Great food, and great service! Our server, Simon, was excellent. Our busser, Redo, was also great. The burgers were delicious, but the sweet potato fries were the real star. They were awesome. Highly recommended.

We initially considered ordering room service, but the menu was very limited and different from the one we were checking initially. Instead, we decided to order directly from the restaurant. Both the classic Caesar salad and the Green Bird were delicious. If you’re staying at the hotel, I highly recommend dining at the restaurant or opting for pickup. The price difference is significant, almost double if you order room service. And your options will be much more limited. The restaurant menu has been updated recently btw (added in the pictures).

Gabrielle and Leo were amazing hosts for needy Americans. The food was spot on. We had the pumpkin soup, Swiss burger and fries. And of course French wine. Burger was right on point at medium temperature for a smash burger. Not what I expected from a hotel restaurant. Looking forward to breakfast.

Amazing service and the food was unbelievably delicious, we had a couple of drinks. It was Halloween night and My husband had the Halloween hamburger (attached picture ) the place was also decorated so nice .( attached pictures)

Tried their Sam’s crispy chicken burger, Truffle cheese fries, Bacon fries, K-town poké bowl and Peanut butter pie. Chicken burger was deliciously flavourful, and so was poké bowl (although it did come with hair eww). Fries were not crispy although truffle ketchup was good. Peanut butter pie was mousse-based so it was quite light while still being decadent.

Not only was the food extraordinary, particularly the Patty Melt and Caesar Salad, but our server, Thomas, was extraordinary. He went over and above, engaging us in conversation, making us feel very welcome to Paris, suggesting menu items, wine, and beer for us, making our evening so enjoyable! He was warm, sociable, and very attentive. The manager, Mauricio, came over to check on us as well, and we found him to be so warm and engaging as well! We cannot speak highly enough about the food, drink, and experience! We highly recommend this restaurant, which is situated in the Pullman Paris Montparnasse Hotel.

Such a great experience! I wanted to try a local/French beer with my “Manly Burger” but didn’t want an IPA. Our server, Thomas, offered to go to the hotel restaurant to see if they had something else, which they did - an amber - my favorite! Thomas went out of his way to ensure that everyone in our party had what they wanted! We expect to go back soon!

Friday night, my wife and I were looking for a burger, as we were craving for one ! We found this place, which is actually a restaurant of the Pullman hotel near Gare Montparnasse. I must say, the place is gorgeous ! The decoration is absolutely beautiful, and super quiet. The waiters are super nice, and quick. I loved that our order was taken rapidly and always with the proper words, love that ! Huge thanks to the guys who served us yesterday ! When it comes to the burgers themselves, well…. Those are not the best burgers in town, they are decent. Who had the classic burger and the crispy chicken. Nothing fancy here, no special sauce, the buns are ok, and the crispy chicken was probably over fried as it came out almost black. The fries are good, don’t get me wrong they are probably home made, but again not something I would come again for. All in all, we had a nice evening but we won’t probably come back, as the food was just ok, and the prices are pretty high for that. 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 coke = 48 euros.
