Ultra Fine

I was excited to find this opened up so close to me. I was even more excited when I recognized the owner from another one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood! There was a bit of a wait, so prepare yourself if you’re in a rush. It was worth the wait. The food didn’t take too long coming out and they managed to bring everything out at the same time. I LOVE pancakes so I tried the masa ones. And I was pleased. I have to make it a point to come back for the buttermilk ones! The sausages were so good and tasted home made! My father INHALED that smash burger! I will definitely be back…more times than i care to admit. I appreciate the staff and the old school decor, making me feel like I’m in someone’s living room. Get past the sea of hipsters in the front, and you’ll enjoy every moment!

This place is a must. Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, ultra fine food. I had the grits and eggs, my daughter had potato and egg sandwich. Homefries were also amazing. Very crispy. Our server Madison could not have been nicer or more stylish. Just go.

Let’s just say I can’t wait to come back! The food is amazing, service is amazing, and very price friendly. A great addition to the Bedstuy community! The waiters were very knowledgeable! Only critique I have is that it could be a little warmer in the restaurant. It was cold on a cold day.

The best onion rings in New York. If you’re from the south you’ll love everything about this place— the grits, the sweet tea, the fried chicken sandwich. It’s the perfect mix of southern comfort classics and New York City diner staples. The masa pancakes are a must order.

Walked by wondering what the place was like because there was no signage, was pleasantly surprised at the food and good vibes in there. Our server was so nice, they explained the story of the business and even met both owners who are actually present in the business which is a good sign (to me) That double smash burger was so good, probably top 3 smash burgers I’ve had as a big back Will be back for the Monday special on the smash burger

Unsure what the "Ultra Fine" is for. Special points for the vintage look of this welcomed addition to the hood. The smash burger was simply divine while the fries and onion rings were quite memorable. I had an outstanding service experience with Isa who was a true darling. However, I disliked the Caesar salad v.02. Guys, just get yourself a good ol' Caesar dressing instead of that strange combination you served me AND croutons are croutons and bread crumbs are bread crumbs. Explanation anyone? Not to be unfair the salad was super fresh, crispy and very green which was pleasant. Another huge plus was the Dijon grain mustard which I have yet to see in an American restaurant and which is a statement for a certain approach to quality food. I will be back and wish the team much success !

We’ve been passing this new neighborhood spot and finally got to try it for our anniversary breakfast. From the second we came in we were enamored by the ambiance and friendly service. Great BLT and Bloody Mary and love to see coffee from Honey Moon as well. Mereba and Noname on the speakers completed a wonderful start to our day. Highly recommend to all near and far.

great new diner. seemed mostly hipsters in there. i had a roast beef sandwich the most expensive item on the menu because i deserve it. my date had a fried chicken sandwich both were great. nice vibes cool helpful staff. not cheap but not crazy pricey i’d say about normal
