Stopped by randomly for dinner when I was too lazy to cook. Super surprised how tasty Umami Don Bistro was! The braised wagyu is perfect comfort food, got rice and the mashed potatoes as a side. The sourdough bread with wagyu gravy was also fire. Big portion meal, well worth the money. Customer service was excellent. Wesley's great! Will be back! Highly recommend this spot.
