A young cashier was chatting with her friend at the Mac counter while myself and another lady were waiting at the register, no one was at the register - when young lady came back to the cash drawer, she checked out the woman in front of me, then let her friend cut in front of me. I got upset, I work retail too and I would never be so inconsiderate, they were literally wasting my lunch break. The young lady cashier and I had some terse words, she did not feel I had a right to be upset . She said that her friend had left product at the counter and therefore had saved her place in line. Ok, why didn’t your friend go in front of the lady in front of me, if she had saved her place with product on the counter? It made no sense. I think I’m a good Ulta customer, I’m a Ulta credit card holder and moisturizer addict. I called the manager. The manager, Destiny, understood where I was coming from and assured me she would address the issue. It means a lot today that a manager will take the time to take a customer complaint and smooth things over. Destiny taking my call, retained me as a customer, tho next time I will place an item on the counter to save my place in line as soon as I walk in the door. 😊

The service I received there left me feeling really let down. 😒 Despite being a stay-at-home mother, I still spent about $150 on a haircut and hair color. The color didn't turn out the way I wanted it to, but the hairdresser was nice. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to their manager, she responded, "You need to pay us extra because we used extra hair color on your hair." We will, however, give you a discount and refrain from charging you more. They also didn't seem to care that I didn't receive what I requested. I never received any refund or discount 😞

Hey Ulta- my 10 year old girl ask where something was ( a face cleaner ) and no she is not the 10 year old making a mess or being rude. She was polite and one of your associates told her don't make a mess. That's just rude, Grace went in her finding one of her birthday presents and you wanna be rude- never experienced that at sephora. Won't ever go to this Ulta again rude customer service.

I was here recently, and I’m sure you heard about the Sephora kids. Wells it’s came to my attention that it’s not just Sephora, it’s also ulta. I went in to get my perfume that I usually get. And when I was going to check out, a little girl around the ages of 8-11 ran by me yelling for her mom. And then I fell. She didn’t bother to say sorry, or to even look back. I will never be going back to one of these stores again until they get an age restriction on them.

I recently visited this store on Saturday & gotten great service but wasn’t too sure if I gotten the right perfume when I got home. So on Monday 5/22/23 I called the store to see what kind of perfume was on the display to see was it the same kind that I had gotten & Josh the manager was very much helpful. He was kind & nice and was able to solve my problems. Thank you so much Josh😊

I recently visited this location with my mother. A sales associate asked us to wear a mask - to which we complied. However, there were numerous other patrons in the store not wearing masks, and they were not challenged to put on masks by sales associates. There was a man who checked out before me who purchased a gift card from the same employee who asked my mother and I to wear masks - and he was not asked to wear a mask. He walked into the store not wearing a mask, and completed his transaction without wearing a mask, and was not challenged. I have an issue with disparate treatment of customers by sales staff - if Sales associates ask one set of customers to be masked, all customers should be asked to wear masks. My mom felt very singled-out by this incident, and the inequity of treatment by sales staff did not seem fair at all. I'm disappointed in the management of this store - and the store was a mess. It appeared as though they were in the middle of a reset, but there was product everywhere and much of the displays and shelves were empty. Based on this experience, I doubt I will return to this location.

I was in town visiting family. Needed to get my hair washed and styled because the humidity was causing it to be frizzy and i didn't like the way it looked. Seeking recommendations, someone recommended Ulta Salon to me. Although very hesitant, I called, asked all the questions I needed to and booked an appointment. Morgan did a great job on my hair! We talked through her process and agreed on the products she would use for my hair texture. My hair had lots of body, no longer frizzy, and styled to my satisfaction. Morgan was very friendly and professional. Thank you Morgan.

I went to this ulta today thinking it would be like the one I go to in Las Vegas because of the location but because of the friendliness, but was I wrong, no one to greet you as you walk in, no employees on the floor, and the cashier PRINCESS did not even smile, no eye contact, I usually use several coupons at one time in Vegas I was told I can only use ONE coupon over all not very good experience at all, this is a high end store get better employees, friendly ones! Go to the next closet one if at all possible!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! i know that it's their job to be there and some people just have bad days sometimes but the entire staff was on their phones or cutting up with each other and that's fine as long as it's not affecting the customer or their sales. i had asked for someone to help me find a foundation color to match my skin tone and they just pointed to a posted thing that showed foundation colors... anybody with the ability to read could've done that. when i asked for i help i expected someone to atleast help me find a tester or something close to my shade but i was too much of an inconvenience for them to even stand up. i also needed help with what undertones i have but by that time they were trying to make themselves look busy. needless to say i did not get a foundation or anything else that i came to get bc i refuse to pay for that type of service. it's really disappointing bc some people don't like asking for help and this is the way they get treated when they do ask?! customer service can kill a business and i rlly hope somebody sees this and changes somethings. this is NOT the first bad review about customer service, hire different workers or get your worker in check

Ok the staff is lazy. They just don't want to help. I literally asked for help and the lady said, "sorry I'm really busy!" And then I asked if she could help me find someone since I couldn't find anyone else. I asked for help with brushes. The lady showed me the section I was already looking at which was morphe brushes and then just showed me what the signs said. I could have done that. Then I asked, "well are there any other brushes in the store or other brands for brushes?" She said no. I went looking by myself and found more brushes but at that point I was over it. I'm from Orlando, FL and I love Ulta. I'm passionate about it!! The stores are typically phenomenal and many times I even prefer this store to Sephora. So, my experience here was very surprising and unlike the Ulta experiences I'm used to in my home town. This store has a large selection of products (I think because not a lot of people actually shop there) and clearance items, but the staff is outright lazy and not helpful at all. It's unfortunate because they have such amazing product selections. If they could get that fixed this store would easily be a 5/5! The store was clean and well lit with a good selection of perfumes and high end as well as cost effective brands of makeup and beauty products. Hopefully you have a better experience.

Salon rep was 30 minutes late for the hair appointment. In addition my all over color was a brass color after discussing this color was meant to be Butterscotch. After being there for 3.5 hours I was very disappointed. I did receive a discount however it turned out so awful I would have spoke to a Manager but there was no Manager available. The line was extremely long with only one worker checking out. DO NOT recommend getting services at this location. It's get what you need and try to get out ASAP.

It's either a hit or miss with the customer service. Sometimes I'll go in and the employees are really nice, but other times they're really rude. I was with a friend of mine one time and an employee asked if my friend wanted to get a foundation matched to her skin tone. The employee was kind of rude about it, but at least she asked. She used a dirty brush when applying the makeup though.. so watch out for that.

I just went in Ultra to buy product, i saw that they had a new MAC counter. 2 girls were sitting there that worked for MAc when i asked a question they would not even get up to help me. Another customer came in after me and both if them jumped up to help that customer. I guess if i had been black i would have gotten helped. I will be posting on FB about MAC and Ultra and their customer service.

Five stars for Brian who was absolutely lovely and so helpful. I've never had such an attentive sales associate at an ulta. He was amazing and I love the ABH foundation he recommended! It's my new hey grail. Thank you Brian!!!
