Uncle Paulie's

Ordered on uber eats but it’s sandwiches so I figure full assessment. This place sucks like enough to just take off the meat and put it all on the off flavor ceasar salad. Dry and no mayo. I shoulda known if Pete Davidson (who loves this place and also weighs as much as a labradoodle) is a fan of this place it must be mid. It was indeed mid. Jersey mikes>>>

We celebrated Thanksgiving here because our resort casino's first come first served buffet had a line three blocks long. Eat Your Heart Out food hall at the Durango Resort & Casino is open 24 hours, with several, slightly higher-end options to choose from, so it's like a buffet without the crowds or the secondhand smoke, or the labyrinthian commute from the Strip to the resort's self-park garage through endless rows of casino & shops. Way better deal. I fell in love with the Italian hoagie (I'm from N.J.) & it didn't disappoint. It's chock-full of meat, lettuce & other hoagie goodness, enhanced simply with oil and vinegar. My husband was delighted to find they have all-day breakfast sandwiches, including a juicy BEC, an East Coast favorite -- bacon, egg & cheese on a soft Kaiser roll.

Uncle Paulie’s has opened its doors inside the Durango casino. Uncle Paulie's tries to replicate the east coast Italian sandwich shop experience and succeeds. You'll find all your favorites here. It’s authentic flavor is traditional and absolutely delicious. Uncle Paulie's lives up to their slogan "Always a pleasure" the food was delicious and the hardest thing was deciding which delicious sandwich to choose from on their large menu. Super high quality bread and ingredients. The menu is amazing, I want to try every single one. We have had: Italian sandwich and chicken pesto sandwich. Highly recommended!!! Staff are wonderful. Very nice and attentive.

Came in to check out the new casino. Looking for a bite to eat with my wife. We decided to stop at Uncle Paulie's. The atmosphere was awesome and inviting. I ordered the Lester Diamond. 2 Sammies came out to just under 50 bucks. I had my sandwich remade as I asked for no cheese. It was brought to me with cheese. On the reorder I paid for double pastrami and when the sandwich came, It had less meat that the original sandwich. I asked Kayla to show us the the original sandwich side by side with the new one and it was obvious there was less meat. Was this an error? The cook was being rude and disrespectful??? Either way I couldn't get my money back and we left the food on the counter. So all in all it cost me 50 bucks to know this place isn't the one you want to go to. Uncle Paulie I hope you see this and have a conversation with your cook. As far as the community be warned.

I got the italian. It was ok but too dry, it needed mayo or more oil and vinegar. Also it was underseasoned. They need to add salt and pepper and spices

Went in today and had the "Tony Clifton". The sub was ok. I definitely wouldn't get that again. It's a very dry sandwich. No sauce or mayo or anything like that except balsamic vinegar. I liked the atmosphere, the service, the friendly staff, but not my sandwich. I AM however willing to go back and try something else.

Ordered “ The Uncle” & “The Lester Diamond” Both fantastic choices. Fresh bread. Fresh ingredients. PACKED with meat. “The Uncle” is the closest Vegas has to a classic east coast hoagie. If you’ve been to Philly/South Jersey think Primos Hoagies. “The Lester Diamond” is the closest a southern Californian will get to a pastrami from The Hat, here in Vegas. The prices are steep but well worth it ($15-20 each). It’s Vegas and it’s in a casino, get over it. Everyone has overhead and we’re all fighting inflation. Nonetheless, 1 of these sandwiches could easily feed 2 adults, especially if you add chips and a drink. I’ll be back ASAP.

At the Eat Your Heart Out food court in Durango Station Casino. Ordered two sandwiches. One hot chicken parm and one cold cousin Bobby. The chicken parm was basic. Chicken, sauce, cheese, bread. Overall not bad but would most likely not order again. Second option, cousin Bobby was better. Sandwich was made well. Meats and toppings seemed fresh. Enjoyed the Calabrian Hot pepper spread. Could’ve used a little more oil and vinegar for my liking, but overall a solid sandwich.
