Ugly Dumpling

A great restaurant, quite quiet for 6pm on a Friday in central London. The staff are friendly and the walls are covered in coasters with diner-drawn dumplings from across the world. The prices are a bit high for what you get, but the food is really good. The Meat Platter dumplings don't skimp on fillings and taste delicious, and the Ugly Noodles are an excellent accompaniment. £31.75 for the platter, noodles and a pint of draft beer.

Randomly picked this place to have some food with a friend before the Stray Kids concert and was not disappointed! Everything we ordered was delicious, the service was friendly, the place looks amazing. I am definitely visiting again next time I'm in London. (Extra shout out to the lovely lady serving us because she even had us put our coaster dumpling drawings straight up on the wall! Definitely made our day!)

I had an excellent experience at this dumpling restaurant! The dumplings were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with a great variety of fillings to choose from. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious, authentic dumplings—can’t wait to come back!

Fab little place! I booked incase it was busy as I didn’t want to be disappointed. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the second I stepped in. Nothing was a bother. The gluten free meal deal was fantastic value for money. The dumplings were incredible and the noodles delicious. I’ll have to save space for dessert next time :D

Loved it, we came right before closing, but we’re still served. The dumplings were unique in flavour and very tasty, good quality. I like the idea of fusion flavours in dumplings, especially the pecan pie dumpling was amazing. Would go back and taste other variant any day.

We had a fantastic experience here, truly cannot fault it. We were looking for a quick pre theatre light dinner with gluten free options, and this was perfect. Between two, we had a selection of 4 gf dumpling flavours, cucumber salad, and noodles. Our server asked how hungry we were in order to recommend the right amount of food. She also highlighted that we would want to save room for dessert, and she was right! We had the dessert platter, which was incredible. If you are only choosing one, go for the apple pie. It was such a surprise treat! As it was happy hour, we also ordered two espresso martinis, which were also lovely. Service was quick and courteous. We were accidentally given one wrong flavour of dumpling, but it was swiftly replaced without fuss. The dumpling decorating was, of course, the cherry on the cake.

Amazing gluten free food! And entire gluten free menu with incredible options. One of the best meals I've had - 100% recommend. They even have gluten free dessert dumplings. Coeliacs assemble!

Very cute place! Delicious veggie dumplings, very friendly service (I think I was served by Manuel?) and a very creative space! Loved it and would highly recommend their lunch deal!
