I had visited Two Pitchers multiple times previously and had had excellent encounters with the staff—up until recently. On my latest visit, I had been informed, to my surprise, while I could not enter since there had been an incident involving someone else—a friend of mine—on a particular evening when I had not attended. I felt the whole thing to be utterly unfair and unprofessional. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the bartender who addressed me. While I won’t name names, he was an African American man working that evening. His tone was hostile from the start, and instead of handling the situation with any courtesy or explanation, he shut me down immediately with zero interest in hearing anything I had to say. It felt personal and discriminatory. This is not even about me either—I’ve heard the other customers talk about his rude attitude and unprofessionalism. It is too bad too, as the rest of the employees were always excellent, and I actually liked going there. But treatment like that is going too far. I sincerely hope the management takes serious stock of the way in which events of these sorts are handled and the customer service being upheld—because one individual employee should not be able to ruin what would otherwise be a great spot.

I’ve generally enjoyed my visits here, always to pair with Lovely’s, they have a great beer selection and most bartenders are prompt and polite. However, I’ve had multiple concerning experiences with one tall male bartender whose behavior has been inappropriate and aggressive, particularly toward my female friends. On one occasion, he passed by with a cigarette in hand, pants sagging, and mumbled something incoherent that seemed directed at my friend. We initially dismissed it as a patron being surly and inappropriate, but shortly after, he approached her angrily, making excessively rude comments about not vaping. His large stature and hostile demeanor were physically intimidating, completely ruining our evening. On another visit, this same bartender, standing behind the bar, appeared visibly miserable and was rude to all three female patrons in my group, though not to me. This was despite my female friends going out of their way to be exceptionally nice, polite, and patient with him. He seemingly ignored them while promptly serving me, even when he wasn’t busy. His behavior also included throwing the payment terminal onto the counter when one of them went to close out. This uncalled-for aggressiveness, inappropriate comments, and general rudeness toward female patrons was shocking and disappointing. As a regular at Lovely’s, I strongly urge management to address this employee’s behavior, as their visibly apparent dislike for their job and hostile demeanor toward female customers significantly detract from the experience.

So I had my first taste at two pitchers brewing company on my way home from my bachelor party. I sat at a long table with my four brothers and my father, and we ordered six blood orange radlers not truly knowing what that was. It immediately became one of our favorites. And a tradition of mine. Every year for my anniversary, I make sure I have two six packs of blood orange radlers with me on my anniversary. My wife and I both very much so enjoy them and I very much so enjoy reminiscing of that lunch with my brothers and my father. So thank you for making such an amazing drink. And cheers to many more years of tradition.

Google
Tues night bartenders are underwhelming, went there last night & I felt like I was bothering the male and female bartender behind the bar. I used to bartend, and on a slow night you should at least be on point with the customer service. They were more interested in chit chatting with each other and seem bothered everytime a customer needed a drink. Great customer service is how you get good tips, not sure if they are aware of that. I would be hesitant to revisit a place where I feel like the bartender doesn’t want to bothered.

Google
Comedy night start at 8 pm bar closes at 9:15…..published time 10 pm! Why bother? Do your self a favor and avoid as the beer is known to be sub-par. No really; bad beer! Left in the keg too long and has an off smell.

The beers we had were so tasty! Highly recommend the weekender. Bummer we went for lunch on a Saturday and Lovely’s wasn’t open until 4pm. The bartender seemed quite put off we were there on a very slow day Saturday afternoon. Would try it out again in the evening potentially when it’s more l lively and Lovely’s is open. Overall great beer and underwhelming service.

Street parking only. I door and outdoor seating is available. Loft is for special events only. Food is available for purchase. Lots of beers on tap, but only one stout on tap was available. Staff are friendly. Great place to hangout and chill.

Google
Amazing! Delicious radler, great food, really cool vibe. Very large space with plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. They even have a few wines and other drinks if beer isn’t your thing. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
What a fun spot that is great for groups. It has plenty of seating both inside and out, with a huge bar. Inside, the place has super high ceilings and is quite industrial, so it's loud, and on a colder winter night, jackets were left on even inside. They have a ton of beers from a few different local brewers. The bartenders are hipstery - in this case meaning maybe not the most outwardly friendly, but I'm a pretty chatty Cathy and they chatted back. So, Lovely's is the burger spot that has a little kiosk area that is separately owned.*** Their smashburger is incredible - their fish burger not so much. But, I digress. If you're planning on getting food at prime meal times, the line will be long, no ifs and or butts. However, once the food is ordered, the food does come out quickly and that smashburger is what's up. Overall, a great beer spot in uptown Oakland making it a good pre-game spot before the Fox. *** You can review that biz separately!

Yelp
Updated review based on a conversation with the owner, Wilson. Thank you Wilson! ------ This brewery has a lot of charm, and I can see it being a fantastic spot in the summer when you can enjoy the outdoor area more fully. The indoor space feels like an extension of the outdoors, which might not be ideal on a chilly 49-degree day--most people were bundled up in hats and jackets. The beer selection leans heavily toward fruity flavors, so if that's your style, you'll probably love it. It's not my personal preference, but I can appreciate the creativity behind their brews. Wilson did point out that they offer a classic lager and rotate 15+ guest beers of all styles from other local breweries. They also offer a full slate of wine and non-alcohol options. They don't allow outside food as they share the space with another business (Lovely's). I don't want to dwell on Lovely's long lines, but it is something to note if you plan to eat here. The atmosphere is lively but very loud, making conversations tough and the space less ideal for young kids. I think I'd enjoy this place much more on a warm day with a quieter vibe to really soak it all in.

Yelp
Been meaning to try this spot for years, and I finally did today! There's plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors, but since it was cold and the Chiefs vs. Texans game was on, staying inside was the best choice. I wanted to check out the mezzanine as it looked so cozy; but unfortunately, it was closed off. I was a bummed to see only one sour on the menu, the Great Notion Blue Raspberry Fluff (8% ABV). When I asked for a sample, I was surprised to see it was green. Green beer did not look appealing at all.... but I gave it a shot--and wow. Literally speechless. Looked my boyfriend in the eyes and told him "This. Is. The. One." As a sours-loving girlie, this one blew me away. Flavor profile was fruity, berry, a little tart, and had a candy-like sweetness. Honestly, it's the best sour I've ever had. Beating myself up for not grabbing a 4-pack to take home because I know it'll probably never come back. The bar was managed by two amazing women who were super friendly and had great recommendations. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!

Yelp
Tasty brews, really cool staff that cares about your experience, dog friendly, ample seating but bring a jacket because it certainly is cold in the winter. I'm not a big beer drinker so I gravitate towards their wine options. Awesome set up as they have Lovely's within their grounds so you can grab a burger and a beer with friends and have a great time indoors or outdoors.

Yelp
I recently visited Two Pitchers Brewing in Oakland to enjoy a few drinks and catch the Super Bowl. The drinks were good, and the atmosphere was lively, but unfortunately, my experience was soured by a rude bartender. When I asked to close my tab, he responded with something along the lines of, 'Can't you see I'm carrying cups?' and walked away. It was clear he didn't enjoy his job, and it really impacted the overall experience. While the drinks were solid, I won't be rushing back if the service continues like this.

Yelp
Decent beer and atmosphere, but don't even think about getting food here. A line was for over an hour and totally not worth it. There are much better options around.

Yelp
Stopped by for a beer shortly after they opened the beer was okay the service was worst. I was looking at the menu and looked up to the bartender staring at me and he never said a word. He continued to stare and me, so I figured I'd clarify and asked if I can order with him since at this point there were no words exchanged to let me know he was the bartender. He responded by saying "yes I've been waiting for you" in a very dry and unwelcoming tone as if I he was already annoyed. I ordered the beer and then it came with half foam. The only positive of this visit was the burger at the little stand next to this bar. The beer is cheap here so I guess it could be worth the lack of quality in the service if you're on a drink beer mission.

Yelp
Came by two pictures brewing to celebrate a friends birthday. The space consists of an expensive indoor and outdoor area with small and communal tables in a warehouse like atmosphere. There is also a second floor, which we rented out for the event, that includes boardgames and Nintendo 64. The brewery feature both food and beverages. Drink orders are placed inside at the bar or outside at a window. Food orders are placed outside at a separate window where they will give you a number to bring your table so that staff knows where to bring the food. I tried the drive thru burger, which I really enjoyed, that came with American cheese, slow, cooked onions, pickle, iceberg, lettuce, tomato, special sauce, on a sesame bun. The burger had a fantastic ratio, and was very juicy and savory. I ordered two beers and, all I don't remember the specific ones, I recall them both being delicious and very flavorful. They were juicy and fruit forward. In fact, I noticed the description on many of the beers included fruit. I tried few of my friends beers and also noticed a fruit forwardness to them too. Honestly, it was a nice change of pace, and I really enjoyed the juicier, more refreshing, bright selection.

Yelp
Stopped by here for the second time this past weekend and I'm glad I did! Two Pitchers is a great spot for groups, especially with all the seating. The beer is solid, there's a restaurant in the back, AND there's seating both indoors and out! I grabbed the Mai Tai IPA and my friend grabbed the Radler "creamsicle". Both were great! Though I enjoyed the IPA, the hit was definitely the creamsicle! I can't believe how much it tasted like a creamsicle. Will definitely be back anytime I'm in Oakland! Service: 4.5/5 Food: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4.5/5

Yelp
As a new resident of Oakland I'm such a fan of this brewery. I love how there's indoor and outdoor seating for those warm summer days, as well as a burger joint connected to it for when you need a bite to eat. Just make sure you come early cause that line can get quite long. They are known for their fruity radlers which are some of the best I've had. My favorite one is the Nordic jam. It's light, fruity, and refreshing. Some other favorites would have to be the radler and weekender. I've been here multiple times now and have enjoyed the vibes and the staff are great. Another great brewery in the bay.

Yelp
Showed up because I was looking for a dog friendly place. A burger place also co exists in this place, so please look up lovely's and the review I wrote em. The beer at two pitchers is wonderful, the weekender is yummy!!!!!!! There is both outside and and inside serving, trivia on Wednesday night, and wonderful ambiance! Staff is friendly, I would definitely recommend this place!

Yelp
I freakin love this place!! It is a Millenial hub with a delicious and long line of a burger joint next door (Lovely's) and this place has slushies. Say no more, right? Literally every beer on their menu was jaw dropping so I ordered a flight for myself. I really can't tell you which my favorite was because I enjoyed every single one. I ordered: Nordic Jam (fruity in a not super sweet way); Disco Queen (less fruity and sweet but fresh); Dry Cider (exactly as named); and the Creamsicle Radler (sooooo distinct!) They have an upstairs for private events and the indoors is comfy and cute with couches and various chairs. The outdoors is sun drenched and perfect for pets and kids. Service was awesome and you know it is a winner when both your husband and toddler love it!
google avatar

Tiffany A.

Yelp
Went here with a group of six and found a table inside on a Friday night. I ended up getting a flight and enjoyed all the beer which rarely happens - the Nordic Jam was especially delicious! The wait for the outdoor food space was crazy - our party took turns waiting in line well over 30 minutes for Lovely's (separate review). Overall, the beer here was very tasty and had a nice indoor and outdoor space.
google avatar

Molly G.

Yelp
Great location, love the outdoor and the indoor vibes. There are no heaters outside that I could see even on a cold day. The hot toddy was delicious and I'll have to come back and try the beer. The food looked great too. Limited selection of games available to borrow and play.
google avatar

Yelp
Came for the burgers and stayed for the beer. I had the weekender which was a POG smoothie lager and It was surprisingly fruit forward and sweet. I wasn't not expecting it to taste so sweet, it was very easy to drink. I can really taste the POG notes. My bf had their rattler, their grapefruit beer was sweet and tangy. Lots of variety in beers, IPA, lagers, stouts.. Lots of seating inside. Nice service. They do have a shared all gender bathroom in the back. They have a pretty nice outdoor seating area that would be really nice during the warmer months for some brews and some sun. When I'm back I'm trying a flight next time, because trying one beer wasn't enough.
google avatar

Yelp
It's a Perfect spot for groups and people who have kids and dogs. Good food, good ambience and service. Various types of beers and wine. Make sure to try the ice cream

Yelp
Went last night for a group outing, we sat outside near the bike racks. There are bike racks! I even rode my bike there! The beer was good, I don't know if they have nonalcoholic options but I plan to find out next time. I had the Baseline Lager, which was very tasty. 5 stars for the beer. There's no heaters or anything on the patio, so be prepared to bundle up. The food is from Lovely's, and I made the mistake of ordering a burger, which was sort of like an overpriced McDonald's ripoff with the grilled onions they serve if you do In-and-out "animal style". Would not order that again. The corn fritters looked good, they're basically hush puppies. Also, the food took a while, and at least it seemed fresh. 3 stars for the food. Service was friendly. If you order a beer outside they give you a receipt to take to the bar inside, but that's a tiny bit faster than ordering inside I guess. Looking forward to going back.

Yelp
Fun space! Tasty ciders available, vast indoor area with high ceilings, large outside patio area with tables, and separate area upstairs for private parties. Lots of tvs, big loud energy on a Friday night. Tasty bar food, too.
google avatar

Winnie V.

Yelp
I love Two Pitchers! It has a great patio with lots of benches for happy hour with coworkers or just chilling with friends. I love that there is also food from Lovely's at the same location, so you can also munch on something while enjoying the beer. I tried the weekender (lager with passion fruit, guava, and citrus) for the first time yesterday and omg it was ~amazing~. I was worried that it would be too sour because of the passion fruit, or like a cider or sour, but it was perfect. Great passion fruit and citrus flavor, but not too sour, and rounded out with a nice malty flavor at end. SO GOOD.

Yelp
First time here! Love the indoor/outdoor vibes. They have a walk up bar from the outside as well which makes it really convenient to grab a beer from one of the long, connected picnic tables from the outside. Loved checking out this spot. It does get kind of cold outside, where most of the tables /seating are so make sure you bring a jacket. If you're looking for a place to watch the game, they have TVs inside, but it's mostly an area to talk with your group. As far as drinks go, the two pitchers brewery beers are on the lighter side but they also have lots of other breweries available. It's really close to a bunch of other bars so it's worth checking out just for a drink. If you aren't into it you can always go somewhere within walking distance. Outside you'll notice a line forming for Lovelys, which is a burger spot. Hop in line, it's not too bad of a wait if you're with someone + a beer. The food is totally worth it.

Food is amazing! Beer is on point. The vibes are welcoming. Definitely come back agin

Yelp
Dog friendly patio with great selection of local brews. Met up with the girls for a long-overdue hangout and we chose Two Pitchers because of the dog friendly, outdoor patio and proximity to public transit. I was happily surprised to learn that the patio is shared with Lovely's, a small burger and hot dog joint! I ordered a pint of their draft brew with passion fruit notes, and loved the bright and light beer. After ordering food from next door, I ended our visit with a can of their Affogato pastry stout. It was ridiculously expensive ($11 for a 12oz can), but was delicious. It legit tasted like an Affogato (vanilla ice cream with espresso) and was the perfect dessert beverage to end on! Would definitely go back.

Yelp
So the plot thickens. Even after the owner was aware of an assault accusation, he allowed thr manager to remain on the property, putting other customers in danger. She was even allowed to interact with other people in my party. I was told she was rude to them too. I lawyered up and will have the video soon and will post it here when I am able.
google avatar

Blake G.

Yelp
My new favorite brewery in Oakland. Easy to find parking, nice location, fun and ample seating arrangements, and every beer on tap was delicious. I'm still on my fruited beer kick and the Water Boy and Nordic Jam were super well balanced and easy drinking. Friendly staff and killer burgers next door at Lovely's. Can't wait to go back
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
This place made up for the lackluster hipster burgers outside. still shaking my head in disappointment at the quality but its a reminder that sometimes these yelp 'elites' don't really know a good burger if it SMASHED em in the face. this particular place is pretty wide open and bright, with a vaulted ceiling, has plenty of shared bathrooms and a plenitude of craft beers on tap to drown one's sorrow over the unbelievably overrated offering just outside its doors. the staff behind the bar all were friendly and attentive and the beer I chose washed over my dismay. careful with the outside benches, tho...I witnessed a few folks slide off the edge of one of them while eating as those things (the benches) are dangerous.
google avatar

Vivian P.

Yelp
Love this spot for a casual friday night with friends! Love the radler and the brass monkey (for all my "beer is not my favorite" people) The atmosphere is great - lots of seating and the games on the shelf keep us here for hours. Dog friendly too :)
google avatar

Courtney S.

Yelp
Cute spot with lots of open air spaces if you're worried about one of the many viruses spreading across the country. They have an option to do a beer flight from a selection of around 10 beers. I ended up getting one of the beers local to Oakland which was pretty good. The beer menu is pretty broad. I also thought it was cool that they were hosting a flee market this weekend. There's also a food truck I'll come back and try.
google avatar

Ty C.

Yelp
4 stars for the ambiance. A chill spot with various indoor and outdoor seating available. There is a separate food spot in the back that looked to be serving burgers. There was no line around 4-5ish, but a huge line around 6ish on a Friday evening. Beer prices are not cheap, but not excessive and there is a great selection of craft beer from various different places. This is certainly a place for all different types of people and you can just hang out for a while and not be bothered or rushed. They also had basketball on, so if you want to watch a game, it might be a decent spot to catch it. Parking is street parking and that is always a bit risky in downtown Oakland. There was also a random lady who was doing laps in and out panhandling, she was being discreet and not being aggressive. I had a pint from Ghost Town and from Barebottle. Both high quality beers.

Yelp
Absolutely bay-baaay! Two Pitchers is the shizz! Great beer and good vibes all throughout this joint. Met up with some friends here after work to decompress from the busy workday, and Two Pitchers provided the perfect environment to do so. This is a fairly newish brewery that's been open for less than a year. They've taken over an old car shop building and transformed it into a spacious taproom and beer garden. Two Pitchers Brewing specializes in Radlers which is basically just a fancier word for Shandy (the German version of the word to be specific). Although Radlers can typically be a bit sweet and sugary since they're generally a combo of beer and juice or soda, I didn't find the Radlers here to be too sweet. In fact, they tasted lightly fruity and refreshing. In the summertime, these babies will be an absolute hit when the heat strikes. I tried the Disco Queen and Water Boy Radlers, and both tasted very good. If you're not into Radlers, they also have a variety of several local guest beers on tap for your choosing. For food, they partner with Lovely's who's food stand is located right in the back of their beer garden. They offer delicious burgers and sandwiches and are quite popular with the crowd, so lines will be evident. What's nice is that if you open a tab at the bar, you can just let the folks at Lovely's know and they'll add the food to your tab. The beertenders are all super cordial and knowledgeable here too. Their indoor taproom is very spacious and airy with tall ceilings and lots of natural light that comes in. Lots of places to sit inside and there's also an upstairs area that's intimate and private (nobody was even sitting up there while we were there). The most attractive element of this brewery aside from their lovely beer garden is definitely their bar area. I loooove that their beer bar doubles as both and inside and outside bar. If you're getting low on your brew and need a refill, you don't have to walk all the way inside to fill up. You can just simply walk up to the bar from outside. Such a sick setup! The beer garden area is super fun! Lots of tables available. They don't have any heat lamps though and it can get freezing cold in the evenings, so keep this in mind if you're planning on hanging out until sundown. Make sure to bring a warm coat in the evenings. There's no parking lot but some street parking available and also a few parking garages and paid lots nearby. They're located on Webster street which is unfortunately one of the streets that's notoriously known for car break-ins (no fault of the brewery of course). DON'T leave anything in your car if you park in this area. This space was honestly so unexpected, but they definitely did wonders with it! We ended up staying close to closing time as we were really enjoying ourselves here. I think this spot is going to be one of my new favorites for sure. Definitely hit this place up for some delicious brews and food.

Yelp
I had no idea about this place, a friend suggested to go there. Usually I don't like to go to breweries because I don't like beer and they don't have lots of other options. Outside there's a cute patio with lots of tables to share with cute lights and plants. There's a spot to order food there: Lovely's Oakland. Inside it's super cute with the industrial vibe. There is a mezzanine with couches and the place has cool mural walls. The menu has everything: beer, wine, cider, alcoholic slushies, kombucha, non-alcoholic drinks. You can also buy they're beers to take home. A friend had the Nordic and really liked it. Fruity and different os what he said. I had the Paradise City slushy and the Far west very juicy cider. Slushee: right amount of alcohol. It has passion fruit, orange, rum, amaro and coconut. Perfect for a warm day. Cider: refreshing apple cider. I think is more semi dry than dry in my opinion. Loved it! The food: I had the classic chicken sandwich and fries. Even though it was fried, it was juicy. Very good. The fried were more like those from In and Out, real potatoes which I like. Tip: Order your food first, the line took me like 20min. I'm so happy with this place, I'll comeback!

Yelp
Great atmosphere, nice patio space, good beers. Reasonable prices. Haven't tried the food again.

Yelp
Very cool space, big open area indoors and nice outdoor area. Large beer selection (both their own and many other local breweries), plus some frozen drinks and other stuff (like micheladas). A bunch of board games to borrow, plus lots of different types of seating, and dog and kid friendly. Their own brews were very tasty, and I love they had so many other breweries on tap! Also, the Lovely's popup for burgers and food onsite is awesome.

Yelp
Two Pitchers Brewing Company takes over a car repair shop space. totally renovated. looks nifty inside and outside. their specialty is radler beer, a fermented beer made with fresh fruit. Radler beer was invented in Germany. offerings: local brews, Two Pitchers brews, food by Lovely's brew: dry cider (6, 6%?) lager is $3, most pours $6. -dry & clean like many ciders. the difference here is a very sweet taste. wine drinkers may see this as an hybrid of riesling & moscato. -truly unique brews here. didn't taste other blends (yet). *definitely worth returning or buying a 6 pk. or whatever somewhere. on draft: -very courteous service unlike an unnamed nearby place that sells beer. -everyone lined up to get their food first.... -very nice outside seating area.

Yelp
Came here for fun with some friends. Plenty of space and the staff was super helpful! We got some flights and tried lots of beer. There's so many board games for you to check out here. Must try brewery!!

Yelp
Awesome newer brewery in Uptown Oakland! Very spacious and nicely laid out inside, as well as having a nice outdoor area with plenty of tables and benches. The beer is all very good. The Nordic jam and the disco queen are (I think) radler style beers. They were sweet and fruity and almost tasted like kombucha, but they were beer! Super good. The stout was also excellent. Prices super affordable on the house beers. Probably the most affordable I've seen in this neighborhood. They do pints and pitchers for something like $6 and $20 respectively. No food in-house but plenty of pop ups nearby to bring your own.

Yelp
Really wonderful space and I am so glad I got to check them out! Stumbled upon Two Pitchers after brunch in the area and honestly you can come here to get your food fix as well. We came early on a weekend so were able to nab a table in the shade before the sun got us. As we were finding our table there was a pop up for a fried rice vendor and man oh man did it smell good. I gotta say we ended up getting some even after eating brunch and it did not disappoint. We mainly stayed outside but once we ventured inside for the bathrooms only then did I realize how big of a space they actually have! You can easily order drinks from the bar inside or outside, but you can lounge indoors in the main lobby area or even the upstairs space they have. Really cool space and can't wait to come back to enjoy the other half. I would recommend both the weekender and radler beers they had on tap. They also have a burger food cart that opens later in the evening and I kid you not even before they opened there was already a line. If that says anything it says some early and it's worth checking out. The menu looked good so next time I am in the area I have to time it to check out this restaurant.

Yelp
Every time a new neighborhood hangout place like this opens up, an angel gets its wings. We had a great time at Two Pitchers because it represents everything good in the world: 1. Indoor and outdoor seating 2. A friendly environment for babies and dogs 3. Good food from Lovely's. We had fries, corn fritters and an especially good fish sandwich. 4. Great beers with decent prices. This should really be #1 but I'm in too deep now. The shandies I tried were both delish: the Radler (grapefruit and blood orange) and the sweeter Disco Queen. Next time I'll try a flight for $20 and catch 'em all. 5. Cozy furniture and board games--this makes for an atmosphere that makes you wanna stay a few hours, and I appreciate that. Overall can't wait to bring people here and just hang. So happy to have Two Pitchers in the neighborhood.

Yelp
This place is always a hit. The staff is kind and super sweet - they make you feel at home and well attended to. Everyone is also an incredible human to talk to tbh. The food is insane. So good. Go get a beer before waiting in line cause you might be there a while but hey, it's worth the wait. My fave beer is the Nordic Jam. You just can't get that anywhere else. It's insane how delish it is. My table always gets pitches of baseline - which is a solid hit. If you need to take it easy then that's a great go-to. Atmosphere is incredible. You get a mix of everything from families to friends and colleagues. You even see lots of cute pups chillin' We come at least once a week. Genuinely feel like this is an extension of our living room.

Yelp
Radler on tap is pretty good Love the outdoor seating and how it's right next to lovely's for some yummy burger and fries if you're feeling hungry.

Yelp
Walked in here not knowing what to expect and was worried it would be packed with no room to sit down at 5PM on a Saturday. Fortunately, there was plenty of seating. Bartenders were very friendly, responsive and very quick. Prices were also reasonable. Good times!

Yelp
My boyfriend invited me to have drinks with his former coworkers at Two Pitchers Brewing. This place has a rad vibe - inside looks like the place was repurposed from a previous auto shop. Minus one star, because I wish Two Pitchers also offered more food options. There's a Lovely's burger shop nestled right inside, but when we were all there, the place was unfortunately closed. Of note, the bartenders were very nice about letting us bring outside food, even though signs located throughout the venue said otherwise. I drink very little, but my boyfriend let me take sips of his beers. What really stood out was their Radler. It's almost like drinking juice. Really sweet and very little aftertaste. Seating was also very comfortable - truly a great place to hang out with friends after work or on the weekend.

Yelp
Good spot to hang out with friends/coworkers. We got 3 flights in our group so had a good mix of fruity and hoppy flavors to enjoy. They also had some sort of a market hosted by local street vendors on premise in the outdoor area for some food options, although lines were long. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Yelp
Two Pitchers Brewing is a killer space for folks to gather over a few beers. Starting with the absolute best thing they offer: their people. Their staff behind the bar are quick and super friendly. I've been going very regularly as-of-late and often see the same crew slinging drinks and their service has been spectacular. Their in-house drinks center around their shandies. I've tried a few, and for me personally the Radler is the best. Also worth mentioning their $3(!) baseline lager. An excellent pairing with a cheeseburger from their neighbor Lovely's. If you don't fancy a shandy, no worries. They have an *excellent* selection of local beers. Fieldwork, Barebottle, and Ghost Town are a few of my personal favorites which they seem to regularly partner with and offer. If beer isn't your thing, they also offer adult slushies and a spritz which I've tried on more than one occasion and definitely enjoy. They have board games and their table tops are spacious enough to play while enjoying a beverage of choice. Just a great place to hangout and people watch. Don't get me started on the love I have for their bathroom setup. Gender neutral and a very cool design.

Yelp
Originally we had only stopped by to grab food from Lovely's, which if you haven't tried, is worth it. I decided to get a flight because there were so many beers I wanted to try. I got the Baseline, Nordic Jam, Water Boy and the Pop Tart. The baseline was a pretty regular sipping beer but all of the sours were delicious. These probably aren't your style if you want something heavier and less fruity, but for me these were perfect. The Nordic Jam was the absolute winner for me!

Yelp
From my experience yesterday, I will temporarily give them a 4/5! This is because I was really looking forward to trying out their slushie with a nice burger from Lovely's, but I got there at 5pm & Lovely's closed at 4:30pm :( To add on top of that, the beertender told me that the slushies sold out early too! I ended up trying a pint each of the Radler & Nordic Jam before I headed out for dinner. I really enjoyed the Radler -- I can see how that's their OG flavor. The Nordic Jam was alright, it was pretty good but nothing comparable to the Radler! I like that it's got a cute warehouse open bar / beer garden vibe, with plenty of drink options and board games! I will be back!

Yelp
It is a pretty cool space inside and I appreciate that they allowed dogs and were patient with our large running club. I usually drink sours or hazy IPAs, but try to keep an open mind about beers. The line-up here sadly fell flat. The radlers were fortunately not too sweet, but the flavor profiles weren't really punchy and the only other options are a pretty basic lager or wheat ale. This was the first time I was at a brewery/beer bar and I thought about getting wine instead. I know there's a lot of people saying it doesn't matter anymore/anyways if you're taking your mask off to drink and eat indoors, but it still made me uncomfortable that one of the bartenders wasn't masked properly and another one actually pulled his mask down to talk to me. Again, lots of variance in what people believe and do as covid measures, but I was personally put off by it, to the point I went outside where Lovely's is to finish off my beer and then leave.

Yelp
Not a fan of beer but this place made me a fan of THEIR beer! We did a flight of most of their flavors and they all tasted so good - very flavorful with the perfect balance of sweetness from the fruity flavors and bitterness from the hops. The food station seems to have a very long line every time, not sure how quickly it moves. But will definitely give it a go someday as I've been eyeing the burgers and the softies

Yelp
Another brewing company/beer garden in Oakland! The space inside is large and spacious--could either drink a beer or grab a coffee and do some work inside. The staff was really friendly. The Two Pitchers drinks themselves is a pretty short list, I got the cider which I liked. They also have other brewing brands. They have no food themselves, but they share an outdoor space with Lovely's which is a very classic burger/ fries/ fried chicken sandwich restaurant. The line for Lovely's moved really slow when I went, but the food was good. Overall excited to go again and support the newer brewing co!
