Umami by Han

I was there with My wife. Very nicely decorated restaurant. Great service and great food. We had the lunch menu. Portions seemed small, but were packed with flavour and somehow filling. We will definitely be going back 😲😊

I can’t even describe how wonderful was this experience. We went there for our anniversary and couldn’t be more happy with the choice we made. We choose the Gastronomique Menu and it was definitely worth it. All the staff were kind and very friendly we loved every second of it, so if you are near just stop by we really recommend. Thank you so much again 🙏🏻

This is the fourth Umami restaurant I have visited in the past 10 years and the staff has been so friendly and accommodating. Very much aware of our needs and definitely at any moment conscientious of allergens and personal preferences. Many thanks Chef Han for a great experience and great choice in staff. I’m sad for Hanting to have ceased to exist and substituted for Zheng. But Umami has always stayed solid.

Just walking by Eindhoven, fusion’s restaurant nice service fast , took a glass of my favorite wine primitivo, and took the menu for 27€ 4 dishes good mix of flavors smoked salmon and scallops were very good. Xiao long bao and siu mai. Also bonsai beef presentation and portion were good. Recommended

This was both my first and last visit to this restaurant—it’s simply not worth it. We spent an unbelievable 3 hours and 45 minutes there, waiting endlessly between courses. Each dish took at least an hour to arrive, and the frustration was clearly visible on every diner’s face—people just wanted to leave. To make it worse, the food was overpriced yet disappointingly average. Given the high prices and the terrible service, this experience was really disappointing. Summary: Overpriced, average-quality food and the worst service imaginable. Save your time and money!

It was valentines day. We entered the restaurant at 7:30. We had a reservation. We ordered the social menu. 2items per course per person and 3 courses. We got out of the restaurant at 10:45 with 3 hours and a half of wait to get all the courses. The moment we would get a course the previous meal was already digested. When the courses are small waiting this long between each course is very unpleasant. I don’t know how this place usually is but I am not ready to try again and find out! With this price management should really think about increasing the staff so people are not leaving the restaurant tired of waiting. The food is ok.

Overall a nice restaurant, the waiting time was a bit more than what I was expecting, for I ordered a drink and it came 10 minutes after the order. We had the seafood menu. The first 2 courses were delicious, the last one contained a dish with noodles, we found this dish tasteless, like it was missing something.. after finishing each course, we were waiting around 25' for the next one.

The 2 course American Express dinner experience was great. We will come back another time for sure! Food was delicious and also the portions were good. Service was on point and the waitress was very knowledgeable about all the products and did some wine suggestions as well.
