"The rooftop bar at The Delphi Hotel now looks like something you’d find at a Tulum resort, i.e. woven lampshades and lots of palm fronds. The cocktail list features beachy-sounding drinks, like the Street Mango with tequila, mango, and coconut cream, or the Palm Reader with avocado oil-washed tequila and green chartreuse. The food menu reads familiar with tacos, ceviche, and aguachile, but the horchata tres leches cake caught our eye. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists.
