Food hall, bars, coffee, ice cream, and shops with events.

"After shuttering its food hall after one year of operation last summer, the former Sundry space is being readied to reopen with a new food-hall concept. The planned relaunch will be anchored by a Hawaiian food-hall operator relocating from Waikiki and is slated to take over the 18,000-square-foot dining space with 12 new vendors serving Asian street food. The project lists other restaurants as being “on deck,” including Blue Bottle Coffee and Rare Society, and the food-hall opening follows the recent arrival of a Hawaiian restaurant, a development described as further bolstering Las Vegas’s status as the "Ninth Island." - Janna Karel

"The southwest complex is adding a second California-based coffee shop — a Blue Bottle set to make its Las Vegas debut a few doors down from Urth Caffe — though that shop does not yet have an opening date. The complex also launched a farmer’s market series last weekend, which is held every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m." - Janna Karel

"A southwest Las Vegas mixed-use complex that has continued to evolve even as a major food-hall tenant closed; recent additions include the Todo Bien bar, the General Admission sports bar, the Wineaux wine lounge, and an Italian sandwich outpost, and a spokesperson indicated that a new concept for the vacated food-hall space will be announced in coming months." - Janna Karel

"The outdoor shopping-and-dining development debuted well-known eateries like Salt & Straw and the Sundry food hall last year and is positioned as a multi-use campus with a busy 2024 planned; I noticed recent additions include a Las Vegas outpost of All’Antico Vinaio and that the General Admission sports bar began hosting game-day viewing, with more venues slated to open." - Janna Karel

"The San Francisco-based Smitten Ice Cream started when founder, Robyn Sue Fisher, invented and patented her own ice cream machine that could churn ultra-smooth scoops in less than 90 seconds. Choose from four rotating flavors daily at The Sundry, and watch them make it in front of you." - Janna Karel, Emmy Kasten
