8 Newest Restaurants to Check Out in Savannah, Georgia - Eater Carolinas

"Chef Steffan Rost moved to Savannah to work at Husk, and now he’s putting out his version of fast food classics with a refined polish just outside of Two Tides Brewing Co. in the Starland District. Rost’s Crispi trailer sits outside of the brewery and serves smash burgers, bulked-up hot dogs with cheese sauce, and his version of a Crunchwrap. “You really can’t beat a simple burger,” says Rost, “It’s a nostalgic nod to the classic McDonald’s double cheeseburger, but the big focal point is on the crispiness of the patties — hence the name.”" - Kiki Dy

If you like beer you’d love it here. The staff was amzing and friendly especially to me being naive with all the many beer brands and the specific ingredients, aromas ,hints and flavor. Very well priced menu, pristine clean counter and awesome balcony through a huge glass door/window. Ordered for a double crispy burger was great, pickles, glazed onions, butter grilled buns ,patty was great quality beef. They however are not able to do french fries due to their grill setup being limited. The chef offered me potatoe chips to go with. Overall nice place to day drink and chat over high quality beer which they actually brew. Awesome.

Google
One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Affordable and super tasty. It was saucy, cheesy, with a nice healthy serving of grilled onions (I asked for extra) 🥰 My friend and I came here after a night of bingo and we spotted this food truck across the street. Long story short, if you ever see these two, just know you're going to laugh and have a great time...Literally! With good drinks and a burger right after, you can never go wrong. Go check them out! sorry for the crazy departure, I promise tried to wave "bye" after I took this picture to show my appreciation, but I was short on 4 appendages and bingo night pretty wild.

Best smash burger on town. Great service. You need to try it.

Google
Two Tides Brewing is a fantastic spot for craft beer lovers looking for a laid-back and fun atmosphere. If you’re unsure what to try, definitely go for a beer flight—it’s the best way to explore their selection. Their fruit-forward brews, especially the ones with berries, oranges, and blueberries, are rich, flavorful, and well-balanced. Beyond the great beer, the brewery has plenty of table games and different spaces to hang out, making it a perfect place to relax with friends. Whether you’re there for the drinks or the vibe, Two Tides Brewing always delivers a great time.

Google
Had an amazing smash burger from a small food trailer just outside Two Tides Brewery! We went with the double, took it to go, and enjoyed it upstairs at the brewery with some cold beers. The only thing I wish they had was some fries or another side to go with it.

Google
THE DELUXE CRISPI BURGER IS SO GOOD. I was skeptical about the potato crisps on the patty but it was AMAZING. And the burger sauce is next level. The only downsides to this place is that 1) they don’t serve fries, 2) drink selection is limited, and 3) seating isn’t the best, but the burger is so good that I’m willing to overlook all this. Would recommend grabbing the burger to go and enjoying it at Forsyth nearby. Absolutely will be returning soon.

Google
The burger was really good.. 8/10 But it would’ve been better with fries especially for that price … if the burger isn’t served with fries it better be GOOD ! And It was but it wasn’t a burger you can’t make at home. SERVICE: was 10/10 really kind and fast, have to give credit they gave good service in humid heat and kept positive impression.

Google
I am blown away by this burger food truck with sitting area up the stairs. I had the southwest burger and this is probably the best burger I have ever had! Traveled the world and gave had gourmet burgers in many places. But hands down the best ever. My husband had the double and my daughter had a burger with gluten free bun which they also loved!

Yelp
Two Tides is situated in the hipster Starland Yard area - in what appears to have been a house at one point. In fact, many of the bedrooms actually are available for people to hang and drink...this retaining a cozy, homey feel. There are several drinks available on the menu. If it's your first time there, I would recommend trying the smallest portion for various options so as to create your own customized flight. Lots of great beers with their own unique flavor profiles. Note that some can be a bit sweeter than you may initially expect. Servers are friendly in that they will explain the differences among the options. Enjoy!

Yelp
To be honest, we didn't stay long enough to experience the whole space. The outdoor area looked nice, but it was chilly the day we stopped. It's a steep set of stairs outside into the upstairs area. There was a bar area and lots of separate rooms with seating areas. It was hard to find our group because of this layout. I walked to use the bathroom and an employee jumped in front of me and went in. Didn't even acknowledge me coming out either. I understand employees need to hurry when they're on the clock. But he was rude. Our group brought a game from home to play there. I guess the space is a cool concept but I also couldn't help but wonder, couldn't we do this in the comfort of someone's home with more space and more comfortable seating?

Yelp
What a fun stop! Two Tides Brewery and Smol Bar are definitely a must-visit if you're in the area. I went with my brother for a little outing, and we started at the brewery upstairs. The place has such a cool vibe--it's located in an old house, which gives it a super cozy, unique feel. One thing to note: if you're planning on heading up to the brewery, you'll have to climb a pretty tall set of stairs, so if you have trouble with stairs, it's something to be aware of. Once we got up there, we tried a sour flight, and wow--everything was amazing. I can't say enough about how well they do sour beers here. Every single one was delicious, and we both loved them all. If you're a fan of sours, you're in for a treat! Afterward, we headed downstairs to check out Smol Bar for the first time, and it was absolutely adorable! The space is tiny--just a small bar and two booths--but it's got so much character. The bartender was super friendly and helped us out when we couldn't decide on drinks. He made great recommendations, and we left with drinks we were really happy with. Bonus: if you don't feel like climbing up to the brewery, Smol Bar also serves a selection of Two Tides' beers on tap, so you can still enjoy their brews without the hike! All in all, we had a fantastic time, and I'll definitely be back to both spots. Whether you're there for the sour beers or the cozy cocktails, you're in for a treat. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Yelp
A quaint and quirky brewery with a great vibe and delicious brews. The tasting room is located on the top floor of an awesome old home in a trendy area of Savannah, with cozy rooms and a back deck where you can enjoy your beer. We recommend raising the sliding window to access the rear deck; it has a nice view overlooking old Savannah neighborhoods.

Yelp
This brewery is on the 2nd floor, loved the selection of beers they had and the fact that there is a food truck out front. That burger was AMAZING. I ordered the WhipperSnapper. Everyone enjoyed their drinks & the bartenders were great! Bathrooms clean too.
google avatar

Mark C.

Yelp
Great neighborhood spot! Excellent beer...cool environment...and make sure you have a smash burger at the food truck out front...CRISPI. Awesome!!!
google avatar

Janet C.

Yelp
The most amazing sours which are not too acidic to enjoy. Staff were very busy pouring these delicious brews. Space is up a flight of stairs in an old house, complete with a stuffed racoon stuck in the fireplace as an interesting conversation starter.
google avatar

Yelp
We love Two Tides and have to visit every time we are in Savannah (or passing through), and I love that they now offer smash burgers! So delicious. Just like their beer! As always, I so appreciate that they allow dogs inside. It gives us a place we can stop and relax on a road trip with our pup.
google avatar

Tina C.

Yelp
This is a cool little upstairs brewery with different sitting rooms and lots of cool art and decor. The bathroom is also very cool. The beers were good and we ended up taking some home with us. I even bought a cool shaped growler.

Yelp
I've been going to two tides since it opened. Grew up in Savannah, now live in Atlanta. Best brewery in the city, and a contender with the best in the state. Keep going and we look forward to innovative IPAs for years to come!

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE two tides. Beautiful tucked into a house an adjacent to Starland Yards, this brewery has beautiful interior and delicious beers. [Note that you do have to go up a little bit of steep set of stairs to get to the brewery. The door downstairs is not for the public and is where they do the brewing.] I especially love that they have a good variety of sours and they are all about 5ABV which is very hard to find. They are delicious and super flavorful. I've loved every one I've tried. There's plenty of seating and they have started adding even more seating. Their staff and service are super friendly and they know their stuff and profiles, so when I'm doubt - ask them. Parking: There's a lot off of Whitaker St, and parking on the street.

Yelp
I bobbed around Savannah for a week and sampled several breweries but Two Tides came out in top as my fav of the trip. The brewery is located in an old house in the Starland area. The bottom story is the brewery itself and the top story serves as the tasting room. Since it used to be a house, it's kinda funky (in a fun way) in that the structural integrity of the different rooms still exists, so the tasting "room" is actually a series of several small rooms that were likely previously bedrooms. The menu consists mostly of hoppy beers and fruited sours in equal amounts but they did have a really tasty barrel-aged stout when I visited. My personal fav was probably the Acid House, a sour with coffee. Amazing. Friendly service and a super cool place. Cheers!
google avatar

Yelp
Perfect place for craft beer. And wow the imperial stout is delicious absolutely delicious. Come here for friendly service and stay for the cute ambiance and more.

Yelp
I have been here twice three years apart. I first visited in 2020, loved it, and was hoping I'd love it just as much in 2023. I loved it even more! The brewery is in a refurbished house. The tap room on the second floor radiates cool and fun. You can take a seat on a balcony overlooking the street. Sitting in the board game room let's you have added fun. Even the restrooms with the old standing bath tubs are a cool touch. The brewery pretty much has only IPAs and sours, but thankfully they're both very good. The sours are even some of the best I've had nationally. A flight is an essential order.
google avatar

Tanya K.

Yelp
The most random brewery I've been too but I secretly love it. Also the owner apparently loves Reba and we had to have a sticker. If there would of been a shirt with Reba and a corndog I would of bought one. The beers were pretty good. It's an old house and each room has different fun things.

Yelp
In my humble opinion, Two Tides is one of the best breweries in Savanah. There are only a few Breweries in Savanah, but you could plop Two Tides down anywhere, and it could compete. Here is why: 1. Great customer service, and even with only two people working the taps, the service was fast 2. A great selection of craft beer, sours, high ABV IPAs, cool combination beers, and some great Imperial stouts. 3. You go upstairs to get to the tap room, cardio!!! The taproom has outside balcony seating, plenty of seating inside, including a room with a record player and plenty of vinyl. So very cool. 4. It is in an area with plenty of other things to do around it, and it has its own micro bar called Smol bar. When I get the opportunity, gotta write a review for Smol Bar because that was a unique experience in itself. My favorite beer here was the Tiny Little Pieces. They had tapped out of it upstairs, but they still had it on draft downstairs at their tiny bar called Smol Bar. I ended up taking a 4 pack of pint cans home. There were many other beers that I enjoyed immensely, but on this occasion, I was having way too much of a good time and didn't take any notes. Suffice to say, next time I'm in Savanah, I've got to make Two Tides my first brew stop.

Yelp
My ideal brewery. Tons of hazy IPA's (nine to be exact) All delicious. The bartender was helpful, he even placed the flight in order of how we should drink them. 10/10 place with a great location to boot. We went during the day but the street looked like it had a couple other breweries in it and a great courtyard area with food trucks. Really throughly enjoyed this brewery. Advanced Timeshare is one of the best IPA's my fiancé has ever had. You need to try it.

Yelp
Two Tides Brewing is one part chillAF taproom, one part cool old house, one part little museum and art space, and one part brewery of amazing beers! The space is just fantastic and has so much to explore! There is even a little deck outside to enjoy your beers on warmer Savannah days & nights. The staff is incredibly accommodating (we came in literally 20mins before closing!) and so nice, patient, and was gracious about explaining their beers. I will definitely be back to properly spend the time to not only imbibe on all their offerings, but to take in the space as it is meant to be experienced! A must-visit if and when visiting Savannah! Beers Tried: Sixfoot NEIPA 6.5% Sublingual 6.8% Covered in Marlon Hair DIPA 8% Are You Serious? Imperial Pastry Stout 10% Would You Rather? Imperial Stout 10%

Yelp
A super cute brewery with a great selection of local beers! I like that they offer three sizes so you can pick and choose how many beers you want to sample. There's limited seating but there's a cute back porch/patio with bar style seating.

Yelp
Just the spot I was looking for! As an avid craft beer sipper in the Savannah area for the first time, stumbling upon Two Tides was heaven sent. My historical architecture inner nerd got to oogle the lovely innards of this fantastic spot. The ambience is a total vibe. There's different rooms in the "smol" bar area like a music room with a record player and some sweet tunes to choose from, a Pinball room with free machines, a game space to play some of the board games they have, a tradition bard space, and a quaint outdoor deck area that feels like it's out of a Nicholas Sparks novel. I was just passing through so I could only grab a flight to taste a few beers but they were incredible. Wound up falling head over heels (ain't that the way it goes) for their How much cheese is too much cheese and took a 4 pack home to spoon with. Honestly, I wish I lived closer to a place like this. The crew working were absolute GEMS. They were so kind and treated us like locals even when they knew we weren't. I could gush about this place forever. Thanks Two Tides for really doing it right.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my favorite local spots! The whole brewery is so relaxing and inviting. It's the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a good beer. Also, Crispi is delicious!!
google avatar

Yelp
What a wonderful magical discovery of this local brewery in an area of town, very much in transition. It's an old two story house, with cleverly themed rooms. Free pinball in one room, records & lounging in another, modern vibrant decor & games in another. Terrific variety of brews including seltzer slushies. They don't do sample tastes (probably because college kids like to sample free beer too much) but have small inexpensive pours. Very clever names. And yes, you do climb through the window to go out on the porch.. And no smoking or vaping anywhere.
google avatar

Renee H.

Yelp
Beer is truly Two Tides Brewing Company's jam! It shows in every beer, seltzer, beer slushy (yes, I said beer slushy), and so much more that they make right at 12 West 41st Street. Two Tides is owned and run by husband and wife, James and Liz. The beautiful white and teal two story building that is part taproom, and part brewery is their dream. They specialize in sours, but have IPAs, lagers, stouts and more. The beautiful artwork that graces their cans is made by a SCAD alumna. You can also find her work around their taproom which is upstairs. I love to see a small business supporting another small business! Let's talk about beer slushies!!! Honestly it's one of my favorite times of the year at Two Tides. When they pull out the slushy machines. They even host a slush fest every summer! When ordering beer at Two Tides you can choose from multiple ounce options. This is one of my favorites. So I can try/have multiple beers or seltzers! I always find a new beer or seltzer to try. Because they release new beers fairly often. Two Tides is located in the Starland district. It is right next door to Starland Yard. There are many other locally owned stores and restaurants close to Two Tides which they collaborate with. Such as the street market which they co host with Superbloom a few times a year. It's a lot of fun! And a great way to support local! The taproom upstairs is unique. Because the building is a renovated two story house. There are two patio areas upstairs outdoors. Once you order your beer go and explore each room! They all have different tables and chairs for a fun vibe. There is also a small game room. Yes, there is a bathroom upstairs in the taproom too. The staff has always been personable and friendly. All are knowledgeable about the beer menu. If you have any questions or preferences just ask! They can help to steer you in the right direction. And if all else fails just get a flight and try a few beers at all at once!
google avatar

Ashley H.

Yelp
The best brewery in the area, hands down. They have some of the best IPAs and sours I've ever had. HIGHLY recommend checking them out. If you're trying to decide which one(s) to visit this should be at the top of your list.
google avatar

Phil J.

Yelp
Hands down, one of the best breweries in the southeastern US! Amazing beers, plus other options such as food and a coffee shop! The vibes are great too with lots of space to relax inside or outside. Wonderful staff always makes coming to Savannah a great time. Congratulations to Two Tides on 6 years!
google avatar

Yelp
Been coming to Savannah for about 1.5 years now looking for a home. We discovered this place and always made several return trips. Really cool place, and some of the best beer we've tasted. Love the outdoor sitting areas with the windows that you use to get out there. So cool. This was our favorite Savannah brewery but I had to drop one star due to our last visit. They no longer give you a free sample of something you're interested in, you have to buy a small pour instead. I bought 1 beer that I really didn't care for and pretty much felt like I wasted $7 when I could have tasted it and decided. Guess we scratch this one off our list. Unfortunately we can't just chance $7 a beer here and there when other places it's the norm to ask for a sample taste. Still, if you don't mind taking a chance if you'll like a beer, then go for it, you'll probably love the ambiance as much as we did. Love the little rooms you can seclude yourself to but heck, go outside, the view from the top is great for people watching.

Yelp
Two Tides is the type of brewery Savannah needed and deserved. A fantastic 30 minutes walk from the historic downtown area will bring you here. It's nestled next to Staryard, what could be better... a great brew and great outdoor food hall experience next to it! Be warned that you must walk up a steep set of stairs to enter. Once you enter, this converted house is adorable. There is a living room, a game room, dining room and outdoor porches entered via the window. It's just so cool, inside and out. The clientele are pretty chill. They tend to be older in the 35-45 range, based on my two separate visits. There was one d-nozzle who brought his kid and bad mouthed the beer. He was from Florida by way of NJ, so that pretty much said it all. Thankfully, his friend hated him too and suggested they get back to their hotel when he read the room of our disdain for his pal. Thank you friend, Eli! The beers are quite tasty. The bartender walked us thru them and I got the porter. It was a 8.5/10. Really spectacular if you like a dark brown beer. My husband also got a porter but his was more dessert like. He really liked his as well. I'm so glad this funky brewery is here in Savannah. It's a bit of an unknown gem and I like it that way! See website for location, hours and more details.

Yelp
This brew pub has several rooms in an old but refurbished building, with nice furniture and a unique and pleasant ambiance. The beers are excellent. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but if you don't mind walking a block or two you can find street parking.
google avatar

Poliala W.

Yelp
Helpful staff, wonderful setting, great beer! A great space to spend some time with friends enjoying good drinks and awesome food from the trucks downstairs. 10/10 recommend.
google avatar

Jen B.

Yelp
Navigating the parking situation was a little stressful, but it was worth it! The day we went, the downstairs was closed. The upstairs was so fun and cool. If this place were local, I'd be there all of the time. The sours were on point... multivocal, chromatose, careless contact... yummmm and I tried face the facts... also so delicious! The place is divided up into little rooms and you can climb out the window and sit on a balcony... again, loved it!

Brad F.

Yelp
THE BEST IPA's in the south. Been several times and never disappoints. If you're chasing haze bombs, stop here. Absolute the best in Savannah and possible the south.
google avatar

John K.

Yelp
Looking for a brewery in Savannah and came across this little gem. It's in a converted old house with the tasting room upstairs. They have a lot of IPAs, mostly hazy/NE style. The porter I had was really good. Each room of the upstairs is another sitting area. One has a few pinball machines in it. There is a patio/balcony in the front and the back. Would definitely go back on my next trip to Savannah.
google avatar

James D.

Yelp
They do flights! Flights of 4 are like 13 bucksish after tax. Overall, the Savannah beer seen is less than meh and certainly has a lot, and I mean, A LOT of work to do to be anywhere near the beer scene of say Charleston or Charlotte. Saying this, we found TT, to be worth a stop. They're doing a handful of IPA's and sours with a couple darkies thrown in as well. Beers are solid and prices aren't too crazy; most pints checking in about 7 bucks plus tax. Take a look at the pics to see that they renovated an old house and set up a bunch of different rooms for drinking. Very unique and we loved the environment! Music playing throughout...funk and classic rock with tunes from Zepellin and AC/DC. Loved it! And it wasn't too loud; just the right volume. No food or drink served here, but the wifi is strong and free, just like 'Merica and the setup and color palette of this place is killer. It's BYOF, bring your own food here. Street parking all around and a sweet food truck lot just behind the brewery (called Starland Yard) that opens late in the afternoon. Mostly interior seating except just a few chairs on a balcony out back. This is simply a very fun place to sip and chill.
google avatar

Erin S.

Yelp
Two Tides is so unique! It's in an old home and they did a great job preserving that homey feel. They have pinball machines, porches, and several different rooms for hanging out. It's great for day drinking or even getting some work done, like a better and more fun coffee shop. We got Covered in Cat Hair, a double dry-hopped DIPA, and How Much Cheese is Too Much Cheese, a chocolate-covered strawberry cheesecake sour with lactose. I'm normally not a huge fan of sours, but this one was so good. Apparently the lactose makes it less sour-y. We absolutely loved Two Tides for the atmosphere and the beer and would definitely go back.
google avatar

José A.

Yelp
I really liked the place, but the vibe just wasn't there... A very unique taproom indeed, located on the second floor of the building they use (the entire first floor contains all of their brewing equipment) when you get to the top you find yourself as if entering someone's home. Except, that home has a decent little bar with several rooms to go to. Apparently, I got there at just the right time as I was able to belly up to the bar and choose their 11th Anniversary IPA (which was very tasty, BTW). However, trying to find a place to sit was a whole 'nuther matter. There are several rooms you can go to, but each room was already occupied by family and friends of the different groups who were attending the location at that particular time and day. So, walking in, finding a place to sit (among strangers who knew each other) was awkward to say the least. The place doesn't lend itself well to the weary and lone traveler - it's best to come here with a squad (as the kids nowadays say...)

Yelp
Best beer in Savannah!! We love the variety they have to offer especially the fruity and sour beers! Cool Environment and dog friendly!!!

Kristine K.

Yelp
Eclectic, interesting place to stop and have a drink at. Drink menu had many tempting options to try, as did the beer choices. For sure, go upstairs and climb out a window to enjoy your drink on the balcony!
google avatar

Aimee F.

Yelp
We absolutely loved this brewery! The beer was SO GOOD and so unique. They had a lot of options. They also had coffee and other drinks you if you don't do beer. They had outdoor seating and the indoor seating was unique (it is in a house with different rooms). The service was also fast and parking on the street was easy. Loved it here!!
google avatar

Chun P.

Yelp
This is definitely for the locals and not the tourists...its a little bit of drive away from downtown Savannah, but not far. At night the outside, it doesn't look like much of this old house converted to microbrewery. Once you're inside, its a bright art filled and colorful place to drink some good beers. There's a game room, outdoor patio, a pinball machine room, and a variety of places just to chill. They had 12+ different kind of beers on tap, enough to satisfy every palate. Bartenders are friendly, and the crowd is chill.
google avatar

Rachel T.

Yelp
Wow, I am not really a beer drinker, but I am obsessed with this cute little brewery! It's around the corner from Starland Yard. We were visiting Savannah, and my friend that loves craft beer found this place. The whole brewery is in an old house. We walked into the house and up the stairs. The tasting room was small, and the workers were super friendly. They offered different size pours or flights. Sours are their specialty. I sampled four of the sours, and loved all of them! My favorite was the "fluff motif" that had flavors of blueberry, dragonfruit, pink guava, and coconut, with marshmallow, almond, and vanilla. The acid house was my other favorite (Complex with added notes of raspberry and peach with a hint of a milk chocolate from the coffee). The space itself was really cool - each room was a private lounge area. We had a group of 9, so the room with couches, stools, and chairs was perfect. There was really cool artwork, and a record player. I would definitely visit this brewery next time I go to Savannah, and I also want to check to see if they ship their beer. Everyone in the group really loved it!
google avatar

Alex G.

Yelp
Good beer. Cute ambiance. Atmosphere - right behind Starland Yard in the heart of Savannah it's a little bar that offers a nice quick stop and sip option for beer. Food - no food. Drink - the beers are usually sours or IPAs and all taste fantastic. They're unique and are constantly rotating out so try them while you can. Service - everyone is nice. If you go to the smol bar that they own located on the first level in the alley it has great bartenders. Price - it's hipster so it's a bit expensive but what you can assume out of a craft beer joint. Worth a stop.
google avatar

Alexandra L.

Yelp
We finally ventured out of the touristy part of Savannah and found this awesome little brewery!! It's setup in an old house that they converted into a brewery. They have separate rooms with couches and tables so you can hang with friends and sip on the beers they offer. They also have a room with pinball machines! I tried one of their sour beers and I loved it. The bartenders were great and helped me pick out beers based on what I liked. This is a must try brewery if you are looking for some new places to try in Savannah.

John B.

Yelp
Best beer in Savannah. Only issue is they are a touch full of themselves. You're brewing beer not curing polio. Having said that, glad to have an upper echelon brewer available. It's no Parish or Fidens but it's very good.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
Excellent craft brewery in central Savannah! Well done beers - will definitely seek them out on my next visit. Look forward to them figuring out a way to better integrate into Starland Yard, which would be a win-win. Only heads up of any concern I would offer is that their pub isn't well configured for people who show up on their own to just enjoy a pint or two. The layout very much caters to groups (which are of varying ages and sizes), however.

Yelp
Of all the breweries we visited on our trip to Charleston and Savannah, Two Tides was my favorites by far! The venue might not be right downtown where all the crowds and many of the popular (and some of the overrated) businesses are located, but it's only a short Uber, and was well worth the trip. They also had a few options of "to go" beer in cans, and go with me it did. The ENTRANCE is a bit confusing - look for an overly COLORFUL OUTSIDE STAIRCASE, as the 2ND FLOOR is where you want to be. (First floor is just where all the magic happens, but not where the purchasable tastiness resides.) The beer.... Some good stuff there! They have some great IPAs on tap here. Alas - our mode of transportation home was of the flying variety, thus I couldn't take much, and what I did take didn't last very long. The venue... when you get inside, it's a broad collection of clean and artistically decorated and painted rooms. Even the bathroom was all decked out and nice. Then there's the balconies....climb out / duck through one of the big windows and you can sit outside on the 2nd floor balcony. Don't be shy...walk around. There's plenty of different spaces near where you came in as well as beyond/behind the bar area. The people.... The beertenders on-staff that day were two knowledgeable and friendly young ladies. Granted it wasn't busy, but they were very welcoming and helpful. Will I be back? Hell yea. I know I'll be back the next time we come to Savannah. That is if they haven't outgrown the space by then, but I suspect they will if they so choose (and assuming they stay consistent). Two Tides is firing on all cylinders. Fun place, cool vibe, personable employees and great beer. Smart downtown businesses should be jumping onboard ASAP, as Two Tides' beer beat most of the other local beers we had on tap at the various restaurants and bars.

Yelp
YALL MUST GO! Lovely brewery with outdoor deck, beachy rooms, and fantastic beers. Lots of street parking available in nearby blocks. It was a sunny day and we hung out on the upstairs deck. There is also a room with arcade machines, and eclectic decorations like clawfoot bathtubs and unicorn busts. Also close to murals if you want to walk around the area afterwards. We got a 4 beer flight with: 1. Sixfoot (IPA) - classic IPA, if ya like em, you'll love this 2. Aspiring Perfectionist (IPA) - loved the citrus that pops in this, I'm a fan of fruity beers and this one was great without being a sour 3. Chromatose (Sour) - classic berry sour 4. How Much Cheese is Too Much Cheese? (Sour) - if not just for the name, man is this one fun! Literally tastes like cheesecake

Yelp
Another excellent brewery in Savannah! A nice selection of about a sixteen different brews on tap. I sampled 8 of them and they were all excellent! My recommendation would be the Numberline, if you like a heavy stout; Hydrus, if you prefer an IPA; Never Tired for a lighter Kolsch; and finally the Atlantic Cooler if you lean towards a sour. Although the last is a sour, it tasted like grape jelly to me and not all that sour. I would also recommend visiting on a weeknight. We came on Saturday night and it was standing room only. Also, no food available. So eat before you visit.

Yelp
Now this place is pretty awesome! Tap room upstairs serves a nice variety of beers with several sours to choose from and others. I tried the Stumble and it was amazing. Had to have a second. It was like drinking a creamy rhubarb pie and had a great mouth feel. My husband had the Hazy IPA and said it was great also. I wish they had some "funky" offerings but not at this visit. The tap room was beyond cool. You could sit out on a balcony or choose from one of several interesting rooms. Great vibe. My only ding against them was that my husband spilled his basically full beer and they did not offer to give him a replacement on the house which would have been nice. We will definitely go back because the beer was on point.
