Cheetos-Crusted Korean Corn Dogs Debut in Grand Prairie - Eater Dallas

"Two Hands Seoul Fresh Corn Dogs, a super-popular fast food restaurant sometimes called the most famous hot dog in Korea, has opened a new location in Grand Prairie’s Asia Times Square, CultureMap reports. The chain, which has rebranded several times for different markets and also goes by the name of Myungrand or Zzang Hot Dog, is known for it’s deep-fried hot dogs on a stick, stuffed with everything from like gooey mozzarella to squid ink to crispy potatoes, and topped with spicy sauces or Hot Cheetos dust. A Two Hands/Myungrand location opened in Carrollton in 2019, and another landed in Lewisville in January 2020." - Brittanie Shey

Google
I’ve visited 3 two hands locations. This location has good service and a laid-back environment. Each of my dogs had half sausage & half mozzarella. I ordered crispy rice, injeolmi, and 2 potato dogs with sugar, and sweet sauce ots. I've tried all the dogs on the menu. My go-to will always be the potato dog. For now, my new favorite is the injeolmi with bean powder.

Google
Got the injeolmi dog. It was covered in condensed milk which I wasn't expecting - I wish that was shared upfront as the advertising said the injeolmi had a savory flavor and didn't mention condensed milk. I wish I could've gotten a different option as a replacement or at least got the sauce on the side because it was way too sweet and really not a great flavor combination. Unfortunately when I asked the guy if I could change what I got for something else instead, they said all sales are final and wasn't willing to accommodate with a replacement. I'm not a picky eater, but this did taste a bit too gross for me, so I just ended up having to throw it away. I personally wouldn't order here again just because of this particular experience, and also just how the service was unaccommodating and a bit rude. But if you never get the injeolmi dog, or at least not with the condensed milk, you should probably be fine.

Google
First time trying Korean-style corn dogs and they were great. We tried four different corn dogs and the classic one with sugar was very interesting. My spicy dog was tasty. All of us got the half hot dog, half cheese and it's cool they have many options. We tried the fries and tots and they put the spicy seasoning on the side for both (in case it was too much for the kids). I wish they had fountain drinks, but no complaints besides that. Service was great.

Google
Food was amazing, Corn dogs taste right, and I also got a spicy dog and it tastes soooo good,

Been wanting to try this place for awhile. Let’s just start by saying the food is actually good. The only take away for me was the wait time. I ordered the box and 2 single corn dogs my number was 72. My wait time was roughly 45-50 mins no exaggeration. Orders after me were called and at 1st I understood they only had 1/2 corn dogs but when they made it to number 80 I was confused. I asked the guy did they perhaps skip mine and he said it’s coming up, just waiting on 1. I’m like with all the corn dogs served surely mine could’ve been made. Over all pretty good. The Spicy dog was my fav!

Google
Lots of delicious options to be had here. The corn dogs big too! Great spot with lots of other things to do nearby as well. I'm really excited to have this place in Grand Prairie as a new option for a quick bite. Try the potato dog, it was my favorite! The horchata shake was really good too.

Google
I recently tried Two Hands Seoul Fresh Corn Dog at the food court of Asain Times Square, and let me tell you, it was delicious! I ordered the Two Hands Hot Dog with half mozzarella and half sausage, and the Two Hands Fries. The dog was the perfect combination of crunchy exterior and savory fillings, and the sauce just took it to the next level. The fries (which were more like tater tots) were also really tasty and went perfectly with the hot dog. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the food at Two Hands, and I highly recommend giving them a try!

Yelp
Brought my family here to try Korean corn dogs and we got the potato covered one, the half cheese/hot dog and a spicy hotdog. It was yummy and they really enjoyed it. Definitely a place to try if you've never had Korean corn dogs before and/or wanna try something new! Will definitely come back to try the other corn dogs on the menu.

Yelp
This is a food stand, I feel more comfortable describing it that way. It is a part of a small food court, one that has plenty of seating. It was my first time to visit and I still had things to do, so I kept it simple and went with the American. What attracted me to that choice was the comparison to the Fair corn dog. NOW, if you know the Texas State Fair, you know how amazing those dogs are. This missed the mark. It tasted nothing like the State Fair, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good. When I visit the area again, I look forward to paying them another visit; there are more dogs I'd like to try. Great customer service and the dining area was clean.

Yelp
We have ordered from here several times. The hot dogs are made when you order so it's a bit of a wait, but always delicious.

Yelp
Two hands corn dogs is a popular mainstream Korean fried corn dog establishment serving Korean cheese dogs and many other varieties of the deep-fried Korean dogs with multiple toppings you can choose from at Asia time square located in Grand Prairie, TX. We came through on a weekend where it wasn't crowded and ordered at ease. The ordering system is quite simple as to where you walk up to an automated computer generic screen and place your order. We went ahead and ordered the two hands corn dog with just mozzarella cheese with sprinkles of ranch seasoning as well as the spicy dog, which had spicy sauce and hot cheeto powder. The order came out fairly quick, and the food tasted great while the customer service was mediocre due to the fact that I had never talked to anyone since I placed my order on a computer screen. The cheese dog was average, and the cheese pull was just like everywhere else. The staff never greeted me but just handed me my food and didn't seem enthusiastic and proud to be representing their company and was just simply there to earn a check. I honestly believe the restaurant business comes in two parts where for 1 they produce high quality food and for 2 they are are proud of it and unfortunately I didn't feel this attitude here but yet to just get them in and get them out.

Yelp
I ordered the 5 piece mega box. I chose the Spicy Dog, Seoul Classic Dog, Injeolmi Dog, Potato Dog & Crispy Rice Dog. As you can see from my picture, I sampled all of them. They were all delicious, but my favorite was the Injeolmi Dog, then the Seoul Classic Dog. My least favorite was the Spicy Dog, but not because it tasted bad, it was more of a texture thing. I have to mention the cheese, it is probably the most delicious cheese ever, the sausages are just as delicious. I got them half cheese & have sausage. They are definitely addictive. Next items I plan to order are the Dirty Fries & the Kimchi Seasoning Fries.

Julisa P.

Yelp
Stopped and tried they're popular spicy dog with spicy hot dog. It was all I expected, had a nice crunch. Has a great flavor. They have many options for everyone. And the location allows you the option to try many types of food. The service was quick

Yelp
My favorite place! Nothing beats the half and half cheese in the classic two hands dog. I could these everyday!
google avatar

Alex V.

Yelp
While they barely compare to actual state fair corn dogs they are better than your average gas station selections. The choices and combinations make this place ideal for those who like to venture out of the norm. Personally I did not like the fry offerings... can't I just get regular fries? Service was decent, the lady behind the counter thought her phone was more important than the people she is supposed to be serving. The venue was awesome, they had other small restaurants located throughout the strip mall. I give this place a 4 stars cause my wife and kids liked it, the experience was good as well but could be better... I will be back to revisit this establishment.
google avatar

Michele W.

Yelp
This place was pretty yummy! Definitely going back again! I got the classic corn dog and the dirty tots. The owners are very nice and the customer service was amazing! They make the corn dogs right there in front of you, awesome process!

Yelp
Talk about a texture experience for your mouth???? And let's not leave out the taste as well. This was cool. A Korean hotdog. I've seen them around up in Portland, Oregon where I live but I hadn't had the opportunity and coming to Asia Times Square gave me that chance. The potato dog is covered in cubes of crunchy potatoes with a sweet sauce drizzled over it. On the inside, I opted for half cheese and half sausage. There are several options for what goes inside and usually it comes with hot Cheetos dust on top of the sauce, but I chose to leave that off. Visually, it's crazy. One bite gets you crunch, salt, cheese and that sweet sauce and it was just what was needed in that moment. My daughter gave it a try and she liked it as well. The unusual look of it is what got me, the taste will make me want more. Nice it a try, you'll want a second. Enjoy and support local in Grand Prairie.
google avatar

Denise W.

Yelp
Love the food here the Korean corn dogs were sooooo goood. The inside was not clean I would recommend getting your food to go. customer service mediocre.

Shelena S.

Yelp
Food is delicious. Staff is helpful with ordering. Enjoyed the many options. Location allows for a fun date night trying different dishes. My favorite is crispy rice with half beef sausage and half cheddar.

Arlena C.

Yelp
The potato dog with mozzarella cheese is amazing. We found this place when visiting Dallas and ended up stopping by here twice to eat!
google avatar

Mary T.

Yelp
Crispy. Hot. Cheesy. Delicious! Kills the craving and tastes how it looks. My favorite is the potatoe. Sometimes I get all the seasoning on the sides cause it can be over powering. Having it on the side I can control how much I want to put on! Happy to see there's more locations popping up.
google avatar

JD M.

Yelp
Pretty good corn dog. Lots of options. I went with traditional American style with a spicy dog. Also tots with their signature sauce and hot Cheetos powder.
google avatar

Petra N.

Yelp
Good food! Slow service. If you want something new, something different, something you never tried before. Definitely come down here! It's the best corn dog ever! Especially because you can do half sausage and half cheese on that corn dog! Pretty amazing right? And it's just delicious! It's sweet, spicy, salty, whatever you want to do w it, the limitation is endless! So try em out!

Yelp
I'm trying to venture outside of my comfort zone this year. So, with that being said I pulled up on Two Hands for my first ever Koren hot dog. Here's my story...5 out of 5 stars!!! 1st of all EVERYTHING is made to order which I absolutely love. The ordering process is quick and easy making the line move swiftly. I ordered the potato and classic dogs...the potato came with half mozzarella cheese half beef hot dog. The classic was all beef both were very tasty, but I prefer the cheese more than the meat. The sweet Korean sauce served on the corn dogs was different, but delicious. I'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone craving fair food or something out of the ordinary at a reasonable price.
google avatar

Tiffany C.

Yelp
Delicious Korean corn dogs! Got the potato corn dog for about $4. It was topped with Hot Cheetos, sauce and seasoning. Corn dog was fresh hot, crispy and tasty! FYI this location is in a food court inside Asia Times Square.
google avatar

Laura P.

Yelp
Awesome as always, the Two Hands Potato Dog with 1/2 mozz and 1/2 cheddar hits all a college kid's cravings at finals time. We love this lovely K-dog place in the Asia Times Square food court - it's always clean, bright, and busy :) K-dogs are made to order, so they are always hot and crispy. The line moves fast and before you know it - it's crunch time!! 5 crispy cheesy crunchy munchy stars
google avatar

Jenn S.

Yelp
Yummmm so crispy and delicious. Ordered the classic with half mozzarella and sausage with the sugar dust on it. Definitely will skip out on the sugar dust. It was weird. Overall, classic and delicious. Potato with half mozzarella and half sausage was yummm! Love how the potatoes were so crispy! Every bite was crunchy!
google avatar

Channa T.

Yelp
I saw this place on TikTok & decided to try. The classic dog had too much sugar, the horchata was SUPER sweet, the dirty fries were cool. No one said that it was located in the food court so drove around for a minute until I took a good guess. The person taking the order wasn't nice but they were helpful so that's good enough for me. I won't go back because it's out of my way but I won't bash it either.
google avatar

Shannon S.

Yelp
This place is so much fun, and the dogs are inventive! I also had to have the punch to offset the hot Cheetos!

Jasper H.

Yelp
Corn dogs were great. Easy ordering and the service was quick. Inside a food court so it's pretty easy. There's other venders around so it makes it way easier for others to get what they want. We got the sample box to just try it all.
google avatar

Bridgette M. K.

Yelp
Got the Potato Dog half sausage/half mozzarella. It was good but I did not care for the sauce on it. They were made fresh so that's always a good thing.

Simplelikeselah H.

Yelp
Love eating here food always fresh and good, customer service is amazing and I always come back for seconds
google avatar

Keith C.

Yelp
Had a spicy dog. Half cheese and half sausage. Amazing!!! The hot Cheetos dust makes it all perfect.
google avatar

Taylor T.

Yelp
Soooo greasy and not as authentic as other shops I've been to (like at the Lewisville mall). Tastes like freezer food

Kate B.

Yelp
We ate there last night and everything we got was amazing. Our favorite was the potato and the one with Rice Krispies on it. Totally yum. We'll def be back.
google avatar

Lilith G.

Yelp
Korean corn dogs are always a hit! Love trying all of the different combinations available. Usually pretty fast, have had them mix up my order with another a few different times.
google avatar

Christine M.

Yelp
Yum yum yum!!!!! I LOVE Korean corn dogs and there is so much variety here at Two Hands. Previous corn dog places I have been, you can only choose mozzarella as your cheese but here I could choose half cheddar... and what a game changer!!!! We tried the Two Hands (delicious, with ranch on top, great if you're going for the salty vibe), the injeolmi (more on the sweet side- soooo delicious bc I have the biggest sweet tooth and the combo with mozzarella was incredible), and the classic dog (crazy combo of ketchup, mustard, and sugar- 10/10 loved it). My favorite filling was by far the 1/2 mozzarella + 1/2 cheddar. I'm not a huge fan of the sausage because I can get that in a regular hot dog and I love cheese.. but if you're more of a sausage person, it was still delicious. We also tried the elote (sooo good but I didn't expect it to be so spicy!! If you love spice mixed with sweet flavoring, this is for you) and rn kimchi seasoning fries (incredible texture, delicious flavor, not tooo spicy but would have loved if it came with a dipping sauce- we ended up asking for a small thing of ranch and it was a game changer!). The atar was helpful while we were deciding, and shared their favorites and fam favorites to help us with our decisions. Lots of seating as this is in the Asia Times Square food court!

Yelp
Did not meet expectations... I've been watching videos on TikTok and I was really excited to try them. We get there and I stood in front of the cashier for a good minute and he did not acknowledge me. We ordered 4 corn dogs and the cheese had no flavor.
google avatar

Doug D.

Yelp
Had never had Korean corn dogs before, this place is in the Asian market. We got 2 boxes of their variety pack and the tots. We also got a pineapple freeze that was amazing. My favourite thing was definitely the tots, it had what I believe was Cheeto dust on them. On the variety pack we each grabbed 2 corn dogs and they were interesting, I'd definitely say everyone should try these and I'd definitely go back.

Yelp
Review 14/22 for my new years resolution of 2022 . So Korean corndogs are a big thing in the states now and I'll be honest, I have mix fealings. I did try this one place out in Irving and it did not impress me but here I am trying this place. i heard about this place from a friend and decided to try it out because I was going to Asia Times square that weekend anyways. I went during the Lunar new year and the line for this place was long. Which gave me some time to think of what I wanted. They have about 5 different kind of dogs but you can get all kinds of crazy with the different fillings they have. The standard is the hot dog sausage but they have mozzarella cheese filling, they have half and half etc. They also have two different kind of fries (they are tatter tots). They do have drinks like horchata and fruit punch. I had the horchata and it was a little too sweet for me. They have a combo, any dog + your choice of fries + a drink = 10 something. This does save you money if you are planning on getting a dog and some fries. You might as well spend a little more and get the combo because you get a drink with it. I got the potatoes dog and it was so well put together that it makes me wonder how they go the potatoes to stay put when they make it. I am not the one to question how its made I just eat it haha. The potatoes dog was cover in the potatoes and I went with a mozzarella filling and when i took a bit out of it all the cheesy goodness just ooze and stretch to the moon and back. I really liked the sauce that it came drizzle on it. What I did not like was that the dog was not fully cover in the sauce and also the filling got cold after two bites so It was not a cheesy at the first few bites. To clarify, the dog is put on this paper box and then the toppings are drizzle on it and its held up by this little tab. They do this so the dog is not rolling around the box getting all the sauce everywhere so i am guessing that's why they don't fully cover the dog 360 with the sauce. I think next time I am gonna get extra sauce on the side to see if that taste better. I had to wait probably close to 15-20 just to order and then another 10 to get my food. Oh also I almost chocked on the kimchee fries haha. Don't judge me ok so here's what happened. The Kimchee fries are covered in this powder not a sauce so when I took one to eat the powder almost chocked me. Lucky I had some water to wash it down with but I think next time I am gonna get the other fries. I think next time I go I am gonna get the spicy dog with extra sauce on the side with spicy fries and the fruit punch drink. Hopefully they will also be less of a wait.
google avatar

Adrienne D.

Yelp
My daughter and I absolutely loved this place. The hot dogs are hot and fresh. The kimchi were the best fries I've ever had, no seriously! If you haven't gone yet, you need to try it out.
google avatar

Sharon P.

Yelp
I have been craving this ever since I saw them on social media. Potatoes and Cheese fried on a stick. It honestly tastes like what you think it tastes like- potato fries plush a mozzarella stick dusted with sugar and hot Cheetos. I think it's great to try if you haven't already, and satisfies the craving when you really want a good cheese pull. Fair warning, it's hard not to feel like a greasy after, but definitely worth it!
google avatar

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
The corn dog that I got was so delicious it was half mozzarella cheese and sausage I really wished I took a picture of the stringy cheese when I took a bite but I only took a picture of how it looked before but I really recommend if you're craving something sweet and salty!
google avatar

Christina B.

Yelp
I love Korean corn dogs. I fell in love with them when I was visiting Korea. And the fact that they use rice flour for their casing and not always corn meal, makes the lights and tasty. I love the fact that you get half-and-half half hotdog half cheese. My favorite one is Kdogs, But if you don't want to drive all the way to Carrollton... This place is pretty tasty.
google avatar

Alice L.

Yelp
It's good, sizes do vary as you can see in the pictures , the potato one is the best I'd say. The "spicy" sauce is more sweet then spicy just a head up. I paid $21 for all 4 that with the gratuity included. I think they put the empty container and the ranch container to stop them from moving around.
google avatar

Paije F.

Yelp
This location is very clean. It is food court style you have a lot of seating options. I got the Injeolmi, 2 American and one Crispy rice dog. They were all yummy. The batter is almost donut-like in consistency (which I liked). The Injeolmi dog is sweet and savory, the Crispy Rice dog is just like the American but with tasty crunchy bits on the outside. I loved this place! I'll definitely be back ! Oh and try the frozen horchata!!!
google avatar

Devynne B.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! These corn dogs are way better than American ones. They are huge and reasonably priced. The clerk was so helpful and explained everything since it was my first time trying it. My 5 year old loved the classic Korean dog with the sausage and asked for a second one. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Maira H.

Yelp
Food was okay. I tried the original Two Hands dog and it was great! I wish I would've gotten the entire mozzarella option. The spicy dog was not good, I ate half and left it. Same goes for the dirty fries. The spicy sauce they use isn't tasty. Overall I'd love to eat here again if it's the original dog.

Sam S.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try a Korean corn dog for a long time. Very cute stand with nice staff and very clean! Corn dogs were delish. No greasy at all!
google avatar

Celeste G.

Yelp
Different experience and not your usual corn dog. It was prepared to order and had a great taste. I think this is a great small meal. It was also nice to experience another cultural's take on a fair favorite I have been enjoying for many years.
google avatar

Isreal G.

Yelp
Great quality Korean style corn dogs! Definitely worth trips back! Can't choose between flavors so it's best to grab a bunch!
google avatar

Heidi Y.

Yelp
This combo set was so nicely priced compared to some of the shops. The food was good. This was the busiest store when we went.
google avatar

Makayla M.

Yelp
Ever since I found out about these I have been wanting to try them. I found two hands and was extremely excited. Be prepared for at least 25 minutes of waiting in line to order and another 15 to get them. Once trying them we personally thought they were a bit over hyped and the taste didn't quite live up to them. Don't let our thought steer you away tho, with how many people were there maybe ours just wasn't the best.
google avatar

Casey R.

Yelp
Do not get the potato dog... it really wasn't good at all, the flavors were everywhere. Not a good combination.
google avatar

Raquel L.

Yelp
This was so yummy! The staff was so kind. It was my first visit (not my last) and I asked them to surprise me with the filling. Man did they do good. I got the half mozzarella and half sausage. I also ordered the dirty fries. I enjoyed this way too much but I will be back.
