Have you ever been confused about what to eat so you ask Google? That's what led me here and I was so happy it did. Of course I read a ton of reviews before walking in so I would have an idea. The guy behind the counter greeted me very pleasantly and explained the menu as well.The Texan burger seemed to get a lot of hype and it was really worth a try! It's really one of the best burgers I've had. The place was very clean which is a major plus and I could tell the food was fresh and made with good quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back to try more on the menu. Thank you!

Staff were friendly and the food was cooked fresh to order. Burger patty was nicely cooked, and the meal overall was well presented. Tasty halal food within east reach of downtown Miami.

Their hamburgers are delicious and the fries! This restaurant is not very pretty but their food is super delicious, highly recommended!

Uncle Bill’s is our go to place whenever we want burgers or a Philly! From the manhattan burger to Mexican burger to wings, every time we dine in or order out the food is impeccable. Halal places are difficult to find in south Florida and this is the best and our favorite place to go! The owners and staff are very kind and respectful and always greet us with a smile. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good burgers and wings!

This spot is the absolute Bomb five stars!!! Halal delicious how could you lose. We had the turkey subs and spicy chicken subs and lemon pepper wings all was the bomb!!! Great spot definitely coming again Insha’Allah

Great service and even better food. Great portions and the flavors were complex yet not overwhelming. We ordered various items including the wings, fried chicken, beef curry with roti and the chicken fried rice. Everything was exceptional in its own way and carried its own distinctive flavor. The service was great. Diego was a great host. He had us try his special hot sauce before adding it to the buffalo wings. Very attentive and considerate. I will definitely be returning and trying what I have not yet tried.

Uncle bills is a fine halal restaurant located in Pembroke Pines. They have a variety of cuisines including Chinese, American, and Caribbean. I'm always on the hunt for unique halal restaurants and this one definitely fits the bill Great service and plenty of seating inside. : absolutely love, will come back, can't wait to try more things and bring people here : pretty good, some quality issues, would return again : simple stuff, nothing crazy here, location could not be clean or employees not friendly : I may give this place a chance to improve at least one more time : I will not be returning here

This is a hidden gem in Pembroke Pines. This place is small and intimate but their food is prepared with big flavor! Ive always ordered my food to go. AmericanThe service is great, the staff is friendly and they don't take long to prepare your food. I've been here a few times and they have proven consistency with my orders. I ordered their Philly cheesesteak lunch special with fries well done. I personally am not a fan of their ranch dressing (I love to dip my fries in ranch) and their fries are just ok to me. But their Philly cheesesteak Sandwiches are always on point

Curry goat wasn't quite ready. It was very chewy and needed more cooking. The roti look like it was a toasted tortilla. Need a lot of improvement.Quite disappointing:-(

So damn good! I got the shrimp Po' boy.. Man! It was packed with flavor and shrimp. Also, tried their Mac and cheese, it tastes so authentic and soulful. Very good food. Very flavorful. If they switched to solely using sea salt to salt their food I would eat there a few times a week. Great spot and highly would recommend to anyone in the area.

Food was absolutely delicious. Stumbled upon this place while waiting for my car to be fixed in the area. Asked the owner what he recommended and he suggested this plate. The chicken was crispy and juicy and tasted amazing and the fried rice was made perfectly. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Will definitely be back.

Uncle Bills offers a wide variety of food options and after about a dozen visits, everything has been cooked perfectly. The wings are 10/10 as well as the calamari and orange chicken. The staff is friendly and it's a VERY clean place to dine.

Uncle Bill's cafe has been on my to do list each time I'm in town but my last experience was disappointing. My chicken was undercooked (bloody) and I was okay with simply returning and requesting refund which was granted; however, the young man circled back and told me that my assessment of chicken was wrong. If you can see the food is undercooked, why are you debating with me about cook temperature. I wish I had taken a picture. Simply acknowledge, apologize and provide refund graciously. I will take my business elsewhere.

Love this new spot located in pembroke pines. And its halal! Halal just means the meat was prayed on before it was killed similar to kosher. So this place is great for any one of any culture and background. Its a family owned restaurant. Inside is nicely layed out and open space. When you walk in they have a huge screen with the current menu plus additional menus on the counter. Some if the items we've tried from there are chow mein (Caribbean version of lo mein), fry rice, phillycheese steak sandiwch and spicy chicken sub. Also there fresh cooked chicken. That chicken is so juicy in every piece and not to salty so any age person it would be good for, they also have a special chicken sauce that adds the perfect kick if you need more. The chicken goes perfect with the chow mein or fry rice and makes it a great option even to feed your family, kids will love it as well. The subs are HUGE and delicious it is all freshly made and each ingredient is well thought out to each sandwich. Just know, big juicy sandwiches and freshly made hit the spot. The prices are affordable, you get big portions and they have many side items range for about 2$. There is something for everyone here to try. Great family, great spot, I highly recommend to give it a try!

Since the Grand Opening we have visited quite a few times and have not been let down once. The attention to detail, the courteous staff and the overall ambiance allows you to have a truly enjoyable time. We've gone as a large party and have been attended to promptly and always with a warm and friendly smile. The food is on another level, we've had: the spicy chicken sandwich, the Philly cheesesteak, the Manhattan burger, the Big Bill burger, the Mexicana Burger, the island shrimp and the Fish Po'Boy (remember we've visited in large family groups making it possible to sample so much). The food has been phenomenal, and very reasonably priced. The spicy chicken sandwich comes with a large portion of deliciously seasoned chicken with all the toppings, it's certainly a worth trying for a chicken lover. The Philly Cheesesteak is made with rib eye meat and that makes all the difference, it's so flavorful and again offers a large portion. The shrimp and fish are also very delicious, fried to perfection, and the sauces are out of this world, this is a must try!! Now, for the burgers, THIS IS THE PLACE!! The Big Bill offers two beef patties with a yummy secret sauce that enhances your palette. I've also tried the Mexicana, which was very good, it came with deep fried jalapeños (big fan of jalapeños) and a very nice spicy but subtle sauce. Now, for my absolute favorite, the Manhattan burger, this is what dreams are made of, the only way I can describe it, also a must try!! I highly recommend trying Uncle Bill's Cafe, you won't be disappointed!

I ordered fried chicken. It was undercooked and had a greenish tint near the bone. I spoke to the owner who pretended to be someone else and stated that he would inform the "owner" of the issue. The owner never apologized and never offered any compensation of any kind. Please don't eat here or you'll get sick.

Went here based on the proximity and great Philly cheesesteak reviews. While my order was not bad (I ate it all as it was my first meal at 4ish) it did not hit the spot for me as it for others. Not as juicy melty cheesy as the more famous places and a bit heavy on a spice that was heat heavy.

Nice clean place. We ate there - ordered the cheesesteak sandwich, fries, buffalo wings and some sodas. Everything was yummy, tender, juicy, nice flavors and the portions were good. Even the cans of soda were so super cold that we had little slivers of ice in there which we really liked. The owner was very nice and friendly. Overall a nice spot and I'll return to try some other menu items.

A take out restaurant with Halal meat. I'm so glad this opened shop because most of the halal restaurants are in north / central Broward. I ordered dinner for my mom- a Philly cheesesteak add lettuce and tomato, and my mom ate the entire thing. On top of that she complimented the meat how deliciously seasoned and tender it was and there was no "meaty" smell to it. It's very rare that I win with food when it comes to my mom so this says a lot. I will be a regular here for her takeout.

First time coming from this restaurant and I truly love it. I ordered the 1/4 chicken with lo mein and fried rice (combo) including orange chicken with lo mein on the side. I cannot wait to be back in the area for more food. Thank you for the amazing service! I would have taken pictures, but it's already in my belly.

Friendly service, varied menu and large portions. Delicious food with unique items for sale. We tried the spicy chicken sub (as recommended by others and I agree!), Caribana burger (delicious), and goat curry (very tasty)! Will come again when in the area!

Please be aware this is NOT a Guyanese restaurant, if you go here expecting authentic Guyanese fried rice or lo mein , you'll be DISAPPOINTED! I drove 1.5 hours and waited 1 hour for fried rice & lo mein and whole fried chicken and no, just no. Whole Chinese chicken was cooked well but bland. Lo mein broken in short pieces & soggy & tasteless. Fried rice full of sweet red pepper? How? $73 including tip & will not be going back. Cook is 100 % not Guyanese.

Sooo yummy!! I looove the Philly Cheese Steak & their spicy chicken sub! It's different than the other halal spots here with some additional spices that make it extra delicious! Also the burgers are amazing!! They have so many unique combos, the Mexicana and Caribana!! Definitely a good hole in the wall halal spot to check out!

I love good halal food! It's so hard to find a place with tasty subs. This place has amazing halal spicy chicken subs! The staff is very sweet and the food is always fresh! It's also overall very clean!

I'm the only customer and wait 5 minutes as the guy in back walks out and just looks at me and the lady in front is drinking her tea and reading paper! Can't support you if you don't even acknowledge your customer

I ended up getting a few different things to try. I had the island shrimp which was pretty good but wasn't filling enough for me. It was breaded and fried nice and the sauce was tasty too. My kids had the fish and chip. They didn't have much of an opinion but they ate it and the portion was big enough them to share. My MIL enjoyed the curry goat. The spicy chicken sub was really good too decent size portion. I'll be back to try more things on the menu.

I love ordering from here. The wings are my favorite. I got the Buffalo style wings and they were amazing! I definitely plan to try their fried rice amongst other items on their menu. It's all halal too. So, if you have any friends that can only eat meat if it's Halal this is it! I promise you won't regret it. You'll definitely want to come back.

Lots of indoor seating, some outdoor seating. Card and cash accepted. Does takeout orders on the phone. Lots of free parking - would highly recommend!

I was in Miami, ordered the cheese steak. Best I've eaten in since I've moved to Florida.

I ordered on the phone and picked up in the restaurant. Everyone wore masks. I got a Philly cheesesteak sub and it was delicious. Nice and hot, good portion size - only it was a bit salty but my brother who got the same sub thought it was perfect. I would recommend that you try out this Caribbean Indian restaurant.

Great Subs & Burgers. With a great service! Ask for the shrimp wontons that are served with sweat heat tamarind sauce. To die for! Also the philly Chicken sub & The mexicana are my favorite!

Everything was fresh and hot. Our burgers tasty and wings crispy. Limited seating but we found a spot. So glad we ran across this hole in the wall. Totally recommend. We ate to fast and didn't get a picture.

Food portion is smaller then last time I was here. Also, they changed (increased) prices on cash register but on-line menu did not updated yet and it has been over 2 months now. Place is clean. workers are friendly.

We've tried several of the burgers and they're all delicious. The Texan is probably my favorite. We've also tried the chicken tenders and they were indeed "tender"; well cooked and seasoned nicely. We enjoyed the noodles too! The sides of fries are overly generous and although it's mostly a good thing I feel bad with how much leftover fries we always have that might go stale. But it's a five star place for me and he quickly become one of our go-tos for take out.

It's good but not great. Rice and chow mein were tasty...chicken a little dry. Needs more sauce on top. Will order other items next time to try

UBC is definitely the best halal spot for burgers and Chinese in south Florida. Their Texan burger and island shrimp are our favorite options. My family and I used to go to Ellie's Desi Kitchen, but waiting 45+ minutes for subpar food wasn't worth it. King's Grill also doesn't come close to their Philly steak sub. This business seems to be family owned and operated, the wait time is around 15 minutes, and the customer service deserves a thumbs up.

Small spot in the corner of the plaza blew my mind today with their big bill burger. Their special sauce goes crazy in that sandwich 10/10 make sure you give it a shot

Been here twice and loved each time. Steak sandwich, spicy chicken and burgers are tasty and quite large enough to share! Wings were cooked well and flavorful. Limited menu so they do what they do very well. Will try their chicken and rice next time.

This place has only been business for 3 weeks but do yourself a favor and head over to them! I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was DA BOMB. Juice, tasty, wholesome, and at a great price. Can't wait to go back and try the Manhattan burger!
