the same plates twice. We were full already. Our server was amazing and a local who gave us a few other suggestions. I asked her about fresh fish and told me to come back to the restaurant. The location is really good and they had live music. Highly recommend to do the happy hour and early dinner specials.

Out of Prosecco at prime mimosa hour? Good breakfast potatoes. 2 morning cocktails, 2 so so breakfast $80 with tip. Go off the strip, you'll get much better food, pricing and service.

Never disappoints. A must every time we are in town. Love the ambiance and the food is superb. I had lobster and shrimp pasta and my husband had the mussels.

Disappointed. Ate breakfast there during boat race week. Service was ok but food wasn't great. Yes, it was very busy but the portions were small and the food came out cold. We had two breakfast specials and one mamosa each. With 25% tip the bill was $95.00. There are many much better places. Sad because I've always liked it before. I hope they turn it around.

We always love this place. I like her sick every day. Food is good. Service is excellent. A must stop. Open air concept, but never hot. Casual atmosphere. Our barmaid says they treat her very well, which is a plus for us. Fabiano was our server ( not sure I spelled that right) she was fabulous.

Two Friends Patio Restaurant Key West 5-1-25 Every time we are in Key West we make it a point to stop by this place. We love the atmosphere and food. We went for breakfast and arrived there about 8am. We got a table fast in the patio area as they were not that full. I ordered the seafood omelet. Which had Shrimp, Scallops, Swiss and Hollandaise with Potato Bites and Wheat Toast. My wife ordered 2 Eggs, Fruit, and Toast. My Dad ordered the Blueberry Pancakes. Our food came out fast and looked very good. We all loved our food, and my dad stated it was the best Blueberry Pancakes he ever had in Key West. All our food was hot and plenty of it was we were full when we left. One thing they did was bring my dad a piece of Key Lime pie for his 93rd birthday. He loved the Key lime pie and ate the entire piece by himself. This restaurant has such a great vibe, and we love sitting on the patio. They usually have music there just about all day and the entrainer was setting up as we were eating. I had to give Two Friends 5 out of 5 stars. This is because of the great vibe, good food, perfect service, and music just about all day. We have eaten dinner there and if was very good also. You can't go wrong with this place. We visit Key West annually and this spot is a must hit! We always sit at the bar and Fabiola is the BEST! Their happy hour special always hit and seafood is fresh!

We had to stop here after having a great experience last year and we were not disappointed!!! We started with the coconut shrimp and the only criticism was the dipping sauce which was not thick but a little watery. Overall our experience was wonderful, live music and great wait staff! Food was hot and came out quickly!

Stumbled upon this amazingggg place on our last trip to Key west. The ambiance is legit and there is plenty of tables so you dont wait too long. Servers are so generous and so are their serving sizes. Their coconut shrimp is to die for! Also tried their fish which was so fresh and tasty. Food was really fresh and this spot is MUST try on the island. They also have nice live performances. Very relaxing ambiance overall!

This was our first food stop in Key West. We sat outside, but it was covered and had fans, so it was comfortable despite the summer heat. We had the conch fritters as an appetizer--they were good, though not the best I've had. My meal was calamari, which was perfectly fried and paired with delicious marinara sauce. One thing to note is the wild chickens all over Key West. They didn't bother us much, but sitting by the ledge with chickens pausing near our table was a bit unnerving. Overall, it was a nice place. Check them out!

We ate here on a super busy Saturday night in Key West just after sunset because they get you on the street with a coupon for free key lime pie or pina colada. The outside seating was packed in, the atmosphere was old & noisy and full of tourists not looking happy. The waiter was fast to get our order but never checked on us again. The entree was the thinnest piece of white fish imaginable, supposedly mahi mahi ... blan and void of taste. So disappointing. Ok the free key lime pie was fine. Music inside of a piano singer was a somewhat good part. 1967 is how old it felt for sure.

My Cajun pasta sauce was split. Not much flavor and texture yucky. Shrimp over cooked. Ambience is good.

Service was perfect and fast. Water bowl brought for the dog in our party. Great menu will be something for everyone. Crab cake sandwich & fries, outstanding. Waitstaff fast and efficient.

Server was very nice! We had breakfast and really enjoyed the Avocado Toast and Breakfast Burrito. They let us swap from sausage to bacon in the burrito. Kids had the cheeseburger and fish strips (mahi mahi). Loved the patio environment too!

Jessica greeted us with a smile and took our order of oysters Rockefeller and fried shrimp. The food was delicious and fried perfectly. They have a bat area and outside seating. It's located right off Duvall and worth it.

It's been a long time since I dined at Two Friends Patio in Key West. Started off with the conch fritters. They have good flavor and cooked good, but they should be called onion fritters with bits of conch. The pieces of onions were larger than the pieces of conch and I give them 1 star as conch fritters. Very disappointing and the dipping sauce had a film on it from sitting. We had frozen rum runner and lemon drop martini. I give the lemon drop Martini 5 stars and the frozen rum runner 1 stars. For dinner we had the beef fillet and the seafood steamed platter. Our server was very good and she came to us to let us know happy hour was almost over and kept filling our water glasses and continued to check on us. The fillet was good and cooked to order steamed platter with the grilled shrimp was also good, but the FLT was over cooked. For the price I expected the food to be perfect.

The second, wonderful lunch with my dear friend, Dave. We each had a skinny, house margarita and shared the Florida-famous conch fritters. The in-house sauce and the local hot sauces were out-of this world. We both ordered from the daily special menu...D had the grilled cheese cheeseburger with their ridiculously delicious fries. I had the arugula watermelon salad (subbed Parmesan for the feta). And, key lime pie to go. HATS OFF TO BRIAN - a wonderful server and SUPER NICE. THANK YOU! Support this local gem!

Cool fun ambiance with live music! Server was very helpful with food choices. Everything tasted fresh & was economical. Got the seafood platter, lobster bisque, sesame tuna, raw bar & key lime pie. Everything was delish!

First visit but it definitely won't be my last! The service was awesome! I had the ham and egg croissant and it was delicious! Loved the potatoes that came with it! I should have snapped a picture but I was too busy eating!

I was strolling by and I like the name of the restaurant so I decided to eat lunch here since it seemed lively. It was perfect timing for happy hour and I ordered 2 margaritas the crab bisque with a pleasant surprise of shrimp in it, Yum! and 1 lb of the steam shrimp. Everything was fresh and delicious and I enjoyed the live band across the street and inside of this restaurant. The service was decent considering it was my waitress first day, she was pleasant. I will be back!

We came here for breakfast which was our final meal in Key West. The food was so good. He had biscuits and gravy, bacon and potatoes and I had Stella's Famous Hashbrowns. All of it was so good and hit the spot. The server was friendly and the kitchen was super quick. We actually got our food before our server could get our drinks to us. There was a musician playing his guitar and singing and his voice gave me the Jimmy Buffet feels. I will definitely be back next time we are there.

The beginning and ends to our dinner were perfect. I got a lovely, perfectly chilled martini. At the end of dinner we had some wonderful Key Lime Pie. The middle of the dinner didn't go as well, however. My partner ordered the grilled chicken BLT with fries, and said, "It gets the job done." I ordered the broiled seafood platter. Oh boy. The jacket potato was lovely but the rest... was not. Most egregiously, the scallops were long off, and tasted of pure ammonia. It was hard to hold that bite down. The shrimp, while not off, were definitely not cooked from fresh, as they were chewy and had a macerated appearance to the skin. The Mahi was edible, but not memorable. This is only the second time I've sent food away in my life, and that was because we just need the smell to leave the table. The owner did remove 30% from our bill without our asking, which was kind. So despite the highlights - good martini, good key lime pie, and nice ambiance, we will not be back for a full dinner.

Pedja was an amazing waiter, attentive and very nice! Peg was very nice too!! The parking lot attendant was a PROPER AHOLE miserable jagoff!

Lunch on a Monday. Cool vibes, guitar man playing tunes. Coconut shrimp for appetizer was killer! We split the turkey club with homemade potato chips and that was also fantastic! Service was attentive and friendly. Definitely coming back!

We stopped in for dinner last night and everything was great. We sat outside which we always enjoy more. We got there just in time for Happy Hour and they had great specials. We went with the 1/2lb Steamed Shrimp for an app. It was a huge portion. The Burger and Fries were great and the Mahi Mahi Plate was the biggest portion we've seen (just a little spicey). Our server was very friendly and available to answer questions.

This place is amazing! Great setting and very inviting! Food was amazing! We had the dozen oysters in the half-she'll raw, a pound of peel and eat shrimp, and the fish dip lid a piña colada. Phenomenal! Menu is extensive and portions are huge! Highly Recommend!

This place was sooooooooo good! All my mom and I wanted when we came down to key west was to have good seafood and this place delivered!!! We got crab legs, scallops, shrimp, mussels and so much more! All fresh, all delicious! I ordered the lump crab bisque. To my surprise no lump crab :( I asked the waiter and he sent over the manager. The manager was so very kind! She apologized and said they mix the crab, so no lump crab indeed, but she went ahead and brought me some lump crab on the side. It made such a difference, and the soup was overall very good. This particular evening they had karaoke. So cute!! Highly recommend! You will see chickens walk around the restaurant - kind of funny and part of the experience!

Nice undercover outdoor dining area. Had the seafood omelette, loaded with big shrimp and baby scallops, delicious, and if you like crispy breakfast potatoes, you'll get them here.
