I can not stress enough to not order online from this website. I had ordered a ton of dresses from this designer to have a client try on as I am a stylist. I emailed them ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be doing that! Unfortunately my client did not like any of the dresses, so I packed everything up NICELY. I laid each dress flat and every other dress facing in a different direction in order to keep things from wrinkling. I would have put the dresses back in the plastic packaging except that the packing that each dress comes in becomes garbage as soon you open it because the plastic rips!
I filled everything out and sent it back to the physical store. On the website it gives you both options to send back to either the physical store or the warehouse and I choose to send it to the store. Well wouldn't you know it- I got a response from UPS saying that they REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE BOX, aka they bounced the BOX. It didn't say they attempted delivery 3 times and couldn't successfully deliver it as it normally would if that were the case, UPS said it was REFUSED.
So $70 UPS shipping later, that of course I as the client had paid for, the package was now being returned to sender!!!!!!!
Not only that but UPS then rerouted the package to a different address that I Do not even live at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lots of fighting with the owner later, who claimed she didn't refuse it, which I know to be untrue- and an additional $50 in shipping because they refused the box. I was able to re rout it back to California where the "warehouse" is!
When checking the tracking the box was due to arrive on friday-- HOORAY RIGHT!!!!
The next text that came from the LOVELY ( feel the sarcasm) owner was that she wouldn't be around on Friday to collect the box because she closes the store early and she might miss UPS. LMAO ARE YOU KIDDING ME. So feeling like I am being customer service on HER behalf, I asked if she had a relationship with the stores UPS Driver and she could let him know the situation, since i can not control when the box get delivers.
Her response, yes a great one! (If it was so great then why would he have have incorrectly refused the box that you so claim he must have done) I also know working retail for 15 years, that UPS comes with pretty much the same driver everyday around the same time. And with store fronts they don't refuse boxes unless told too!
So the box was received. Amazing...after I followed up to make sure it was revived they said they were letting the box sit for 3 days because of covid...fine.. I get that.
Next text..
Wait for it....
One of the dresses had been damaged during shipping and she would not be refunding me for it!!!!!!!!
Helloooo!!!!! It was damaged because it was shipped all over the world because YOU REFUSED the box!!!!
She didn't care. And that's when I realized she was just trying To go to great lengths to make it as hard as possible to accept the return.
So if you like your money, and great shopping experience DO NOT SHOP HERE.
An unnecessary $140 in shipping and $120 for a "damaged dress" she never even sent back that I currently technically own but do not even have in hand. I am at a $260 loss for stupidly giving this horrible store a try.
"CUSTOMER SERVICE"- would you mind sending me the "damaged dress" you charged me for!!!
What I didn't tell you is I also work at a clothing store that sells her brand in a big way! I am the boots on the ground selling her brand and keeping her alive.
Please save yourself the headache and do not shop here. They ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.
I gave her the benefit of the doubt so many times but she kept deciding to make it as hard on me as possible
To get back my money. Save yourselves!!!
