The security staff professional they work hard deal with the traffic load I do a pretty good job there's plenty of room in this place just follow the directions the shipping office is in the corner there at the end of the loading docks Social Security where to go for the type of business you have there

Best Tyson facility I have ever been to. Showed up three hours early for a delivery at 4:30 AM was given door immediately and unloaded within an hour. Then I also had a pick up at the same facility scheduled for 10 PM the same day. They loaded me Immediately after I was unloaded. In and out of this place in three hours with a delivery and a pick up.

The guy at the gate shack was nice, personable, and competent. The woman and check was nice and was given a dock at once. Over three hrs later, I was told that there is something wrong with the dock and I would have to move to another one. The dock, in question, has a truck being unloaded in it. You have to wait until they are done with that one. I'll miss picking up my next load thanks to their incompetence.

Was unloaded very quickly and they let me stay for my 10 in the overflow lot staff very friendly will would definitely come back! Coming in the guard shack told me 4 hours early Is there limit

There’s a Loves a mile down the road. This place is also called “Macon Mixing Center” You best hurry up and wait when it comes to the guard shack, you will be waiting around 15-30 mins just to move along. For drop n hooks they will give you a lot number to pick up or drop off trailer. Shipping/Receiving is next to Door #1 I had an appointment time for 23:59 the shipping/receiver office told me they had in their system 0800 the next day. Idk who goofed up my dispatcher or them. When I came back the next day same process at the guard shack, TAKING FOREVER!!!! My drop n hook was ready to go.

Fast, friendly, and professional. In and out with no delays. Huge lot, easy docking. Great lounge with bathrooms and vending. Lost a star due to no overnight parking for non-Tyson drivers.

3 loads out of here in a month. Every load went from a drop and hook to a live load once arrived. Took 5-8 hours each time to get a door and loaded. Ridiculous way to run a shipping office. Nothing is ever ready and drivers forced to waste the day and time waiting on incompetent workers.

Tyson management, why do you hold OTR drivers hostage for over 8 hours to offload your product. From one Tyson plant to another. This makes no sense. I have watched all day , your drivers come and go. I have seen other drivers check in at guard shack and get a door. You need to work on your receiving. Drivers pack a lunch and your dinner.
