If you want to get some of the best nigiris you'll ever taste, this is the place to be.
I would strongly encourage sitting at the bar, as you see the cooks working their magic. They are very friendly and keen to help you with your order. Also, they do have quite a few nigiris outside of the menu. We got the fatty tuna with Wagyu fat that was to die for.
They have a good variety of dishes, although we focused heavily on the fusion nigiris, which tends to be our preference. You can't really go wrong with anything, in fact you might need to repeat a few of them.
The place is quite nice, although maybe not as fancy as something like Sushi 99. However, in terms of experience, sitting at the bar is hard to beat. It's a strong contender for best sushi in Madrid.
