Very good food and very friendly staff! We had a great evening here. special thanks for the sommelier who gave us a very detailed explanation of the wines and some nice locations to visit on Corsica.

We had a nice 3 course dinner, the food was very delicious and presented nicely. The waiters were really friendly and attentive. Scenic view on the bay of Santa Giulia from the table.

Wonderful restaurant right on the water. Located in Santa Giulia. Ate in the formal dinning area outside. Not sure if I liked the views or the food better - couldn’t do better on either. The service was first class and the staff were knowledgeable and knew how to spoil you. Really enjoyed the amuse bouche that was served with each course. Had the pigeon and the amberjack both of which were wonderful (didn’t know I liked pigeon). To say their winelist is extensive is an understatement. Lots and lots of Corsican wines as well as non Corsican. Oh and a shout out to how they went out of their way to make a gluten free dessert for us. Don’t miss if you are anywhere near the area.

We had dinner at U santa Marina (a coté plage). We had a nice relaxed time there. The food was great, and the atmosphere relaxed. The service was great, the staff were pro active and happy, and our waitress was great. The price of food we had was correct, plus it had a nice view of the beach. We would recommend this restaurant.

SPECTACULAR DINING EXPERIENCE The location, standard of cookery and presentation of all courses were wonderful. Culinary surprises within all 10 courses. 3 establishments share the same telephone line so when booking specifically mention ‘Gastronomic’ to save any embarrassment such as we experienced. Top tip a pashmina or jacket is required on the veranda.

One of the most superb meals I’ve had! Truly! Such interesting little gastronomic creations between courses, the lamb and black garlic, Tuna appetizer, chocolate dessert, peach preserves dessert and the bread with olive oil butter stood out the most! And the service was beyond excellent! An incredible place and easy to get a reservation! Be warned that it’s very expensive, but well worth it!

Unexpected Gastronomic Gem with a Thoughtful Touch What a delightful surprise! We accidentally booked the gastronomic restaurant instead of the more casual brasserie or the poolside bar—pro tip: double-check where you reserve and maybe dust off that nice outfit. The evening started with a series of beautiful amuses that really set the tone, followed by a flawless meal. I had langoustines that were just divine, and the sweet guacamole with nori and mango for dessert was a bold, playful twist that totally worked. There was even a predessert (because one dessert is never enough, right?) and an extensive drinks menu that made choosing a wine almost as much fun as the meal itself. What really stood out was how considerate the staff were with one of our pregnant tablemates—adapting dishes without a fuss and making her feel totally included. If you’re after an evening full of little surprises and genuine hospitality, this spot is a winner!

We payed 400 euros FOR NOTHING. The service was good and I don’t have any problem with them. They were nice, kind and helpful. They had very slow service we needed to spend there 4 hours almost to finish our dinner. The food was very bad, lots of attention to how they look and less attention to the taste. The food was less than mediocre. We saw the reviews and everybody said that is the best place in Porto vecchio. They meant probably the other place on the water. The gastronomic restaurant was horrible! They have three places in one location with the same name. That’s why we were confused, we ate with pleasure only the bread because it was the only nice thing in the table. Also the guy with the wines was very good and he suggested very nice wines.
