The place was good during the first 2-3 month seeing that it was a new building. But management started slacking due to staff shortage. Residents started stealing packages, homeless people always going to the first floor because of drugs, can’t get anything fixed in the apt because they’ll always say we gone have someone check it out but never do, bed bugs in the house and ants. Let’s not talk about how there is no garage, homeless people broke into my husband car many times and cracked his windows endless time. I would not recommend. I enjoyed living in the apartment and easy access to buses and trains as well as stores. Alarm went off at least 20+ times the 2 years I was living there and the laundry is never kept because residents don’t care, always living their clothes in the laundry past a hour or 2. Cat hair and dog hair never managed when done doing laundry.

When I moved in it was on about 17 people in the whole building, everything was great ...trash shoots were always over flowing but moved out bc I was tired of parking tickets and my car got broken into over 6 times ... got another vehicle broken into twice in 6 months... But here's the kicker , I moved out 12/24 managers verified that they received my keys and everything... found out by a random Court search they filed an eviction 05/25... stating that I was living there and hadn't paid from December-May ..when I moved out I gave notice, nor was on a lease,I tried to reach out to them several times after I moved and no response.... what made me look was bc a certified letter to my new address with a rent increase information... I knew at that point it was something shady... they no longer are under the same property management, I know they have a big mess to clean up

Are assaults verbal and physical out of hand? Absolutely. My experience here has been everything but great. No matter what property manager we have had nothing seems to change and the tenants that were first to come in have drove this place into the ground. Margaret the person over property management has really done nothing to put in safety procedures and ensure everyone is in good living conditions. She just sweeps it under the rug until it’s becomes bigger issues. Noise, mental episodes, break ins, random attacks, stolen mail, and verbal assaults are what to expect here. One day you may get a paper explaining help with resources for past due rent then the next day it will be revised into no payment arrangements. They offer nothing for the children of the building or any community gatherings to bring neighbors closer. Urine and feces are found on the ground randomly, fire alarms go off very often the list goes on and on. This place is not a good choice to live simply because they don’t care and I’m sure it will not last long.

DON’T LIVE HERE. DANGEROUS AND POORLY MANAGED. Assaults, rowdy tenants, non-tenants always trespassing into the building and sleeping in the stairways, mail constantly getting stolen, frequent fire alarms, elevators keep breaking, the just goes on and on. Property manager named Chris Lopez is extremely rude, incompetent, and always unavailable. Says to email him about concerns, but he doesn’t even reply to emails. Useless. He blames tenants for issues, doesn’t take any kind of responsibility. This building opened only this year and it’s already turned into garbage. Awful. Bob Santos is rolling in his grave.

The apartment itself is very nice. Brand new building. The staff are very kind and everytime we’ve had questions or needed to speak to them they’re easy to get ahold of. I would especially recommend this place to any low income families looking for a place to live.

I came here for an appointment to see an apartment and this young man refused to open the door. Zero stars. Disrespectful.

Do you like feces and domestic violence? this is the place for you. get ready to pay 1500 a month for technically shelter. no parking though. Lot's of opportunities for dumpster-diving since the trash overflows into the hallway weekly. become a charity today! packages delivered here are considered donations and tax deductible! all the excitement of being homeless but you stay dry.
