5 Questions With Hilton Singapore’s Executive Pastry Chef Cindy Khoo On French Pastries
"One of them is Un Grain in the Minato district. The visit was so memorable as the pastry shop only does petit gateaux (small cakes). Each of the pieces by chef Fumiyuki Kanai are extremely intricate and exquisite. I particularly enjoyed the strawberry shortcake there." - Kenneth Goh
A beauty. Hidden in a small alley you will find this wonderful place. Delicious patisserie in a small and beautiful setting.

Excellent taste. But do not try to eat the cake in the bakery unless you have exactly 3 people. 2 person? Nope, can’t eat here even if the place is empty. Not sure they dislike tourist or just too lazy to clean up after 2 person. There are bakery just as tasty in the area, choose another bakery with better service instead.

soooo good. especially the chocolate one and the vanilla flavor. It was one of the delicious cake I have ever had. the size is one bite size. you think the proce is little bit high, but recommend to go here at least once! You can eat in the store but you should pay for the set menu with coffee or tea.
