Ubatuba Acai

I like the concept of just charging one price and then adding as many toppings as you like. The flavor was good and bowl toppings were plenty. I’d come back here again.

The food was very delicious. Park was not a problem. Was able to find parking in the garage. I ordered 2 one for my and my partner. A large order with many topics compared to other places. I recommend and would come back to order.

I especially appreciate how fresh the fruit tasted, the convenient location, and the cold water available for us! My only negative comment is that it was pretty hot in the store, hotter than it was outside! It wasn’t unbearable, but I wasn’t expecting the exterior to be cooler considering the location is surrounded by pavement.

I went with my daughter and left very happy because the service I received from Isabella and Edward was top-notch. They kindly explained the ingredients to us and gave us ideas on how we could mix them to get a better flavor. They also gave us a taste of one of the ingredients. It was a completely different experience than the first time we went. On that occasion, the staff who served me were completely different people. They pressured me to hurry up and order. I didn't feel welcome, and they weren't friendly either. From now on, whenever I'm there, I'll only buy if I see Isabella and Edward working. Otherwise, I'll get out of there!

Wanted to go to bluebird but this place was closer instead by my friends house. I got half Pitaya and then half açaí and it was delicious - you order it like chipotle style when you order. I got mostly everything and you can choose as you please which was cool. Service was attentive and made sure all the ingredients made it to the bowl. It is a bit hot in there, wish they had an AC on or something that weekend

food: ubatuba is now serving premium ceremonial grade matcha that is build your own! probably one of the best matcha lattes in OC! would def recommend trying their matcha. you get to customize the matcha latte to your own liking. the acai bowl that they offer are all made with fresh fruits & fresh ingredients. the toppings are limitless. the acai is very refreshing. service: the service was friendly & efficient. they also don't have long lines which is great if you're in the mood for something quick. they are also environmentally friendly and use recycled material for their cups. ambiance: plenty of indoor seating and they also have outdoor seating. it's definitely very spacious and perfect place to get together with friends

I was looking for a new study spot and came across this place. It's spacious, has a few outlets, and isn't nearly as crowded as most coffee shops in the OC. On top of that, the acai bowls itself is delicious. The unlimited toppings are a huge plus, and the agave coconut base is so unique and tasty--definitely something I hadn't tried before and loved!

Yuta helped me today so nice here everyone. And I just learned something amazing about this place. They actually donate to the turtles in Brazil to help them. I think that's absolutely amazing so they always have turtles in their place because they help the turtles. Wow that makes me like this place even more, they always smile here the friendliest service ever I love their acai bowls. They're so healthy and delicious. I can't eat a whole lot cause I just got a root canal, but I wanted something. I haven't been here in a while. This place is amazing. Favorite açaí please to go to. The service behind the counter is also nice and quick. The place is always clean. You can customize how much açaí you want in the bowl. I preferred 3/4 full because I like less toppings sometimes and want more açaí. The fruit it always fresh and looks good. The honey almond oats are my favorite. They are sweeter than the hemp but not too sweet. This is the only açaí place that I will go to.

The new obsession with Açai Bowls is so real!! This was brunch since no time to get my vitamin D (Donuts) this morning lol!! My first Açai Bowl was from Ubatuba at a Yelp event. I had to try it again. I got the Large which was $17.99. This was a lot but yeahhh... I love this stuff so I finished the whole thing. Omg, soooo delicious!! Idk what it is but it's just so addicting!! I daydream about this seductive bowl w Açai base, topped w hemp and granola, w a variety of fruit and honey drizzle, all day long!! I can't explain the feeling but I keep coming back for this over and over and over since it's soooo euphoric!! The flavors and texture contrast are so well put together, it's just so amazing!! Also tried a Mac n Cheese empanada and the Beyond Jalapeno empanada. The Mac n Cheese was ok. The Beyond Jalapeno empanada was fire!!! The texture of the Beyond meat was pretty close to shredded meat which was impressive!! The flavor was scrumptious and I would definitely get this again!! Chimichurri was good too. The hot sauce tasted like Valentina and was delish w the empanadas. The girls were very nice here. They were so helpful. Parking is inside a parking structure. I ended up parking at the college campus since I didn't know where to park. Overall, another great Açai experience to satisfy my craving.

If you're into the sweeter açaí, this is the spot! Although I find this place overpriced, it's certainly an açaí option to consider! The location was really clean and gave island vibes! I appreciated how patient and helpful the staff was! Additionally, they offer an order of a unique cheese bread as an incentive for leaving a review, which is a nice gesture!

Built our own large acai bowl which came out to be around $19. Delicious acai and fresh fruit! They really stacked on the toppings too. Extremely filling as well. Located at the edge of Downtown Fullerton with plenty of parking in the parking garage.

My favorite acai place. Their bowls are delicious. Everything always tastes fresh and there is a good variety of topping choices. The smoothies are my favorite. The protein machine and ubatuba smoothie are personal favorites. My friend loves their empanadas. Its also fun that they have an option to get a small kids scoop size of the base by itself. Im pretty small, 5'2', and sometimes you want to have some acai but you don't really feel like purchasing a whole meal size. Casual open space with a decent amount of seating. Never had An issue getting parking in the structure. The staff are always really helpful and polite here. I also really love the wooden spoons available as disposable cutlery. Eco friendly and extra props for lowing your plastic waste footprint. Best spot.

Edward made my girlfriend and I an amazing bowl! Was a little nervous to come right before coming as expected with any establishment but was beyond surprised with the service! Fruit and toppings were still fresh and our bowl was delicious! Thank you Edward!

I'm a fan!! I recently went to this business after seeing someone check in here. There are so many acai places around that I want it to be a winner. This is one of my favorite ones so far. There are varieties of bowls, bases for the bowls, smoothies, even savory items such as cheese bread and empanadas to hit your salty tooth as well. I love the variety of topping options when it comes to fruit, drizzles, everything. I love the fresh flavors you get with the acai as well.

Love that this place is so close to me! The employees are always very nice and welcoming. I love that you can create your own bowl with whatever toppings you want. Plenty of seating inside, and a few tables outside. Love the music choice they have as well, very laidback. The bowls are a decent size, three different sizes. I usually get the small size and I can't ever finish it. The fruit and variety of toppings always look fresh and the area is kept clean so I know I am eating a great and healthy product.

I've been living under a rock because I'm just now finding out that there's an Ubatuba in OC!? I love the consistency of the açaí here, it's like a thick sorbet and love that it doesn't melt quickly at all!! The açaí isn't too sweet or tart either. I also really like that they have nutella as one of their topping options here, açaí and nutella are such a game changer and goes so well together!! Staff was friendly and helpful! There are a couple of small tables available inside. Parking wise, there's a parking structure with free 2 hr parking right next to the storefront!

I went to Ubatuba allll the time in high school and even though it was sprinkling out, it was still nice to get an acai bowl at an old-favorite spot. It was pretty empty for a Tuesday (christmas eve) afternoon. They were having a half-off special on bowls, so my sister and I each got a small one. Didn't catch the workers names, but they were very efficient and kind. It was a yummy treat! Unsure if I'll return because their prices really aren't my favorite, but it's good to know they're still doing well!

I have only had one acai bowl in my life, and it was pretty basic (but still good). Seeing Ubatuba regularly but never trying it out has been a mistake of mine. Yuta and Edward were very welcoming as soon as we got inside. Immediately shared that they can make us our own custom bowls, and that we are welcome to sample their bases to find what we like most. I ultimately went with a mix of the acai and pitaya. The topping choices come in a wide variety. I added almond granola, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, honey, and some chia seeds (I forgot to get bananas). Overall it was a pretty tasty bowl, solid balance of the base and fruit toppings. End result: I feel as though I ate a healthier alternative to other options out there, I did not feel weighed down, and my curiosity was satisfied. The price is a little steep per bowl, but its likely the average. In addition, the quality is there, so your dollars are going to a good cause.. There are tables to enjoy your snack/meal indoors, very clean facility, child and adult friendly for sure.

I like that this acai place lets you sample the bases. The agave coconut base was delicious! The acai itself was on the thicker side and fairly bland with not much acai/earthy flavor, which I hoped there was more of. Otherwise, they have a good variety of toppings and fruits. I love that they include kiwi and mango as fruit options.

I have never finished a açaí bowl, flavors always seemed off but the fruit were all so ripe and I think the Nutella really set it off. One thing I have never had in mine was overnight oats and that sounded so good to add into the base. The ladies working were very nice and attentive to anything we needed. I very much enjoyed the bowl and I will for sure come back to try more. They have very bright colors and they play Latin music which was cool to sit and vibe while we ate.

If you're on the hunt for a refreshing and healthy treat, Ubatuba Açaí won't leave you disappointed. This local joint is serving up some of the most delicious acai around. The flavors are a mix of both authentic Brazilian acai, with a unique American flair. I specifically love that you have the option to customize your bowl at one set price. I love a smorgasbord of options, so I never pass on any of the fruit. My bowl is also topped with crunchy granola, sweet agave, and a number of super foods for gut health. The chocolate drizzle might be one of the most unique additions at Ubatuba. I can't name another acai spot with chocolate on tap. Love this spot and their unique sweet acai options.

I get a thin layer of coconut sorbet and honey almond granola with all the fruits, almond butter, honey Chia, coconut flaxseed, Goji berries, pumpkin seeds, almonds, Chia seeds. They are very friendly. They have fresh water to drink for customers and places to sit inside and outside.

Simply love this place. Go here often and staff is always friendly; açaí bowls are always yummy.

Travel all the way from Lakewood and my som prefers this over blue bowl now. Always fresh always consistent and staff is friendly hlad to hear there will be one in lomg beach :)

Cute little place to get a acai bowl. My daughter found on Tik Toc she enjoyed it. Looks like they sell smoothies here also. I liked that there was a parking structure for easy parking (2 hour minimum). Owner/server was super nice! Not impressed with seating area but goes well with the college crowds and to go !

So many variety toppings and decent portions. I love the coconut base it's refreshing and creamy. The acai was okay personally , it was overly sweet.

Shame on you if you eat mediocre smoothie bowls and call them açaí bowls. This place is the TRUTH. I've been coming here for years, and have even drove to Claremont location when this one is closed lol. The best.

My favorite place for acai bowl. They have so many options for base and toppings, and they let me add almost everything in. They also have really good cheese bread! Also, the service is really good. The staff is so nice and kind to me!

We got Acai Bowls and they were so good! The workers were very friendly and patient. Lots of places to sit at indoors and there is also outdoor seating. There is also a bathroom.

I loveeee Ubatuba!! I can't believe I haven't already written them a review. The service here is so compassionate and lovely. They really care about how they're landing with their customers consistently. The flavor is divine - they have this passionfruit thing you can add to the base that is just the most delicious thing I've ever had in my life - it changes the whole flavor of your bowl. I was told it would be tart/sour but I found it to be sweet, fruity, and tropical. This location has free wifi and pleasant seating to come in and get work done. There's plenty of healthy options, as well as less healthy ones if you're in the mood for a treat. They have warm, delicious empanadas that are served with two wonderfully flavorful sauces. Both sauces are really good. Usually red spicy sauces are just spicy, but this one was flavorful as well. The prices here are wildly decent. One thing that sets Ubatuba apart from other places is they have unlimited bases and toppings which is wonderful for people that are indecisive, and also those that just like having variety like me. Beyond that, Ubtatuba offers quality as well as quantity. Some acai places do have unlimited options, but they are not as delectably enjoyable as Ubatuba. Big fan, and I hope they continue to do well and expand to reach more people!

Little gem 10 mins from us! We were looking for an açaí bowl spot that doesn't close early and stumbled upon this place, and so glad we did! The employees are super nice and they stack your bowl full of toppings! The base is also delicious and refreshing. Great 8 PM visit today!

First timers! The parking structure was convenient and made it easy to enter. Absolutely delicious and fresh offerings, very inviting space & wonderful service! Excellent team working behind the counter. It was nice to sample the bases, having unlimited toppings is crazy to me but who's complaining!? Wouldn't change a thing about how they operate here, the açaí bowls we created were an experience and so tasty! Would absolutely return, wonderful experience.

This review is based off a take out order delivered by my husband who knows never to leave his wife hangry. :) I've never been there to order myself and it was a first time for us. I was craving an açaí bowl in the middle of the night and this was the only place open near me. I'd have to say that over all the other açaí places I've been to... this one tastes the cleanest! It actually tastes like healthy fresh clean ingredients to me. Some other places tastes too sweet. Now I'm no expert. That was just my take on it. I liked how it tasted guilt free and not too sweet. And the other thing I really enjoyed about this place was that my kiwis and mangoes were diced small so that you get it with every bite. Overall I'd come back.

Everything is always fresh and made to order. They really care about the quality of their açaí they serve. Very convenient location and friendly service.

Pros: - MASSIVE portion for large cup ($15) - Fresh, juicy fruits - Fast, amazing service I was honestly shocked at how big the Large was. It's like a mini tub and they fill it to the brim with açaí and toppings. They DO NOT SKIM OUT at this place. We went to get some açaí bowls today for the first time with our kids the açaí bowls were delicious but when we were paying water spilled over my daughter as it started to leak from the ceiling tiles. There was no napkins I had to ask the young man behind the register for napkins. I told him water was falling from the ceiling and I needed something to dry my daughter. He just stared at us and handed some napkins. lol I believe other business would have apologized, gave us a discount or cleaned up to avoid a slip and fall. I will keep you posted if we go back

I didn't realize I liked açaí until coming here for an early lunch today! We ordered one large açaí bowl and one small açaí bowl. You are able to customize your bowl with as many or as little toppings as you would like. They have two granolas available (honey almond and hemp), an assortment of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and mango), several drizzles (almond butter, condensed milk, peanut butter, etc), honey and agave, as well as additional toppings (chai seeds, coconut shavings, goji berries, Oreo, flax seeds and many more!) For how much you get, I found the bowls to be reasonably priced ($16 for large and $9 for small). We also ordered the Mac n cheese empanada. It was just okay until I poured the Chimichurri sauce all over it. Then it had some flavor! I will definitely come back in the future!

Best Açai bowl place I know. They load up all of the bowls to the very top, so don't be afraid to get more toppings- they don't scam you on portions. Service was great as well.

I was honestly amazed by this place! It was my first time going to an acai spot where they make it right in front of you instead of taking 10-15 mins to make it. Service was great and it was so worth the price when you can get unlimited toppings. Will definitely be returning!

The best acai bowl I have ever had! I went 3 times in 24 hours. The quality is sooo good and there are so many options. For fellow matcha lovers, you can even do a matcha base and it tastes incredible! They also have smoothies. Parking is free and quick in the garage that is attached. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Please go check them out! You won't be disappointed!

Came across this location while I was looking for a local place to get an acai bowl. I enjoy the cleanliness of this place and how organized all the toppings were. The workers are friendly, helpful & patient. Definitely will be coming back soon! :)

Me and my wife love this place! There's not much to say more than that it's good açaí. This specific location has convenient structure parking despite being in downtown Fullerton, and the workers are efficient and helpful! They offer bases and toppings that are generally unique to Ubatuba, so you won't find anything else like it in the area!
