Thanks to the team at Umami Rotterdam and, foremost, to the HR manager Willem at Han Group (the mother company of Umami). I had reserved a table for Valentine’s Day, but unfortunately, my wife got sick, and we couldn’t attend our dinner.
I then tried to arrange an Umami@Home kit and reached out to the HR manager to ask about it. He kindly looked into what he could do for us that same day, but unfortunately, it was too late due to the busy Valentine’s Day rush.
However, he suggested that I book a new date for our dinner, assuring me that he would take care of it—and that’s exactly what he did! I contacted him again today to confirm our plans, and he arranged everything with Umami Rotterdam.
What a surprise! When we arrived at Umami, the atmosphere was amazing. The host welcomed us warmly and guided us to our table. The level of service and hospitality was outstanding—you could tell that they truly have the right experience.
The food was absolutely magnificent—so delicious! The guest lady who served us was also fantastic.
And to make things even better, we received a beautiful bouquet from the house.
What an unforgettable experience! This was my second time at Umami, and it certainly won’t be the last. See you again soon, guys
