LOVED our tour and tasting. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend this tour! Beautiful area located just outside of Austin. Will definitely be visiting again. Cyn, our tour guide and the head beekeeper, was amazing, as was Nona, the lady who so graciously helped us get suited up and acted as our photographer! Thank you Two Hive for a wonderful morning!

Absolutely delightful experience!!! I laughed so much and learned even more. Toni is amazing. So sweet and helpful. She knew we were coming to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary, and the staff had a signed card for them. We got so many nice goodies after the tour. Definitely recommend purchasing the honey sampler. And don't miss the adorable gift shop. Wonderful place. Can't wait to come back!!!

We came here for our anniversary! Good basic info about honeybees, but the really fun part was getting to go out and look at an active hive. We got to hold a few frames, identify a drone, worker, and queen bee, see a few new-bees hatch, and get a bite of honey straight from the hive. If I were to suggest any additions, I’d love more info on the importance of native bee species and ways to help them in addition to euro honeybee facts.

The beehive tour and tasting was AMAZING! It was so much fun and got to learn a TON of new information about bees that I would not have known before. I highly recommend trying this out if you get the chance! 5/5 experience and awesome an instructor!

We had so much fun with Cyn today! She was very informative and answered all of our questions in stride. We were surprised to learn about the inner workings of the bee hive and especially how they function as a community. We then were able to suit up and interact with the bees. Cyn encouraged us to approach the bees with gentleness. This made the inexperience low stress even with bees buzzing all around us. What a great experience!

Two Hives Honey was an unexpected treat! Everyone at the farm was very welcoming and informative. They offered a class which was both interactive and kept the interest of our two daughters. We were able to participate in a bee keeping adventure so that our daughters could learn how a hive functions in real time. If you’re looking for a fun, spontaneous adventure… this is the place to be.
