Absolutely loved this little gem in Hackney! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, packed with flavour, and paired perfectly with their amazing coffee. The cafe itself is super clean and beautifully designed—definitely a spot where you want to sit and relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back and try the evening menu! Highly recommend!

I recently visited a charming Japanese cafe located on Clarence Road near Hackney, just a 15-20 mins walk from the Underground Station. The cafe has a lovely atmosphere, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ordered a black sesame latte, a matcha latte, a matcha cheesecake, and a teriyaki salmon dish. Everything we tried was delicious! I especially enjoyed the unique flavors of the lattes and the cheesecakes. I can't wait to return and try more of their coffee and cakes!

Everything about this place is great from the sandwiches, desserts and the drink. The breads were fresh and delicious the black sesame latte is to die for with hojicha cheesecake😋. The staff were amazing very welcoming and friendly. Try everything.

My new favourite Japanese café in town! The interior of the cafe was so well designed and contemporary, I couldn't get enough of it. The menu was well-curated with reasonable prices. I really enjoyed all the sandos and sweets we ordered, the matcha was a bit on the mild side but I liked it. The facilities were kept clean and the staff were very accommodating. Well done! Location-wise wasn't the most ideal though but the bus stop was only a few minutes walk. The café was nestled within the residential part of Hackney which made it less crowded. I'm definitely coming back ♥️

I went for the vibes!!! Such a cute and cozy Japanese café serving coffee, bakes and bites. Their hojicha latte is definitely one of the best I’ve had in London!!

This place was to die for and I’m so glad I got to finally come here. From the traditional Japanese flooring and seating, this is as authentic and modest as you can get! To avoid confusion, one side is for the cafe, other side is for the restaurant. You ask for a table and they’ll sit you down for the restaurant and for the cafe side, you queue up, get your order and wait for your buzzer. We ordered off of their menu where it’s neatly organised for starters, cold and hot mains, desserts, and then drinks. They also have a special menu on the wall displayed. I got the fried rice balls, sushi, karage and matcha chocolate pudding. My friend’s salmon avocado was amazing. Karage was crispy to perfection. I enjoyed the food a lot, packed with flavour and super moreish. The pudding was good and not too sweet. The one thing I wish they could improve on is if they had tick-off menus for each person, rather than one for the party as it gets confusing when ordering and clarifying how many portions are wanted. Would definitely recommend this place for a good Japanese cuisine experience and I definitely see myself coming back here to try their other stuff.

This is a gem in Hackney Wick! Staff are really professional, friendly and approachable. Very polite and got greeted when I stepped in to the café. The vibe of the place is really cosy and very well set. Did give that home or close community vibe. It was simple and comfortable. Vert nicely done with the decoration. There’s a great selection of pastries, sandwiches and drinks to choose. I tried the hojicha latte, chicken sando and their cream puff! All great quality and reasonably priced. I will return and try more of their selections next time.

Very cute japanese inspired coffee shops. Excellent service. The ladies and gents there were super nice. We had a french toast: yummy! They had a corner that's supposed to be the traditional japanese seating - in that area you will have to pay service charge - but i feel it's right at the entrance and given you have to tale your shoes off might not the best experience in the cold months. Overall a nice place for coffee and sweets/bites. *the place becomes a restaurant in the evening so curious to try it as well
