Uma Nota Manila

An amazing experience and a culinary delight! Not surprised Uma Note was selected in the 2026 Michelin guide. The Asian/Latin infusion coupled by the chefs menu provided unique and amazing tastes of dishes that left you wanting more! The staff was AMAZING, the restaurant itself is MAGNIFICENT! I recommend going late to enjoy the party atmosphere. The dj’s were fantastic.

Visiting Uma Nota- there were high expectations, I really enjoyed the food at Uma Nota — it was tremendously good and definitely the highlight of the night. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared! Do note, this place is pricier even for the other restaurants I’ve been to, and they were more luxurious and fine dining than Uma Nota. This was also surprising to me. However, the service felt a bit underwhelming. It was on the slower side, and I didn’t receive the drink menu with my main menu, which made ordering a bit inconvenient. The place was also quite cold, which affected the comfort of the experience. For a place with high price, you’d expect higher standards for the service. Overall, amazing food but the service could use a few small improvements to match the quality of the kitchen. I’d still come back, hoping the next visit is a smoother experience.

The food here was superb, and the servers even guide you on the proper sauces to pair with each dish, which makes the dining experience more special. Highly recommend the Hamachi sashimi and Tomahawk. For cocktails, the Ipanema Ube Sour brings nostalgic puto bumbong vibes, while the Yuzu Nisei is a refreshing choice for citrus lovers. Personal experience: I came for an event we organized, and while the overall experience and food were excellent, there was a minor concern at the basement entrance when I was bringing in event items. The interaction felt less welcoming than expected, though I understand it may have been due to lapses in procedures. Still, the restaurant offers outstanding food, drinks, and service overall. With small improvements in consistency of hospitality, it can truly deliver a five-star experience.

i like the food so much! It’s my reason why i love rolls now tbh. Rolls tasted so fresh and kind of citrusy. perfect balance. everything else was also 10/10. it’s quite pricey but, very good food especially if it’s for a special occassion. Mylor assisted us, and everything went smoothly.

Celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary and the food served were all fantastic and delectable. Darryl is highly commendable for the excellent service. We ordered their best seller and indeed we have no regrets. We had a good dining experience and a relaxing atmosphere.. we will definitely comeback.

I dont go here often but when we do its always a vibe. Celebrated my birthday here before and they gave me a free table with couple of bottles too. Thanks to Michael and Jamie. ❤️ Went here again to celebrate my friend’s birthday and they hosted us again with a no minimum table and some bottles. Such a fancy place for fancy people. ✌🏻😝 5 star service indeed!

The food was absolutely delicious! Tomahawk steak was the best we’re ever tried in the philippines! The sides were perfect pairings too, the kids enjoyed the cauliflower, karaage and the roasted corn! The service was superb, Mylor was super attentive to our requests and made our dining experience a 100/10! Will definitely come back again!

Bern did a great job tending to us during my dad's birthday dinner. Food was great! Nothing that will blow your socks off, but really really good. Our cocktails were also amazing. Will be back sometime in the future :)
