U Khao Yai

We are currently staying at U Khao Yai and loved it so much that we extended our stay for another night. The property has a world-class charm that is truly magnificent. The European-style architecture, beautifully manicured gardens and peaceful lake setting create a magical atmosphere. It feels less like a hotel and more like a private retreat. We spent the day visiting several temples in the area, and returning to U Khao Yai in the evening felt like coming back to calm and serenity. My fiancée Sunny was so happy after our temple visits, and being able to relax here afterwards made the experience even more special. The entire environment encourages you to slow down and simply enjoy where you are. The rooms are elegant and extremely comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a great selection. A special mention must go to the staff, who have been outstanding. In particular, Name (yes, that really is his name!) in the dining room was absolutely wonderful on both evenings we had dinner. He was attentive, warm, professional and genuinely caring. Service like that makes a stay memorable. U Khao Yai is something quite unique — refined, peaceful and beautifully presented. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality retreat experience in Khao Yai.

Hidden in a smaller cluster of resorts, away from the main belt is this beautiful hotel. When booking it I had some apprehensions but when we arrived, wow, these disappeared as it was so beautiful despite been further in. We love the staff like wonderful Miss Fai who checked us in efficiently n others included superb Miss Game from Papillon Rest. They made our stay wonderful. We were so contended n could have stayed even longer had we not need to travel to Hua Hin. The room was cleaned n big, well appointed too. Bed was comfortable n pillows great for good sleep. What stood out from all other hotels I ever stayed was the beautifully curated n maintained garden. Full of various blooms n even a small decorative fountain. A walk after dinner or even under the hot noon sun was restorative. There are various amenities. All in all, a wonderful stay. A little warning though, you need to drive, as like in other Khao Yai resorts. A short drive is Banchanngnam Massage n its next door fantastic Thai Rest. Or to the various Flower Markets n Strawberry Farms. Enjoy the beautiful environment. Thank you U Khao Yai.

I was very impressed with the hotel environment and facilities. There were very nice view and comfy. The staff were freindly and good service mind. The breakfast was varieties and good taste ever ! However, I was mentioned that this was my birthday trip and I was there on my birthday. But no any recognition or mentioned about it. A bit disappoited.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staffs are so friendly & welcoming towards all the guests. Breakfast variety limited but it is enough, they have many choices of beverages and egg selection which you dont get at other hotels. The location is quite rural, you need to have car to travel out at night.

We stayed at U Khao Yai and overall it was a nice experience. The garden area is really beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the extra bed we paid for was very hard and honestly quite uncomfortable to sleep on. But the breakfast staff were super attentive and friendly, which we really appreciated. They made the mornings feel warm and welcoming.

This is one of the most fantastic places in the area. Beautifully executed gardens, delicious food, super comfy bedrooms, all surrounded by nature. It feels kinda surreal, even. We loved all of it and it's worth the trip from Bangkok, no doubts.

A recommended place for a retreat! My family planned a holiday trip to Khao Yai, and my first impression of this hotel was the outstanding hospitality. The staff truly deliver 5-star service with their warm welcome — everyone greets you with a smile wherever you go. The room was spotless and decorated in a charming vintage style. At first, our room was on the second floor and located at the corner of the building, so we didn’t get much of the mountain view. The next day, I asked the receptionist if we could change rooms for a better scenery, and the staff kindly arranged a new room for us. This time, it was on the third floor with a beautiful view of Khao Yai Mountain. After check-in, the staff introduced us to the hotel’s app, which is convenient for ordering room service, booking transportation, and scheduling spa services. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try these features. On our second day, there was a live violin performance in the backyard near the swimming pool. We enjoy the music right from our room’s terrace. The only downside I can think of is the breakfast service. The dining area gets crowded between 8–9 AM, and arriving late may leave you without a place to sit. Also, the variety of breakfast items could be improved.

Very memorable place for our family to visit. The staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel looks luxurious and very stylish. Feeling warm at our hearts to stay there. Special thank to khun Nim who drove very far to send my son to visit doctor at the hospital. Looking forward to going back again. ขอบคุณมากครับ
