The 25 Best Restaurants In Berlin - Berlin - The Infatuation

"There aren’t many places where we’d happily fork out over €15 for scrambled eggs, but the ones at Two Trick Pony —doused in creme fraiche and fermented chilli oil, and littered with basil, tarragon, and dill—are the best we’ve ever had. But they do more than eggs, and the three-cheese toastie and pineapple margaritas are our favorite routes to and from a big night out. There’s always a long line of groups regaling tales from the night before, and couples making morning-after small talk while queuing outside this popular brunch spot on the edge of Tempelhofer Feld. Snagging a table on weekend mornings is a feat not to be underestimated." - olivia ladanyi

Two Trick Pony has been my favorite café since day one. Exceptionally good food, outstanding service, and truly excellent coffee. The menu changes often, always creative, always delicious, and the portions are spot-on. The team is warm, attentive, and just incredibly friendly — rare in Berlin and the main reason I keep coming back. Great for kids, too. In summer, its such a beautiful and peaceful vibe to sit outside across the beautiful cemetery at the start of Bergmannstraße; in winter, it’s cozy and welcoming inside. An absolute unique spot. My number one café in the city.

My usual go to spot when I’m in the area. Food is consistently on point with great flavour combinations and sauces. Their menu changes seasonally. Drinks are also stellar. Cappuccino and flat white are 👌🏽 Service is warm and quick. They have English menus too. They provide water and refill the jug when it’s empty. Really appreciate level of attentiveness. Working my way through the menu, but everything has been delicious so you can’t go wrong. Recos: green smoothie, eggs & chard, tomato tonnato, breakfast bun Seating indoors and outside. Not as busy on the weekdays. Definitely worth a visit!

Been here many many times and never ceases to impress me. Their newly revamped fry-up (I swapped the bacon for halloumi) is a revelation - a refreshing take on a classic. The service is always top notch and the coffee is great. Shoutout to Gary and Jason. 2trick is an integral part of bergmannkiez - special place!

I travelled an hour to get here, but I'll happily travel again. Top notch! We had to wait a bit (Saturday 11am), but it was just 10 minutes, staff was super friendly and it was even possible to have a coffee while waiting. Kudos! My foodie South African friend found the fry up to be superb, which saying more than that I found it superb too. My flat white was also excellent, but that is less of a surprise in 2025 than it would have been 10 years ago.

We ate brunch last weekend. Lovely staff and very attentive - when asked for glutenfree bread they immediately followed up if there is an alergy risk to determine the precautions required. Food was yummy and glutenfree bread was tasty too. Only my coffee was very bitter

Very cool place with lovely and relaxed atmosphere. We had to wait 10 minutes to get our table but the staff was kind and there was a designated area with benches where you could wait so I felt they were very organised. The staff is super cute and smiley. The menu has some very curious options that you can only find here, but still keeps a couple classics on the menu. I’ve tried the breakfast bun and the eggs were perfectly soft and creamy and the bun was crunchy. I suggest giving a try to their drinks / juices, I’ve tried the watermelon lemonade which tasted delicious. the vibe is very local and cool, it’s nice to look around and feel the Berliner youngsters vibe. Me and my friends loved it here. Also, on a Saturday come to brunch and then you can have a walk around the Saturday street market and see the gorgeous gothic church just next to the brunch place. We would have loved to have a sweet brunch option such as pancakes or similar to share as a dessert so maybe I would suggest adding one option of this kind for the brunch lovers who do not stop at 1 dish just like me and my friends. Overall, this place is a must and everyone should try it❤️

Wonderful! The food is always creative, generous and wondeful, the type of things that give you cravings and you just need to go back. Excellent service. Gorgeous surroundings: my favourite weekend kick off plan in Berlin remains Two Trick Pony + the cementery near it. One of the best brunch places I’ve ever been to.

Sunny brunch place that gets quite crowded, especially in the opening time. The food is good. In particular the cheese toast is better than other places thanks to the type of cheeses and the addition of smoked ham. Staff is efficient and the price is a bit steep but the portions are good. Card payments accepted.
