The food was great. We ordered roasted mallard and toasted sweetbread, and both was extremely delicious, portions are a bit small. And the desert Yuzucréme with crispy cocoa and vanilla ice should also be tried

No words to describe the beauty and the taste of the dishes! A well served a high end dishes . Every dish we order was magnificent. Start with the bread and then poached cod which was amazing . Dont miss the roasted mallard. The olive margarita of the cocktail menu was amazing. Highly highly recommend The prices are very good as compared to Copenhagen and the quality of the dishes. Uformel is a sister restaurant to the Michelin awarded formel B, the food is fantastic and the service is a bit more easy going (in a positive way). The menu consists of top quality produce and they put a solid effort into presentation of the dishes.

Frankly, very disappointing experience. Food wise, the tacos were the highlight, with the mashed potato bread being quite tasty albeit lacking in accompanying sauce. Portions are very small at a high-end price, which would not be an issue if they were brought out at a good pace allowing you to order more. However for the meal we ordered for two (pictures of all the dishes), it took around 2 hours to fully receive all of it. Not sure if it is supposed to be, but the turbot and sweetbread were cold (the latter somewhat burnt as seen in the picture). Discombobulated and poor pacing from a slow kitchen when the restaurant was not at full capacity. Staff was initially friendly (not to be confused with serviceful), but the service was overall lacking. The waitress introduced herself at the start but was constantly being rotated with others, making the whole introduction somewhat pointless. Had to constantly call for attention to request drinks, food or even the bill, whilst staff was at the bar having drinks themselves. Ordered dessert that never came, despite waiting 20mins for it. When asking for the bill it was included, so had to request it was removed... No one, not the waitress, or manager, came to inquire what happened to the dessert, apologise or even acknowledge our presence. All we got was a: " we are having problems with the terminal so please use cash to pay if possible". No one could be bothered to say thank you or see us out, we had to walk out by ourselves with not even an acknowledgement. Overall our worst dining experience in Copenhagen: slow and mediocre food, small portions, poor service and overall feeling of being disregarded as customers.

One of my favorite places for the price. Another outstanding experience. The food was refined and exceptionally flavorful. The service was professional and attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant and inviting.

Disappointed. Food wasnt good, definitely overpriced for the quality and quantity. Especially the fish dishes that had very fishy taste that was overpowering the rest, they were served in classical fine dining way but just didnt feel they were any special. The chicken didnt have any taste. What was amazing was the wine list.

Excellent food with great flavor and texture variation paired with great wines! Informal but nice atmosphere.

Just had an amazing experience at Uformel. Due to personal taste we didn’t choose the menu, but ordered a la carte. The dinner started with the white asparagus with wasabi and kefir cream and the fried potato bread. We continued with a very special dish: the raw shrimps with new peas gooseberries and lime leaf (mind-blowing dish, highly recommended); my partner tried the beef tartar with tomatoes and black pepper. I had then the squid with salsa macha (oil, chilies and garlic, amazing smell!) and chicken broth with egg yolk while my partner ate the Iberian pork with asparagus and this incredible artichoke purée. Dulcis in fundo, we had rhubarb with salted caramel, yogurt sorbet and crispy sablè on top and the orange ice cream with caramelized white chocolate and saffron. Everything was perfect, from the extra kind and attentive service, to the care and dedication of the chefs.

Here are the notes I took during my recent dining experience at Uformel on my trip to CPH. inventive and inspiring - red wine, light, semi sweet but modest - Potato bread: crunchy crispy, lightly pan fried exterior (reminds me of a dumpling exterior but incredibly rich interior. Butter deliciously salty. If they served this with ice cream or something sweet for dessert it would be the perfect sweet/ salty combo - Hiramasa dish: light, refreshing dish. The cheese foam bottom is reminiscent of a whipped, light sour cream and adds depth to the light fish. The shaved asparagus and fingerlimes add the perfect touch of crunch and acidity - Witch flounder, so delicate and mild in flavor, the purée adds depth to this dish while the bread topped outside creates structure.I've never had such a light piece of bread topping Love the garlic dollop and radicchio topping. Every part of this dish feels intentional - Sweetbreads: perfect cook on the meat, I love the light sherry paring with this since the main part of the dish is fried. I loved the combo of pickles and caramelized onion but I'm an onion lover. (Call me shriek) Definitely a nice contrast in texture and more of a main dish than the other 2 - Lamb: the only dish that didn't nail it for me. Cooked well but Felt under seasoned and I didn't have a distinct flavor profile or direction. A bit plain and forgettable - Dessert: tangy, creamy, a great cozy way to wrap up the meal. Unique but simple in design, refreshing and zingy

Stopped by this gem on a whim and were rewarded with one of the best meals we've had in Copenhagen. Two of us shared small plates and every one was beautifully prepared and plated. The potato bread, hiramasa, halibut, pork with cabbage and palova were delicious but the star of our order was the hake which was brilliantly served with a lovage infused broth. Just go!

Outstanding food and warm ambience. Oysters are so succulent and sweet, and the apple sorbets are so complex yet so delicious. I like how the chef mix different texture and flavor together. Very interesting mixture of tomato and beef tartar. Wonderful experience.

While in Copenhagen last month we went to this Michelin restaurant, sister of a Michelin-starred restaurant in the same restaurant family. They were completely booked, but they accommodated us and we ate in the bar at the window countertop table and were not disappointed. The food was so beautiful and perfectly prepared. We had the "bigger Uformel experience" of seven courses with wine pairing. It was an incredible dinner and an amazing experience. Can't recommend this place enough. Make reservations well in advance!

I had 4 different dishes a la cart and it was so delicious. It's in a tasting menu fashion which I love. I cold mackerel was my favorite, the flavors were dancing in my mouth. The service was normal and nothing really to write home about. Although it closed at 1 am, they told me the last order must go in by 10. 2 sets of people ordered after 10, a bit suspect. The bread was hard and not good. I would definitely go back!! The ambiance was nice but again, fairly regular for a place with the prices.

Somewhat casual atmosphere with some really magnificent Scandinavian dishes. We went all's cart and probably should have each gone with the 4 course.

Nothing short of an incredible experience. I have dined here three times over five years and each meal has been unique, beautifully composed, and easily rivals Michelin starred restaurants.

Wonderful place to have dinner on my first night. Place was pretty busy on a Monday evening. I ordered the pre-fix 4 course menu (included wine pairings). All the waiters spoke fluent English. I started with the mackerel and cucumbers. The sauce was wonderful, but I feel like they added too much. Next, I had the steak tartare with sun dried tomatoes. It was well balanced and not overloaded. The lamb was great as well, but I think over cooked. Just a personal preference. The strawberry with frozen danish yogurt was lovely, but what I think add the 'little something' was the fennel they used. The only issue I had was that it took sometime (10 minutes) to receive the bill.

With a stroke of luck, we somehow got into Uformel as a walkup. It was the first choice for our Copenhagen dinner and only a few blocks from our rental. It's the new, informal brother of Michelin starred Formel B which we had no hope of getting into. Uformel has a cool, handsome interior and cool, handsome Danish waiters to match. Two of them just off work were seated at a table next to us and generously offered suggestions without us asking. Service was friendly, excellent and well paced. If you feel like splurging, you can go for the Uformel Experience four-course dinner special with paired wines at 750 DKK (US $114). We selected a more modest series of three courses at 100 DKK per course. We had a late lunch so the three small plates were perfect, and we didn't waddle out of the restaurant stuffed. The menu probably changes daily depending on what's fresh and available. The Danish brown crab was a nice beginning. It was light and delightfully fresh tasting. My 2nd course Tartar of Beef with tomatoes was as delicious as the waiters had said it would be. My 3rd course, a bowl of Pork Belly Broth, blew me away with its complex flavors. It was so tasty I almost returned to the restaurant a few days later more more. With the wine, food, ambience and service top notch, Uformel is definitely one of the best new Nordic cuisine restaurants we had the chance to visit in Copenhagen.

By far one of the best dining experiences I have had in Denmark. I came on a Monday as a party of 1. The wait staff were super friendly, explained the menu and gave recommendations. Uformel is marketed as formal B (Michelin star restaurant) cool and edgy younger brother. The decor was definitely a cooler vibe but also very approachable. I started with the salted scallops with cauliflower and almonds. I love scallops and these are the best I have had. The cauliflower was prepared 3 ways and the almonds complimented the dish perfectly. I also did the tartar of beef which is one of the signatures. It was very good and fresh but couldn't compare to my other dishes. I then had the turbot with a mushroom sauce. Oh my god! I will dream about that dish. For dessert the waitress convinced me to try the Tonka beans with a black currant granita. I had no idea what a Tonka bean was but she explained it was kind of like a vanilla bean. Dish was different but definitely worth breaking out of my comfort zone. Copenhagen has so many great restaurants and this should be on your list to try.

Superb ! Every dish was perfectly seasoned, fresh and innovative! The staff was friendly and helpful We sat at the bar and still managed to have an intimate experience. I only regret not trying this place on my previous visits.

This restaurant was recommended to me while in Denmark on business. We ordered 4 plates each and that was plenty of food. The bread is so delicious and it's fresh baked. My favorite dish was the Brill with chicken and the lumpfish roe with smoked cheese. I will definitely return when here again

I would say given the Michelin hype the place was underwhelming We ordered tiny halibut and cod. It gently lacked any taste or character, though it was by no means lacking in price. Bread was not bad. For that I give them 3 stars

This is a must go to restaurant if in the area. We visited Denmark last week and on whim checked out Uformel. It was fabulous, unforgettable, remarkable, great atmosphere, awesome food and of coarse the staff remarkable. Jade was our waitress, she is so personable. She remembered we were in a few nights prior and I have a few food allergies. Jade greeted us with a big smile and hello. Recommended different options for me. I would go back in a second. Definitely go and say hi to Jade for me.

It is good, actually quite good. The crowd I brought in asked for beer. They only had Italian beer served in a wine glass. It felt a bit awkward. Our server did not seem to be experienced well. And the veal tartar was swimming in tomato paste a bit. But the rest was quite good. It is not Formel B but it is still quite good. My favorites were the lamb and the cacao dessert.

The monkfish was so buttery soft and delicious- felt like an angel was crying into my mouth. The atmosphere is hip and very Danish- graffiti adorning the walls and tattoos adorning the arms of the very hip watiers- very cool. Love the concept- would highly recommend to anyone looking for exquisite food without the need to wear fancy shoes.

This little brother of the Michelin Starred Formal B, is the urbane simple elegant accessible restaurant it was intended to be....just as the name implies...a respite from overly stuffy serious spots of equal culinary stature. Get the set menu with excellent wine parings. You won't be disappointed. All with the very best fresh local ingredients, this spot is abuzz every night of the week. A hip crowd and and fun scene. Add this one to your Copenhagen list.

My favourite place in Copenhagen. I have been here +10 times with family, friends, work, etc. and never left the building disappointed. The food is fantastic, the staff very welcoming and the place itself stylish without requiring black tie dresscode. ALWAYS go for their signature beef tartare. You won't regret it!

Exceptional service and the food was exactly as expected which is rare. I did not really know about the hype surrounding this restaurant (coming from the glow of their sister restaurant which is the "formal" version) and I am glad I didn't because my expectations were not raised. Not sure whether this is good or bad because maybe I should have expected more? Regardless, the meats and fish we're perfectly seasoned and cooked but the veggies were a little bland. I wish I could be more specific but it was about a month and a half ago. The noise level was a little on the loud side but overall, I liked the ambience. This place takes all cards. There is street parking available but probably better to take public transportation or other alternatives.

Had the tasting experience. Service was outstanding. Great ambiance. Wine pairing was superb. The name fits the location. Casual with simple elegance. The beef and tomato tartar was the highlight followed closely by the halibut. Spring for the extra to get the oyster and champagne course. Was a truly wonderful culinary experience!

Even though it is a little pricey, I can really recommend Uformel. The conecpt is that you eat 3-5 small dishes at 110 DKK per dish. I had 3 main dishes and a desert, which was sufficient. The hake was FANTASTIC. I had the smoked hake with roasted almonds, olives and tomatoes. It was beyond belief good. My companion had the brill with crispy lettuce, chicken and crouton and was very excited about this. So if you are going to Uformel, head for the fish dishes! We also tried the veal sweetbread with pickled artichoke, sour cream and salted rhubarb, and the iberian pork with grilled onions, blackcurrant and browned butter. Everything was good. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is because of the desert, which was quite boring. I had the mazarin with apricots and yoghurt sorbet, which was a little old school and actually not that interesting.

There wasn't a table available during the first evening, so we booked a table for the next day. Good Danish environment (modern not traditional) and very interesting menu. We choose two appetiser, a tartare and a pan fried cod and two dessert. Everything was really good! A great experience, with a special mention for the apricot sorbet

The oyster is big and very sweet, must try. Scallops is very fresh. The fish is a little too salty. Beef is okay. The duck skin is crispy and the meat is very juicy.

Wonderful restaurant, we enjoyed the Nordic cuisine here. We weren't able to get reservation to Noma but our concierge recommended this was as it is run by a chef that used to work at Noma. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting Copenhagen.

Uformel is the perfect restaurant in Copenhagen to go to once landed from USA with jeg lag. I enjoy starting my dinner there with some snacks, oysters and one of their amazing cocktails. I had one with eggwhites, sweet and sour. Not quite a pisco but soooo good. I usually like my oysters just with lemon juice but here they had some varieties with asian flair that actually was delicious. They have a set menu at very reasonable prices but their ala carte menu is also very interesting, and somehow I always end up doing ala carte. The wine menu is really good and I recommend going with their recommendations because they really know their wines. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Copenhagen, from where I have so many fond memories.

Summary: A solid upscale choice. 3.5 rounding up to 4 because its 1 of few choices for Sunday night in Copenhagen. Food is close, but not quite yet there. Service is excellent In NY, I tend to be brutal in my review of upscale restaurants, because the city is Brutal and the competition is dog eat dog. In the more civil land of Copenhagen, I tend to be nicer about things. Among worldwide upscale restaurants it's a 3, but with the service and ambiance, I give it a 3.5 and round up rather than down. Atmosphere: While uFormal is suppose to be the casual restaurant of the group, I would suggest not wearing casual attire. I was in sneaks and realized upon seating that I potentially should have wore something nicer as I watched ladies enter, take off their coat in the foyer and then primp to make sure they looked lovely in their dress and high heels. As for the styling, it's quite modern. They covered the walls in carpet squares, which up close looks odd, but overall is quite attractive and services the dual purpose of managing the echo of this extremely high ceiling space. There is a beautiful painting on the back wall and the light fixtures are quite unique. I do like that the wall behind the bar is a full wall of wine that goes up to the very top of their 15? foot ceilings. It's quite elegant. The Service: My waiter was stylish, young and professional. I was promptly seated and he came quickly to offer a drink. He knew the menu well and took my order. Once the dish came, he described its contents once again. Very knowledgeable. The staff works together, as I was served dessert by another young lady rather than wait while my waiter was assisting other customers. The poured and replaced my water vase without my asking and almost without my noticing. That really is a sign of great staff, when the service happens and you don't notice. 5 stars. The Food: An odd scenario where the sum of parts did not equal the whole. This is odd in French cooking. See, with French cooking, all of the elements of the plate must be eaten. You are suppose to fill your fork with a little bit of everything to understand what the cook was trying to do. If you do that for the majority of dishes you end up with something not tasty. If you eat each piece separately, it's quite delicious, in a way that is really why I'm willing to round up. In the off chance the manager or chef reads this and isn't so offended, they can take the criticism, I've left my thoughts on the dishes I had. The wine - I had the 2011 Chinon. This wine tends to be a nice choice if you want something light and are going to have a mix of seafood and steak. It happens to pair well with salty and savory food, which takes the fruity (sharpe) taste out of the wine and 2011 was a nice year for the Loire valley. The scallops - The waiter described this as a miso and salt flavored scallop, and it has some and I think the chef embellished this with watercress to look like snow. The scallop was sashimi and the flavoring was complex and clean. When added to the watercress you got a lovely delicate yet complicated flavor. However, the cucumber was too much. I think if he would experiment with the cucumber's thickness or use something more neutral in flavor, possibly like daikon or turnip, thinly sliced, he might have a better overall element. Instead, there is something the cucumber is doing such that when you pile the bite together (all 3) the salt flavor overwhelms. I tried this in 3 times just to be sure, because I've never had such a change in flavor happen before at a French restaurant (usually it's the opposite. I'm fairy sure this is why another gentleman thought that the food was unpleasantly salty. The Entrecote with artichoke also has a sardine and is embellished, again with fresh watercress. It's about 3.5-4oz of meat. The entrecote, which in my case seemed like a ribeye cut was made perfectly medium rare with a nice brown lightly salt and peppered outer layer and an extremely juicy middle. The articoke was lightly seasoned and fresh. The sardine was of a very nice quality. But again together it was overpoweringly salty. I don't want to be too tough here. The use of sardine to season a steak is impressively creative, which is part of why I rounded up. I've never tried that before and in the right ratios, it's brilliant, because the saltiness plus the sardine flavor is quite unique. Not sure if the chef flash fried or if he/she butter basted. If it's the latter, I would experiment mashing the sardine up into the butter or just adding a butter sardine coating after you plate and then adding some sardine on the side so one could salt to taste. The sardine with the artichoke is also quite nice as well. The three in the right ratio with the fresh crisp watercress is just delightful. Chocolate with Jerusalem artichokes and hazelnut. The chocolate gelato like yog is just fantastic

Heaven on earth is the best way to describe my meal. The small sequential dishes, the varied seasoning made it so exquisite! Beef Tartare, ceviche and white asparagus! I have never had veal prepared so wonderfully! Danish strawberries vine ripened with frozen granite... my favorite desert. Service warm and friendly. Just loud enough to be fun. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did

Absolutely delicious! We had the four course chef selected menu with matching wine. Food was outstanding, fresh, interesting ingredients. Steak tartare is not to be missed - amazing. Service excellent, we had several free top ups of wine. Ambience - warm, social atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Four of us shared 8 a la carte dishes, which was most of the menu. The taste of most of the dishes were fantastic, while a few were merely good. As an American, many of the dishes were off the beaten path and sounded weird/not tasty. But be brave and order things outside your comfort zone - some of the best tasting dishes were ones I was leery of. They were innovative, expertly prepared, and bursting with flavor.

This was a great place to end my trip in Copenhagen, I didnt have much expectation for Nordic food or modern European but it was nice. The waitstaff was great. The waitress recommends that each person orders 3-5 of the dishes, each costing about 110dkk. We weren't that hungry, so 2 dishes + snack was perfect. I had the lumpfish roe and yummy gillardeau meaty oysters. The scallop with chestnut cream and chestnuts was delicious. The brill and chicken was nice also, pleasant crunch from the chicken but the brill was overcooked. Good for families, tourists, well behaved children.

Ambiance: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 3/5 Went to uformel on a slow, late Sunday night. Service was excellent and the ambiance goes with the cozy informal image they advertise. Had Pata Negra and pork cracklings, and the latter was yum yum, while Pata Negra was nothing special. Danish beef tartar was my least favorite as it had some extremely salty bits that I couldn't figure out. I couldn't finish mine and had to attack the bread and butter to quench my thirst! Oxtail was great but the Fallow deer was the best dish of the night. It was a bit chewy in the middle, but it was the first time I was having deer, so can't tell how good it was. I enjoyed it, especially with the sauce it came with. Finished with a sorbet paired with blackberries and cacao chips, which were also good. All in all I had a good experience and enjoyed the food, but it was a bit (10-20%) overpriced when compared to the other amazingly creative and delicious food that is available in Copenhagen. I guess the bar is a bit higher here!

dejlig! dejlig! dejlig! I have found my new favorite restaurant in Vikingland that won't make me sell one of my kidneys in order to afford a meal. Every dish left everyone at the table sighing in ecstasy. The flavors were fun and fresh. The delicious and generous wine pairing left everyone at the table giggling and happy. The huge bonus for me was the service! Denmark isn't really known for great service, but these folks have been properly trained! The service was a perfect balance between excellent Michelin quality with warm and cozy. Can't wait to return!

My girlfriend and I had the four course dinner with wine menu to celebrate her birthday. The place was recommended to me by my gourmet-friend and it certainly lived up to its praise. Everything was great but the tartar completely blew my mind with a smooth tendernes, tasteful semi-dried tomatoes and some of the best pepper I have ever tasted.

We are from Texas and this restaurant was a treat. We started with a lobster snack which was fine. The bread they serve is fabulous. I had the fixed menu with the wine pairing. The food was unusual and tasty. The service was very good. Salted mackerel, beef tartar, pork and a tasty dessert were wonderful. French wine pairings were right on. We also ate a squid dish and a brill fish dish which were also terrific.

Really really good highly recommended yeah you will spend 100€ on the 5 course menu paired with wine but it is worth it the wines are great the food is amazing new Nordic cuisine and the pairing is perfect they have a very good cook and a sommelier that speaks often to him you can see it in how good the food goes with the wine

We didn't have a reservation and were starving after a long day of biking and sightseeing. They said it would be a 45 min. wait and my husband, impatient as he is, wanted to just bail and go the the restaurant on the corner. I wanted to wait and I'm glad we did. The friendly wait staff takes you on a dining experience that is worth every penny (or Krone). We started with a smoked scallop in a cold tomato bouillon that was amazing. I had the beef tartar, that was shrouded in tomatoes and was a delightful bite. My husband had brown crab and asparagus, and it was delicious. Main course was venison with roasted lettuce and an onion soubise and grilled lamb belly in the most complex and balanced sauce I've ever tasted. Every bite was perfect. We finished with a salted oat and rhubarb tart that is officially the best dessert we've ever had. The wine pairing was spot on and the wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable and clearly believes in their food. Worth the money and worth the wait. A must visit if you are in Copenhagen.

During our last night in Copenhagen this was the best restaurant we attended. The service was phenomenal, the food exquisite, and friendliness exceptional. I will be returning

From the initial freshly baked warm bread and amazing fresh room temperature salted butter to the final dessert, Uformel did not miss a mark. Everything was incredible. We tried five dishes and a dessert and strongly recommend all of them. The brill was our favorite followed by the Iberian pork but each dish truly was amazing. Fantastic service and ambiance too, I strongly recommend dining at Uformel.

A great restaurant in the center of Copenhagen. Great service, great food, great wine! I have had dinner there a couple of times now and it has been a pleasure every time. Nothing bad can be said about this place.

We were seated at a table a mere 10 cm from an empty table at 9.30pm. We asked whether anybody would be sitting at the next table, and if not whether we might be seated at one of the may other empty tables. The waiter said there was no reservation at the next table, and she would tell the rest of the staff that they should leave that table empty if there should be any walk-ins at such a late hour. Within five minutes of sitting down, however, another waiter seated a couple at the next table. We asked our waiter if we could possibly move to one of several empty tables, and she seemed suddenly anxious and said we should ask the manager. The manager seemed immediately impatient. After listening to my request, he brusquely said "No. We cannot seat you elsewhere." At this point, realizing we were about to spend 1000 DKK per ($150) person to sit elbow-to-elbow with another couple, we decided to leave. Perhaps the biggest factor in our decision to leave was the apparent fear of our waiter, who seemed bullied by the management. We felt like we'd rather not give our custom to such an establishment. After all, a restaurant is more than its food, but the experience of being welcomed into a friendly and relaxed environment.

It has been a while since I've given a restaurant a 5 star review. Uformel has a very casual atmosphere, very friendly and timely service, and awesome food. Most of the plates are fairly small; I had one "snack" and 3 of the larger dishes: langoustine with green beans and roasted kelp, veal sweetbreads with onion soubise and black pepper, and Danish roebuck with peas and roasted green asparagus. All were superb. There was a limited selection of wines by the glass, but the two that I had were very good. The wine selection by the bottle is fantastic, if expensive. Overall one of the best meals that I've had this year.

The big brother may have a Michelin star but this place is the troubled step child. It could have been an off night but most everything was off. Everything seemed terribly salty to the point of being unpleasant. The food prep was poor with amateurish knife work compromising many dishes. The oysters were poorly prepared with with lots of shell fragments and butchered meats. Pork was so poorly trimmed as to be 1/4 flabby, unrendered fat. Onion was served with the butt still attached and leeks were untrimmed and stringy. The service was poor with us initially being told there was not a table ready despite a clearly empty table then once we got to the bar the same table was ours. It was a long wait for water and no one ever asked us how anything was. The wines by the glass were mediocre with the thinnest, most acidic Burgundy I have ever been served AND it was served at refrigerator temperature. There were a few highlights. Whoever was cooking the proteins really nailed them all. The squid was also delicious. I am at a loss as to why my experience didn't live up to the other reviews. It was all acid and salt. I fear for hypertension.
