I heard about this new BBQ joint through a friend and knew I had to try it, especially since they were closing until after the holidays. One of the first things I appreciated was how easy it is to order ahead, making pickup quick and stress-free.
That said, the hours and menu are a bit limited right now so it's worth keeping that in mind depending on when you plan to visit. I stopped by on a Saturday, when they were offering their traditional BBQ options. I ordered the brisket, as that's my go-to for judging a BBQ spot. While it was a bit drier than my preference, I really enjoyed the pork belly and the complimentary pork rib more.
For sides, I chose the mac & cheese and coleslaw. Both were solid though not particularly standout. The space itself is small, with mostly outdoor seating and limited parking.
Overall, it was decent BBQ paired with amazing customer service. It's a good option for breakfast or lunch if you're in the area.
