Twr y Felin Hotel

A special birthday, made even more magical by the amazing staff. Absolutely beautiful hotel.....myself and my husband stayed for three nights over a weekend in Jan 2026 for my 70th birthday, and I couldn't have asked for more. We were greeted by a lovely, smiling receptionist (who I think was possibly called Fiona), who said that we had been given a complimentary upgrade, and explained everything we needed to know about using the hotel facilities, where breakfast would be, checked our reservations for that evening's meal, and the Sunday lunch that we had booked. She then showed us to our room, and explained where everything was etc. We had a balcony with a table and two chairs on it, with a lovely view of St Brides Bay. The food we had was amazing, for both breakfasts, lunch, and dinner, and at the the end our first evening's dinner, I was given a birthday present - a lovely wooden Welsh Love Spoon. On returning to our room after dinner, there was a birthday card on one of the tables, and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Our room was booked on a 3 for the price of 2 offer, but we did not feel that the service we got was any less less than any full paying customer, and we would highly recommend a stay at Twr Y Felin Hotel.

The hotel had only just opened after Christmas and they were using a temporary kitchen / only doing breakfast as the kitchen itself was out of action as it was being refurbished. That was all made clear upfront. Within the limitations of that we had a lovely stay. The room had a great view, was clean, the bathroom was great, the bed was comfy, the staff were lovely, the breakfast was delicious. The location was great - St David's an easy walk one way and straight on to the coastal path / beach the other.

Excellent. Stayed here for New Year's Eve. The staff were very accommodating as we had arrived early. The rooms are lovely ;spacious and immaculate. There was a personalised welcome card and complimentary Prosecco in the room on arrival. The hotel was very atmospheric and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return.

My wife and I have just had a fantastic stay at Twr Y Felin Hotel for our anniversary. We were delighted to be able to check in early, were upgraded to a beautiful room and enjoyed a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. Although the restaurant was shut due to refurbishment this didn’t impact our stay as there are so many options within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed exclusive use of the spa and the breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to Alison, Chloe and the lady in the spa whose name I never caught for an extra special stay. We look forward to returning.

This was the third or fourth time I’ve stayed at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff are attentive and try to accommodate guests wherever possible and the rates represent excellent value in my opinion. Add in the proximity to St David’s and its quiet location and I’d recommend Twr Y Felin to anyone. The EV charging points (free to use) are an added bonus!

After a long drive from our inland location we were looking forward to being by the sea.|The lounge is weird with bedrooms lining the wall so no sign of the sea. Plastic plants dominate.|Our room overlooked the car park. An upgrade to a seaview room would have cost £150 extra per night! The rooms are well appointed and large.|The restaurant is also minus a sea view. Albeit very tastefully decorated.|The staff are lovely.|The dinner menu is strange. The only potato on offer is mash. Steak and mash doesn't really do it for me. The food is expensive and you are forced to pay £6 for carrots or green veg or leave hungry.|Breakfast was good. Cooked to order.|It is a short walk into town where we caught our first glimpse of the sea.

I honestly don’t have enough superlatives for Twr Y Felin. From the moment we pulled up, I knew we were in for something special. The hotel is stunning – beautiful, sleek, modern contemporary art interiors that somehow still feel warm and welcoming. ||Our room was so beautiful, clean and spacious with a separate bathroom with bath and shower down a small set of stairs.||The little touches were spot on.||What really sets Twr Y Felin apart, though, is the service. Every single person we met was genuinely warm, attentive, and made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble – from the warm welcome to the thoughtful little extras (like the handwritten birthday card left in the room).||We left feeling completely relaxed and spoilt. St Davids is already magical, but staying at Twr Y Felin turned a lovely trip into an unforgettable one. We’re already plotting our return. If you’re looking for a truly special place to stay in Pembrokeshire, this is it. Five stars isn’t enough – I’d give it six if I could!||Highly, highly recommend.

Words simply are not enough to describe how outstanding we found this hotel to be. From the moment we arrived, the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the staff to us was exemplary. They went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible while we celebrated a milestone birthday. We received the most warming of welcomes. We were touched to find a birthday card and a chilled bottle of fizz waiting in our room on arrival, such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the entire stay. Every member of staff we encountered was of the highest calibre: attentive, respectful, and dedicated to upholding the very best standards. The surroundings are every bit as beautiful as the service, and the combination made our visit truly memorable. This was not just a stay, but an experience we will always cherish. We will definitely make a return visit. We cannot recommend Twr y Felin Hotel highly enough.
