Uma Nota is a lively Brazilian-Japanese restaurant with a fun, bar-style atmosphere and amazing service. The team is friendly, attentive, and really adds to the experience. The food was good—especially the rolls and duck, which stood out. It’s not really a beef place, so best to explore their seafood and fusion options. The dining area can get quite cold, so it’s a good idea to bring something warm to wear. Overall, it’s a great spot for drinks, sharing plates, and enjoying a vibrant night out.

The food here was superb, and the servers even guide you on the proper sauces to pair with each dish, which makes the dining experience more special. Highly recommend the Hamachi sashimi and Tomahawk. For cocktails, the Ipanema Ube Sour brings nostalgic puto bumbong vibes, while the Yuzu Nisei is a refreshing choice for citrus lovers. Personal experience: I came for an event we organized, and while the overall experience and food were excellent, there was a minor concern at the basement entrance when I was bringing in event items. The interaction felt less welcoming than expected, though I understand it may have been due to lapses in procedures. Still, the restaurant offers outstanding food, drinks, and service overall. With small improvements in consistency of hospitality, it can truly deliver a five-star experience.

i like the food so much! It’s my reason why i love rolls now tbh. Rolls tasted so fresh and kind of citrusy. perfect balance. everything else was also 10/10. it’s quite pricey but, very good food especially if it’s for a special occassion. Mylor assisted us, and everything went smoothly.

Celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary and the food served were all fantastic and delectable. Darryl is highly commendable for the excellent service. We ordered their best seller and indeed we have no regrets. We had a good dining experience and a relaxing atmosphere.. we will definitely comeback.

The food was absolutely delicious! Tomahawk steak was the best we’re ever tried in the philippines! The sides were perfect pairings too, the kids enjoyed the cauliflower, karaage and the roasted corn! The service was superb, Mylor was super attentive to our requests and made our dining experience a 100/10! Will definitely come back again!

Bern did a great job tending to us during my dad's birthday dinner. Food was great! Nothing that will blow your socks off, but really really good. Our cocktails were also amazing. Will be back sometime in the future :)

Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Manila! Ohhh guys, this has officially become one of my favorite places in Manila!!!!! The service, food, and prices are all top-notch — the quality absolutely matches the cost! I was so pleasantly surprised, and it’s not easy to surprise me! Very often in Manila I end up overpaying and not really enjoying what I get, so I don’t go out that much — but it looks like Uma Nota might be the reason to start going out more often 😂 To everyone working at the restaurant — you’re amazing and beautiful!!!!! You’re doing an incredible job; I’ve fallen in love with both you and the restaurant!!!!! 💖 I got to try the udon with mushrooms and nuts, a roll (I don’t remember the name — I think it was with tuna), the tuna tataki, and the ceviche (I think it was coconut with something else). All the flavor combinations were interesting to me; my favorite was definitely the tuna tataki, and my least favorite was the ceviche — the marinated coconut slices were tasty, but the sauce was a bit unusual for me. Overall, I’d rate the dinner 9/10 — I took off one point because it wasn’t very comfortable sitting at a table where people were constantly walking by🥲

Special thanks to Mylor, whose top-notch service truly made our experience unforgettable. He surprised us with complimentary shots and a beautiful dessert, which made our anniversary celebration extra special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, warm hospitality, and memorable moments!
