"Uncle Jack’s on Canton Street announced the closing of their restaurant on social media in September. Now the property is for sale, according to The Shumacher Group. The steakhouse serving American classics remains open in Duluth and Peachtree Corners." - Henna Bakshi

Google
I had the absolute best experience here hands down! So let’s start with the ambiance! So beautiful, with patio and inside seating! They are dog friendly so I brought my dog. I had a bottle of wine, Brussels, a steak and desert. I must say this this the best steak I’ve had in a while and I’ve eaten everywhere! Chef Ty did a phenomenal job! It was so tender and juicy! Cam was an amazing server as well! I will definitely be back.

Google
Good food and fantastic service. It’s probably a 4.5 - but Google doesn’t let you do that. Calvin did an excellent job of taking care of us and he was super friendly. The food was ranged from okay to excellent. Order the bacon and try some peanut butter on it - simply amazing. The meatballs were okay - I believe they were undercooked and no one really liked them. My chicken sandwich was good but it definitely missing the sweet part of the sweet heat. It was good but nothing special. I’m not a big fan of the metal plates either. They definitely added a metallic tang to the sandwich.

Google
What a fabulous place for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere goes from fine dining ,to bar side ,to patio , and to lawn seating with a fire pit. My food was delicious, but my favorite was the bacon, peanut butter appetizer. If you are in the area, I highly suggest stopping here.

I had a great time. They had live entertainment. My server Elizabeth was awesome. The staff was great. The food was delicious. I would definitely go back again.

Google
I find that Uncle Jack's rarely disappoints. We've been here a few times, and the ribeye is absolutely delicious. Recommend the porcini rub. We were a little disappointed that the chicken sandwich is no longer on the menu, neither is the tiramisu. If you don't get the steak, it's best to get the burger. It's better than the steak sandwich. But, they even presented us with some free cheese popovers, which were fresh, baked and very good as well. Highly recommend.

Google
Tyron, the charming and knowledgeable server, is the ultimate server you want paired with the delectable cuisine offered at Uncle Jack's. Such a trendy spot, boasting spacious booths, sexy lighting and relaxing music. We enjoyed some bottomless screwdrivers (don't quote me on what it was but it was yummy), a lobster omelet, breakfast biscuit with all the fixings and a scrumptious but unorthodox eggs Benedict. The star of the show was the Baked Alaska for desert!! Swoon!! Will be back to savor some more of what Uncle Jack has to offer.. and I can hardly wait!!

Google
Food was really good. Get any of the apps as you won’t be disappointed. At our table, there were filets, burgers and pasta. Everyone was happy. Service, when there, was very professional. A number of times we were wondering what happened to the waiter (needed more drinks, wanted the bill), but it was otherwise fine.

Google
I went to Uncle Jack's in late Feb. It was amazing. The prices are in line for what you would expect for the area, but OMG the food is amazing. Presentation was fancy, but the quality of food here is top notch. And you get plenty of it. So pound for pound, great quality food at reasonable prices on historic Canton St. Highly recommended.

Yelp
I am very sad to hear Uncle Jack's on Canton Street was closed. The five star review is based on Mr. Willie Degel owner of Uncle Jacks in New York and Atlanta. I had the honor of being employed at Uncle Jacks. I witness first hand employees destroying a restaurant with theft, drugs, poor service, food not consistent. Most of all poor management. The wait staff would mistreat employees who worked hard and did not follow their own destructive agenda. The restaurant did not have a chance. Mr. Degel gave all of us his time, vision, money, and caring. Yet, they disregarded what he was trying to accomplish. Thank you Mr. Degel, you were a great boss. I wish you always my best. Joy

Yelp
Ok this was a sticker shock evening z for sure. The menu prices are creeping up to Little Allie's. Have not been here in a bit but the appetizers were high One crab cake was $24 it was good and the famous bacon was small for 6 pieces were $24. Scrolling down the menu they offered on salads with added protein. I had the Mushroom burger for with a very small side salad for $29. Others at our table had the fish that they said was good and 2 others had the pasta dishes. In the end the serve was good the food was good BUT the real issue is how long we waited for our food. Sat at 5:30 and main course did not come out until 7:20. We came looking for someone to ask where are food was and finally the waitress said it is come. There was not even a crowd tonight. Not sure what the issue was.

Yelp
This is our new favorite brunch place. You do have to pay 3.5 percent more if you pay with a card so being cash if you can. The food is super flavorful. We sat outside bc we had the dog with us. There is also room for playing with the kids. Loved it!!

Yelp
Came back for Sunday night dinner. We ordered a round of waters, and were feeling festive after a productive weekend. Our little one had their cheeseburger with fries, and we ordered their special: a 100 day aged long bone steak, which came the following free: 2 sides, 2 glasses of wine, and a choice of a dessert (Alaskan or Cheesecake). Chef also surprised us with complimentary side of mashed potatoes, and topped us off with two more glasses of their Purple Cowboy Cab. We also ordered a house salad with goat cheese. The ambiance is rustic and warm. Our host, Kai, was super thoughtful and attentive. This time we sat inside in a comfy booth. The TVs were playing US Open Tennis, a little distracting. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. The special was about double what we had planned to spend at $224. The steak came in an iron skillet and all the jus inside made for a perfect gravy top of my mashed potatoes volcano lake. All the sides were perfect. It was a memorable night out with the family.

Yelp
Just had the most amazing Lobster Fest feast at Uncle Jack's Steakhouse on Canton Street, and I have to share! If you're a lobster lover like me, you have to try their 1 1/4 lb Maine Steamed Lobster--it's served with chopped red potatoes, fresh corn on the cob, Andouille sausage, and cornbread, all at a great deal. It's everything you want in a summer meal, and it's available all season long! #UncleJacksSteakhouse #SummerLobsterFest But that's not all--I also tried one of Jack's NEW Healthy Bowls, and the Asian Bowl with Ahi Tuna and sautéed seasonal veggies was so good. I couldn't resist the crab cakes, Brussels sprouts, mac and cheese (trust me, add pulled pork), and of course, I finished it off with their triple-layer chocolate cake. service is always fast and friendly, and the ambience is perfect for date night.

Yelp
It's about time. One down, two to go. I'm sure whatever replaces this restaurant on Canton will be better.

Yelp
Some friends and I went to this restaurant after we attended the roswell wine festival. It was a big group of us so I made reservations ahead of time. When we got there they accommodated us quickly. We decided to sit outside on the patio since it was a nice day. Service ran pretty smoothly. Didn't even realize that our waitress was the only person serving all the tables. We did have gaps of weight in between but like I said we didn't realize that she was doing it all herself. But she did a good job. So the food was pretty good. My only issue is that it was lukewarm. I don't know if because we were such a large group they were trying to bring everything out at the same time so the food wasn't hot hot which was pretty disappointing. Our appetizers were great. None of my friends complained about theirs. I got the applewood smoked bacon. I will say that it was my favorite thing. They have a homemade peanut butter that they make as a dip for the bacon and there's another sauce but the peanut butter and bacon this sweet and savory it was really good together. Again this restaurant was OK. Just a little short staffed on a pretty busy day. My pasta was really good the next day after I warmed it up... Lol

Yelp
Don't come hungry for Easter brunch, there is like NO FOOD! Not vegetarian friendly and nothing like they did for Mothers Day. No wonder they make you pay in advance the $59.99 because if you get here and see the offerings you would quickly realize it is not worth more than $29.99 per person and that's even a stretch! And who wants to see the bus boys pour the dirty water in the flower pots??? Come on Uncle Jacks you can so much better!!!

Courtney L.

Yelp
Get the bacon, you won't be disappointed! Homemade peanut butter dipping sauce and chipotle maple glaze make this an insanely good combination for any bacon lover like me! I enjoyed the steak sandwich with caramelized onions, horseradish cream and mozzarella cheese. My husband liked his filet and Brussels sprouts as well.

Yelp
We love coming to the patio and grassy area in front of Uncle Jacks, and today we brought our dog for the first time. The drinks are great, especially the Passion Mule with the Vodka twist. They are so dog friendly and Miss Joy was so wonderful, she even brought our dog a treat! We will definitely be bringing our dog back soon!

Yelp
This is probably our 6th time at Uncle Jack's and it had gotten progressively worse each time. Today we went for an extremely expensive Mother's Day Brunch (80 ea plus mandatory 20 for tip). We arrived at 10 and much of the food promised in the advertisement wasn't ready. No omelet station until several of us had already eaten. I never saw a carving station. The food they did have was basic breakfast food which was OK but not worth the super high price. Such a shame Jack's has fallen so far, it is such a gorgeous location and a wonderful outdoors. We will now wait for it to go out of business and hope the next owner can deliver an experience that matching the setting.

Yelp
So I'm actually eating at this restaurant right now. To preface, we have been eating here since they opened, so we are very familiar with the restaurant and the menu. That being said, I like to keep up reviews and I was saddened to see the recent low reviews for Uncle Jacks, and personally, I feel that they are unwarranted. Firstly, we were promptly seated and greeted immediately by our wonderfully attentive server Elizabeth. Her attention to us and our food was impeccable. Sweet, knowledgeable and friendly. Our drinks came out quickly and our food was absolutely delicious...that bacon!!! Wow!! Eating out is expensive, and everyone has the ability to read a menu and check prices before eating out. Life is expensive and getting more expensive. Restaurants have to buy the food, hire the people to cook the food, pay the insurance policy that protects the people that cook the food, and pay for everything else in between...to MAYBE occasionally turn a minimal profit. So, to those that complain about prices, do the world a favor and go cook your own dinner....at home. To those people that complain about "slow" service....do the world a favor, and go through a drive thru. Frankly, this restaurant has ambience, friendly service, and darn good food. Keep it up Uncle Jack's'

Yelp
Fabulous staff, Delicious meal... started off rough but the Staff (Stephanie) and Manager (Eddie) jumped in when the kitchen was a little off. Cajun, Ribeye was fantastic which was my meal... sides Corn Brulee, creamed spinach, Brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes. Just delicious meal. desserts my favorite was the Banana bread pudding Jacks way. Almost forgot the Bacon rack appetizers with Peanut butter and syrup wow delicious!

Yelp
Went to dinner with a friend! Perfect night to sit outside- guy doing the band played Jimmy Buffet! Valet parking was a plus because I was not sure about having to pay! I had no clue what to order and honestly wanted to try all the appetizers! But we ordered crab cake and shrimp on top of a fried green tomato it was great! Had a glass of red wine with my uncle jacks steak sandwich which was amazing! Staff was great all around from sitting us to valet! You will not be disappointed! Sorry I did not take any pictures except outside where we sat!

Yelp
Wow, this place is absolutely stunning! I must say, the service was a tad slow, but I think they might be a bit understaffed today. It took a brief moment for them to find us a table, but once we were seated, our server Audrey promptly attended to us. She warmly greeted us and made us feel right at home. We decided to start with the mouthwatering lolipop lambchop as a shareable appetizer, and let me tell you, it was incredible! The meat was perfectly cooked, so tender and flavorful, definitely not dry at all. As for our main course, we went for the Uncle Jack Steak Sandwich for two, and boy, it was absolutely delicious! Juicy, succulent, and bursting with flavor, it truly hit the spot. All in all, the entire experience was still absolutely amazing! I will definitely coming back for sure. oh wow I haven't really talked about it. I had to wa

Yelp
Honestly one of the worst dining e experiences I've ever had. Showed up at 6:25 for a 6:30 reservation, the restaurant was dead, and we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Sat at the table for 20 minutes without anyone coming over to greet us and give us water. Appetizers were brought to the table and finished before our drinks ever came. Ordered the porterhouse special that was supposed to serve 6 people, it could barely serve 4 of us. They brought out a birthday dessert, with no spoons. The waitress returned with a doggy bag before she returned with spoons. We wanted additional desserts and ordered a coconut cream pie. 20 minutes later they bring out banana bread pudding and inform us they don't have pie with some sob story how the chef prepared this just for you.... That dessert is not what we wanted, and the server included it on the bill at the end!! Drinks were the best part of the night. Ambiance was okay. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.

Yelp
Lawn was great for kids. Drinks were good. However, John was rude. We waited so long with a baby for tartar (not cooked) and then John gave us attitude about it.

Mads B.

Yelp
Service was stellar. Our server Sydney was great. Patio is super cute, comfortable and had tons of heaters for a chilly Spring night. Menu is ok. I had the short rib pasta, and it was really tasty. Good portion. Others had the truffle mushroom burger and the ooey gooey burger. Both were good. Fries were great. Desserts are meh. We had the baked Alaska. It was fine. Not stellar. We also had the cheesecake. It was borderline not good. More cream cheese flavor than real cheesecake. Cocktail list is ok. Not extensive. But a lot of wines and liquor options. Valet is free. Overall, I'd totally come back. Sure, I'd say the experience was generally middle of the road, but that's not a bad thing. It just means nothing really wowed me (although I loved the service and patio).

Yelp
We had a wonderful meal and experience at Uncle Jack's on Canton St in the bar/lounge area. Our waitress/bartender was welcoming, friendly and informative. We arrived at 3:20pm which was between lunch and dinner and the kitchen was closed. So we had a drink in the lounge and ordered food at 4pm. The charred Spanish octopus appetizer and Oysters Jackafeller were amazing to start us off. The table ordered Lobster Thermidor, Filet Mignon, New York Strip and Prime Rib. All delicious! Be aware that sides are à la carte, yet amazing - try creamed spinach and the mushrooms! Also, the Baked Alaska as a birthday cake was awesome!

Audrey F.

Yelp
We went for dinner around 4:30pm and the place was fairly empty. A few parties on the patio and one table of 4 seated in the bar area. Ultimately, we sat there after being seated by the hostess for about 10-15 minutes and not one person came to greet us or get drinks. This was quite ridiculous considering the server tending to the party of 4 walked by us several times as well as the bartender who was going back and forth to get ice. The decor and vibe of the place shows a lot of potential, but unfortunately this was just really crazy to me no one would take the initiative or have enough common courtesy to intercept this problem. We actually just ended up leaving and finding a spot closer to town. Based on the reviews it sounds like we dodged a bullet.

Yelp
Had a great time this morning at Brunch with Santa. Santa was very patient with a reluctant 3 year old and we managed to get the only Santa photo this season. Food was delicious. We had Oscar's omelet, yummy avocado toast, and lemon pancakes. Huge portions. The non-boozy coffee drinks were excellent. Staff was very helpful. Music was a nice touch. Food was a bit slow coming out but with the beautiful atmosphere and music., you didn't mind.

Yelp
5:30pm reservation with 2 kids and 4 adults. Arrived on time, hostess informed us in a surprisingly rude while somehow still ditzy voice that it would "take some time to make up our table." Waited politely for 15 minutes, inquired as kids started getting fussy and received the same response. We asked for a booster seat twice during these chats. Ten minutes after that we were seated at a table that had been set and empty when we entered the restaurant (no booster seat ever arrived). So, 5:30 reservation - seated at 6:05 for no apparent reason. Didn't get water/drinks or see a waiter/waitress for another 20 mins, despite seeing a lot of the staff just standing around. Kids meals were delivered 45 MINUTES after they were ordered - with our waitress unhelpfully expressing her astonishment that things were so slow despite not having looked at our table once in the preceding 45 minutes. To add injury to insult the runner who delivered the kids meals to our table thought it'd be a good idea to put a scalding hot metal tray with a kids hamburger on it in front of my 2 year old - with predictable results. Our meals came out roughly 30 mins after the kids meals, same server almost dumped a burger in my 79 year old father's lap. I regret every dollar and minute I spent at this restaurant. This place is a complete dumpster fire. Avoid at all costs.

Jordan A.

Yelp
This was one of our absolute favorite places and we went every weekend for brunch. The entire staff ended up quitting and now you look at the menu and just the sides cost 16-18 dollars for corn or brussel spouts, which are the same as before. The inflation doesn't make sense for the product.

Jasmine B.

Yelp
Uncle Jack's has been on our list forever, and I'm so glad we finally went for dinner! The food was amazing...from the signature bacon appetizer to the porcini rubbed ribeye. The steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly (we ordered them Pittsburgh Medium Rare) and were an insane value for the quality! The service was also exceptional. Jason took care of us and was so warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was an outstanding first visit, and we will definitely be back! Can't wait to try more from the menu.

G H.

Yelp
Worst dining experience I believe we have ever had anywhere. Total chaos from wait times (with reservations), rude staff (who didn't hesitate sharing their negativity as they were serving, bussing, etc.), sub-par meal at best...and the list goes on. 30 minutes after having been seated we had to go ask the host if we could at least get water. She (Sarah) was the only highlight of the experience. She was working as hard as she could with no apparent manager in sight. Took 55 minutes to get our food once we finally ordered. I believe our steaks were either pork chops or a mystery meat...def not beef. But our waiter could have cared less. When our food was served I asked if we could swap out the brussel sprouts for an order without bacon (vegetarian)...told him I didn't see that on the menu - he quickly jumped to respond...."it says it right on the menu...I can show you." What?! PS I looked at the menu...description simply says "crispy brussel sprouts". Asked for salt 3 times...never got it. Mashed potatoes were cold and appeared to be possibly a day old. Bill for 3 people (1 cocktail total and 1 app for the table was $250!) Such an incredible disappointment on every level. I don't know how they survive. Thankful for all the kind families who we met around us...not a single happy customer. Actually very sad. And no support for the staff. No one in charge. I know holidays are risky to go out but this was really ridiculous. One star for beautiful weather and great company.

Cece S.

Yelp
We arrived for a 6:15 reservation at 6:15 and were told that our table would be ready in 30 minutes. I inquired what the reservation was doing if not holding a table (queue the scene from Seinfeld). My husband went to get a drink at the bar. It took forever and the bartender had no idea what was on tap...said it had been a while since we was at the bar. My husband also saw him get another order wrong when the guy just gave up on what he ordered. After waiting until 6:45, we went and inquired again. Even though there were half a dozen tables open, there were still many families waiting to be seated. We went to tell them that we were leaving. There were five other gentleman there trying to find out about their tables, some of them with 6pm reservations that were still waiting. We finally just left because we knew if we got sat we would likely have to wait forever for food. It was Mother's Day, so you know a lot of the people waiting were trying to do something nice for their mothers/wives. All of the customers were unhappy and the guy working the desk had no idea what to do or what to say. We went to another restaurant, ate, and were on the way home when at 8:15, my husband got a text that our table was ready....two hours after our reservation. This was our second time there. The first time service was so slow that they gave us $40 in coupons so we would return. This was our second time to use the coupons....we will never be back again. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. Lots of moms had their Mother's Day meals ruined today.

Judith B.

Yelp
Very disappointed. Tried a year ago and it was awful, food and service. Came back a week ago and the food was dreadful SHAME ON ME FOR GIVING THEM A SECOND CHANCE

Rick D.

Yelp
I will start with the service as it was over the top exceptional! We were visited by the GM, the Chef and every wait person in the place seemed attentive to our needs. I have never been treated better by a team at any restaurant. The GM brought out several types of wine for us to taste before helping us decide on a nice selection. For apps we had the Bacon and the Meatballs and both were amazing and the presentation was top notch! I had a Wedge Salad that was good but the most remarkable feature was the size, it was huge! There were 4 in our party, 3 of us ordered burgers and I had the steak sandwich, all were tasty and filling. I will certainly be back to try the steaks and desserts, we were all way to full to have any in our first visit. I recommend anyone in the area to try Uncle Jacks. The service, food and ambience made this an amazing evening out.

Michael M.

Yelp
Great food. The owner is on it! Great service. Nice ambiance. We come often! Try the lamb lollipop appetizer 10+

Todd B.

Yelp
Really expensive for just ok food and experience. The bacon appetizer was really good. The cocktails are good, but expensive. The steaks at our table were decent, but we've all had better for less at other places. One person had the halibut, and it was over cooked. Service was a little slow, but waitress was personable and came around often enough to be helpful. Until you go, it will be hard to understand this, but this is a restaurant without an identity. It doesn't know if it wants to be a high-end steak place (which it indicates by its prices) or a casual special burger boutique (see front lawn/patio tables on a Saturday evening). It tries to straddle these two and doesn't really pull off either one very well. If I am going to spend this much on dinner, I can think of several other better choices.

Summer L.

Yelp
Cannot say enough how much I loved this place! Sat outside on grass area by fire pits and drank while playing boardgame with a friend. Then moved inside to bar for dinner. Server/bartender Jude is AWESOME. Makes the best skinny jalapeño not too spicy margarita. And his service was amazinggg. The steak sandwich was our fav, HUGE dish could easily split with additional side. We were first timers to the downtown Roswell area and this place and it will likely be a regular of ours from now on. Cool indoor and outdoor vibe. We also parked at nearby baseball park and walked there, short nice 5 min (at most) walk.

Holley M.

Yelp
We have been to both this and this the Uncle Jack's in Gwinnett. Their menus are very similar. We love the food and ambiance at both places. We were here about six months ago and had a reservation, we are planning to go back next week. I cannot wait even though I have read some mixed reviews. I'm hoping that we have a decent dinner again. I'll update next week.

Cheryl R.

Yelp
This popular restaurant on Canton Street has a huge front deck to make a Sunday brunch extra special. The inside is beautiful as well. But what stands out with this place is the bacon oh my god this truly is the most amazing bacon I have ever tasted in my life. Don't miss it! I got the Bread pudding French toast which is enough for four people. I have to say I probably wouldn't get it again, it was flavorful but there was just some thing about it it wasn't quite as magical as traditional French toast. My friend told me his egg Benedict was really good. Bottomless mimosas another Sunday brunch cocktails. I think next time I'm trying the lemon pancakes If it was later in the day definitely would've checked out that bar more great selection

Susie G.

Yelp
Beautiful ambiance, stunning outdoor and indoor. Thanks for the drinks and hospitality Kevin! Perfect stop pre Wedding next door.

Jacinta J.

Yelp
I love this place ! Somehow I always choose brunch but it is sooooo delicious. My family came into town and I was able to reserve a table for 12 at the last minute - I am so grateful. We enjoyed the unlimited brunch drink menu (which includes mimosas and many other brunch favorites like bloody Mary's) the drinks are definitely top notch. Our server JASON was the best make sure you ask for him ! I think we tried the whole menu - you can't go wrong! I will be back

Amy M.

Yelp
Food, atmosphere, attentive staff - this place has it all. The staff was incredibly helpful in making suggestions on food and beverage accompaniments. The candied bacon is life-changing (try it with the homemade peanut butter- trust me). I had the Roswell Historic Burger - delicious! Kid-friendly too!!

Brian B.

Yelp
A bit amateurish. Portion sizes from the 90s where you got served 2,000 calorie meals on huge plates. It's like they took the lazy way out and just add a ton of fat to everything. The menu lacked a bit of variety. Everyone's food was too salty. To be fair, the drinks were good, but took no less than 25 minutes to arrive. Nice ambiance

Lakeshia B.

Yelp
And another one!!! I will be back and shout out to my coworker who recommended this place for brunch Uncle Jack's Meat House on Canton Road in Roswell, Ga is worth the trip (and take a walk around the small quaint area). Slow down coming to the location because you can miss the parking lot which has valet parking and outdoor seating They offer bottomless mimosas worth every penny and it includes Rosé All Day Lemonade as well My friend and I went there to try The King Burger (Blend of Prime Beef, Onion Jam, Thick Cut Maple Glazed Bacon, Housemade Peanut Butter, Caramelized Banana) but we chickened out (next time though) For appetizers we ordered the Applewood Smoked Bacon (Housemade Peanut Butter, Chipotle Glaze) and Tempura Artichokes (two come on a plate and they are huge) The appetizers could have been meals themselves especially the artichokes. Both were the size of large chicken drumsticks!!! For our meals I stuck with the classic steak, over easy eggs, with breakfast potatoes with extra onions My friend opted for the The Roswell Historic (Dry-Aged W. J.D. Burger Blend, 2-Year Aged Reypenear, V.S.O.P Gouda, Bibb Lettuce, Semi-Dried Tomato, Aged Balsamic of Modena and Onion Jam) Both of our meals came to the table piping hot and ready to be devoured. My friend's burger was dripping juices, she had to stop eating and cut it in half to handle all the meat ...and handle all the meat she did LMAO *no pun intended* We will back to this one to tackle The King

We went last night for Comedy & dinner night. So much fun and great food. So excited that they are going to try to do these more. Contact Ms Joy to get on the next comedy night deal. Sky was our waitress and always had a smile and jokes for the tables.

Yelp
We had the rehearsal dinner Friday night (30 guests) and everyone was wonderful. Uncle Jack's Event Coordinator Holly was on top of every detail. She made sure we had everything we wanted plus more. Our servers Leah and Grace were wonderful! They took care of everything so I could enjoy the night. Even Chef Shane came out to make sure everything we were happy. Everyone needs to try the Waygu meatballs and peanut butter bacon! I would definitely host another event with this great team!

Yelp
Uncle Jack's first-timer and it WILL NOT be my last. Stumbled upon it on July 4th, 2021 looking for a brunch or lunch place. Nick, our server, took phenomenal care of us and the food was crazy good. The bacon is out of this world and the Mascarpone Pancakes with some awesome maple syrup will kick your butt, they're just so good. The Canton Sunrise burger was also 6" tall, and phenomenal. Prime beef with avocado, eggs, with a potato hashbrown and their unbelievable bacon. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Our second time here did not disappoint. We brought our family of eight to their Christmas brunch and everyone (including the kids) had a blast. Nice informal atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed their meal of various brunch entrees. This last time was dinner for just the two of us. Great cuts of steak that melt in your mouth. Go there! Good service BUT DON'T let them charge you that 3% surcharge. It's a ripoff and they'll take it off if you tell them.

Yelp
This place seems like it will be a new Hotspot in Roswell. A house converted restaraunt like much of Roswel, this was completely renovated and made beautiful inside from the seafood place it once was. Dark wood, exposed brick make this elegant, a splash of romance and upscale really make this a good date spot or even just a spot to get high quality food and drink. Since I was there after a soft open that went better than planned some items were crossed off on the menu, but I was able to have a few appetizers including the bacon and octopus. Both came out perfect and the dipping sided for the bacon were fabulous. Service is top notch here, very great interaction from the bartenders and staff. Highly recommend. I'll be happy to throw on a 5th star when I get a chance to have a full meal with a full menu.

Yelp
Unbearably loud and incredibly cheesy, poorly mixed music on the outdoor lawn is causing tension with neighboring establishments and significantly detracted from an otherwise great dinner at OM next door. Be neighborly: turn it down, turn it off, change the station!

Yelp
Parking: There is a lot behind the building but it is really small. We arrived early and were able to park as the valet stand wasn't even set up or available. Drinks: Our party of 3 ordered the $24.95 boozy brunch which is available on weekends. It includes the option to change your selection throughout the 2 hour unlimited drink time. The options include Mimosa boulevard, classic bloody mary, south side cooler, canton breezy, and rose "all day" lemonade. I enjoyed the mimosa boulevard and rose the most. We also ordered a variety of bottles of wine and requested decanters for each and they obliged. Food: The bruncher items we indulged in Saturday morning included the $13 applewood smoked bacon (beautiful presentation) which comes with peanut butter and chipotle maple glaze but honestly the bacon is so good you don't need either. I didn't enjoy the peanut butter at all, but the maple one grew on me although I didn't taste chipotle at all. Our friend enjoyed the $14 swedish meatballs (nice presentation as well). My wife ordered the $39 boneless ribeye with porcini rub medium well and it came out overcooked. The second attempt she ordered it medium and it still came out a bit overcooked so that was a fail to us. For her sides she ordered the $5 truffle mac which came out overly charred and we sent it back and asked to have it taken off and they obliged and sent over a re-fired trufle mac also. We both enjoyed the $5 creamed spinach. I ordered the $17 ooey gooey mooey burger medium well with a sunny side egg and it did not disappoint. This was a quality burger although very hard to get the perfect bite due to its size. Our friend ordered the $17 crab cake benedict and loved it. Covid: Masks were basically nonexistent throughout the place. We sat outside on the patio and although it became more crowded as the day went on we were a pretty good distance away from other diners thankfully. Service: Eddie was awesome and sent over some whisky shots for us to enjoy after the burnt truffle Mac and cheese and well done steak. I can't remember our servers name but she was a good time and very helpful and attentive as well. Also there was also only 1 restroom available out of the 2 in the women's bath. This was very inconvenient and led to longer than necessary wait times.

Yelp
Very disappointed. Was a great place to visit a year ago, but has clearly dropped off. 2 of most popular beers were out. (lines still frozen before Christmas/3 weeks ago.) My sandwich was overcooked, though the manager comp'd it. Our server Chad was great. unlikely to go back if under current owner. used to be a 4/5 star.

Yelp
No stars for Uncle Jacks. Looked on open door plenty of reservations options. So we decided to walk in. The hostess asked if we had reservations. I said no given the numerous options on open door I don't make one. She said we can only seat you if you have a reservation. I said ok I will go on open door and make one right now, which I did. She then came back with a manager and said they would not seat us. So disappointed and won't try to eat here again

Yelp
Initially I wanted to check this place out because of the very cute exterior but I was pleasantly surprised at how great the service was and how good the food was! I had a fried green tomato with seafood on top and it was so fresh and filling. Friendly people, good food and very cute decor. Next time I want to sit at a fireplace outside!
