You have a 2 hrs free for the parking space but then have to pay. The place has a nice vibe and decor. The staff were friendly and kind. The boba tea was okay although the bobas taste and consistency were a bit off.

I can’t believe I paid $7+ for a cup filled with ice and milk. I was excited to order a matcha since it was said to be ceremonial and ended up getting a barely strawberry milk drink.

UNBELIBUBBLE is such a fun and refreshing spot! Their bubble teas are flavorful, perfectly balanced, and made with fresh ingredients. The drinks are beautifully presented, and the boba is always soft and chewy. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit a treat. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a drink and relax!

The menu seems interesting enough that you’d want to try something. I like unique tea and a refreshing drink and they have both. It’s in the middle of the works in one of the best locations. The sunset ade was perfect, I added kiwi, and it was delicious. At the bottom of the drink, it started to get sweeter in which I believe is attribute to the bubbles. The peach oolong tea taste like your traditional, southern peach tea, to which I concluded that the sunset ade was more of what I was looking for. as long as you order something you like and aren’t experimenting things then you should Receive a good drink here. Because they are known for bubbles and the drinks taste better without the bubbles/sweetness extra I reduced to a four star However, you can order these drinks and manipulate them to reduce sugar or takeout bubbles to which I bumped them back up to a five star. Server was nice

disgusting brown sugar boba pearls they were under cooked and breaking up with so much sugar. Also, the employees mean mugged to people and gave us a large when we asked for a small. The employees weren’t wearing the right attire. Over all my experience was definitely a 0/5 but i can’t give that so i give it a one.

Fun place and good vibes! Outstanding boba tea on this side of the town. Service is excellent, drinks were so fast, even though there was a long line. The quality of their tea and their boba is what makes this place stand out above the rest. My daughter order a Blue Island Sparkler with Boba and I ordered a honeycomb matcha without boba (it’s called Golden Match) and love it!

We will be back! That Mango Crush with the mango bubbles! Fire 🔥5/5 The Cookie Marble with the yogurt bubbles! Niiiice! 3/5… Next time, I’ll see if I can request for the syrup to be added to the bottom instead of the sides.

We drove an hour for my friend’s favorite tea and they were out of the particular flavored boba; yes I know we pass d plenty of similar establishments along the way but my friend has to have this particular one. I inquired as to if they could do a 5% discount or something due to the distance and the fact they were out and they couldn’t. That’s okay but they were super unfriendly and u helpful including the manager. They make the product in house and she said it would take about an hour to make; my things is as a business you see when you’re running low so supply and demand should dictate when to put some on. If it were me the level of customer service received I wouldn’t have gotten anything at all hour drive or not as I’m big on customer service and the customer being who keeps businesses in business.

I was at a work lunch and decided to try the green apple bubble tea and it was really good. I was looking at the different teas that other people got and wanted to try them all. I would recommend trying this place at least once if you've ever been curious. I think it's definitely a must try when the summer hits here in GA.

As a boba fan, I like to ask the staff their preferred drinks in which I was recommended to their honey jasmine milk tea or rose milk tea. I was luckily able to try a sip from my friend's choices including cookies n cream, both regular and honey jasmine milk teas, and rose milk teas. They were all tasty but I found the rose milk tea to be the most unique which was my final decision. Boba texture was satisfyingly chewy and soft. Overall, I was happy with my experience with the kind and efficient staff. Extra points for their mini festive Christmas tree and having more options with sugar levels, would come again!

I don't really know much about bubble tea; it sure is tasty though. These tea spots are popping up everywhere and my wife chuckles at me sometimes as I demolish some bright colored drink or another. This review concerns a tea spot in the Chatahoochee Food Works, newly serving Atlanta's hip westsiders. It's a large and tidy booth with a massive menu. That's really the thing with these tea spots. The menus are so large, it's tough to really make sense of it all if you don't indulge that much. I recommend milk teas, cold. They're a nice segue from iced coffee and can really be refreshing. This time, I ordered a Jasmine green milk tea with honey. The drink was recommended by the server, which was nice. It was a tiny bit sweet, but that was the intent. The tapioca balls occupied their usual place of honor, slowly making their way into my absurdly wide straw. The logo, as expected, is cute AF. Anyway, it's a nice bubble tea. Will probably go there again. Make sure to ask a server for their recommendation. That will help the choice paralysis if you happen to experience it.

Not much of a bubble tea, boba tea or even a tea drinker. On whim we went to this Chattahoochee food court to pick up some dessert. I ordered a Rose Black milk tea with mango jelly to hydrate and walk around this fascinating area on the west side of Atlanta. Service was quick for myself and two companions. Interesting g taste profile, I really don't have anything to compare it to. It is pretty good. The milk and the sugar level was tight on the not too sweet creamy level. Funny thing I've never ordered a jelly but was expecting fruit explosions but settled for a juicy gummy jelly. It's fun to enjoy once in a while.

My daughter is loving this place. This is our 2nd time here in 2 weeks and she's loved both drinks...

Drink: I am a boba snob. In California there is Rose Tea Lounge (my favorite), Boba Bliss, Happy Lemon, these are some of my favorites. This place did not have "fresh fruit" or purée. I saw them pouring some of their syrups into smaller containers. The smaller containers are what is laying out. The big containers are kept in the fridge below, they look like Karot or TeaZone containers. This does not mean this place isn't good, the drink was good, just know that it's mostly syrup for flavoring mixed with tea. I know that they I got a fruit tea, I did not try the milk tea. The Unbelibubble Fruit tea is what I ordered. IT DID feel like it had some sort of purée in it. I got light ice, however I had to get additional ice because it melted, which they happily helped with. Service: The person helping me did not seem that great. I did however deal with someone else, when I asked for more ice later on that was much more pleasant than the original person that helped me. Restroom: This entire place, inside of Chattahoochee has great restrooms. They were clean and had napkins in order to get in/out of the restroom. The ones I went to, there are others elsewhere I'm sure, were an individual that were fresh and airconditioned well on a hot day. Summary: I had a great drink that was refreshing on a warm day. I got donuts next door and enjoyed my little mid day snack. Was it the best boba? No. Would I get it again? Yes. Does it compare to some of the best I have had? No.

Unpleasant tasting mango drink and boba. Price is not competitive. Mango drink was not supposed to have milk but they added 2% lactose milk. Friendly staff.

Good bubble tea. The staff seemed a little unfriendly and annoyed in general, but the bubble tea was good so I guess whatever. Nice to have bubble tea in the food hall with so many delicious Asian foods.

This place is in the middle of the action at The Works! It's right by the main bar and has cute hanging lights. So we had the mochi ice cream and macaroons. It was a dessert type of night. The girls working the register/behind the counter were nice and helpful. We tried the mango, green tea and strawberry mochi. You can do a 'mix and match' option which is 3 mochi for $5 (any flavor you want). All of them were so good. The green tea was my favorite. For macaroons we had the 'earl grey' - which we ordered because it was unique to us. I'd never had an Earl Grey macaroon and let me tell you they were great. I will definitely be coming back for some bubble tea and hopefully update this review to 5 stars. Oh! Although we didn't order them - the cups for the bubble teas look legit!

Had the sunset ade with lychee jelly. It is basically passion fruit with sparkling water and hibiscus. It's really delicious and refreshing. The lychee jelly was a nice added touch for me.

OK T and okay service. I get it and many of us have been there, you work a long day with hundreds of orders and hundreds of people asking the same question over and over again. The person that helped us started off with that very tired look of oh my goodness I really wish I was off now. She did ease into, this is going to be a happy customer, an easy-going customer. She also solve one problem when we found out that the brown sugar milk tea was out. She offered the black tea with milk and that they would sweeten it up. We definitely recommend the fruity, some of the most flavorful that we've had in the area. The milk tea was short I'd say half of the Boba that it should've had. If you like to have Boba with every sip, recommend that you order extra. Again, this is a very busy location, they are putting up with a lot of people and a lot of orders. I'm just saying that if I had a choice between visiting somewhere for Boba that was equal distances from this location, I would choose the other location.

Checked out the Chattahoochee Food Works Food Hall today in Atlanta. I wanted to get a boba drink here and I noticed they have other locations in Atlanta. It seems that the menu here may be smaller than at the other locations. I may be wrong, but I picked the mango milk crush. My first impression was that there was not much flavor. I mixed it up and drank it from the straw and it was a little bit more, but more from my lychee popping boba than the mango. I always gravitate towards fruity drinks and especially mango and lychee. I've definitely had better.

Decided to try a new bubble tea place while travelling in Georgia. Unfortunately, my drink was subpar, but the staff here is super friendly and so is the decor of this small cafe.

Great variety of milk teas here. The wait isn't long. I had the Jasmine Green Milk Tea and added the Tapioca pearls. I loved it. It was so good, not overly sweet, and refreshing. The cups are huge.

Mango green tea with strawberry that sits at the bottom of the cup mmm mmm good This is delicious. This drink will quench your thirst on. hot Atlanta summer day. It's hot. It's august and this drink hit the spot. I wish I would've gotten 2. I'm greedy. I know.

While in Chattahoochee Food Works in Atlanta, I decided to check out one of their popular Bubble Teas... Well, I went with their "Mango Matcha" (with Boba and Lychee) in Large...and this Bubble Tea was HUGE! It was loaded with amazing flavors. However, the service wasn't up to par. The cashier girl did not even flick a smile...actually, looked quite mean while taking the order. Not sure what that was about. Maybe she was having a bad day, or it's just her normal disposition? Either way, I thought her attitude brought me down a bit. If the service a bit more "bubbly", I would have rated this 5 stars. Oh Well. BTW, this Chattahoochee Food Works is quite cool...very much like the Optimist Hall in Charlotte, but with more Asian vendors (??). I really liked the colorful wall art (butterflies) outside, with picnic tables. Would have been so nice to eat outside there...if the weather was warmer. In any case, I'm definitely up for re-trying Unbelibubble Tea...and returning to Chattahoochee Food Works in the future.

I'm always impressed with the boba here! Whenever I'm visiting from California, my boyfriend and I love to come to the Chattahoochee Food Works. I found this place on a whim last summer, and even though I went when it was busy, the drinks were perfect and came out by a decent time. My boyfriend and I went today around opening. I got the Peach Oolong tea and my boyfriend got the Lychee Green Tea with boba. The tapioca pearls were soft and chewy, and cooked properly. Whenever I'm in Georgia and I want boba tea, I immediately think of this place. Definitely worth visiting!

I've tried many bubble teas and today I found my all-time absolute favorite - the Rose Black Milk Tea. The flavor was incredible. Unbelibubble - sorry couldn't resist and I'm sure I'm not the first. They have the best name ever :) The owners are super nice! ROSE BLACK MILK TEA - $5.75 plus $.75 for Brown Sugar C.B. They have one size only ... normally I have trouble drinking such a large drink but it was so delicious I finished it all ... and a little worried I may have trouble sleeping b/c I'm sensitive to caffeine, lol. I did less sugar, less ice - which was perfect for me. The rose flavor is very subtle and just the right amount - oh I can taste that flavor right now ... very memorable! They even added tiny rose petals as a topping - very pretty although while edible, I didn't care for them haha. Instead of the usual boba, I tried the brown sugar C.B. which had a jelly-like texture ... I liked it but I like the more chewy texture of boba more :) I will definitely visit again - or when I'm near their other tea houses in Duluth and Peachtree Corners. This location is in the new Chattahoochee Food Works building.

Service is king here. I'm just getting into bubble teas but don't care for the milky ones. Two of the staff members walked me through the menu and helped me determine what topping went best. They use club soda, which is different from the other teas I've had. But I liked it! The sunset ade is fruity and tangy and sweet all at the same time. I will definitely go back to try the others. May even consider giving their milk teas a try.

CUTE DRINKS IN A GREAT SPOT!!! the works is such a fun place with a variety of food options, and of course, bubble tea is a must! it wasn't too crowded when i came, but i know it's going to be a lot more packed from now on. i got the honeycomb bubble tea and lychee green tea with lychee jelly. the honeycomb bubble tea was pretty good. I'm not a big milk tea person but i liked this one and it was really different. the honeycomb was a great addition, but it was a little too sweet for my personal preference. I'm not sure if you can get it less sweet, but maybe ill try that next time! the lychee green tea was also good. lychee green tea is a go-to of mine, and it never lets me down!

They are located inside of Chattahoochee Food Works. I've had several different milk teas from this location and they have all been delicious. There is free parking with overflow parking in the garage that is also free. Their stall is located directly in the middle of the food hall. Seating is limited inside but there is seating outside and around the food hall.

This was one of the best nights ever! Met up with my bookclub(down since June 2010). We met at the westside works and this place is awesome! I have been to the works soo many times I cant count but, I waited to review. Unbelibubble is One of the great places out here with amazing teas!! It was soo good m, I had to get another and I still have my cup for smoothies at home. I ordered the Royal Peach with mango boba!!! Im telling you I had two of them! Thanks Unbelibubble, I'll be back for sure AGAIN!

Unbeliebubble was my favorite bubble tea spot when I worked out in Norcross so I was so excited when they opened up a stall in the Chattahoochee Food works right by my apartment! I love that they have a big variety of flavors to choose from to fit whatever mood I'm in. My favorite drink is the Cookie Marble Latte, definitely check it out!

I visited while in Atlanta, I had the honey jasmine tea with tapioca pearls. I appreciated that it tasted like tea and wasn't overly sweet. If I happen to be in the area on my next visit it's worth a return visit

I've been wanting to check out this place for some time, and felt it was the perfect spot to visit after a long walk on a hot summer day. Let's start by saying that Unbelibubble lives up to its pun-worthy name! Love the unique combos you can order like matcha with mango purée. My hubby and I both got the mango purée with boba...mine was with almond milk and a milk cap. He got the matcha green tea. Both were delicious, but I think mine was the winner. As a note, this place is inside the new Works Food Hall on Chattahoochee Ave in West Midtown. The Hall reminds me of Krog Street or Ponce City Market, but much more laid back. There's plenty of free parking (both surface lot and garage) great food options, and dope retailers. I will be back!

If you are at chattahoochee food works looking for some delicious bubble tea this is your spot! They have so many great flavors, and each time we have been there their service has been really good and very fast. I will admit on 1 occasion the Boba was undercooked but I went back 3 times after that and it has been perfect I have no complaints. The place is more of a stand in the Food hall so there isn't a place to sit directly there but the food hall had lots of places to sit, enjoy your tea or work, and its a pretty cute ambiance. The hall can get loud sometimes depending on the time you go there.

My cousin and I both got the Golden Matcha. We were genuinely shocked on how good it was. One sip and immediately it had a stamp of approval from us. It had the right amount of honey sweetness perfectly blended into the matcha.

This was nice, fruity and very refreshing. So many options to choose from on their menu. The staff is very helpful with choosing what will go together if you are new to bubble tea. I picked the kiwi refresher with the green apple boba pearls. It gave me a jolly rancher cool drink that I really enjoyed.

Options/Availability - 4/5 Price - 4/5 Taste - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Atmosphere - 5/5 I had the recommended Honey Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Tapioca and Aloe with 50% less sugar (no sugar). This is probably the most expensive milk tea i've ever gotten $8, but I can understand as this store is located in The Works and has to pay an extra fee. The cup was cute and atmosphere was very friendly and helpful. The tea itself was very delicious, well blended and steeped. I couldn't taste any powders, and it wasn't too sweet. I really enjoyed the subtle bitterness of the green tea. A lot of things were out of stock so options were limited. If you guys go to One Zo there are many more different types of bobas. Would probably come back.

Great bubble tea spot right in the middle of Chattahoochee Food Works! I had the Cookie Marble Latte... YALLLL!!! It was SOOOO GOOD! Absolutely delicious! So delicious that my bf and I ended up getting a second one because we were fighting over the first one haha

This is Unbellibubble's second location. The first one is by the Jusgo Supermarket in Duluth. I actually stumbled upon this new location when searching for boba near I-75. Little did I know this was in the new Chattahoochee Food Works, a food hall that opened in the past year. I definitely need to come back and try out the other venues. I would say Unbellibubble's menus is focused on making unique drinks instead of the typical ones you usually see. This trip, I ordered the Mango Crush because I love their drinks with mango puree inside. It's housemade and adds a natural sweetness. It also has a milk cap on top, so there is a lot that needs to be mixed. The straw is just barely long enough for you to hold the top and swirl everything together. I ended up forgetting about the milk cap and drank everything else first, which led to a giant milk cap sitting at the bottom of my cup. I do not recommend drinking that by itself because it's quite sweet. Mango Crush ($6). Latter is made with housemade mango puree and comes with a milk cap

Yummy but expensive... but that seems to be the theme of all boba shops now. This is located inside the west side market right in the center of food court. I got the jasmine tea with boba with no added sugar and it was perfect. I did ask for light ice but I didn't need to. My friend got a drink that had normal ice and it didn't look like they put too much (unlike pearls tea in doraville).

Have tried Unbelibubble a few times since they opened last month. Finally a bubble tea shop walking distance from our home... the dream is real! Located in the recently opened Chattahoochee Food Works, along with tons of other food stalls. Unbelibubble has a solid following from their Duluth location and it looks like they are holding up on quality at the new location here. We first tried one of their specialty drinks, which included crushed honeycomb. It was tasty, but not my favorite. We stopped by again and went with something more traditional, it was great! Oolong milk tea with boba. Really nice tea base, can tell they make fresh tea regularly. The bob was soft and chewy, we saw them making another batch while there so they definitely keep the boba fresh. While I think they have some interesting specialty drinks, their standard drinks are excellent and what we will likely continue ordering. Overall, great quality drinks and nice setup right in the middle of the food hall. Prices are on the high side, but that's to be expected for the location.

We tried the strawberry crush with strawberry posh and it was so delicious! They had a lot of different flavors to choose from. They are located inside of the food court. The works is a newer development on west midtown right in front of topgolf. There is plenty of seating inside and outside of the building.

Nondairy milk tea!!! It's so hard to find usually. I was grateful to stumble upon Unbelibubble. They use a soy based milk for their milk tea and have other options as well (I head Almond Milk for sure). Really interesting flavors like rose black milk tea, and a good amount of add ons! Highly recommend.

UNBELIEVABLE. There's no bubble?! A couple weeks ago, I detoured to CFW on my home from work to grab some food and boba. I got to the counter and ordered and they said they didn't have boba "due to the shortage". I'm very well aware of the news and the impending shortage so I assumed they were just out. Done. No boba until the supply just happened to pick up. I was wrong. Last week, we went to CFW for food but my wife decided to try to get boba. Low and behold, she was able to top her drink with boba. How?! What happened to said shortage? I'm clearly salty about this as I was led to believe they just didn't have any more boba whatsoever. One more star because the drink was ok.

I own a small resturant and to me, Service is King. This place does not understand that. After driving back to this place because all the poppers were bursted in the bottom my cup, I was told I could only get more if I had cash because she can't ring up 0.50$. Wow. Horrible service. Bad product. Never Again

I enjoyed my cookie bubble tea. It was very tasty and I had them to add the balls. I was able to park at valet and they did not charge. It was a really cool vibe. I was tempted to sit and enjoy. Very good tea.

Very good bubble tea! I'll have to try other flavors upon my return but for now I recommend the Creama flavor. It was so delicious and the pearls and tapioca were perfect.

Had the honeycomb latte, which was extremely sweet. Lawdd, I could only take but so many sips. It was good, but too good if that makes sense. They used biscoff cookie and I absolutely hate biscoff cookies. They have a very strong taste. I feel like it would of been way better if they didn't used that kind of cookie. Had to get a back up drink just in case and so it was necessary, the sunset ade has fizz to it. I guess it carbonated. They don't have any regular juice base. Just tea really which I'm okay with. It was a cool drink. I like the fact that they have pictures of most of there items. Cool stall overall.

Ownership was terribly rude. I promised my kids bubble tea. My wife eating in line, and ordered a large and tried to buy plastic cups so that we could split the drinks as my kids can't drink a 16 or 24 oz by themselves. They refused. Not for free, I can understand but we were trying to pay them for empty cups and they rudely told us no. From reading other reviews, sounds like mgmt is known for being rude.

I always come here and get the mango milk crush with boba. It is so good each time and they never fail. They are always nice and treat people with respect. I definitely recommend this place.

I got a chai latte creama with boba. Normally when I get bubble tea, I order a taro milk tea with boba, but I decided to branch out. The chai latte was really good. For me, personally, the creama was a little much. There was quite a bit of it, and it was rich. But that's just personal preference. I'd totally try other drink options here - tons of options!

If I could give them a 0, I would!! Absolutely no flavor in my blended ice beverage, not to mention the stale boba I was given. Never again will I patronize this sorry business!

Good tea but ownership have no problem inconveniencing customers with posting wrong hours on their door. (Or not showing up?$ You can go and get some good tea, I just cannot guarantee they will be there when you do. Good luck.

So many choices at this food hall! Plenty of seating inside and outside and definitely a cool vibe. First time trying their tea and it was pretty good overall. The Golden Matcha is so good and the Strawberry Matcha was okay (too milky for my taste and could use a bit more strawberry purée). Their fruit tea is refreshing and we had the Unbelibubble Fruit Tea. It was so good. Can't wait to go back and try other things!
