All the staff are lovely, friendly & go out there way to help you. I have been to this clinic for years now and always the best service. Andrea is so lovely. Love my new glasses and the eye prescription always great. Couldn’t thank them enough.

Been attending Tynedale for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. With a warm, friendly welcome from Gwen Christine & Hannah, you’re treated with courtesy & respect throughout your consultation. I had the pleasure of meeting a different optician this visit, Mr Simpson, who after finding a problem, he did what he needed to there and then to save me going back, which resulted in my routine appointment running over by well over an hour. However this did not pose a problem for the staff as they were intent on reaching a conclusion before I left that day. I have just been to collect my glasses and as always I was met with a cheery greeting and a smile. I have, and would strongly recommend. Thank you all at Tynedale.

I can’t understand all the negative comments but this was my first visit today and I only have good things to say. From the minute I stepped through the door Hannah greeted me with such professionalism and she kept me at ease with the first couple of tests. Then the test itself with the optician was extensive and well carried out. Then back to Hannah to take some more details then to choose the new glasses. The whole experience took an hour so wasn’t rushed at all. Would recommend 💯 % 😊😊

The low reviews left, only confirms my experience here. As soon as I said I would like to escalate the matter the the local area team, which is like a body above opticians they kept saying I was rude. I was not rude in any way and all because I feel I have been definitley ripped off now as an explanation was not valid and I would definitely not be going into a store that lied about my character on the phone. I have paid for glasses that sit somewhere that puts the phone down and believe me I am not leaving it here as I feel something don't sound right to me.

Just popped in today and wasn't very friendly shop.staff were not as nice as normal. Could not get any replacement frames to replace two pairs of Glasses. And would be nice to be greeted like the regular ladies........... am looking to go somewhere else even though I've been there since 2015.

Having just come from the Newcastle Eye Centre and in need of immediate attention I went straight to Tynedale Eye Clinic. i was swiftly dealt with by Christine who could not have been more helpful and attentive.
