So worth it, you can’t beat the price! Took my family here on a busy Friday night (I recommend calling ahead to see how the wait looks like first). The food came out quick and incredibly fresh. Family friendly, and great groups. Don’t sleep on the ocean trout.

We had a bridal party roll in there about 45 minutes before they closed. They were super accommodating, quick to take out order and get our food to us! The server congratulated my soon to be sister in law like 3 times! It was so sweet. They also were able to to split our check 6 ways which we LOVED!! FOOD WAS 🔥 SO GOOD

Google
Food and service were great. Better come hungry for the all you can eat deal. I'm a big tipper but not a fan of them adding their own tip to the table. Tips are not required and a one year old does not count as a fifth person.

Late night dining. I've been here years ago and glad I stopped by again. This is an AYCE Sushi restaurant but they also allow Ala Carte. Service was also good. Nice and friendly workers. Food: Pork Skewer Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna Agedashi Tofu Spicy Tuna Roll Idk the name of the last roll but it had Shrimp Tempura and Spicy Ahi with some kind of sauce. It was so good. The pork belly was seasoned well. I wish it had more fat though like pork cheek/jowl texture. All the sushi was delicious but my least favorite was the crispy rice. It lacked Tuna on top. Also, the rice was thick. Not something I'd order again. Overall, great spot and delicious sushi.

Google
Amazing 👏🏻 the best quality sushi I've had in vegas. I did a call in order all I got rainbow roll (just wanting to try them out) I wish I ordered more! It taste so fresh, the fish is buttery and melts in your mouth. They offer all you can eat as well im definitely coming back to do that! They are very busy here so I should've known its good. Please try this place you won't be disappointed and the prices are great as well!

I am a sushi snob. I love it all. There are very few places that have as good of quality as Omami. It was a real treat. I still don't understand the all-you-can-eat part, but it was overall a great experience. If I had any complaints, it would be the amount of time out waitress came to our table. We could have used a few more check-ins.

Google
Nat, our server has great customer service such as great eye contact, repeats our order with a smile and her body language shows she's happy serve you and comes by to check if we are okay with the food. We would love to comeback again. Hopefully to have another Great service like Nat.

Worth it to try all you can it Umami Las Vegas with $30/per person on weekend. Satisfied with the food and the server Saul and the receptionist Jericho. They introduced to me, the best one that I can try. Highly recommend it and will be back again.

Yelp
Great food, great service and atmosphere!! We had a large party on the fly, and they accommodated us and we left happy and full!

Yelp
Review #25 for 2025 Went here with my group after a long road trip. We saved our appetite to eat here so we arrived staving and it was totally worth it!! We did have to wait a bit as it was quite busy. This place is located in a nice outdoor shopping center with lots of stores. Parking can be a bit of a challenge on a busy day as there are also lots of stores nearby. Once seated, the were expecting to have a wait on the food. However, the food can out amazingly fast!! Like lightening fast!! As soon as we ordered it fast!! I'm not sure if it's still as fast right now. Our server took our orders on an iPad and before she even left our table, items were already coming out!!! The food came out faster than we could eat. But the food was also delicious!!! Everything we ordered was soooo good! Service was also excellent! We've been wanting to go back to this sushi place since we tried it. We keep getting distracted and wanting to try more places, however, I think we will make it a point to eat here on our next Vegas trip!

Yelp
Still one of the best AYCE sushi spots in Vegas. We come here for birthday dinners or when company is in town and we're never let down. Stopped in on a Mon around 12:30 for our daughter's bday. There was a 15 min wait but it was less than that. We were seated in a booth that was already set up with an ice water carafe, napkins, chop sticks, soy sauce & the usual ginger & wasabi dishes. Our server, like the other servers, was very busy but also very polite and greeted us with a smile when she came to take our order. She knew the drill. There would be a few rounds and was ready with her Ipad to take on all of our orders. We are some AYCE champs in our family! I go for the All Day option bc I like the No Rice options. You can only order one per person but that's standard. My husband & daughter got the lunch AYCE. My favorite items are the Seafood Salad, Salmon Kama, & baked muscles. I appreciate that I had a lot of options without rice. I don't fool myself into thinking skipping the rice makes my epic take down of a meal guilt free. However I feel less bloated and weighed down. I also order everything with no sauce or sauce on the side. Including the baked muscles and they are all still delicious bc Umami uses fresh seafood and the chefs prepare everything perfectly! My husband loves the bulgogi fries, Chicken Katsu, Lisa Lisa & Rainbow Rolls. Our daughter enjoys simple Nigiri which is exceptionally fresh tasting and buttery in texture. My only complaints, & they're minor but I noticed a slight decline in the cleanliness overall. There was a long hair on our table when we were seated, the hallway leading to the bathrooms was cluttered with what looked like storage along the wall leading from the kitchen and the bathroom itself was pretty disheveled and dark. It wasn't trucking stop bad, but I don't recall this being an issue in our past visits. A little attention to cleaning up the clutter and a bathroom sprucing would go a long. We still enjoy coming here and always recommend it to anyone in the Centennial area for delicious fresh sushi!

Yelp
This is usually our go to spot but after the last visit earlier this week I'll be trying some other places. First off the food is always great so thats never been an issue. Everytime I've gone, regardless of time its busy and the ambiance reflects that. Where the restaurant lost me on this visit was service. Not that great servers weren't working, we unfortunately did not get one of them. We got there around 5 and was seated promptly. Our first server was on the rude side, took almost 15 minutes to come to the table and had a hurry up attitude when he finally did. He disappeared a few times leaving us waiting to reorder and I'm guessing it was the end of his shift because another server took over after another long gap. I've worked in the industry and while im not condoning his behavior, maybe he just had a bad day and wanted to get out of there so I get it. The problem was the server that took over wasn't any better. He was more present in the sense he didn't disappear but we saw him standing around talking to other servers, leaving us waiving him down to reorder. We were rushed to finish as well, which I never had happen there. Neither of us were grazing and we were close to done anyway, but concidering the excessive initial wait, the first server being Houdini, the long lull during the turnover of servers, and the having to wave down the replacement server it was the cap to a bad service experience. With all that said, generally service is great there. Took some friends visiting just last week and I should have been better and reviewed it then when it would have been a 5 star experience.

Yelp
We've been wanting to go here for quite awhile after hearing how great it was supposed to be and the wait lines we always saw. However, our experience was not that great, but instead just an average sushi restaurant. We came in around 430 on a Thursday night and were immediately seated. They only gave us one menu which was weird and we had to ask for our individual dishes that every other table already had. Our waiter took a little while to come over and help us but took our order correctly. We were never asked for drinks. The sushi rolls themselves were a bit small in our opinion and one of them had a warm and cold component which made it taste weird. There was also vehicle headlights shining into the windows directly into my face while eating. Another key thing to note is it's very loud!! Don't expect to be able to easily hear your family or friend's conversation. Overall for two small appetizers, three special rolls, and one basic roll, it was $63 with tip. So pricing is in par with other sushi joints. We most likely won't be back as we like several other sushi places nearby a lot better.

Therresa T.

Yelp
We got in around 6:30'ish? We waited a little. When we finally got in? The server was already going through the menu and explaining prices and AYCE. We tried almost everything on the menu lol. The sushi is so tasty. Fish is fresh. A lot of different varieties- raw, cooked, veggie, u name it - they have it. Even the side dishes were on point. The amount of food and sushi we ate? I'd say we got our moneys worth. My grandson got his ramen and French fries. The place was clean and the vibe was good. At least now we don't have to drive to spring mountain or china town to get good sushi. We're right down the road from Umami. And looking forward to going back. Mahalo much Umami!!

Yelp
Drove over 25 mins to try this place out and won't be doing it again. The food was not even worth it for the price. The sushi was not fresh and cold, more warm. The service sucked and it wasn't even a busy night. Won't be back.

Yelp
This is my second time visited Umami and it's been 5 years since my first visit. I waited for maybe 20 mins until we got the table. The restaurant was loud and packed for lunch! AYCE sushi with great selections and FRESH! I love the scallops and hand rolls. Sometimes you have to wait for your server to come back to order more so just order ahead if you have a hearty appetite! Definitely one of my favorites in Vegas!

Yelp
This was my first time actually taking advantage of All You Can Eat sushi and it was sooo worth it. What you can get for the money is a pretty good deal. I didnt enjoy my baked rolls but thats on me for trying two that were a bit too unusual. I wish there were a few more drink options. I also would love if they took reservations but I understand why they dont. Its tight/small inside and tables are close together. Theres not much room to wait for a table by the hostess area either. We just waited in the parking lot in our car. My shrimp sushi roll was my favorite thing I tried. Also the fried rice was very tasty just wish we could order it without the veggies. I would love to come again and focus on eating more of the items I know I enjoy.

Yelp
Not much of a wait which was really nice and the service is prompt and steady they are consistently checking on you rolls are pretty good I like they don't make you wait a certain amount of time to order the next order and food is served quickly

Yelp
Great customer service, however we were left waiting over 30 minutes when we ordered our second round. Food was great! Prices have went up again. Super busy evening on a Thursday night.

Yelp
We've been always heard about this place on socials. We've tried to go a few times but the wait is always insane being the only AYCE sushi place in north vegas area. We finally got a chance to try it, and decided the 45 min wait since we were in the area was worth it. The decor is modern and kitchy. Staff was polite and quick. Unfortunately the food and some of the fish just wasn't that amazing. We ordered probably at least 50% of the menu trying a bit of everything. It was good enough but not worth the wait time. We frequent ITs sushi and top sushi and just find their quality to be better. If you're in the area, worth a stop for lunch but if it's a crazy wait better off hitting up ITs in China town for shorter waits and better food
google avatar

Gino M.

Yelp
The staff just sit around and talk to each other. Sushi chef in black jacket is chewing gum while making food. Don't get me wrong I enjoy dubstep music but I don't want to listen to this at a restaurant.

Yelp
Such a great place for ayce sushi! The first time I went all of my rolls were taking forever and it wasn't as good. Last time I went around 3 pm and the rolls were coming out right away and were sooo fresh. I liked every single roll. Their golden California is the best Servers are always really nice and attentive too!

Rocio M.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this place. Nice decor, clean, great service. Walked in around 8:30pm and waited about 15 minutes before getting seated. My husband and I did the all you can eat. Great price! Service was fast and the food was delicious. We are definitely going back. I recommend this place
google avatar

LINA M.

Yelp
Well worth the wait and definitely lives up to the hype! We visited yesterday on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm and was told it would be about 30-45 mins wait. It ended up being an hour. All tables were filled and staff was always quick we had Janna she was wonderful. Food came out really quickly. I thought they'd have a paper menu to mark off but the waiters just take your order off an iPad. We got full just off the first round since we ordered so much. I really liked their selection of hot foods they had so many things you wouldn't be able to get from elsewhere such as galbi ribs or beef fried rice and much more! Their rice ratio was great it was so little but also soggy and falling apart since they sauce up the nigiris. It's not advertised but I like how you're able to do half rolls to try different rolls. The only roll we tried was the Burn Your Ass and it was pretty good. Their hamachi kama was my favorite it was perfectly cooked! And to top it off it was only $30 for all day/weekend dining! Not only was it a bang for your buck but the food was delicious!

Yelp
Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - ordered 3 rolls of Dancing Eel, Sun of the Beach, and Don't Cry Amigo. While the rolls looked a bit small, it was quite filling. All of the tools were yummy and the ingredients tasted fresh. We really appreciate that the sauces come on the side but are labeled so we know which goes together. We really like the spicy mayo eel sauce that came with sun of the beach but didn't care for the garlic ponzu hot sauce that came with don't cry amigo. Service: 5/5 - ordered at the counter to go, and Jericho was super friendly and helped make a few recommendations Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go. Quite busy as we consistently saw people coming in And out Value for price: 5/5 - decent price at around $12 per roll but there can be quite a wait depending on the time you get there. The parking lot is quite chaotic

Yelp
Was in the mood for a wasabi fest have been here several times and it never disappoints. Got there at around 11:15 in anticipation of the typical crowds that hover around the door waiting to open at 11:30, but we noticed the open sign in the window, apparently they open at 11:00. We were seated in a booth which is better since the tables tend to be close together and smallish. Ny was our order taker then Joseph took over. We ordered the all day menu which is about 4.00 more. We ordered a ton, mostly nigiri and the rice to fish ratio was good, I.e not too much rice compared to the amount of fish. The only disappointment was they didn't have uni today. My dining partner focused on miso soup, fried rice, gyoza and chicken katsu but did have some unagi (eel) and a veggie roll . All in all, pretty good sushi for AYCE. Great service from Ny and Joseph assured them the fifth star.

Yelp
A few rough spots but overall this was a great AYCE experience! Pros: the menu is extensive!! Lots of options from rolls to nigiri to skewers to appetizers. The rice to fish ratio is the best I've seen at an all you can eat! Some of the items are limited to one per person per day but they are so worth it. The food comes out fast and our server was so kind to order us a salmon hand roll that wasn't on the menu. Fish is extremely fresh and surprisingly one of our favorite items was the tamago - made fresh to order and perfectly charred but not too sweet. The ice cream that comes with the check is really good too! Cons: the wait can get LONG. You can add your name to the list and shop around until they will text you when it's close to your turn and you have 10 minutes to check back in. On a Wednesday night they quoted us 2hrs for a table for 4 but the table was ready in 1hr. We were sat at a dirty table with dirty seats and no menus. Nobody stopped by until our server thought we were ready to order and we still needed menus. It also seemed common that 1-2 of our items from each round would get sent to the wrong table so if there is something you really want to try, make sure to check on it!

Yelp
Ordered sushi take out again. Sun on the beach, monster roll, Hawaiian roll, and Lisa Lisa roll. All were great and I really appreciated how they placed the sauce in to go containers and labeled them for each roll. Great service and food!

Yelp
Stopped in here yesterday with my daughter for lunch. Staff was awesome, we were seated quickly and everyone was welcoming. It was busy, pretty much every table was seated but the service was quick. The atmosphere was light, everyone was nice and smiley. The food was really good as well. I forgot to take pictures of what was ordered but my daughter absolutely loved her salmon roll. I had a couple of the dragon rolls and they were delicious. Spicy tuna roll was great as well. Pricing was on par with many other AYCE restaurants. Overall I'd definitely like to come back and try some of their other rolls.

Yelp
All you can eat for less than $30 yes please!!! Me and my friends wanted to try this place out because from 11am-4pm Monday- Thursday the price is $26.95! And the food is SOOOO GOOD!!!! The fish is fresh! I'm born and raised from Hawaii so I know good fish when I eat it lol. I ordered a spider roll, Hawaiian roll, gyoza, spicy edamame, crispy rice, shumai, and seaweed salad! Everything was so good I wish my stomach was bigger! For dessert you can ask for ice cream and it comes in the cutest little packaging that's perfect to go. There's a little spoon inside the lid so convenient. The staff here are all friendly! We waited less than 10 minutes to be seated. Can't wait to have another girls day here!

Yelp
Went to their all you can eat , started off great than when it came down to the last call they started rushing us out . When it states on their menu 80 min time limit . We were told at 60 min we couldn't order more food and had to finish what we had in ten minutes than was handed a check . Poor service and the way they handled it was not okay . Won't be returning. It's big attitudes like this that make a great place lose its glory !
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious, fast and efficient, great menu, awesome service. A bit farther from the strip, but way better than their sister restaurant, Sakana, that everyone else goes to. If you have an extra 10 mins, it worth the ride out here. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly, no one is rushing you, and the portion for the rolls are huge so feel free to ask for a half portion. Will def come back.
google avatar

Yelp
Been to Umami a few times already and have mostly been happy that's why we still go back. It's a pretty popular spot so there's almost always a long wait. We've only been maybe twice when the wait was less than 15 mins. So if you come, especially on a weekend, be prepared to wait. I love the interior of this restaurant. It's always clean. Now the food. We always get apps. Love their garlic parmesan edamame, tempura, hamachi kama although I don't think it's always the collar part that gets served. We also always order the yuzu yellowtail (my favorite), super white tuna, salmon belly, ocean trout, salmon and yellowtail carpaccios, q roll and the sarada lobster. Everything's really tasty. Service could be a bit better. Servers are nice and they come around often to take orders. Empty plates most of the time sit there on the table taking up precious space coz when they deliver your order, they don't take away the empty plates. I guess they have other people do that. Also, the last time we were there, our orders got delivered to the table next to us who were seated and ordered after us. We had almost the same order so it took us a while to realize that those were supposed to be for us. We informed our server and she put in our order again hoping those would actually make it to our table. Today, we got seated and almost immediately got served food even before we ordered. So yeah, something needs to improve there. We'd still go back though because their sushi's good and service was good for the most part.
google avatar

Robert C.

Yelp
Really hyped all you can eat sushi in Centennial Hills!! $30 all you can eat, standard price all over Vegas. However the service from the moment of sitting down to exiting has been attentive. Menu is quite diverse from various appetizers, bnigiris and rolls. Both sides are filled with lots of options to choose from. There are some options that are only limited to one per person but those were the best ones, in my opinion! Ratio of fish to rice was very impressive as it resembles the Japanese standard of sushi. I would definitely come here again to enjoy a great experience overall!

Yelp
Ate here on a whim. There was no wait and I was seated right away. I ordered nigiri sushi ala carte and my pieces were small! The table next to me has AYCE and the nigiri sushi pieces were twice the size of mine! Felt ripped off, I won't be eating here anymore.
google avatar

Yelp
Great customer service! She was ready to take our order as soon as we were done. It's refreshing to have a good sushi place on this side of town. All you can eat had great options. Only complaint is that tables are a little close to each other so it gets a bit uncomfortable. But food wise and service .. amazing

Yelp
I have been hearing a lot of this place and wanted to try it. We drove 30 mins across town from Southwest to Northwest Las Vegas to try it. I was disappointed and we probably will not go back. They are affiliated to Mr Shota sushi which we love. We walked in the door and stood there for 10 mins waiting while there were other guests also waiting. There was no chairs or seats in waiting area which is a really small entrance area. So we just stood there and there was no one to greet us or help us. Finally a staff walked up to the counter and we approached him. We were put on a list and they took my name and phone number and told us we would get a text. We walked out to our parked car to wait for an hour. We were texted that our table was ready an hour later and escorted to a very crowded venue, like there was hardly any spaces for me to squeeze thru to get to my seat without bumping the neighbor's table. Ok I have a big butt but it's really not that big ok! lol The table was also not cleaned properly. The bottle of soy sauce was oily and has food stuck to it, so we asked for a new bottle which we got but it was still greasy. They need to clean their condiments. Our server came to take our orders who was not exactly friendly. Just approached us and may I take your orders? Curt but efficient but nothing extraordinary. No friendly greetings or recommendation. We finished our meal and ordered our dessert which was ice cream and paid our bill and left. We both agreed we were not wowed and there's no reason to go back when we have Mr Shota just down the street from our house

Yelp
I've reaaaaally been into sushi lately, so when my sister wanted to go on a double date near where they lived, I couldn't pass up an opportunity for us to go to some AYCE on the other side of town. We searched and found Umami. My sister's boyfriend had been here before, but none of us had. They do take reservations, which is nice, but of course we didn't make any. Came in on a Friday night thinking the wait wouldn't be that bad. They had a table of like 16 waiting to be seated, so the wait was estimated to be an hour to an hour and a half. We ended up waiting nearly the hour and a half, but went to get beers at the Buffalo Wild Wings in the same shopping center while we waited. They put us on their waitlist texting system and texted us as soon as our table was ready. We were seated in such a cool spot. Right when you walk in there's a table behind the hostess stand with a cool neon sign and padded seating. It felt very private which was so nice and could seat a lot more than 4 people but we got lucky haha. We all got AYCE and of course I ordered my usual: salmon, tuna, and yellowtail nigiri, a lemon roll, etc. The star was definitely the 49ers roll though! Wow. It was sooo good. Whatever glaze they put on top of it was absolutely delicious. When we were done eating, they let us pay but then asked if we could leave the table soon, which I thought was a little odd. I definitely get its because it gets busy and they had people waiting, but we hadn't even given our waiter our card yet. Just a little odd. But the sushi here is some of the best I've had in Vegas for sure. I really really liked it. Super fresh and delish. I would definitely come back here if we are on my sister's side of town for dinner again.

Yelp
Came here at the end of a bachelor party weekend and it really hit the spot. I wasn't sure what to expect because it was AYCE Sushi in Vegas, but the quality and service surpassed my expectations. We had to wait about twenty minutes, but once we got inside, the ambiance was lively, seating was comfortable, and service was quick. The Ocean Trout is what stole the show for me; I had no idea what to expect, but it was packed with flavor and melted in my mouth. Something that stands out to me about Umami is that the basics are done well, especially the Salmon, Salmon Belly, and gyoza, but they also have other flavors that are unique that I haven't seen in SoCal AYCE sushi places. Really enjoyed coming here and capping off a fun weekend, if you are in the mood for AYCE Sushi, this is definitely the spot to hit up when you're in the Vegas area.

This review is a bit late, but this will forever be in my memories as this is where I went on my first date with my bf. Food is amazing!! Everything was delicious and service was excellent. Really busy tho so make sure you call ahead or put ur name on the wait list.

Yelp
I would like first is to shout out for his excellence! Christian, very good, explaining things to me. He took his time with me and my questions. Food was phenomenal! I forgot to take pictures but they have over 2500 on their site. Only thing is we ordered the matcha ice cream, when we got it thought it was for a little kid with a plastic spoon the size a child would use. About the ambiance, it fun, loud and the music was ok. Thank you Christian

Yelp
Umami is my go to spot for all you can eat in the northwest . Service and food are always top notch. I have never had a bad meal there .

Yelp
Umami is a staple restaurant. I've gone here with groups of friends, my children, and even date night. Not only is the food delicious & served fast, but the service is great. It's an AYCE so as quickly as you're finishing your meals, the staff are clearing your table for more room to enjoy yourself. The noise level here is not bad at all, you can hear your partner from across the table and the decor is very nice. The yellowtail, cucumber salad, and the $#!+ stay on rotation throughout my dining experience here.

Yelp
Amazing service and quality of the food. Every fish they had was fresh and they don't skimp. They also make the rice under the sushi very small, unlike other AYCE sushi joints where they make the rice larger than the fish in their nigiri. The server comes by regularly and makes sure to keep up with orders.

Yelp
Umami has finally been conquered to tried out after years of trying to make it here today was the day where I tried the infamous sushi establishment! It was recommended by my two nursing friends/coworkers to try out so we had gone today for their lunch special AYCE for $26.95! We were a group of 8 who arrived at 11:30am so 30 minutes following their opening time. They were already packed and busy, however please be reminded of any party bigger than 6 that EVERYONE needs to be in attendance in order to be seated. From the service to ambiance really caught my eye and made my first time experience memorable because our waitress was absolutely amazing and extremely attentive to all of our needs! I'm a big nigri fan the quality of fish was great, but the rice ratio was small and not much so that's a minor detail that I knocked off just based off preference. I totally appreciate my time spent at Umami so whenever you're in the northwest side of town specifically off Durango and 215 this is THE spot for you just check out and give a shot because I'd highly recommend! I can see why the love and popularity is SO huge in Umami because it definitely brings all the elements of an incredible AYCE sushi dining experience!!!!

Yelp
So so good! We drove 45min to try and it did not disappoint! There was a 30min wait to get seated, we gave our number and they texted when the table was ready. The service was attentive and food came out instantly. The restaurant ambiance was fun and lively with the decor and the music they played. Joseph was very sweet and gave us great service. Wouldn't mind making the drive again!

It's our go-to spot every time we don't want to drive to Chinatown! I only have 1 recommendation...can y'all move to the open space next door to Burlington Coat Factory in the same plaza so there's never a wait!!! Y'all are THE BEST sushi spot in the NW!!! Thank you for the best dinner again!

Yelp
I wish they had this spot in LA. I came here for lunch, and for $25.95 per person, it was an amazing deal for AYCE. They had an upgrade option with a few premium items, but we decided it wasn't worth it for us. Their menu is huge, especially when it comes to rolls. One thing I really appreciated is that they let us do half rolls, which made it easier to try more things. Out of everything I had, my favorite nigiri pieces were the Super White Tuna and 300 Albacore. For appetizers, the Shishito Peppers were solid. For rolls, my top picks were: A Little Tease Roll Red Dragon Roll Lemon Salmon Roll Full Moon Roll I Love My Ass Roll I usually lean toward spicy rolls or anything with spicy tuna or salmon, and this place delivered. I tried around 15 different rolls, and the variety was great. Service was also on point--there was never a long wait for food, and even when we had a few leftovers, they didn't charge us. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Back again! But I remembered photos. Arrived before 5pm on Saturday and still a wait...worth the wait!

Yelp
This happened at Umami Sushi in Las Vegas: my family was harassed, followed, and called slurs by a group of white people. They threw items, yelled the R slur at us, and mocked us in a fake Korean accent. The management did nothing and still made us pay. The people behind us threw five items at us: an ice cube, a chopstick wrapper, another ice cube, an ice cream cap, and a wet paper towel. We complained to the server, but they did nothing. The harassment escalated when my cousin went to the bathroom. Four of them followed her to the bathroom. While she was washing her hands, they banged on her door. We brought this up to the managers, but they did not do anything. Many customers saw this happen, and one went up to a server to complain about them. Yet, they still did nothing. We had lost our appetite and were only halfway through our meal, just getting our round of sushi after appetizers, but they required that we pay the full charge. We tried to dispute the payment because they were still harassing us, but they wouldn't let us leave unless we paid. The five white people left right after we did and slowly walked in the direction of our car. They then referred to my cousin, who was having a panic attack in the car, saying, "Where's the one with the big chin?" I'm begging and pleading for restaurants to protect customers from harassment. This isn't the first time situations like this have happened specifically at Dragon Factory Restaurants in Las Vegas. Please boycott them and their restaurants.

Yelp
WiFi was down. They let everyone know they'd be opening a couple min late. 10 min goes by no update 15... 20... 30 finally my husband goes and knocks on the door asking what's going on. They're still trying to get the technician on the phone to come fix the WiFi. We've been here a couple times before it's good food! They just need to not be so reliant on the internet. It was hot outside and we could have been offered to be seated while we wait. We ended up leaving unfortunately. Communication should have been better

Yelp
We came here as a party of four on New Year's Day for dinner without reservation and were told that the wait would be two hours, but we ended up waiting for only 50 minutes. Coming from the Bay Area where there are several AYCE sushi restaurants, I have to admit that this spot is so much better than home in terms of taste and price. The only reason I took one star away is because of the service. Even though we sat at a table near the entrance and the bar, we felt like it was really difficult to get our waiter's attention. However, I do understand that they were busy and it was also New Year's Day. I would certainly come back again the next time I'm in town!

Yelp
This place is really good and the fish is always so fresh. The flavors are always on point and the service is pretty good taking the busy times into account. They do have some heavy wait times, I'm talking 45min minimum up to an hour and a half. It is worth the wait, their rolls and flavor combinations are delicious so don't let the wait time push you away. The inside is clean and the vibes are top notch. I always love coming here time and time again.

Yelp
Our usual spot! They have the best sushi/ fish selection as it is always fresh! There is a wait time but I promise you it is WORTH the wait! Service is another reason we are regulars here! Chai is amazing! Ask for him when you can!
